Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE LATEKSA ZA ZAŠTITNE PREVLAKE SA POBOLJŠANOM SAVITLJIVOŠĆU, ovaj se pronalazak odnosi na postupak za dobijanje lateksa koji se može formulisati u prevlake koje imaju poboljšanu savitljivost i dobru otpornost na vodu. Prevlake ove vrste su posebno pogodne za nanošenje na krovove, jer imaju izvanrednu savitljivost, izvanrednu otpornost na ultraljubičastu svetlost, i dobru otpornost na vodu. Pronalazak, tačnije, iznosi jedan postupak za izradu jednog neutralisanog lateksa koji se može koristiti u proizvodnji prevlaka koje se mogu redukovati vodom, a koji obuhvata: (1) vodeno emulzionu polimerizaciju slobodnih radikala, pri pH vrednosti manjoj od oko 3,5, monomerne mešavine koja sadrži, na bazi 100% masenih monomera (a) od oko 30 do oko 70% masenih vinil aromatskih monomera, (b) od oko 25 do oko 65% masenih najmanje jednog alkil akrilatnog monomera, i (c) od oko 1 do oko 5% masenih akrilne kiseline, i (d) oko 0,4 do oko 3% masena metakrilne kiseline, a u prisustvu od oko 0,2 do oko 0,4 phm najmanje jednog sulfonatnog površinski aktivnog proizvoda i u prisustvu od oko 4 do oko 8 phm najmanje jednog nejonskog površinski aktivnog agensa koji ima indeks hidrofilno-hidrofobne ravnoteže u opsegu od oko 12 do oko 20 da bi se proizveo lateks, i (2) neutralisanje lateksa amonijakom do pH vrednosti koja je u opsegu od oko 7 do oko 10,5 da bi se proizveo neutralisani lateks.
