Description

制振装置
 本発明は、振動を減衰する制振装置に関する。
 例えば、ハッチバック、ワゴン、バン等の自動車には、後部の荷室を開閉するためのバックドアが備えられている。このバックドアの縁部が荷室開口の周縁部にゴム状のストッパ等を介して当接して、バックドアが荷室開口を閉じている。しかし、走行時やアイドリング中の振動等により、バックドアが車体と共振して不快音が生じる場合がある。
 特許文献1には、取付部材の取付孔に取り付けられるアンカーと、相手部材に当たって衝撃を吸収するための緩衝体とが二色成形によって一体的に結合されたクリップが開示されている。この緩衝体は、円板形状の基部と、円板形状の頂部と、基部および頂部をつなぐ柱形状の頸部とを有する。

 特許文献1に記載のクリップでは、緩衝体が押圧された際の軸方向のストローク量を十分に確保しようとすると、頸部に応力が集中するおそれがある。
 本発明の目的は、弾性部材の軸方向のストローク量を確保しつつ、応力が集中することを抑えた制振装置を提供することにある。
 上記課題を解決するために、本発明のある態様は、第1部材および第2部材の間に介在して第1部材に対する第2部材の振動を抑制する制振装置であって、第1部材および第2部材の一方に固定される固定部材と、第1部材および第2部材の他方に当接可能である弾性部材と、を備える。弾性部材は、固定部材から軸方向に立設する本体部を有する。本体部は、周方向に亘って凹んで形成される第1周溝部と、周方向に亘って凹んで形成され、第1周溝部よりも固定部材側に離れて位置する第2周溝部と、を含む。第2周溝部の径方向深さは、第1周溝部の径方向深さよりも深い。
 本発明によれば、弾性部材の軸方向のストローク量を確保しつつ、応力が集中することを抑えた制振装置を提供できる。

 図1は、実施例の制振装置10の斜視図である。制振装置10は、車両のドアおよびバックドア等の開閉体に固定され、開閉体を閉じた状態で、車体側のパネルに当接する。制振装置10は、開閉体を閉じたときの衝撃を吸収し、開閉体を閉じた状態での開閉体の振動を抑え、開閉体の共振により不快音が発生することを抑える。また、制振装置10は、開閉体を閉じた状態で、開閉体と車体側のパネルとの距離差を吸収できる。
 なお、制振装置10は、車体側のパネル等の固定体に固定されて、開閉体に当接する態様であってあってもよい。つまり、制振装置10は、開閉体および固定体の一方に固定され、開閉体および固定体の他方に当接可能である。また、制振装置10は、開閉体に固定される態様に限られず、固定体に設けられてよい。いずれにしても、制振装置10は、第1部材および第2部材に介在して第1部材に対する第2部材の振動を抑制する。第1部材および第2部材の一方が開閉体であり、他方が固定体である。
 制振装置10は、第1部材および第2部材の一方に固定する固定部材12と、第1部材および第2部材の他方に当接可能な弾性部材14とを備える。固定部材12は、例えば、車両のバックドアに設けられた取付孔に挿入されて固定され、弾性部材14はバックドアを閉じたときに車体側の開口縁に当接する。
 図2は、実施例の制振装置10の分解図である。固定部材12は、取付部20、フランジ部24、台座部26、支持部30、第1回転止め部および第2回転止め部を有する。第1回転止め部および第2回転止め部については後ほど図示する。
 取付部20は、筒状に形成される。取付部20は、一対の弾性係止部22を有し、ドアの取付孔の縁に係止する。なお、ドアへの固定方法は、取付部20の形状に限られず、パネルに固定できれば他の形状であってよい。
 フランジ部24は、取付部20の上端に連結し、平板状に形成され、取付部20よりも径方向外向きに張り出す。台座部26は、フランジ部24と対向して、フランジ部24と平行に設けられる。一対の支持部30は、フランジ部24から立設して柱状に形成され、台座部26を支持する。
 台座部26は、弾性部材14を連結するための連結孔28を有する。連結孔28は、台座部26の中央に貫通し、長方形状に形成される。
 弾性部材14は、粘弾性材料または軟質エストラマー材料で形成され、弾性を有する。弾性部材14は、粘弾性体に限られず、別のゴム性の材料であってもよい。弾性部材14は、固定部材12に連結して本体部40を支持する連結部38と、固定部材12に軸方向に立設する本体部40とを有する。
 連結部38は、突出部52および柱部54を有する。柱部54は、本体部40の下端面から垂下する。一対の突出部52は、本体部40の下端面から離間し、柱部54から径方向外向きに突出する。一対の突出部52は、柱部54と合わせて長方形状に形成される。
 本体部40は、第1周溝部42、第2周溝部44、突起部46、切欠部48および中空部50を有する。本体部40が固定部材12に連結する部分を本体部40の基端といい、車体に当接する部分を本体部40の先端という。また、固定部材12や弾性部材14の中心軸に沿った方向を軸方向という。軸方向に直交する方向を径方向という。
 第1周溝部42は、周方向に亘って凹んで形成される。第1周溝部42は、本体部40の外周面に環状の凹みを形成する。第2周溝部44は、周方向に亘って凹んで形成され、第1周溝部42よりも固定部材12側に離れて位置する。第2周溝部44は、本体部40の外周面に環状の凹みを形成し、第1周溝部42に繋がっていない。
 本体部40が第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44を有することで、第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44を潰すように撓みやすくなり、パネルに当接した際の軸方向のストローク量を大きくできる。また、第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44の両方が潰れるように撓むことで、応力を分散できる。また、本体部40がパネルに斜めに当接した際に、第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44は全周に亘って形成されているため、周方向のいずれの位置から入力を受けても部分的に潰れることができ、制振性能を十分に発揮できる。
 中空部50は、第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44の径方向内側に形成される。すなわち、中空部50は、軸方向において第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44と重なる位置に形成される。中空部50は、本体部40の先端から固定部材12側に向かって凹むように形成される。中空部50を設けることで、第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44の位置で本体部40が撓みやすくなる。
 突起部46は、本体部40の先端側で軸方向上方に突出し、周方向に離間して複数形成される。切欠部48は、複数の突起部46の間に位置する。突起部46および切欠部48は交互に配置される。切欠部48によって、突起部46が撓みやすくなる。また、切欠部48によって中空部50内の空気の抜け孔を確保できる。本体部40がパネルに押圧されたときに中空部50が負圧となって本体部40が貼り付くことを抑えることができる。
 切欠部48の周方向幅W2は、突起部46の周方向幅W1よりも長い。切欠部48の周方向幅W2および突起部46の周方向幅W1は、先端位置での周方向幅をいう。突起部46の体積よりも切欠部48の空間体積が大きくなるように設定する。これにより、突起部46が潰れて両側に広がっても、切欠部48が完全に埋まらないようにできる。そのため、本体部40がパネルに押圧されたときに中空部50が負圧となって本体部40が貼り付くことを抑えることができる。
 図3は、実施例の制振装置10の軸方向に沿った断面図である。第2周溝部44の径方向深さD2は、第1周溝部42の径方向深さD1よりも深い。第2周溝部44は、第1周溝部42と比べて先端から離れているため入力点から遠くなり撓みづらくなるが、径方向深さD2を深くしている分だけ撓みやすくなる。そのため、本体部40が軸方向に押圧された場合に、第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44の両方の部位が撓むように設定できる。第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44の径方向深さは、軸方向において第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44の上縁および下縁の中間位置を測ったものであってよい。
 第1周溝部42の軸方向高さは、第2周溝部44の軸方向高さよりも大きく設定されてよい。第1周溝部42の軸方向高さは、第1周溝部42の上縁と下縁の間隔である。
 中空部50の内面は、本体部40の先端側に向かって内径を広げるように形成される。つまり、中空部50は、複数の突起部46の先端に達するまで内径が大きくなるように傾斜する。これにより、弾性部材14を先端側から撓みやすくなるように構成できる。
 中空部50は、中空部50の先端側の直径を大径にする段差部56を有する。つまり、中空部50の先端側の内径は中空部50の基端側の内径よりも大きくなる。段差部56は、第1周溝部42より先端側に位置する。これにより段差部56よりも先端側を撓みやすくでき、段差部56よりも先端側の部分と、第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44が形成された部分との撓みやすさのバランスを調整できる。
 第1周溝部42から突起部46の先端に至る本体部40の外周面は、先端に向かうにつれて縮径するように傾斜する。これにより、本体部40がパネルに当たって撓む際に、突起部46が拡径する方向に反り返ることを抑えることができる。
 一対の突出部52は台座部26の裏面に係止しており、その係止状態でフランジ部24から離れて位置する。つまり、連結部38が固定部材12に連結した状態で、連結部38とフランジ部24との間に隙間が設けられる。これにより、本体部40が押圧されたときに、連結部38がフランジ部24に当たって反力が高くなり過ぎることを抑えることができる。
 本体部40の軸方向長さL1は、台座部26に着座する本体部40の下面から先端までの長さである。本体部40の先端から第1周溝部42までの軸方向長さL2は、本体部40の軸方向長さL1の50パーセント以下であり、且つ軸方向長さL1の40パーセント以上に設定される。これにより、第1周溝部42よりも先端側に位置する本体部40の長さを確保して、本体部40の先端側で潰れる部位を確保できる。
 突起部46の軸方向長さL3は、本体部40の先端から第1周溝部42までの軸方向長さL2の50パーセント以下であり、且つ軸方向長さL2の30パーセント以上に設定される。これにより、突起部46の長さを確保して、本体部40の変形初期の撓みやすさを確保できる。
 図4は、固定部材12および弾性部材14の連結について説明するための図である。図4(a)および図4(b)は軸方向に直交する方向の断面を示し、図4(a)は連結の途中の状態を示し、図4(b)は連結完了した状態を示す。
 図4(a)では、弾性部材14の連結部38が、固定部材12の連結孔28に挿入された状態を示す。連結部38および連結孔28は同形状に形成され、連結部38は連結孔28を通過できる大きさに形成される。
 図4(b)では、連結部38が軸周りに90度回転される。このとき、一方の突出部52は第2回転止め部34を乗り越え、他方の突出部52が第1回転止め部32に当たって回転が止められる。第2回転止め部34は、連結部38の回転軌跡上に第1回転止め部32よりも出ていない。突出部52は、第2回転止め部34に当たって回転しにくくなるものの、大きな回転力を加えられれば通過できる。このように、連結部38が回転されて、台座部26の裏面に係止する。
 なお、固定部材12および弾性部材14の連結方法は、回転して係止させる方法に限られない。例えば、台座部26に形成された連結孔28が側方に開口されており、その開口から連結部38がスライドによって組み付けられてよい。
 図5は、弾性部材14が圧縮する過程を示す図である。図5では、制振装置10のうち固定部材12を省略して弾性部材14の動きのみを示す。図5(a)では、弾性部材14の先端部分、つまり突起部46が第1部材または第2部材の他方を構成するパネル60に当接を開始した状態を示す。パネル60は、弾性部材14の軸方向および径方向に対して傾斜している。制振装置10の取付状態のずれや、第1部材および第2部材同士のずれによっては、制振装置10がパネル60に斜めに当たることがある。
 図5(b)では、制振装置10がさらにパネル60に押圧され、複数の突起部46が内向きに撓み、さらに第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44の位置で軸方向に縮むように撓む。第1周溝部42は、パネル60の傾斜に合わせて部分的に狭め、第1周溝部42より先端側の本体部40が傾く。このように、第1周溝部42がパネル60の傾きを吸収できる。
 図5(c)では、制振装置10がさらにパネル60に押圧され、突起部46が撓んだ状態で、第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44が潰れる。図5(c)では本体部40がほぼ最大限撓んだ状態を示す。第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44が潰れるように撓むことで、本体部40の軸方向のストローク量を増すことができる。
 本発明は上述の各実施例に限定されるものではなく、当業者の知識に基づいて各種の設計変更等の変形を各実施例に対して加えることも可能であり、そのような変形が加えられた実施例も本発明の範囲に含まれうる。
 例えば、実施例では本体部40に第1周溝部42および第2周溝部44が形成される態様を示したが、この態様に限られず、周溝部が3つ以上形成されてよい。
 また、実施例では本体部40の外周面が先端に向かって縮径するように円錐形に形成される態様を示したが、この態様に限られない。例えば、本体部40の外周面が円錐形ではなく、外径が同じ円筒状に形成されてもよい。
 本発明は、振動を減衰する制振装置に関する。

Claims (6)

  1.  第1部材および第2部材の間に介在して前記第1部材に対する前記第2部材の振動を抑制する制振装置であって、
     前記第1部材および前記第2部材の一方に固定される固定部材と、
     前記第1部材および前記第2部材の他方に当接可能である弾性部材と、を備え、
     前記弾性部材は、前記固定部材から軸方向に立設する本体部を有し、
     前記本体部は、
     周方向に亘って凹んで形成される第1周溝部と、
     周方向に亘って凹んで形成され、前記第1周溝部よりも前記固定部材側に離れて位置する第2周溝部と、を含み、
     前記第2周溝部の径方向深さは、前記第1周溝部の径方向深さよりも深いことを特徴とする制振装置。
  2.  前記本体部は、前記第1周溝部および前記第2周溝部の径方向内側に形成される中空部を有し、
     前記中空部は、前記本体部の先端側に向かって内径を広げるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制振装置。
  3.  前記中空部は、前記第1周溝部より先端側に位置し、前記中空部の先端側の内径を前記中空部の基端側の内径よりも大きくする段差部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制振装置。
  4.  前記本体部は、
     先端側で軸方向に突出し、周方向に離間して複数形成される突起部と、
     複数の前記突起部の間に位置する複数の切欠部と、を有し、
     前記第1周溝部から前記突起部の先端に至る前記本体部の外周面は、先端に向かうにつれて縮径するように傾斜することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の制振装置。
  5.  前記切欠部の周方向幅は、前記突起部の周方向幅よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の制振装置。
  6.  前記弾性部材は、前記固定部材に連結し、前記本体部を支持する連結部をさらに有し、
     前記固定部材は、
     連結孔を有する台座部と、
     台座部に対向するフランジ部と、を有し、
     前記連結部は、前記連結孔に挿入されて前記台座部の裏面に係止し、前記フランジ部から離れて位置することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の制振装置。
