Abstract

Fluorescentno kontrastno sredstvo u bliskoj infracrvenoj oblasti koje sadrzi jedinjenje koje ima tri ili vise grupa sulfokiselina u molekulu, i nacin fluorescentnog snimanja koji obuhvata uvodjenje fluorescentnog kontrastnog sredstva u bliskoj infracrvenoj oblasti sadasnjeg pronalaska u zivo telo, izlaganje tela svetlosti za ekscitovanje, i otkrivanje fluorescencije u bliskoj infracrvenoj oblasti sa kontrastnog sredstva. Fluorescentno kontrastno sredstvo u bliskoj infracrvenoj oblasti sadasnjeg pronalaska se izaziva putem svetlosti za ekscitovanje i emituje fluorescenciju u bliskoj infracrvenoj oblasti. Ova infracrvena fluorescencija je najbolja u prenosenju kroz bioloska tkiva. Prema tome, detekcija organa u dubokom delu zivog organizma je postala moguca. Dodatno, pronalazacko kontrastno sredstvo je najbolje u rastvaranju u vodi i niskoj toksicnosti, pa se prema tome, moze upotrebljavati bezbedno.
