Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA NAKNADNO KONCENTRISANJE RAZREDJENIH KISELINA U JEDNOM TROSTEPENOM VAKUUMSKOM UPARIVAČKOM POSTROJENJU SA PRINUDNOM CIRKULACIJOM, predmet pronalaska je postupak za naknadno koncentrisanje razredjene kiseline u jednom trostepenom vakuumskom uparivačkom postrojenju sa prinudnom cirkulacijom, kod koga se razredjena kiselina uvodi u prvi stepen (1) i iz trećeg stepena (3) odvodi kao koncentrisana sumporna kiselina pri čemu se vodena para i/ili bridova koriste kao zagrevni medij. 30 do 95% razredjene kiseline kontinualno se uvodi u uparivački sud (1b) prvog stepena (1) a ostatak količine razredjene kiseline kontinualno uvodi u uparivački sud (2b) drugog stepena (2). Ovim postupkom se sprečava stvaranje gipsanih taloga u prvom stepenu (1), koji se inače teško uklanja.
