Abstract
NOVI TRIAZOLILHIDRAZIDNI DERIVATI I POSTUPAK ZA NJIHOVO PRAVLJENJE, ovaj pronalazak odnosi se na nove triazolilhidrazidne derivate i na postupak za njihovo pravljenje. Novi triazolilhidrazidni derivati opšte formule (I) pri čemu u formuli: Q predstavlja vodonik ili heterocikličnu grupu koja je opciono supstituisana sa C1-4 alkil grupom; ili grupu formule SR1, gde R1 predstavlja C1-4 alkil ili fenil-(C1-4alkil) koji je opciono supstituisan sa halogenom, C1-4 alkil ili nitro supstituentima; ili grupa opšte formule NR2R3 u kojoj R2 i R3 svaki predstavlja vodonik, C1-6 alkil ili C2-6 alkenil pravog ili račvastog niza ili C2-6 alkenil; Z predstavlja vodonik ili grupu formule (C=X)-(N-R4)-NR5R6, gde X predstavlja kiseonik ili sumpor, R4, R5 i R6 svaki predstavlja vodonik ili C1-4 alkil; R7 predstavlja vodonik C1-4alkil ili fenil-(C1-4alkil) koji je opciono supstituisan sa jednim ili više halogenskih atoma ili sa amino grupom koja je opciono supstituisana sa jednim ili dva C1-4 alkil supstituenta, R8 predstavlja vodonik ili grupu formule -(C=X)-(N-R4)NR5R6, gde su X, R4, R5 i R6 kao što je naznačeno gore, pod uslovom da ako Z predstavlja grupu formule -(C=X)-(N-R4)-NR5R6, R8 predstavlja vodonik, a ako Z predstavlja vodonik, R8 predstavlja grupu formule (C=X)-(N-R4)-NR5R6, i njihove farmaceutski prihvatljive adicione soli sa kiselinama, ispoljavaju dragocene osobine za inhibiranje stomačnog ulcera i korisni su u terapiji.
