Abstract

Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na nove karbapenemske antibiotike antimikrobskog dejstva, koji imaju supstituisanu alkil grupu u poziciji 4 kao i na postupak za dobijanje istih. Jedinjenja ovog pronalaska dobijaju se iz nekoliku stupnjeva. Najpre se aktivira karboksilna kiselina kao komponenta odgovarajućeg acetidiona i dislocira se mono karboksi-zaštićenim magnezijum malonatom, zatim se dobijeni estar diazotuje, pri čemu se dobija odgovarajući diazo intermedijer. Zatim se ovo diazo jedinjenje ciklizuje do cikličnog ketona iz koga se acilovanjem u inertnom organskom rastvaraču na temperaturi od oko -20 do 40 В°C u trajanju od 0,5 do 18 sati dobija intermedijer koji se podvrgava reakcijama dislokacije sa najmanje ekvivalentnom količinom merkaptana, u inertnom organskom rastvaraču, na oko -40 do 30 В°C, tako 0,5 do 24 sata. Posle uklanjanja karboksi-zaštitne grupe hidrolizom, hemijskom redukcijom ili hidrogenovanjem, dobijaju se jedinjenja ovog pronalaska.
