Abstract

U prijavi je opisan postupak za proizvodnju preparata farmakološki aktivne jonizujuće supstance sa produženim oslobadjanjem aktivne supstance. U postupku se aktivna supstanca jonski kompleksira sa suprotno naelektrisanim jono-izmenjivalem i dobiva se kompleks; u drugoj fazi postupka ovaj kompleks se u slojevima unosi u hidrofilnu erodirajuću supstancu; i najzad se, u poslednjoj fazi postupka, dobivena smeša oblikuje u tablete novih formulacija.
