【課題】アクチュエータを備える駆動装置の車両への搭載性を向上させる。 【解決手段】駆動装置は、モータと、インバータと、動力伝達機構と、パーク機構と、これらを収容するハウジングと、を備え、ハウジングは、モータ収容部と、インバータを収容すると共に、上下方向において、モータ収容部の上部に付設されたインバータ収容部と、動力伝達機構を収容すると共に、モータの回転軸方向でモータ収容部に隣接配置された動力伝達機構収容部と、を有し、動力伝達機構は、モータの動力が入力される入力軸と、モータの動力を駆動輪へ伝達する出力軸と、を有し、入力軸と出力軸は、回転軸方向から見て、車両の前後方向に並んで配置されており、回転軸方向から見て、インバータ収容部は、モータ収容部における出力軸側の上部に付設されており、回転軸方向から見て、パーク機構のアクチュエータが、動力伝達機構収容部における入力軸側の上部に配置されている。

Description

駆動装置
 本発明は、駆動装置に関する。
 特許文献1は、パーク機構を操作するためのアクチュエータを備える駆動装置を開示する。
特開2018-71679号公報
 アクチュエータは、駆動装置のハウジングの外周側に配置される。そのため、アクチュエータの配置位置によっては、駆動装置のレイアウトが制限される。そうすると、駆動装置の車両への搭載性が影響を受ける可能性がある。
 そこで、アクチュエータを備える駆動装置において、車両への搭載性を向上させることが求められている。
 本発明のある態様における駆動装置は、
 車両の駆動源であるモータと、
 前記モータに電流を供給するインバータと、
 前記モータの動力を駆動輪に伝達する動力伝達機構と、
 前記動力伝達機構による前記動力の伝達を許容又は規制するパーク機構と、
 前記モータ、前記インバータ、前記動力伝達機構、及び前記パーク機構を収容するハウジングと、を備えた駆動装置であって、
 前記ハウジングは、
 前記モータを収容するモータ収容部と、
 前記インバータを収容すると共に、前記駆動装置の前記車両への設置状態を基準とした上下方向において、前記モータ収容部の上部に付設されたインバータ収容部と、
 前記動力伝達機構を収容すると共に、前記モータの回転軸方向で前記モータ収容部に隣接配置された動力伝達機構収容部と、を有し、
 前記動力伝達機構は、
 前記モータの前記動力が入力される入力軸と、
 前記モータの前記動力を前記駆動輪へ伝達する出力軸と、を有し、
 前記入力軸と前記出力軸は、前記回転軸方向から見て、前記車両の前後方向に並んで配置されており、
 前記回転軸方向から見て、前記インバータ収容部は、前記モータ収容部における前記出力軸側の上部に付設されており、
 前記回転軸方向から見て、前記パーク機構のアクチュエータが、前記動力伝達機構収容部における前記入力軸側の上部に配置されている。
 本発明のある態様によれば、アクチュエータを備える駆動装置において、車両への搭載性を向上させることができる。

 始めに、本明細書における用語の定義を説明する。
 「ハウジング」とは、モータ、ギア、インバータを収容するものである。ハウジングは1つ以上のケースから構成される。
 「モータ」とは、電動機機能及び/又は発電機機能を有する回転電機である。
 要素A(部品、部分等)に接続された要素B(部品、部分等)、要素A(部品、部分等)の下流に接続された要素B(部品、部分等)、要素A(部品、部分等)の上流に接続された要素B(部品、部分等)と述べられた場合、要素Aと要素Bとが動力伝達可能に接続されていることを意味する。動力の入力側が上流となり、動力の出力側が下流となる。また、要素Aと要素Bは、他の要素(クラッチ、他の歯車機構等)を介して接続されていても良い。
 「所定方向視においてオーバーラップ」とは、所定方向に複数の要素が並んでいることを意味し、「所定方向にオーバーラップ」と記載する場合と同義である。「所定方向」は、例えば、軸方向、径方向、重力方向、車両走行方向(車両前進方向、車両後進方向)等である。
 図面上において複数の要素(部品、部分等)が所定方向に並んでいることが図示されている場合は、明細書の説明において、所定方向視においてオーバーラップしていることを説明した文章があるとみなして良い。
 「所定方向視においてオーバーラップしていない」、「所定方向視においてオフセットしている」とは、所定方向に複数の要素が並んでいないことを意味し、「所定方向にオーバーラップしていない」、「所定方向にオフセットしている」と記載する場合と同義である。「所定方向」は、例えば、軸方向、径方向、重力方向、車両走行方向(車両前進方向、車両後進方向)等である。
 図面上において複数の要素(部品、部分等)が所定方向に並んでいないことが図示されている場合は、明細書の説明において、所定方向視においてオーバーラップしていないことを説明した文章があるとみなして良い。
 「所定方向視において要素A(部品、部分等)は要素B(部品、部分等)と要素C(部品、部分等)との間に位置する」とは、所定方向から観察した場合において、要素Aが要素Bと要素Cとの間にあることが観察できることを意味する。「所定方向」は、例えば、軸方向、径方向、重力方向、車両走行方向(車両前進方向、車両後進方向)等である。
 例えば、要素Bと要素Aと要素Cとが、この順で軸方向に沿って並んでいる場合は、径方向視において、要素Aは要素Bと要素Cとの間に位置しているといえる。図面上において、所定方向視において要素Aが要素Bと要素Cとの間にあることが図示されている場合は、明細書の説明において所定方向視において要素Aが要素Bと要素Cとの間にあることを説明した文章があるとみなして良い。
 「軸方向」とは、駆動装置を構成する部品の回転軸の軸方向を意味する。「径方向」とは、ユニットを構成する部品の回転軸に直交する方向を意味する。部品は、例えば、モータ、歯車機構、差動歯車機構等である。
 以下、本実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、車両Vに搭載される駆動装置1を例に挙げて説明する。

 ここで、図面における「上下方向」とは、駆動装置1が車両Vに搭載された状態を基準としたときの鉛直線方向を意味する。よって、「上側」と表記した場合には、鉛直線方向における「上側」を意味し、「下側」と表記した場合には、鉛直線方向における「下側」を意味する。また「前後方向」とは、駆動装置1が車両Vに搭載された状態を基準としたときの車両の前後方向を意味する。よって、「前側」と表記した場合には、車両前後方向における「前側」を意味し、「後側」と表記した場合には、車両前後方向における「後側」を意味する。
 図1に示すように、駆動装置1は、車両Vの後側に搭載される。駆動装置1の前側には、バッテリBTが設けられている。駆動装置1は、前後方向で間隔を空けて並ぶフレームFR、FRの間に配置される。フレームFR、FRは、車幅方向に沿う向きに設けられている。
 図1、図2に示すように、駆動装置1は、駆動源であるモータ2と、モータ2の回転を左右の駆動輪WH、WHに伝達する動力伝達機構3と、バッテリBTの電力を変換してモータ2に電流を供給するインバータINVと、を有する。バッテリBTとインバータINVはケーブルCaで接続されている。また、駆動装置1は、動力伝達機構3による回転の伝達を許容又は規制するパーク機構9を有する。
 また、駆動装置1は、モータ2、動力伝達機構3、インバータINV、及びパーク機構9を収容するハウジングHSを有する。
 ハウジングHSは、モータ2を収容するモータケース10(モータ収容部)と、動力伝達機構3を収容するギアケース12(動力伝達機構収容部)と、インバータINVを収容するインバータケース14(インバータ収容部)と、を有する。
 ギアケース12は、車幅方向左側(図1における下側)から、モータケース10に隣接して設けられている。インバータケース14は、上側から見てモータケース10と重なる位置に設けられている。
 図2に示すように、駆動装置1では、モータ2の回転駆動力が、動力伝達機構3に伝達される。動力伝達機構3は、モータ2と一体に回転する入力軸4と、入力軸4の回転を減速して差動機構6に伝達する中間軸5と、差動機構6の回転を左右の駆動輪WH、WHに伝達するドライブシャフト7(7A、7B)と、を有する。
 図10に示すように、入力軸4は、モータ2のモータシャフト20と同軸に設けられたシャフト部40と、シャフト部40の外周に形成されたギア部41と、を有する。シャフト部40は、モータシャフト20とスプライン嵌合しており、モータシャフト20と一体に回転軸X1回りに回転する。
 また、図10に示すように、シャフト部40の外周には、後記するパークギア90が設けられている。パークギア90は、シャフト部40にスプライン嵌合しており、シャフト部40と一体に回転軸X1回りに回転する。
 図2に示すように、中間軸5は、回転軸X1と平行な回転軸X2に沿うシャフト部50と、シャフト部50の外周に設けられた径の異なる2つのギア部(大径ギア部51、小径ギア部52)と、を有する。大径ギア部51と小径ギア部52は、シャフト部50と一体に回転軸X2回りに回転する。入力軸4のギア部41は、中間軸5の大径ギア部51に噛合している。
 中間軸5の小径ギア部52には、差動機構6のファイナルギア61が噛合している。
 ファイナルギア61は、デフケース60の外周に固定されており、デフケース60と一体に回転軸X3回りに回転する。回転軸X3は、回転軸X1、X2と平行である。デフケース60は、傘歯車62とサイドギア63を介してドライブシャフト7(7A、7B)に接続されている。そのため、ドライブシャフト7(7A、7B)は、ファイナルギア61と共に回転軸X3回りに回転する。すなわち、差動機構6とドライブシャフト7(7A、7B)が、駆動装置1の出力軸8を構成する。
 駆動装置1では、モータシャフト20及び入力軸4の回転軸X1と、中間軸5の回転軸X2と、出力軸8の回転軸X3とが、前後方向の後側から前側に向かってこの順番で並んでいる。
 図2に示すように、これら回転軸X1~X3は、車幅方向に沿う向きに設けられている。なお、以下においては、必要に応じて、これら回転軸X1~X3を総称して、回転軸Xとも表記する。
 図2に示すように、モータケース10は、回転軸X方向で互いに接合されるケース部材11とカバー部材13と、を有する。
 ケース部材11は、回転軸X1を囲む支持壁部111を有する。支持壁部111は、回転軸X1に沿う向きに設けられている。支持壁部111の内側には、モータ2が収容される。支持壁部111の一端111aには、ギアケース12がボルト(図示せず)で連結されている。支持壁部111の他端111bには、カバー部材13がボルト(図示せず)で連結されている。
 支持壁部111の一端111a側には、モータ2と動力伝達機構3の間を内径側に延びる壁部112が設けられている。壁部112は、回転軸X1に直交する向きで設けられている。
 モータケース10とギアケース12の内部に形成される空間は、壁部112によって、2つに区画される。壁部112からモータ2側の空間(図中、右側)が、モータ2を収容するモータ室Saである。壁部112から動力伝達機構3側の空間(図中、左側)が、動力伝達機構3を収容するギア室Sbである。
 図10に示すように、壁部112では、回転軸X1と交差する領域に、開口112aが設けられている。壁部112の開口112aを、モータシャフト20が回転軸X1方向に貫通している。
 壁部112では、開口112aを囲む筒壁部113が設けられている。筒壁部113は、回転軸X1方向におけるモータ室Sa側(図中、右側)の面と、ギア室Sb側の面の双方に突出している。
 筒壁部113のモータ室Sa側の内周には、ベアリングBmが設けられている。モータシャフト20の一端20a側は、ベアリングBmを介して筒壁部113で支持されている。
 筒壁部113のギア室Sb側の内周には、ベアリングB4が設けられている。入力軸4のシャフト部40の他端40b側は、ベアリングB4を介して筒壁部113で支持されている。この状態において、モータシャフト20の一端20a側の外周が、シャフト部40の他端40b側の内周にスプライン嵌合している。
 また、図2に示すように、壁部112の動力伝達機構3側(図中、左側)の面には、回転軸X1より前側に、筒壁部114が設けられている。筒壁部114は、回転軸X2を囲む筒状を成している。筒壁部114の内周には、ベアリングB5が設けられている。ベアリングB5は、中間軸5のシャフト部50を支持している。
 図2に示すように、ケース部材11は、支持壁部111から前側に膨出する膨出壁部15を有する。差動機構6は、膨出壁部15の内部に収容されている。
 膨出壁部15は、回転軸X3に沿う側壁部151を有する。回転軸X3方向における側壁部151の一端151aと他端151bは、支持壁部111の一端111aと他端111bとそれぞれ面一である。
 回転軸X3方向における側壁部151の一端151aには、ギアケース12がボルト(図示せず)で連結されている。側壁部151の他端151bには、側壁部151と支持壁部111とを接続する接続壁152が設けられている。接続壁152は、回転軸X3に直交する向きで設けられている。
 接続壁152では、回転軸X3が交差する領域を、ドライブシャフト7Aが回転軸X3方向に貫通している。接続壁152には、ドライブシャフト7Aを囲む筒状のドライブシャフト支持部153が設けられている。ドライブシャフト支持部153の内周にはベアリングB7が支持されている。ドライブシャフト7Aは、ベアリングB7を介してドライブシャフト支持部153で支持されている。
 また、膨出壁部15では、側壁部151の一端151aと他端151bの間にも、側壁部151と支持壁部111とを接続する接続壁部154が設けられている。接続壁部154は、回転軸X3に直交する向きで設けられている。
 接続壁部154では、回転軸X3が交差する領域を、デフケース60の支持筒601が回転軸X3方向に貫通している。接続壁部154は、支持筒601を囲む筒状のデフケース支持部155を備えている。デフケース支持部155の内周にはベアリングB6が支持されている。デフケース60の支持筒601は、ベアリングB6を介してデフケース支持部155で支持されている。
 ギアケース12は、回転軸X1~X3に直交する向きで設けられた底壁部120と、底壁部120の外周縁を全周に亘って囲む周壁部121と、を有する。周壁部121の先端面121aは、前後方向における後側が、支持壁部111の一端111aに接合されていると共に、前側が、膨出壁部15の側壁部151の一端151aに接合されている。
 底壁部120では、回転軸X1が交差する領域に、ベアリングB4が設けられている。ベアリングB4は、入力軸4のシャフト部40の一端40a側を支持する(図10参照)。
 これにより、入力軸4は、回転軸X1方向の両端部がケース部材11側とギアケース12側で支持されて、回転軸X1回りに回転可能に設けられている。
 図2に示すように、底壁部120では、回転軸X2が交差する領域に、ベアリングB5が設けられている。ベアリングB5は、中間軸5のシャフト部50を支持している。
 これにより、中間軸5は、回転軸X2方向の両端部がケース部材11側とギアケース12側で支持されて、回転軸X2回りに回転可能に設けられている。
 底壁部120では、回転軸X3が交差する領域を、デフケース60の支持筒602が回転軸X3方向に貫通している。底壁部120では、支持筒602を囲む筒状のデフケース支持部122が設けられている。デフケース支持部122の内周にはベアリングB6が支持されている。デフケース60の支持筒602は、ベアリングB6を介してデフケース支持部122で支持されている。
 これにより、デフケース60は、回転軸X3方向の両端部がモータケース10(ケース部材11)側とギアケース12側で支持されて、回転軸X3回りに回転可能に設けられている。
 デフケース60の支持筒601、602の内周を、ドライブシャフト7A、7Bが挿通している。デフケース60の回転は、傘歯車62とサイドギア63を介してドライブシャフト7A、7Bに伝達される。そのため、デフケース60の回転に連動して、ドライブシャフト7A、7Bもまた、回転軸X3回りに回転する。
 カバー部材13は、回転軸X1に直交する壁部130と、壁部130の外周を囲む周壁部131とを有する。周壁部131の一端131aは、ケース部材11の支持壁部111の他端111bに回転軸X1方向から接合されている。この状態においてケース部材11では、他端111b側の開口が、カバー部材13で塞がれている。
 カバー部材13は、壁部130におけるモータ室Sa側の面にモータ支持部135が設けられている。モータ支持部135は、回転軸X1を間隔を空けて囲む筒状を成している。
 モータ支持部135の内周には、ベアリングBmが支持されている。モータシャフト20の外周が、ベアリングBmを介してモータ支持部135で支持されている。
 モータ2は、モータシャフト20と、モータシャフト20に外挿された円筒状のロータ21と、ロータ21の外周を間隔を空けて囲むステータ22と、を有する。
 モータシャフト20は、回転軸X1方向におけるロータ21を挟んだ一方側と他方側に、ベアリングBm、Bmが外挿されている。モータシャフト20は、ベアリングBm、Bmを介して、モータケース10で回転可能に支持されている。ステータ22は、支持壁部111の内周に挿入されている。
 ここで、図3に示すように、モータケース10の上部には、内部にインバータINVを収容するインバータケース14が設けられている。インバータケース14は、回転軸X方向でケース部材11とカバー部材13とに跨って設けられていると共に、ギアケース12とは離間した位置に設けられている。
 これにより、インバータケース14は、容積を減らすことなく、後記するギアケース12の上部に配置されるアクチュエータ97との干渉を避け易くなっている。
 図3に示すように、インバータケース14は、ケース部材11側の支持壁部16と、カバー部材13側の支持壁部17と、を接合して形成した開口を、支持壁部16と支持壁部17とに跨って設けた蓋部18で塞いで形成される。
 図5に示すように、上下方向の上側から見て、支持壁部16は、モータ2が配置される領域(回転軸X1の近傍)から、中間軸5が配置される領域(回転軸X2)を横切って、出力軸8が配置される領域(回転軸X3)まで及ぶ範囲に設けられている。
 よって、図6、図7に示すように、インバータケース14は、上側から見て、モータ2および出力軸8とオーバーラップする位置関係で設けられている。
 図3に示すように、ケース部材11の支持壁部16は、ケース部材11から紙面手前側に膨出した膨出壁部15の上部に設けられている。
 図5に示すように、上下方向の上側から見て、支持壁部16は、第1壁部161と、第2壁部162と、第3壁部163と、から構成される連続壁である。
 第1壁部161は、カバー部材13からギアケース12側(図中、右側)にオフセットした位置を前後方向(図中、上下方向)に沿う向きで配置されている。第1壁部161は、膨出壁部15とオーバーラップする領域を前後方向に横切る範囲に設けられている。
 第2壁部162は、第1壁部161の前側の端部から、回転軸X方向におけるカバー部材13側に延びている。
 第3壁部163は、第1壁部161の後側の端部から、回転軸X方向におけるカバー部材13側に延びている。上側から見て第3壁部163は、後側の端部が支持壁部111とオーバラップする領域で第1壁部161に接続している。第2壁部162と第3壁部163は、回転軸X方向に沿う向きで設けられている。
 上方から見て、第3壁部163における支持壁部111とオーバラップする領域では、図6に示すように、回転軸X方向における第3壁部163の先端面163aが、支持壁部111の他端111bと面一に設けられている。
 上方から見て、第3壁部163における膨出壁部15とオーバラップする領域では、図7に示すように、回転軸X方向における第3壁部163の先端面163aが、膨出壁部15の側壁部151の他端151bとも面一に設けられている。
 図5に示すように、第2壁部162の先端面162aと、第3壁部163の先端面163aは、回転軸X方向における位置を揃えて設けられている。先端面162aと先端面163aは、面一に設けられている。
 よって、第2壁部162の先端面162aと、第3壁部163の先端面163aと、支持壁部111の他端111b(図6参照)と、膨出壁部15の側壁部151の他端151b(図7参照)は、ケース部材11とカバー部材13との合わせ面に沿う同一平面上に位置している。
 図4に示すように、回転軸X方向から見てカバー部材13では、支持壁部17が、周壁部131の領域から前側に膨出して設けられている。具体的には、支持壁部17は、回転軸X1を通る鉛直線VL1よりも前側、かつ、回転軸X1を通る水平線HL1よりも上側の領域内に設けられている。
 回転軸X方向から見て、支持壁部17は、ケース部材11の支持壁部16とオーバーラップする位置であって、ドライブシャフト7Aとはオーララップしない位置(ドライブシャフト7Aから上方にオフセットした位置)に設けられている。
 図5に示すように、カバー部材13は、周壁部131から前側に延びる延出壁部132を有する。上下方向の上側から見て、延出壁部132は、回転軸X3とオーバーラップしている。
 上下方向の上側から見て、支持壁部17は、第1壁部171と、第2壁部172と、第3壁部173と、から構成される連続壁である。
 第1壁部171は、ケース部材11からギアケース12とは反対側(図中、左側)にオフセットした位置を、前後方向(図中、上下方向)に沿う向きで配置されている。
 第1壁部171は、延出壁部132を前後方向に横切る範囲に設けられている。第1壁部171は、後側の端部が周壁部131側に及んでいる。
 第2壁部172は、第1壁部171の前側の端部から、回転軸X方向におけるケース部材11側に延びている。第3壁部173は、第1壁部171の後側の端部から、回転軸X方向におけるケース部材11側に延びている。第2壁部172と第3壁部173は、回転軸X方向に沿う向きで設けられている。
 図6に示すように、回転軸X方向における第3壁部173の先端面173aが、周壁部131の一端131aと面一に設けられている。
 図7に示すように、回転軸X方向における第3壁部173の先端面173aが、延出壁部132の一端132aと面一に設けられている。
 図5に示すように、回転軸X方向における第2壁部172の先端面172aと、第3壁部173の先端面173aは、回転軸X方向における位置を揃えて設けられている。先端面172aと先端面173aは、面一に設けられている。
 よって、第2壁部172の先端面172aと、第3壁部173の先端面173aと、周壁部131の一端131a(図6参照)と、延出壁部132の一端132a(図7参照)は、ケース部材11とカバー部材13との合わせ面に沿う同一平面上に位置している。
 図5に示すように、ケース部材11とカバー部材13とを回転軸X方向で接合すると、支持壁部16の第2壁部162の先端面162aと、支持壁部17の第2壁部172の先端面172aが当接する。支持壁部16の第3壁部163の先端面163aと、支持壁部17の第3壁部173の先端面173aが当接する。図6に示すように、支持壁部111の他端111bと周壁部131の一端131aが当接する。図7に示すように、膨出壁部15の側壁部151の他端151bと延出壁部132の一端132aが当接する。
 これにより、モータケース10には、支持壁部16、17で囲まれた空間Scが形成される。
 また、図6、図7に示すように、支持壁部16の上端面16aと、支持壁部17の上端面17aが面一に設けられる。支持壁部16、17の上端面16a、17aには、蓋部18の接合面18aが隙間なく接合される。そのため、支持壁部16、17で囲まれた空間Scの開口が、蓋部18で塞がれるようになっている。
 これにより、インバータケース14内には、モータケース10の支持壁部16、17及び蓋部18で囲まれた空間Scが形成され、当該空間Sc内にインバータINV(図5参照)が収容される。以下の説明では、空間Scをインバータ室Scとも表記する。
 図8に示すように、回転軸X方向から見て、ギア室Sbを囲むギアケース12の周壁部121は、入力軸4と、中間軸5と、出力軸8の上側を前後方向に横切る天井部121tと、下側を前後方向に横切る底部121bと、天井部121tと底部121bの端部同士を接続する側壁121c、121dと、を有する。
 本実施形態では、回転軸X方向から見て、後側から前側に向かって順番に入力軸4と、中間軸5と、出力軸8が並んでいる。すなわち、中間軸5は、入力軸4と出力軸8の間に設けられている。入力軸4のギア部41の半径r1は、中間軸5の大径ギア部51の半径r2よりも小径である(r1<r2)。出力軸8のファイナルギア61の半径r3は、入力軸4のパークギア90の半径r9よりも大径である(r3>r9)。
 そして、出力軸8の回転軸X3(軸心)を通る水平線HL3と、入力軸4の回転軸X1(軸心)を通る水平線HL1を、中間軸5の回転軸X2(軸心)を通る水平線HL2よりも下側に設けている。
 そのため、回転軸X方向から見て、周壁部121の天井部121tの形状が、入力軸4のパークギア90の外周と中間軸5の大径ギア部51の外周を通る接線、および中間軸5の大径ギア部51と出力軸8のファイナルギア61の外周を通る接線に沿った形状となっている。これにより、上下方向で中間軸5と重なる天井部121tの領域(中間軸5の上側の領域)を、上下方向で入力軸4や出力軸8と重なる領域(上下方向で中間軸5と重ならない領域)よりも、上側にオフセットした位置に配置することができる。
 これにより、回転軸X方向から見て、ギアケース12には、出力軸8の上側であって中間軸5の側方(図8における左側)と、入力軸4の上側であって中間軸5の側方(図8における右側)に、それぞれ上下方向に範囲を持つ空間的な余裕ができる。
 ここで、インバータケース14内のインバータINVには、バッテリBTからケーブルCaが接続される(図1参照)。インバータケース14の蓋部18には、ケーブルCaを接続するための接続部14cが設けられている。接続部14cは、回転軸X方向における蓋部18のギアケース12側の側面に開口する孔部である。接続部14cは、インバータ室Scに連通している(図12参照)。
 図8に示すように、回転軸X方向から見て、ギアケース12の天井部121tでは、出力軸8の上側の領域が、中間軸5から前側(図中、左側)に向かうにつれて下側に位置する向きで傾斜している。
 回転軸X方向から見て、接続部14cは、出力軸8の上側かつ中間軸5よりも前側の領域において、天井部121tの外側で開口している。
 これにより、ギアケース12における出力軸8の上部のスペースを利用して、インバータINVとバッテリBTを接続するケーブルCa(図1参照)を取り回すことができるようになっている。
 また、接続部14cは、回転軸X方向から見て、中間軸5を挟んでパーク機構9のアクチュエータ97と反対側に設けられている。そのため、接続部14cからインバータINVに接続されるケーブルCaが、アクチュエータ97にも干渉しないようになっている。
 ギアケース12における入力軸4の上部に形成されたスペースには、パーク機構9のアクチュエータ97が設けられている。
 図9に示すように、パーク機構9は、パークギア90と、パークポール91と、パークロッド92と、サポート93と、ディテントスプリング94と、マニュアルプレート95と、マニュアルシャフト96と、アクチュエータ97(図8参照)と、を有する。
 パークギア90は、入力軸4のシャフト部40と一体に回転軸X1回りに回転する。パークギア90では、回転軸X1周りの周方向で、歯部901と歯溝部902が交互に設けられている。
 パークギア90の下側には、パークポール91と、パークロッド92と、サポート93と、ディテントスプリング94と、マニュアルプレート95と、が位置している。
 パークギア90の後側には、マニュアルシャフト96が設けられている。マニュアルシャフト96は、回転軸X1を上下方向に横切って設けられている。図8に示すように、マニュアルシャフト96の上端部96a側は、ギアケース12の貫通孔125bを貫通して、ギアケース12の外部に位置している。マニュアルシャフト96の上端部96aには、アクチュエータ97が接続されている。
 図9に示すようにパークポール91は、直線Lmに沿う向きに設けられた長板状の基部910を有する。直線Lmは、前後方向に沿う直線である。基部910には、支持ピンPが貫通している。支持ピンPは、回転軸X1の後側かつ水平線HL1の下側に設けられている。
 支持ピンPは、回転軸X1に平行な軸線Xaに沿う向きに設けられている。支持ピンPは、ケース部材11の壁部112に固定されている。これにより、パークポール91は、支持ピンPによって軸線Xa回りに回動可能に支持されている。
 基部910では、回転軸X1を通る鉛直線VL1が交差する位置に、上面910aから突出する爪部912が設けられている。爪部912は、鉛直線VL1方向において、パークギア90の歯溝部902と対向する。
 基部910では、直線Lm方向における爪部912よりも前側に、下面910bから突出する操作部911が設けられている。操作部911は、サポート93で支持されたカム920に載置されている。
 ここで、支持ピンPには、ねじりバネSp1が外挿されている。
 ねじりバネSp1の一端Spaは、支持ピンPから見て前側で基部910の上面910aに圧接している。ねじりバネSp1の他端Spbは、支持ピンPから見て後側で壁部112に設けられた係止溝112cに係止されている。
 この状態において、ねじりバネSp1は、パークポール91に付勢力を作用させている。軸線Xa回りに回動可能なパークポール91は、ねじりバネSp1から作用する付勢力で、パークギア90から爪部912を離間させる方向(図9では反時計回り方向:矢印参照)に、常時付勢されている。
 図9に示すように、回転軸X1方向から見てパークロッド92は、直線Lnに沿う向きで設けられている。直線Lnは、パークポール91の下側を、車両前後方向に沿う直線である。
 パークロッド92は、カム920が外挿された先端側を、パークポール91側(前側)に向けて設けられている。カム920は、サポート93と、パークポール91の操作部911との間に挿入されている。
 図10に示すように、断面視においてサポート93は、カム920が載置される基部930と、回転軸X1方向におけるカム920と壁部112の間に設けられた側壁部931と、を有する。
 サポート93は、ディテントスプリング94を間に挟んで、基部930と側壁部931を貫通したボルトB、Bにより、壁部112の取付部112bに固定されている。取付部112bは、壁部112の一部を厚肉に形成した部位である。
 ここで、ギアケース12の底壁部120には、回転軸X1方向におけるカム920を挟んだ側壁部931と反対側に、リブ129が設けられている。リブ129は、回転軸X1方向において底壁部120からカム920側に突出している。
 これにより、カム920は、回転軸X1方向における両側が側壁部931とリブ129とで挟まれることで、基部930から脱落しないようになっている。
 この状態において、パーク機構9では、回転軸X1の内径側から外径側に向かって入力軸4と、パークギア90と、パークポール91と、カム920と、サポート93と、が順番に並ぶようになっている。
 図9に示すように、基部930には、上下方向でパークポール91の操作部911と対向する位置に、カム部935が設けられている(図中、左側)。カム部935の上面935aは、基部930の上面930aよりも前側、かつ上側に位置している。
 パークロッド92では、先端92a側にカム920が外挿されている。カム920は、スプリングSp2の付勢力で、先端92a側に付勢されている。
 パークロッド92が、サポート93とパークポール91の操作部911との間にカム920を押し込む方向(図9における左向き矢印方向)に変位すると、カム部935に乗り上げられたカム920が、操作部911を押し上げる。
 これにより、パークポール91は、図9における時計回り方向に回動して、爪部912をパークギア90の歯溝部902に係合させた位置に配置される。そのため、パークギア90、及びパークギア90と一体に回転する入力軸4の回転軸X1回りの回転が規制される。
 パークロッド92が、サポート93とパークポール91の操作部911との間から引き抜かれる方向(図9における右向き矢印方向)に変位すると、パークロッド92のカム920が、カム部935を降りて基部930の上面930aに到達する。
 これにより、パークポール91は、ねじりバネSp1の付勢力により、図9における反時計回り方向に回動して、爪部912をパークギア90の歯溝部902から離脱させた位置に配置される。そのため、パークギア90、及びパークギア90と一体に回転する入力軸4の回転軸X1回りの回転が許容される。
 このように、パークポール91は、パークギア90の歯溝部902(外周)に係合した状態と、歯溝部902から離脱した状態とが切り替わる(係脱する)ようになっている。
 図11に示すように、パークロッド92の基端部92bは、マニュアルプレート95で支持されている。この状態においてパークロッド92は、マニュアルプレート95からの脱落が阻止された状態で、直線Ln方向に変位可能に設けられている。
 マニュアルプレート95は、マニュアルシャフト96に外挿される基部951と、基部951の外周から、マニュアルシャフト96の回動軸Yの径方向に延びる腕部952及び係合部953を有している。パークロッド92の基端部92bは、マニュアルプレート95の腕部952で支持されている。
 係合部953の外周には、マニュアルシャフト96の回動軸Y周りの周方向に連続する複数の凹部が設けられている。これら複数の凹部のうちの1つに、ディテントスプリング94のローラ941が弾発的に係合している。
 図9に示すように、マニュアルプレート95の基部951では、マニュアルシャフト96が上下方向に貫通している。マニュアルシャフト96の回動軸Yは、上下方向に沿う向きに設けられている。マニュアルシャフト96の下端部96bは、支持筒127に挿入されている。支持筒127は、ギアケース12の周壁部121の底部121bに設けられている。
 図8に示すように、マニュアルシャフト96は、入力軸4から見て出力軸8とは反対側の側方を上下方向に延びている。マニュアルシャフト96の上端部96aは、ギアケース12の周壁部121を貫通して、ギアケース12の外部に露出している。
 マニュアルシャフト96の上端部96aは、アクチュエータ97の駆動モータ(図示せず)に接続されている。例えば車両の走行モード/駐車モードの切り替えに連動して、アクチュエータ97が、マニュアルシャフト96を回動軸Y回りに回動させる(図9における矢印方向)。
 図11に示すように、マニュアルシャフト96が回動すると、マニュアルシャフト96に固定されたマニュアルプレート95もまた回動軸Y回りに回動する。そうすると、マニュアルプレート95で支持されたパークロッド92は、マニュアルプレート95の回転に連動して、直線Ln方向に変位する。
 パークロッド92の直線Ln方向の変位に連動して、カム920がパークポール91を軸線Xa回りに回動させる(図9参照)。これにより、パークポール91の爪部912が、パークギア90の歯溝部902に係脱することで、パークギア90の回転が規制または許容される。
 すなわち、本実施形態に係るパーク機構9では、アクチュエータ97が、パークポール91をパークギア90に噛み合う状態と噛み合わない状態とを制御する。
 また、図8に示すように、周壁部121の天井部121tでは、上下方向で中間軸5と重なる領域が、最も高さの高い頂部Tとなっている。
 本実施形態では、パーク機構9のアクチュエータ97は、天井部121tの頂部Tから後側(図中、右側)に避けた位置に配置されている。言い換えると、アクチュエータ97は、入力軸4の上側であって中間軸5の側方に設けられている。
 具体的には、天井部121tにおける入力軸4の上側であって中間軸5の側方の領域には、頂部Tよりも下側に窪んだ凹部125が形成されている。凹部125の底面125aは、頂部Tよりも深さHaだけ低くなっている。
 ここで、入力軸4の上側であって中間軸5の側方には、中間軸5の大径ギア部51の外径(半径r2)に応じて決まる大きさの空間的な余裕が生じる。凹部125は、この余裕のある空間を詰めるように、ギアケース12の外周を窪ませて形成されている。
 凹部125の底面125aには、天井部121tを上下方向に貫通する貫通孔125bが開口している。本実施形態では、パーク機構9のアクチュエータ97が凹部125に配置され、マニュアルシャフト96が貫通孔125bを貫通している。
 また、凹部125の後端部と側壁121dとの接続部には、上側に突出する突出壁部123が設けられている。
 図12に示すように、突出壁部123は、凹部125の外周を囲むように設けられている。アクチュエータ97は、突出壁部123にボルトBで固定されている。
 ここで、天井部121tが前後方向の全長に亘って頂部Tと同じ高さである場合、天井部121tにアクチュエータ97を設けると、アクチュエータ97の上端97tが、インバータケース14の上端14tよりも上側にはみ出すことがある。
 この場合、車両Vにおける駆動装置1のレイアウトは、はみ出したアクチュエータ97が車両の他の構成部品と干渉しないような配置に制限されるため、車両への搭載性に影響を及ぼすことになる。
 そこで、本実施形態では、図8に示すように、入力軸4が中間軸5に下側から噛み合うような配置を採用している。これにより、天井部121tにおける入力軸4の上側に空間的な余裕を持たせて、この余裕のある空間に、頂部Tよりも下側に窪む凹部125を設けて、当該凹部125にアクチュエータ97を配置できるようにしている。
 これにより、図12に示すように、アクチュエータ97の上端97tを、インバータケース14の上端14tよりも高さHbだけ下側に位置させることができる。そのため、アクチュエータ97がインバータケース14よりも上側にはみ出さないようになっている。
 これにより、アクチュエータ97が車両の他の構成部品と干渉し難くなるため、駆動装置1の車両への搭載性が向上している。
 さらに、本実施形態では、図9に示すように、パークギア90の下側に、パークポール91と、パークロッド92と、サポート93と、ディテントスプリング94と、マニュアルプレート95を設けている。
 ここで、図8に示すように、ギアケース12では、入力軸4の下側であって出力軸8の側方に、出力軸8が持つファイナルギア61の外径(半径r3)に応じて決まる大きさの空間的な余裕が生じる。
 本実施形態では、この余裕のある空間を利用して、パークポール91、パークロッド92、サポート93、ディテントスプリング94、及びマニュアルプレート95を配置している。
 これにより、パークポール91、パークロッド92、サポート93、ディテントスプリング94及びマニュアルプレート95を設けるための追加のスペースを、ギアケース12に設ける必要がない。追加のスペースを別途設ける場合には、駆動装置1が上下方向にサイズアップする可能性がある。上記の通り、ギアケース12内の入力軸4の下側に空間的が余裕があるので、駆動装置1が上下方向にサイズアップする可能性を低減している。
 また、パークギア90の下側に、これらパークポール91と、パークロッド92と、サポート93と、ディテントスプリング94と、マニュアルプレート95を設けることで、上下方向における入力軸4と天井部121tの間に、パーク機構9の構成部品は配置されない。これにより、アクチュエータ97を配置する凹部125の上下方向の深さHaをより深くできるようになっている。
 図12に示すように、アクチュエータ97の一部は、回転軸X方向において、ケース部材11側に及んでいる。そのため、前後方向から見て、アクチュエータ97は、インバータケース14と一部オーバーラップしている。
 例えば、図8において、インバータケース14が、回転軸X方向から見て、出力軸8側から入力軸4(回転軸X1)を横切る範囲まで及んで配置されていると、インバータケース14との干渉を避けるために、アクチュエータ97をインバータケース14よりも上方に突出して配置する必要が生じる場合がある。かかる場合、駆動装置1の上下方向の高さが、アクチュエータ97の突出分だけ高くなるため、駆動装置1の車両Vへの搭載性に影響が及ぶ可能性がある。
 そこで、図8に示すように、本実施形態では、回転軸X方向から見たときに、インバータケース14を前後方向における出力軸8(回転軸X3)寄りに配置することで、入力軸4側にアクチュエータ97を配置するための空間を確保している。
 これにより、アクチュエータ97をインバータケース14よりも上方に突出させて設ける必要が無いので、アクチュエータ97を設けるために、駆動装置1の上下方向の高さが高くなる可能性を低減できる。
 よって、駆動装置1のレイアウトの自由度が高まるため、車両Vへの搭載性の向上が期待できる。
 さらに、モータケース10とギアケース12が、回転軸X方向で隣接している。
 そのため、インバータケース14をモータケース10の上部に配置すると共に、アクチュエータ97をギアケース12の上部に配置することで、インバータケース14とアクチュエータ97を、回転軸X方向で位置をずらして配置できる。
 これにより、回転軸X方向から見て、出力軸8寄りに配置されたインバータケース14と、入力軸4寄りに配置されたアクチュエータ97とが、干渉する可能性を低減できる。アクチュエータ97を、インバータケース14の高さの範囲内に収めて配置することも可能になる。
 ここで、例えばパークギア90をモータシャフト20(図10参照)の外周に設けて、パーク機構9をケース部材11側に設けることが考えられる。
 しかしながら、この場合、アクチュエータ97はケース部材11の支持壁部111の外周側に配置されることになる。支持壁部111は、モータ2のステータ22(図2参照)を囲んでいるため、ギアケース12の周壁部121よりも外径が大きくなりやすい。そのため、支持壁部111の外周側に配置されたアクチュエータ97の上端97t(図12参照)が、インバータケース14の上端14tよりも上側に高い位置に配置されやすい。
 そこで、本実施形態では、パークギア90を入力軸4に設けて、アクチュエータ97をギアケース12に配置している。ギアケース12にはステータ22のような大径の部品は無いため、周壁部121に凹部125のような窪みを形成して、アクチュエータ97を配置することができる。これにより、パーク機構9をケース部材11に設ける場合よりも、低い位置にアクチュエータ97を配置しやすい。
 以上の通り、本実施形態の車両用の駆動装置1は、以下の構成を有する。
(1)駆動装置1は、
 車両Vの駆動源であるモータ2と、
 モータ2に電流を供給するインバータINVと、
 モータ2の動力を駆動輪WH、WHに伝達する動力伝達機構3と、
 動力伝達機構3による動力の伝達を許容又は規制するパーク機構9と、
 モータ2、インバータINV、動力伝達機構3、及びパーク機構9を収容するハウジングHSと、を備える。
 ハウジングHSは、
 モータ2を収容するモータケース10(モータ収容部)と、
 インバータINVを収容すると共に、駆動装置1の車両Vへの設置状態を基準とした上下方向において、モータケース10の上部に付設されたインバータケース14(インバータ収容部)と、
 動力伝達機構3を収容すると共に、回転軸X(モータ2の回転軸X1)方向でモータケース10に隣接配置されたギアケース12(動力伝達機構収容部)と、を有する。
 動力伝達機構3は、
 モータ2の動力が入力される入力軸4と、
 モータ2の動力を駆動輪WH、WHへ伝達する出力軸8と、を有する。
 入力軸4と出力軸8は、回転軸X方向から見て、車両Vの前後方向に並んで配置されている。
 回転軸X方向から見て、インバータケース14は、モータケース10における出力軸8側の上部に付設されている。
 回転軸X方向から見て、パーク機構9のアクチュエータ97は、ギアケース12における入力軸4側の上部に配置されている。
 回転軸X方向から見て、インバータケース14が、出力軸8から入力軸4側まで及んで配置されていると、インバータケース14との干渉を避けるために、アクチュエータ97をインバータケース14よりも上方に突出して配置する必要が生じる場合がある。かかる場合、駆動装置1の上下方向の高さが、アクチュエータ97の突出分だけ高くなる。この場合、駆動装置1の車両Vへの搭載性に影響を及ぼす。
 そこで、上記のように構成して、回転軸X方向から見たときに、インバータケース14を前後方向における出力軸8寄りに配置することで、入力軸4側にアクチュエータ97を配置するための空間を確保できる。
 これにより、アクチュエータ97をインバータケース14よりも上方に突出させて設ける必要が無いので、アクチュエータ97を設けるために、駆動装置1の上下方向の高さが高くなる可能性を低減できる。これにより、駆動装置1の車両Vへの搭載性の向上が期待できる。
 さらに、モータケース10とギアケース12が、回転軸X方向で隣接している。
 そのため、インバータケース14をモータケース10の上部に配置すると共に、アクチュエータ97をギアケース12の上部に配置することで、インバータケース14とアクチュエータ97を、回転軸X方向で位置をずらして配置できる。
 これにより、回転軸X方向から見て、出力軸8寄りに配置されたインバータケース14と、入力軸4寄りに配置されたアクチュエータ97とが、干渉する可能性を低減できる。アクチュエータ97を、インバータケース14の高さの範囲内に収めて配置することも可能になる。
(2)動力伝達機構3は、入力軸4と出力軸8との間に中間軸5を有している。
 中間軸5の軸心である回転軸X2は、入力軸4の軸心である回転軸X1及び出力軸8の軸心である回転軸X3よりも上側に位置している。
 ギアケース12では、回転軸X方向から見て、入力軸4の上側の領域の外周に、入力軸4側の下方に窪んだ凹部125が設けられている。
 アクチュエータ97は、少なくとも一部が凹部125に収容されている。
 このように構成して、中間軸5の回転軸X2が入力軸4の回転軸X1よりも上側に位置することで、入力軸4の上側であって中間軸5の側方に、中間軸5が持つギアの外径(大径ギア部51の半径r2)に応じて決まる大きさの空間が生じる。
 この空間を詰めるように、ギアケース12の外周を窪ませて凹部125を形成することで、凹部125にアクチュエータ97の少なくとも一部を収容できる。
 これにより、ギアケース12の外周からのアクチュエータ97の突出高さを抑えることができ、アクチュエータ97を、インバータケース14よりも上方に突出しないように設けることができる。よって、アクチュエータ97を設けるために、駆動装置1の上下方向の高さが高くなる可能性を低減でき、駆動装置1の車両Vへの搭載性の向上が期待できる。
(I)中間軸5の大径ギア部51は、当該大径ギア部51に噛み合う入力軸4のギア部41よりも大径である。
 このように構成すると、入力軸4の上側であって中間軸5の側方に空間が形成されるため、ギアケース12の天井部121tにおいて、凹部125を設けやすくなる。
(3)パーク機構9は、
 入力軸4に設けられたパークギア90と、
 入力軸4から見て出力軸8とは反対側の側方を上下方向に延びると共に、アクチュエータ97に連結されたマニュアルシャフト96と、
 アクチュエータ97によるマニュアルシャフト96の回動に連動して、パークギア90の歯溝部902(外周)に係脱する(歯溝部902に係合した状態と、歯溝部902から離脱した状態が切り替わる)パークポール91と、を有する。
 パークポール91は、入力軸4の下方に配置されている。
 このように構成すると、入力軸4の下側であって出力軸8の側方に、出力軸8が持つギアの外径(ファイナルギア61の半径r3)に応じて決まる大きさの空間が生じる。
 この空間を利用して、パークポール91を配置することで、例えばパークポール91を設けるための追加のスペースを設けて、駆動装置1が上下方向にサイズアップしてしまうことを低減できる。
 また、上下方向におけるギアケース12の天井部121tとパークギア90の間にパーク機構9の他の構成品が配置されなくなるため、凹部125の深さを深くし易い。
 よって、駆動装置1の車両Vへの搭載性の向上が期待できる。
(II)出力軸8のファイナルギア61の半径r3は、入力軸4のパークギア90の半径r9よりも大径である(r3>r9)。
 このように構成すると、入力軸4の下側であってファイナルギア61の側方に形成された空間にパークポール91を配置することができる。これにより、パークポール91を設けるために追加のスペースを設けることで、駆動装置1の上下方向の高さが高くなる可能性を低減できる。
(III)上下方向から見て、アクチュエータ97と、入力軸4と、パークポール91は、重なる位置関係で設けられている。
 このように構成すると、駆動装置1が、車両前後方向に大型化する程度を抑制できる。
(IV)前後方向から見て、パークポール91と入力軸4は、出力軸8のファイナルギア61に重なる位置関係で設けられている。
 このように構成すると、前後方向から見てファイナルギア61が及ぶ範囲内に、パークポール91と入力軸4を配置できる。そのため、例えば前後方向から見てパークポール91と入力軸4を、ファイナルギア61から下側にオフセットして配置した場合よりも、駆動装置1の上下方向の大型化が低減される。
(4)モータケース10は、モータ2を囲むケース部材11と、回転軸X方向におけるギアケース12とは反対側に、ケース部材11の開口を塞ぐカバー部材13を有する。
 インバータケース14は、ケース部材11の外周とカバー部材13の外周に跨がる回転軸X方向の範囲を持って形成されている。
 このように構成すると、回転軸X方向において、インバータケース14を、ギアケース12から離して設けることができる。
 これにより、インバータケース14の容積を減らすことなく、ギアケース12の上部に配置されるアクチュエータ97との干渉を避けることができる。
(5)インバータケース14は、ギアケース12側の側面に、バッテリBTとの接続部14cを有する。
 ギアケース12の天井部121tは、回転軸X方向から見て出力軸8側の領域が、中間軸5から出力軸8に向かうにつれて下側に傾斜している。
 接続部14cは、回転軸X方向から見て、ギアケース12の出力軸8側の領域の外側に開口している。
 このように構成すると、ギアケース12における出力軸8の上部のスペースを利用してバッテリBTから延びるケーブルCaを取り回すことができる。ケーブルCaとアクチュエータ97との干渉も回避できる。これにより、容易に接続部14cへアクセスできるようになる。

Claims (5)

  1.  車両の駆動源であるモータと、
     前記モータに電流を供給するインバータと、
     前記モータの動力を駆動輪に伝達する動力伝達機構と、
     前記動力伝達機構による前記動力の伝達を許容又は規制するパーク機構と、
     前記モータ、前記インバータ、前記動力伝達機構、及び前記パーク機構を収容するハウジングと、を備えた駆動装置であって、
     前記ハウジングは、
     前記モータを収容するモータ収容部と、
     前記インバータを収容すると共に、前記駆動装置の前記車両への設置状態を基準とした上下方向において、前記モータ収容部の上部に付設されたインバータ収容部と、
     前記動力伝達機構を収容すると共に、前記モータの回転軸方向で前記モータ収容部に隣接配置された動力伝達機構収容部と、を有し、
     前記動力伝達機構は、
     前記モータの前記動力が入力される入力軸と、
     前記モータの前記動力を前記駆動輪へ伝達する出力軸と、を有し、
     前記入力軸と前記出力軸は、前記回転軸方向から見て、前記車両の前後方向に並んで配置されており、
     前記回転軸方向から見て、前記インバータ収容部は、前記モータ収容部における前記出力軸側の上部に付設されており、
     前記回転軸方向から見て、前記パーク機構のアクチュエータが、前記動力伝達機構収容部における前記入力軸側の上部に配置されている、駆動装置。
  2.  請求項1において、
     前記動力伝達機構は、前記入力軸と前記出力軸との間に中間軸を有しており、
     前記中間軸の軸心は、前記入力軸の軸心及び前記出力軸の軸心よりも上側に位置しており、
     前記動力伝達機構収容部では、前記回転軸方向から見て前記入力軸側の領域の外周に、前記入力軸側の下方に窪んだ凹部が設けられており、
     前記アクチュエータは、少なくとも一部が前記凹部に収容されている、駆動装置。
  3.  請求項2において、
     前記パーク機構は、
     前記入力軸に設けられたパークギアと、
     前記入力軸から見て前記出力軸とは反対側の側方を前記上下方向に延びると共に、前記アクチュエータに連結されたマニュアルシャフトと、
     前記アクチュエータによる前記マニュアルシャフトの回動に連動して、前記パークギアの外周に係脱するパークポールと、を有しており、
     前記パークポールは、前記入力軸の下方に配置されている、駆動装置。
  4.  請求項2において、
     前記モータ収容部は、前記回転軸方向における前記動力伝達機構収容部とは反対側に、前記モータ収容部の開口を塞ぐカバーを有しており、
     前記インバータ収容部は、前記モータ収容部の外周と前記カバーの外周に跨がる前記回転軸方向の範囲を持って形成されている、駆動装置。
  5.  請求項4において、
     前記インバータ収容部は、前記動力伝達機構収容部側の側面に、バッテリとの接続部を有しており、
     前記動力伝達機構収容部は、前記回転軸方向から見て前記出力軸側の領域が、前記中間軸から前記出力軸に向かうにつれて下側に傾斜しており、
     前記接続部は、前記回転軸方向から見て、前記動力伝達機構収容部の前記出力軸側の領域の外側に開口している、駆動装置。
