Abstract
본 발명의 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 약 100 중량부; 폴리카보네이트 수지 약 10 내지 약 40 중량부; 및 식 1의 A 값이 약 30 내지 약 110인 유리 섬유 약 20 내지 약 100 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성, 이들의 물성 발란스 등이 우수하다.
Description
본 발명은 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 성형품에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성, 이들의 물성 발란스 등이 우수한 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 성형품에 관한 것이다.
나노몰딩기술(Nano molding technology: NMT)은 특정 목적에 의해 금속이 인서트(insert)된 상태에서 열가소성 수지를 사출 성형하여 제품화하는 공정이다. 이와 같은 응용 분야에서는 금속과 열가소성 수지의 접합강도가 매우 중요하다.
엔지니어링 플라스틱으로서, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지 및 폴리카보네이트 수지의 블렌드(blend) 등은 각각 유용한 특성을 나타내어, 나노몰딩기술 등을 포함한 다양한 응용 분야에 적용되고 있다.
다만, 폴리에스테르 수지는 결정화 속도가 빠르고, 이로 인한 다양한 성형 조건에서 유동성(성형성) 등이 저하된다는 문제점이 있다.
이를 해결하기 위하여, 폴리에스테르 수지에 무기 필러 등의 첨가제를 혼합하여 강성 등의 기계적 물성을 향상시키려는 시도를 하였다. 예를 들면, 유리 섬유 등의 무기 필러로 강화된 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT) 소재의 경우, 모바일 부품, 자동차 부품 등의 용도로 사용되고 있다. 다만, 이러한 소재도 성형 시, 소재의 금속 접합성, 유동성(성형성) 등을 저하시키는 문제가 있다.
따라서, 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성, 이들의 물성 발란스 등이 우수한 열가소성 수지 조성물의 개발이 필요한 실정이다.
본 발명의 배경기술은 대한민국 등록특허 10-0709878호 등에 개시되어 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성, 이들의 물성 발란스 등이 우수한 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 성형품을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 상기 및 기타의 목적들은 하기 설명되는 본 발명에 의하여 모두 달성될 수 있다.
1. 본 발명의 하나의 관점은 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 약 100 중량부; 폴리카보네이트 수지 약 10 내지 약 40 중량부; 및 하기 식 1의 A 값이 약 30 내지 약 110인 유리 섬유 약 20 내지 약 100 중량부;를 포함한다:

상기 식 1에서, M은 유리 섬유의 마그네슘(Mg) 함량 값(단위: ppm)이고, C는 전체 유리 섬유 100 중량% 중 표면 처리 물질의 함량 값(단위: 중량%)이다.
2. 상기 1 구체예에서, 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지는 ASTM D2857에 따라 측정한 고유점도[η]가 약 0.5 내지 약 1.5 dl/g일 수 있다.
3. 상기 1 또는 2 구체예에서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는 GPC(gel permeation chromatography)로 측정한 중량평균분자량이 약 10,000 내지 약 50,000 g/mol일 수 있다.
4. 상기 1 내지 3 구체예에서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 및 상기 유리 섬유의 중량비는 약 1 : 1 내지 약 1 : 7일 수 있다.
5. 상기 1 내지 4 구체예에서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ISO 19095에 의거하여, 1.2 cm × 4 cm × 0.3 cm 크기의 알루미늄계 금속 시편과 1.2 cm × 4 cm × 0.3 cm 크기의 열가소성 수지 조성물 시편을 인서트 사출성형을 통해 각 시편의 1.2 cm × 0.3 cm 단면이 서로 붙도록 접합한 후 측정한 금속 접합력이 약 30 내지 약 50 MPa일 수 있다.
6. 상기 1 내지 5 구체예에서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ASTM D638에 의거하여, 5 mm/min의 조건에서 측정한 3.2 mm 두께 시편의 인장강도가 약 1,350 내지 약 1,850 kgf/cm2일 수 있다.
7. 상기 1 내지 6 구체예에서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 성형 온도 280℃, 금형 온도 150℃, 사출압 100 MPa 및 사출속도 100 mm/s의 조건에서, 너비 10 mm, 두께 1 mm인 스파이럴(spiral) 형태의 금형에서 사출 성형 후 측정한 시편의 스파이럴 플로우(spiral flow) 길이가 약 110 내지 약 130 mm일 수 있다.
8. 본 발명의 다른 관점은 성형품에 관한 것이다. 상기 성형품은 상기 1 내지 7 중 어느 하나에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
9. 본 발명의 다른 관점은 복합재에 관한 것이다. 상기 복합재는 상기 1 내지 7 중 어느 하나에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성되는 플라스틱 부재; 및 상기 플라스틱 부재에 접하는 금속 부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
10. 상기 9 구체예에서, 상기 금속 부재는 알루미늄, 티타늄, 철, 아연 중 1종 이상의 금속을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명은 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성, 이들의 물성 발란스 등이 우수한 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 형성된 성형품(복합재의 플라스틱 부재 등)을 제공하는 발명의 효과를 갖는다.
이하, 본 발명을 상세히 설명하면, 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물은 (A) 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지; (B) 폴리카보네이트 수지; 및 (C) 유리 섬유;를 포함한다.
본 명세서에서, 수치범위를 나타내는 "a 내지 b"는 "≥a 이고 ≤b"으로 정의한다.
(A) 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지
본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT) 수지는 폴리카보네이트 수지, 특정 유리 섬유 등과 함께 적용되어, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성(성형성), 이들의 물성 발란스 등을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로서, 통상의 열가소성 수지 조성물에 사용되는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지를 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지는 디카르복실산 성분으로서, 테레프탈산(terephthalic acid, TPA) 등과 디올 성분으로서, 1,3-부탄디올, 1,4-부탄디올 등을 중축합하여 얻을 수 있다.
구체예에서, 본 발명의 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지는 ASTM D2857에 따라 측정한 고유점도[η]가 약 0.5 내지 약 1.5 dl/g, 예를 들면, 약 0.7 내지 약 1.3 dl/g일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 기계적 물성, 금속 접합성, 유동성(성형성) 등이 우수할 수 있다.
(B) 폴리카보네이트 수지
본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 폴리카보네이트 수지는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 특정 유리 섬유 등과 함께 적용되어, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성(성형성), 이들의 물성 발란스 등을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로서, 통상의 열가소성 수지 조성물에 사용되는 폴리카보네이트 수지를 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 디페놀류(방향족 디올 화합물)를 포스겐, 할로겐 포르메이트, 탄산 디에스테르 등의 전구체와 반응시킴으로써 제조되는 방향족 폴리카보네이트 수지를 사용할 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 디페놀류로는 4,4'-비페놀, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)프로판, 2,4-비스(4-히드록시페닐)-2-메틸부탄, 1,1-비스(4-히드록시페닐)시클로헥산, 2,2-비스(3-클로로-4-히드록시페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(3,5-디클로로-4-히드록시페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(3-메틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(3,5-디메틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로판 등을 예시할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다. 예를 들면, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(3,5-디클로로-4-히드록시페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(3-메틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로판, 2,2-비스(3,5-디메틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로판 또는 1,1-비스(4-히드록시페닐)시클로헥산을 사용할 수 있고, 구체적으로, 비스페놀-A 라고 불리는 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)프로판을 사용할 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는 분지쇄가 있는 것이 사용될 수 있으며, 예를 들면 중합에 사용되는 디페놀류 전체에 대하여, 약 0.05 내지 약 2 몰%의 3가 또는 그 이상의 다관능 화합물, 구체적으로, 3가 또는 그 이상의 페놀기를 가진 화합물을 첨가하여 제조한 분지형 폴리카보네이트 수지를 사용할 수도 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는 호모 폴리카보네이트 수지, 코폴리카보네이트 수지 또는 이들의 블렌드 형태로 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는 에스테르 전구체(precursor), 예컨대 2관능 카르복실산의 존재 하에서 중합 반응시켜 얻어진 방향족 폴리에스테르-카보네이트 수지로 일부 또는 전량 대체하는 것도 가능하다.
구체예에서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는 GPC(gel permeation chromatography)로 측정한 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 약 10,000 내지 약 50,000 g/mol, 예를 들면, 약 15,000 내지 약 40,000 g/mol일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 내충격성, 유동성(성형성) 등이 우수할 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 약 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 10 내지 약 40 중량부, 예를 들면 약 15 내지 약 35 중량부, 구체적으로 약 15 내지 약 30 중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지의 함량이 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 약 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 10 중량부 미만일 경우, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 금속 접합성 등이 저하될 우려가 있고, 약 40 중량부를 초과할 경우, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 강성, 유동성 등이 저하될 우려가 있다.
(C) 유리 섬유
본 발명의 유리 섬유는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지 등과 함께 적용되어, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성(성형성), 이들의 물성 발란스 등을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로서, 하기 식 1의 A 값이 약 30 내지 약 110인 유리 섬유를 사용할 수 있다.

상기 식 1에서, M은 유리 섬유의 마그네슘(Mg) 함량 값(단위: ppm)이고, C는 전체 유리 섬유 100 중량% 중 표면 처리 물질의 함량 값(단위: 중량%)이다.
여기서, 유리 섬유의 마그네슘 함량은 Ultra-wave(Acid: 3 mL HNO3 + 1 mL H2SO4 + 1 ml HF)를 이용하여, 표면 처리 물질을 제거한 후, ICP-OES를 이용하여 무기 정량 분석을 진행하여 측정할 수 있고, 유리 섬유의 표면 처리 물질 함량은 유리 섬유를 750℃에서 2시간 동안 가열 후, 감소된 질량으로부터 얻을 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 유리 섬유는 상기 식 1의 A 값이 약 30 내지 약 110, 예를 들면 약 40 내지 약 90일 수 있다. 상기 상기 식 1의 A 값이 약 30 미만일 경우, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 금속 접합성, 유동성 등이 저하될 우려가 있고, 약 110을 초과할 경우, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 유동성 등이 저하될 우려가 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 유리 섬유의 마그네슘 함량은 약 4,000 내지 약 10,000 ppm, 예를 들면 약 5,000 내지 약 9,000 ppm일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성 등이 우수할 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 유리 섬유의 표면 처리 물질은 통상의 유리 섬유에 적용되는 표면 처리제(사이징제(sizing agent))일 수 있다. 상기 표면 처리제로는 실란계 화합물, 우레탄계 화합물, 에폭시계 화합물 등을 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
구체예에서, 상기 유리 섬유의 표면 처리 물질 함량은 전체 유리 섬유 100 중량% 중, 약 0.1 내지 약 1.2 중량%, 예를 들면 약 0.2 내지 약 1.1 중량%일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성 등이 우수할 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 유리 섬유는 섬유 형태일 수 있고, 원형, 타원형, 직사각형 등의 다양한 형상의 단면을 가질 수 있다. 예를 들면, 원형 및/또는 직사각형 단면의 섬유형 유리 섬유를 사용하는 것이 기계적 물성 측면에서 바람직할 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 원형 단면의 유리 섬유는 SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)을 이용하여 측정한 단면 직경이 약 5 내지 약 20 ㎛, 가공 전 길이가 약 2 내지 약 20 mm일 수 있고, 상기 직사각형(평판형) 단면의 유리 섬유는 SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)을 이용하여 측정한 단면의 종횡비(단면의 장경/단면의 단경)가 약 1.5 내지 약 10이고, 단경이 약 2 내지 약 10 ㎛일 수 있고, 가공 전 길이가 약 2 내지 약 20 mm일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 강성, 성형성 등이 향상될 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 유리 섬유는 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 약 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 20 내지 약 110 중량부, 예를 들면 약 30 내지 약 100 중량부, 구체적으로 약 40 내지 약 90 중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 유리 섬유의 함량이 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 약 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 20 중량부 미만일 경우, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 강성 등이 저하될 우려가 있고, 약 110 중량부를 초과할 경우, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 유동성 등이 저하될 우려가 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 및 상기 유리 섬유의 중량비(B:C)는 약 1 : 1 내지 약 1 : 7, 예를 들면 약 1 : 1.5 내지 약 1 : 6, 구체적으로 약 1 : 2 내지 약 1 : 5.5일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성 등이 더 우수할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물은 통상의 열가소성 수지 조성물에 포함되는 첨가제를 더욱 포함할 수 있다. 상기 첨가제로는 난연제, 산화방지제, 적하방지제, 활제, 이형제, 핵제, 대전방지제, 안정제, 이들의 혼합물 등을 예시할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다. 상기 첨가제 사용 시, 그 함량은 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 약 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 0.001 내지 약 40 중량부, 예를 들면 약 0.1 내지 약 10 중량부일 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물은 상기 구성 성분을 혼합하고, 통상의 이축 압출기를 사용하여, 약 240 내지 약 300℃, 예를 들면 약 260 내지 약 290℃에서 용융 압출한 펠렛 형태일 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ISO 19095에 의거하여, 1.2 cm × 4 cm × 0.3 cm 크기의 알루미늄계 금속 시편과 1.2 cm × 4 cm × 0.3 cm 크기의 열가소성 수지 조성물 시편을 인서트 사출성형을 통해 각 시편의 1.2 cm × 0.3 cm 단면이 서로 붙도록 접합한 후 측정한 금속 접합력이 약 30 내지 약 50 MPa, 예를 들면 약 35 내지 약 45 MPa일 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ASTM D638에 의거하여, 5 mm/min의 조건에서 측정한 3.2 mm 두께 시편의 인장강도가 약 1,350 내지 약 1,850 kgf/cm2, 예를 들면 약 1,400 내지 약 1,800 kgf/cm2일 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 성형 온도 280℃, 금형 온도 150℃, 사출압 100 MPa 및 사출속도 100 mm/s의 조건에서, 너비 10 mm, 두께 1 mm인 스파이럴(spiral) 형태의 금형에서 사출 성형 후 측정한 시편의 스파이럴 플로우(spiral flow) 길이가 약 110 내지 약 130 mm, 예를 들면 약 113 내지 약 125 mm일 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 성형품은 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성된다. 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 펠렛 형태로 제조될 수 있으며, 제조된 펠렛은 사출성형, 압출성형, 진공성형, 캐스팅성형 등의 다양한 성형방법을 통해 다양한 성형품(제품)으로 제조될 수 있다. 이러한 성형방법은 본 발명이 속하는 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 잘 알려져 있다. 상기 성형품은 금속 접합성, 강성, 유동성(성형성), 이들의 물성 발란스 등이 우수하므로, 전자 기기의 내외장재, 자동차 내외장재, 휴대용 전자통신기기 내외장재 등으로 유용하다.
본 발명에 따른 복합재는 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성되는 플라스틱 부재; 및 상기 플라스틱 부재에 접하는 금속 부재;를 포함할 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 플라스틱 부재와 상기 금속 부재는 접착제 개재 없이 직접 접하는 것일 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상기 플라스틱 부재와 상기 금속 부재는 인서트 사출 성형에 의해 일체화되는 형태로 제조된 것일 수 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 금속 부재는 알루미늄, 티타늄, 철, 아연 중 1종 이상의 금속을 포함할 수 있다.
이하, 실시예를 통하여 본 발명을 보다 구체적으로 설명하고자 하나, 이러한 실시예들은 단지 설명의 목적을 위한 것으로, 본 발명을 제한하는 것으로 해석되어서는 안 된다.
실시예
이하, 실시예 및 비교예에서 사용된 각 성분의 사양은 다음과 같다.
(A) 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지
폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지(PBT, 제조사: Shinkong Synthetic Fibers, 제품명: Shinite K006, 고유점도[η]: 약 1.3 dl/g)를 사용하였다.
(B) 폴리카보네이트 수지
비스페놀-A계 폴리카보네이트 수지(PC, 제조사: 롯데케미칼, 중량평균분자량: 약 25,000 g/mol)를 사용하였다.
(C) 유리 섬유
(C1) 하기 식 1의 A 값이 약 47인 유리 섬유(M: 6,706 ppm, C: 0.70 중량%)를 사용하였다.

상기 식 1에서, M은 유리 섬유의 마그네슘(Mg) 함량 값(단위: ppm)이고, C는 전체 유리 섬유 100 중량% 중 표면 처리 물질의 함량 값(단위: 중량%)이다.
(C2) 상기 식 1의 A 값이 약 63인 유리 섬유(M: 6,396 ppm, C: 0.99 중량%)를 사용하였다.
(C3) 상기 식 1의 A 값이 약 17인 유리 섬유(M: 3,275 ppm, C: 0.52 중량%)를 사용하였다.
(C4) 상기 식 1의 A 값이 약 131인 유리 섬유(M: 15,941 ppm, C: 0.82 중량%)를 사용하였다.
실시예 1 내지 6 및 비교예 1 내지 6
상기 각 구성 성분을 하기 표 1 및 2에 기재된 바와 같은 함량으로 첨가한 후, 약 280℃에서 압출하여 펠렛을 제조하였다. 압출은 L/D=44, 직경 45 mm인 이축 압출기를 사용하였으며, 제조된 펠렛은 약 100℃에서 4시간 이상 건조 후, 6 oz 사출기(성형 온도: 약 270℃, 금형 온도: 약 150℃)에서 사출성형하여 시편을 제조하였다. 제조된 시편에 대하여 하기의 방법으로 물성을 평가하고, 그 결과를 하기 표 1 및 2에 나타내었다.
물성 측정 방법
(1) 금속 접합력(단위: MPa): ISO 19095에 의거하여, 알루미늄계 금속 시편과 열가소성 수지 조성물 시편을 인서트(insert) 사출성형(사출온도: 270℃, 금형온도: 150℃)을 통해 접합한 후 접합강도를 측정하였다. 여기서, 사용한 금속 시편은 수지 조성물 시편과 접합이 용이하도록 Geo Nation社의 TRI 표면처리가 되어있는 알루미늄계 금속 시편을 사용하였다. 또한, 사용된 금속 및 열가소성 수지 조성물 시편은 1.2 cm × 4 cm × 0.3 cm 크기이고, 1.2 cm × 0.3 cm 단면을 서로 붙여서 접합강도를 측정하였다.
(2) 인장강도(단위: kgf/cm2): ASTM D638에 의거하여, 5 mm/min의 조건에서 3.2 mm 두께 시편의 인장강도를 측정하였다.
(3) 스파이럴 플로우 길이(단위: mm): 성형 온도 280℃, 금형 온도 150℃, 사출압 100 MPa 및 사출속도 100 mm/s의 조건에서, 너비 10 mm, 두께 1 mm인 스파이럴(spiral) 형태의 금형에서 사출 성형 후, 사출 성형 시편의 스파이럴 플로우(spiral flow) 길이를 측정하였다.

상기 결과로부터, 본 발명에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물은 금속 접합성(금속 접합력), 강성(인장강도), 유동성(스파이럴 플로우 길이), 이들의 물성 발란스 등이 우수함을 알 수 있다.
반면, 폴리카보네이트 수지를 본 발명의 함량 범위 미만으로 적용할 경우(비교예 1), 열가소성 수지 조성물의 금속 접합성 등이 저하됨을 알 수 있고, 폴리카보네이트 수지를 본 발명의 함량 범위보다 초과하여 적용할 경우(비교예 2), 열가소성 수지 조성물의 강성, 유동성 등이 저하됨을 알 수 있다. 유리 섬유를 본 발명의 함량 범위 미만으로 적용할 경우(비교예 3), 열가소성 수지 조성물의 강성 등이 저하됨을 알 수 있고, 유리 섬유를 본 발명의 함량 범위보다 초과하여 적용할 경우(비교예 4), 열가소성 수지 조성물의 유동성 등이 저하됨을 알 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 유리 섬유 대신에, 식 1의 A 값이 본 발명의 범위 미만인 유리 섬유 (C3)를 적용할 경우(비교예 5), 열가소성 수지 조성물의 금속 접합성, 유동성 등이 저하됨을 알 수 있고, 식 1의 A 값이 본 발명의 범위를 초과하는 유리 섬유 (C4)를 적용할 경우(비교예 6), 열가소성 수지 조성물의 유동성 등이 저하됨을 알 수 있다.
이제까지 본 발명에 대하여 실시예들을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 변형된 형태로 구현될 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로, 개시된 실시예들은 한정적인 관점이 아니라 설명적인 관점에서 고려되어야 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 전술한 설명이 아니라 특허청구범위에 나타나 있으며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 차이점은 본 발명에 포함된 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 성형 온도 280℃, 금형 온도 150℃, 사출압 100 MPa 및 사출속도 100 mm/s의 조건에서, 너비 10 mm, 두께 1 mm인 스파이럴(spiral) 형태의 금형에서 사출 성형 후 측정한 시편의 스파이럴 플로우(spiral flow) 길이가 약 110 내지 약 130 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성되는 플라스틱 부재; 및상기 플라스틱 부재에 접하는 금속 부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금속 부재는 알루미늄, 티타늄, 철, 아연 중 1종 이상의 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
