洗浄剤組成物と、水溶性容器とを有する水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品であり、前記洗浄剤組成物は、特定の粉体成分(A)と、特定の液体成分(B)とを含み、前記(B)成分は、界面活性剤(b)を前記(B)成分の総質量に対して30~80質量%含む液体であり、前記水溶性容器は、少なくとも第一の収容室と第二の収容室とを有し、前記第一の収容室は、前記(A)成分を収容し、前記第二の収容室は、前記(B)成分を収容し、前記水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄物品を水中に投じた際に、前記(A)成分は、前記(B)成分よりも早く前記水中に放出されることよりなる。

Description

水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品
 本発明は、水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品に関する。
 本願は、2024年5月22日に、日本に出願された特願2024-083473号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 洗濯時の水(洗濯液)中に含まれる金属イオン(例えば、カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン)は、洗浄剤組成物中の洗浄成分である界面活性剤と結合し、洗浄剤組成物の洗浄性能を弱めてしまう性質がある。この金属イオンを捕捉する成分として、一般的にキレート剤が用いられる。
 例えば、特許文献1には、水溶性フィルムから製造され、少なくとも2つの区画を有し、第一の区画は特定の液体成分を含み、第二の区画はキレート剤を含む固体成分を含む水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品が提案されている。特許文献1の発明によれば、全体量をより少なくしつつも、より低濃度の処方物と同じ洗浄効果を全体としてもたらすことを図っている。

 しかしながら、水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品には、さらなる洗浄力の向上が求められている。
 加えて、固体成分を含む水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品においては、固体成分が固化すると、形成されたダマが水溶性容器に影響するおそれがある。
 そこで、本発明は、さらに洗浄力を高められ、固化を抑制できる、水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品を目的とする。
 本発明者らは、鋭意検討した結果、キレート剤を洗濯水中に放出し、その後に界面活性剤等の洗浄成分を洗濯液中に放出することで、キレート剤の効果を最大限に発揮して高い洗浄力を示すことを見出した。
 本発明は、上記知見に基づいてなされたものであり、以下の態様を有する。

 洗浄剤組成物と、水溶性容器とを有する水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品であり、
 前記洗浄剤組成物は、粉体成分(A)と、液体成分(B)とを含み、
 前記(A)成分は、(a1)成分及び(a2)成分から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含み、
 前記(a1)成分は、前記(A)成分の総質量に対して10質量%以上の炭酸塩であり、
 前記(a2)成分は、ヒドロキシカルボン酸系キレート剤及びアミノカルボン酸系キレート剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種のキレート剤(a21)を前記(A)成分の総質量に対して20質量%以上と、前記(a21)成分1質量部に対して水不溶性粉体(a22)0.001~0.03質量部との組み合わせであり、
 前記(B)成分は、界面活性剤(b)を前記(B)成分の総質量に対して30~80質量%含む液体であり、
 前記(b)成分は、非石鹸系アニオン界面活性剤(b1)を含み、
 前記水溶性容器は、少なくとも第一の収容室と第二の収容室とを有し、
 前記第一の収容室は、前記(A)成分を収容し、
 前記第二の収容室は、前記(B)成分を収容し、
 前記水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄物品を水中に投じた際に、前記(A)成分は、前記(B)成分よりも早く前記水中に放出される、水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品。

 本発明の水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品によれば、さらに洗浄力を高められ、固化抑制に優れる。

(水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品)
 本発明の水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品(以下、単に「洗浄剤物品」ということがある)は、洗浄剤組成物と、洗浄剤組成物を収容した水溶性容器とを有する。
 洗浄剤物品の一例を図1に示す。図1の洗浄剤物品は、水溶性容器2を有する。水溶性容器2は、対向する2枚の水溶性フィルムの周縁が周縁シール部4で封止され、内部に収容室3が形成されている。収容室3は、区画シール部6で第一の収容室10と第二の収容室20とに区画されている。
 洗浄剤組成物は、粉体成分(A)と、液体成分(B)とを含む。
 粉体成分(A)は、第一の収容室10に収容され、液体成分(B)は第二の収容室20に収容されている。
<水溶性容器>
 本発明の水溶性容器は、水中に投じた際に、水に溶解し、内容物を放出する容器である。図1に示す通り、本実施形態の水溶性容器2は、対向する2枚の水溶性フィルムの周縁が周縁シール部4で封止されてなる。
 本発明の水溶性容器は、本実施形態に限定されず、水溶性樹脂のブロー成形容器等でもよい。
 なお、本明細書及び特許請求の範囲において、「水溶性」とは25℃の水900mLに50mm四方の水溶性フィルム試験片を入れ撹拌し、10分以内に完全に溶解する性質を意味する。
 水溶性容器2を構成する素材としては、樹脂が挙げられる。水溶性容器2を構成する樹脂(以下、単に「容器構成樹脂」ということがある)としては、例えば、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアルキレンオキシド、アクリルアミド、アクリル酸、セルロース、セルロースエーテル、セルロースエステル、セルロースアミド、ポリビニルアセテート、ポリカルボン酸もしくはその塩、ポリアミノ酸もしくはペプチド、ポリアミド、ポリアクリルアミド、マレイン酸とアクリル酸とのコポリマー、デンプン及びゼラチンを含む多糖類、キサンタンもしくはカラゴム等の天然ゴム類等が挙げられる。これらの材料の中でも、ポリビニルアルコールが好ましい。
 容器構成樹脂は可塑剤を含有していてもよい。可塑剤としては、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、1,3-ブタンジオール等の多価アルコール類、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール等のポリエーテル類、ポリビニルピロリドン等のポリビニルアミド類、ビスフェノールA、ビスフェノールS等のフェノール誘導体、N-メチルピロリドン、ジメチルアセトアミド等のアミド化合物、グリセリン、ペンタエリスリトール、ソルビトール等の多価アルコールにエチレンオキサイドを付加した化合物や水等が挙げられる。これらの可塑剤は、1種単独でもよいし、2種以上の組み合わせでもよい。
 水溶性を向上させる観点から、容器構成樹脂の添加剤としては、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリビニルピロリドンが好ましい。特に可塑剤のブリードアウトによるフィルムの水溶性低下を抑制する効果の点から、可塑剤としては、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリビニルピロリドンが好ましい。
 容器構成樹脂に含有させる可塑剤の含有量は、樹脂100質量部に対して1~50質量部が好ましく、20~40質量部がより好ましい。
 水溶性フィルムに含有させる可塑剤の量と、内容液に含有させる可塑剤の量とを同程度とすることで、フィルムと内容液の間で生じる可塑剤の移行の平衡状態を保ち、フィルムの柔らかさを維持することができる。このため、水溶性フィルムに含有させる可塑剤の含有量が上記範囲内であると、水溶性容器2に適度な柔軟性を付与することができる。
 容器構成樹脂は、必要に応じて無機フィラー(例えば、シリカ、重質、軽質又は表面処理された炭酸カルシウム、水酸化アルミニウム、酸化アルミニウム、酸化チタン、珪藻土、硫酸バリウム、硫酸カルシウム、ゼオライト、酸化亜鉛、珪酸、珪酸塩、マイカ、炭酸マグネシウム、カオリン、ハロイサイト、パイロフィライト、セリサイト等のクレー、タルク等)、着色剤、香料、増量剤、消泡剤、剥離剤、紫外線吸収剤、界面活性剤、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリアクリル酸又はその塩、メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース等の水溶性高分子等の添加剤を含んでもよい。
 水溶性フィルムの市販品としては、例えば、Monosol LLC社(米国インディアナ州メリルビル)のモノゾルM8310、M8312、M8630、M7061、M8775、M8900(以上、商品名)等が挙げられる。
 水溶性容器2の壁厚さ(水溶性フィルムの厚さ)は、強度及び水溶性を損なわない範囲で適宜決定でき、例えば、70~90μmとされる。
 第一の収容室10における水溶性容器2の壁厚さ(水溶性フィルムの厚さ)と、第二の収容室20における水溶性容器2の壁厚さ(水溶性フィルムの厚さ)とは、同じでもよいし、異なってもよい。但し、洗浄剤物品1を水中に投じた際に、第一の収容室10の内容物(粉体成分(A))が第二の収容室20の内容物(液体成分(B))よりも早く水中に放出されるようにする。即ち、粉体成分(A)の放出時期が液体成分(B)の放出時期よりも早くなるように、水溶性容器2の壁厚さは設定される。
 例えば、第一の収容室10における水溶性容器2の壁厚さと、第二の収容室20における水溶性容器2の壁厚さとが同じであると、粉体成分(A)を収容している第一の収容室10の壁は、液体成分(B)を収容している第二の収容室20の壁よりも早く水に溶解し始める。
 この作用は、以下のように推察できる。粉体成分の比重は液体成分の比重よりも高いため、両者を同じ重量で内包した場合には、粉体成分の方が液体成分よりも内容物の体積は小さくなる。即ち、収容室内の空気の体積は、粉体成分を収容する収容室のほうが大きくなるため、水中において、粉体成分を収容する収容室の浮力(あるいは内圧)が大きくなり、粉体成分を収容する収容室のほうが液体成分を収容する収容室よりも早く崩壊すると考えられる。これにより、粉体成分(A)の放出時期が液体成分(B)の放出時期よりも早くなる。
 第一の収容室10における水溶性容器2の壁厚さは、第二の収容室20における水溶性容器2の壁厚さよりも薄くしてもよい。これにより、粉体成分(A)の放出時期が液体成分(B)の放出時期よりも早くなる。
 水溶性容器の割合は、洗浄剤物品の総質量に対して、4~18質量%が好ましく、5~10質量%がより好ましい。水溶性容器の割合が上記下限値以上であると、フィルムの突刺強度を向上ができる。水溶性容器の割合が上記上限値以下であると、フィルムの溶け残りを改善できる。
<洗浄剤組成物>
 洗浄剤組成物は、粉体成分(A)と、液体成分(B)とを含む。
 粉体成分(A)は、第一の収容室10に収容され、液体成分(B)は第二の収容室20に収容されているため、水溶性容器内でこれらは混合していないが、本明細書では水に溶けて混合し洗濯液を構成する成分をまとめて「洗浄剤組成物」という。洗浄剤組成物は固体と液体とが分けて収容されることで、固体が固化することにより水に溶けにくくなるのを防ぐことができる。また、水溶性容器に収容することにより、洗浄剤組成物を使用する際の取扱性に優れる。粉体成分(A)と液体成分(B)とは、洗浄剤物品を水に溶解させてはじめて水中で混合する。第一の収容室10の方が第二の収容室20よりも早く水に溶解することで、粉体成分(A)が先に水に溶解するため、水中の金属イオンをキレートし、非石鹸系アニオン界面活性剤による水中の金属イオンのキレート化を防ぐことにより洗浄効果に寄与する非石鹸系アニオン界面活性剤量の低減を防ぎ、これにより非石鹸系アニオン界面活性剤を含む液体成分(B)の洗浄力をより高めやすくなる。粉体成分(A)と、液体成分(B)とは、それぞれ、1種単独の成分からなるものであってもよく、2種以上の組み合わせからなる混合物であってもよい。
≪粉体成分(A)≫
 粉体成分(A)((A)成分)は、下記(a1)成分及び下記(a2)成分から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む。
 洗浄剤組成物は、(A)成分を含むことで、後述する(B)成分の洗浄力を高められる。
 (A)成分の平均粒子径は、例えば、100~1000μmが好ましく、200~600μmがより好ましく、300~500μmがさらに好ましい。(A)成分の平均粒子径が上記下限値以上であると、固化をより抑制できる(即ち、固化抑制効果が高い)。(A)成分の平均粒子径が上記上限値以下であると、(A)成分を水に対してより速やかに溶解できる(溶解性により優れる)。
 平均粒子径は、篩い分け法により測定される重量平均粒子径である。
 具体的には、以下の方法で測定される。
 平均粒子径は、目開き1000μm、710μm、500μm、300μm、250μm及び150μmの6段の篩と、受け皿とを用いた分級操作により測定する。
 分級操作は、受け皿に、目開きの小さな篩から目開きの大きな篩の順に積み重ね、最上部の1000μmの篩の上から100g/回の試料を入れ、蓋をしてロータップ型篩い振盪機(株式会社飯田製作所製、タッピング:156回/分、ローリング:290回/分)に取り付け、10分間振動させた後、それぞれの篩及び受け皿上に残留した試料を篩目ごとに回収する操作を行う。この操作を繰り返すことにより、1000μm以上(1000μmの篩上)、710~1000μm(710μmの篩上)、500~710μm(500μmの篩上)、300~500μm(300μmの篩上)、250~300μm(250μmの篩上)、150~250μm(150μmの篩上)、受け皿~150μm(150μmの篩通過、受け皿上)の各粒子径の分級サンプルを得、その質量を測定する。
 そして、受け皿と各篩との質量頻度(%)を算出する。積算の質量頻度が50%以上となる最初の篩の目開きを「a(μm)」とし、a(μm)よりも一段大きい篩の目開きを「b(μm)」とし、受け皿からa(μm)の篩までの質量頻度の積算値を「c(%)」、また、a(μm)の篩上の質量頻度を「d(%)」とし、下記式により平均粒子径(50%粒径)を求め、これを試料の篩い分け法による平均粒子径とする。
[(a1)成分]
 (a1)成分は、炭酸塩である。炭酸塩はpHを調節するためのアルカリ剤であるとともに、金属イオンを捕捉するキレート剤としても機能する。(a1)成分としては、例えば、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム及び炭酸水素ナトリウムの複塩(セスキ炭酸ナトリウム)、過炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸水素カリウム等が挙げられる。(a1)成分しては、洗浄力をより高められる観点から、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウムが好ましく、炭酸ナトリウムがより好ましい。
 (a1)成分は、1種単独でもよいし、2種以上の組み合わせでもよい。
 (a1)成分としては、無水和物、一水和物、十水和物を用いることができる。(A)成分の固化抑制効果を高められる観点から無水和物、一水和物が好ましく、無水和物がより好ましい。
 (a1)成分の含有量は、(A)成分の総質量に対して、10質量%以上が好ましく、60質量%以上がより好ましく、90質量%以上がさらに好ましい。(a1)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力をさらに高められる。(a1)成分の含有量の上限値は、特に限定されないが、例えば、99.99質量%以下である。
 (a1)成分の含有量は、洗浄剤組成物の総質量に対して、2.5質量%以上が好ましく、15質量%以上がより好ましく、22質量%以上がさらに好ましい。(a1)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力をさらに高められる。(a1)成分の含有量の上限値は、特に限定されないが、例えば、30質量%以下である。
[(a2)成分]
 (a2)成分は、ヒドロキシカルボン酸系キレート剤及びアミノカルボン酸系キレート剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種のキレート剤((a21)成分)と、水不溶性粉体((a22)成分)との組み合わせである。
 (a21)成分としては、ヒドロキシカルボン酸系キレート剤及びアミノカルボン酸系キレート剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
 ヒドロキシカルボン酸系キレート剤は、ヒドロキシ基とカルボキシ基とを有するキレート剤である。ヒドロキシカルボン酸系キレート剤は、第1級~第3級アミノ基を有していてもよい。
 ヒドロキシカルボン酸系キレート剤としては、例えば、クエン酸又はその塩、酒石酸又はその塩、グルコン酸又はその塩、セリンジ酢酸又はその塩、ヒドロキシイミノジコハク酸又はその塩、ヒドロキシエチルエチレンジアミン三酢酸又はその塩、ジヒドロキシエチルグリシン又はその塩等が挙げられる。
 アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤としては、例えば、アミノカルボン酸又はその塩が挙げられる。ヒドロキシ基、カルボキシ基、及び第1級~第3級アミノ基を有するキレート剤は、ヒドロキシカルボン酸系キレート剤に分類するものとする。
 アミノカルボン酸又はその塩としては、例えば、ニトリロトリ酢酸又はその塩、エチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸又はその塩、ジエチレントリアミンペンタ酢酸又はその塩、β-アラニンジ酢酸又はその塩、アスパラギン酸ジ酢酸又はその塩、メチルグリシンジ酢酸又はその塩、イミノジコハク酸又はその塩、エチレンジアミンジコハク酸又はその塩等が挙げられる。
 (a21)成分を構成する塩としては、アルカリ金属塩、アルカリ土類金属塩、アルカノールアミン塩、アンモニウム塩等が挙げられる。
 アルカリ金属塩としては、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等が挙げられる。
 アルカリ土類金属塩としては、マグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩等が挙げられる。
 アルカノールアミン塩としては、モノエタノールアミン塩、ジエタノールアミン塩、トリエタノールアミン塩等が挙げられる。
 これらの(a21)成分は、1種単独でもよいし、2種以上の組み合わせでもよい。
 (a21)成分の含有量は、(A)成分の総質量に対して、20~99.99質量%が好ましく、40~99.99質量%がより好ましく、60~99.99質量%がさらに好ましい。(a21)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力をさらに高められる。(a21)成分の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、固化抑制効果を高められる。
 (a21)成分の含有量は、洗浄剤組成物の総質量に対して、5~25質量%が好ましく、10~25質量%がより好ましく、15~25質量%がさらに好ましい。(a21)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力をさらに高められる。(a21)成分の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、固化抑制効果を高められる。
 (a22)成分は、水不溶性粉体である。水不溶性粉末状成分とは、25℃のイオン交換水100mLへの溶解度が0.1g以下の成分を意味する。
 (a22)成分としては、例えば、ゼオライト等のアルミノ珪酸塩、トリポリリン酸ナトリウム等リン酸塩、天然又は合成されたモンモリロナイト、ベントナイト(モンモリロナイトを主成分とする)、バイデライト、ノントロナイト、サポナイト、ソーコナイト、ヘクトライト、スチブンサイト等のスメクタイト族の粘土鉱物、バーミキュライト、合成フッ素雲母(例えば、Na型合成マイカ、Li型合成マイカ)等が挙げられる。また、(a22)成分としては、上記粘土鉱物をイオン交換して膨潤力を向上させた高金属イオン置換粘土鉱物等が挙げられる。中でも(a22)成分としては、固化性防止性能、環境への配慮の観点から、ゼオライト等のアルミノ珪酸塩が好ましい。
 アルミノ珪酸塩としては、結晶性、非晶質(無定形)のいずれでもよい。カチオン交換能の点から、(a22)成分としては、結晶性アルミノ珪酸塩が好ましい。結晶性アルミノ珪酸塩としては、A型、X型、Y型、P型ゼオライト等が挙げられる。
 これらの(a22)成分は、1種単独でもよいし、2種以上の組み合わせでもよい。
 (a22)成分の含有量は、(A)成分の総質量に対して、0.1~5質量%が好ましく、0.1~3質量%がより好ましく、0.1~2質量%がさらに好ましい。(a22)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、固化性抑制効果が発揮される。(a22)成分の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、キレート剤の比率が高まり洗浄性能を向上ができる。
 (a22)成分の含有量は、洗浄剤組成物の総質量に対して、0.025~1.25質量%が好ましく、0.025~0.75質量%がより好ましく、0.25~0.5質量%がさらに好ましい。(a22)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、固化性抑制効果が発揮されるができる。(a22)成分の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、キレート剤の比率が高まり洗浄性能を向上ができる。
 (a21)成分と(a22)成分とは、組み合わせて用いられる。
 (a21)成分と(a22)成分との配合比は、(a21)1質量部に対して、(a22)0.001~0.03質量部が好ましく、0.001~0.01質量部がより好ましい。即ち、(a21)成分に対する(a22)成分の質量比(以下、単に「a22/a21比」ということがある)は、0.001~0.03が好ましく、0.001~0.01がより好ましい。a22/a21比が上記下限値以上であると、(a21)成分の固化をより良好に抑制できる。a22/a21比が上記上限値以下であると、水に対してより速やかに溶解して、洗浄力をより高められる。
[他の成分]
 (A)成分は、(a1)成分又は(a2)成分以外の他の成分(任意成分A)を含んでもよい。任意成分Aとしては、賦形剤(芒硝、ケイ酸塩等)、色素、香料、蛍光剤等が挙げられる。
 (A)成分の含有量は、洗浄剤組成物の総質量に対して、10~80質量%が好ましく、15~50質量%がより好ましく、20~30質量%がさらに好ましい。(A)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、キレートによる洗浄力向上効果を十分に発揮ができる。(A)成分の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、活性剤量が増加し洗浄力が向上する。
 (A)成分の比重は1.50~4.00が好ましく、1.50~3.00がより好ましく、1.50~2.70がさらに好ましい。(A)成分の比重が上記範囲内であれば、第一の収容室に(A)成分を最大量で収容した場合であっても、好ましい空隙率(収容室の総容積に対する空気の体積の割合)を確保できる。
 本明細書において比重の測定方法は気相置換法により、Heガスを使用して圧力と体積の変化から試料の体積を求める。試料の密度は、体積を測定した後に重量を計量して算出する。
 第一の収容室の総容積に対する、第一の収容室内の空気の体積の割合(以下、空隙率ともいう。)は50体積%以上が好ましく、60体積%以上がより好ましい。空隙率が上記下限値以上であれば水中で(A)成分が収容室から20秒以内に放出されやすくなる。また空隙率は90体積%以下が好ましく、80体積%以下がより好ましい。空隙率が上記上限値以下であれば、洗浄に十分な量の(A)成分を収容しつつ、使用しやすい収容室の大きさを確保できる。
 すなわち、第一の収容室の空隙率は、50~90体積%が好ましく、60~80体積%がより好ましい。
≪液体成分(B)≫
 液体成分(B)((B)成分)は、下記(b1)成分を含む界面活性剤(b)を含む。即ち、(B)成分は、液体洗浄剤である。洗浄剤組成物は、(B)成分を含むことで、洗浄力を発揮する。
[(b)成分]
 (b)成分は界面活性剤である。(b)成分は、下記(b1)成分を含む。
 (b1)成分は、非石鹸系アニオン界面活性剤である。即ち、(b1)成分は、炭素数8~22の脂肪酸又はその塩を除くアニオン界面活性剤である。(b)成分が(b1)成分を含むことで、洗浄力をより高められる。
 (b1)成分としては、スルホン酸型アニオン界面活性剤、硫酸エステル型アニオン界面活性剤、カルボン酸型アニオン界面活性剤、リン酸エステル型アニオン界面活性等が挙げられる。
 スルホン酸型アニオン界面活性剤としては、例えば、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸又はその塩(LAS)、α-オレフィンスルホン酸又はその塩(AOS)、アルキル基を有するアルカンスルホン酸又はその塩、α-スルホ脂肪酸エステル又はその塩、内部オレフィンスルホン酸又はその塩(IOS)、ヒドロキシアルカンスルホン酸又はその塩(HAS)等が挙げられる。
 硫酸エステル型アニオン界面活性剤としては、例えば、直鎖状又は分岐鎖状のアルキル硫酸エステル又はその塩(AS)、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキル(アルケニル)エーテル硫酸エステル又はその塩(AES)等が挙げられる。
 カルボン酸型アニオン界面活性剤としては、例えば、アルキルエーテルカルボン酸又はその塩、ポリオキシアルキレンエーテルカルボン酸又はその塩、アルキルアミドエーテルカルボン酸又はその塩、アルケニルアミドエーテルカルボン酸又はその塩、アシルアミノカルボン酸又はその塩等が挙げられる。
 リン酸エステル型アニオン界面活性としては、例えば、アルキルリン酸エステル又はその塩、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルリン酸エステル又はその塩、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルフェニルリン酸エステル又はその塩、グリセリン脂肪酸エステルモノリン酸エステル又はその塩等が挙げられる。
 (b1)成分を構成する塩としては、アルカリ金属塩、アルカリ土類金属塩、アルカノールアミン塩、アンモニウム塩等が挙げられる。
 アルカリ金属塩としては、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等が挙げられる。
 アルカリ土類金属塩としては、マグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩等が挙げられる。
 アルカノールアミン塩としては、モノエタノールアミン塩、ジエタノールアミン塩、トリエタノールアミン塩等が挙げられる。
 これらの(b1)成分は、1種単独でもよいし、2種以上の組み合わせでもよい。
 (b1)成分としては、LAS、AOS、AS、AESが好ましく、洗浄力がより高まる観点から、LAS、AESがより好ましい。
 LASとしては、炭素数12~14の直鎖状のアルキル基を有するものが好ましい。
 AESは、下記(b11)式で表される。

((b11)式中、R17は、炭素数8~20の直鎖状もしくは分岐鎖状のアルキル基又は炭素数8~20の直鎖状もしくは分岐鎖状のアルケニル基である。EOはオキシエチレン基である。POはオキシプロピレン基である。mはEOの平均繰り返し数を表す0.1以上の数である。nはPOの平均繰り返し数を表す0~6の数である。[(EO)m/(PO)n]は、EOとPOの配列順に限定がないことを示し、M+は対カチオンである。)
 AESとしては、炭素数10~20の直鎖もしくは分岐鎖のアルキル基又は炭素数8~20の直鎖状もしくは分岐鎖状のアルケニル基を有し、平均1~5モルのアルキレンオキシドが付加されたものが好ましい。上記アルキル基又はアルケニル基の炭素数としては、10~20が好ましく、12~14がより好ましい。特に、炭素数10~20の直鎖のアルキル基が好ましく、炭素数12~14の直鎖のアルキル基がより好ましい。アルキル基としては、ドデシル基、トリデシル基、テトラデシル基等が挙げられる。
 (b11)式中、mは0.1~5が好ましく、0.1~3がより好ましく、0.5~2がさらに好ましく、0.5~1.5が特に好ましい。
 nは0~6であり、0~3が好ましく、0がより好ましい。
 m+nは0超が好ましく、1~5がより好ましい。
 nが0でない場合、つまりAESが、EOとPOを有する場合、[(EO)m/(PO)n]において、EOとPOの分布(配列順)に特に限定はなく、これらはブロック状に配列していてもよく、ランダム状に配列していてもよい。また、EOが「R17-O-」に結合してもよいし、POが「R17-O-」に結合してもよい。

 (b1)成分の含有量は、(B)成分の総質量に対して、30~80質量%が好ましく、40~60質量%が好ましく、40~50質量%がさらに好ましい。(b1)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力のさらなる向上を図れ、再汚染防止性能を高められる。(b1)成分の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、保存時の安定性(保存安定性)を高められる。
 (b1)成分の含有量は、洗浄剤組成物の総質量に対して、10~60質量%が好ましく、30~50質量%が好ましく、30~45質量%がさらに好ましい。(b1)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力のさらなる向上を図れ、再汚染防止性能を高められる。(b1)成分の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、保存時の安定性(保存安定性)を高められる。
 (b1)成分がLASを含む場合、LASの含有量は、(B)成分の総質量に対して10~80質量%が好ましく、20~60質量%がより好ましい。LASの含有量が上記下限値以上であれば、タンパク洗浄力、再汚染防止能を高められる。LASの含有量が上記上限値以下であれば、保存安定性を高められる。
 (b1)成分がAESを含む場合、AESの含有量は、(B)成分の総質量に対して10~80質量%が好ましく、20~60質量%がより好ましい。AESの含有量が上記下限値以上であれば、洗浄力をより高められる。
 (b)成分の総質量に対する(b1)成分の含有量は、30質量%以上が好ましく、40質量%以上がより好ましく、100質量%でもよい。(b1)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力をさらに高められる。
 (b)成分は、(b1)成分以外の界面活性剤(任意界面活性剤)を含んでもよい。
 任意界面活性剤としては、ノニオン界面活性剤、カチオン界面活性剤、半極性界面活性剤、両極性界面活性剤が挙げられる、中でも、任意界面活性剤としては、ノニオン界面活性剤が好ましい。
 ノニオン界面活性剤としては、例えばポリオキシアルキレン型ノニオン界面活性剤、アルキルフェノール、炭素数8~22の脂肪酸又は炭素数8~22のアミン等のアルキレンオキサイド付加体、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンブロックコポリマー、脂肪酸アルカノールアミン、脂肪酸アルカノールアミド、多価アルコール脂肪酸エステル又はそのアルキレンオキサイド付加体、多価アルコール脂肪酸エーテル、アルキル(又はアルケニル)アミンオキサイド、硬化ヒマシ油のアルキレンオキサイド付加体、糖脂肪酸エステル、N-アルキルポリヒドロキシ脂肪酸アミド、アルキルグリコシド等が挙げられる。
 中でも、ノニオン界面活性剤としては、ポリオキシアルキレン型ノニオン界面活性剤が好ましく、その中でも特に、下記(b21)式で表される化合物(以下、「化合物(b21)」ともいう。)、下記(b22)式で表される化合物(以下、「化合物(b22)」ともいう。)がより好ましい。
 化合物(b21)は、下記(b21)式で表される界面活性剤である。

 R14は水素原子が特に好ましい。
 vは3~25であり、5~18が好ましく、5~15がより好ましく、5~10がさらに好ましく、5~8が特に好ましい。
 wは0~6であり、0~3が好ましい。
 xは0~20であり、0~15が好ましく、0~10がより好ましい。

 wが0でない場合、つまり化合物(b22)が、EOとPO、EOとBO、又はEOとPOとBOを有する場合、[(EO)v/(A12O)w]においてEOとPO、EOとBO、又はEOとPOとBOの分布(配列順)に特に限定はなく、これらはブロック状に配列していてもよく、ランダム状に配列していてもよい。また、EOが「R13-O-」に結合してもよいし、PO又はBOが「R13-O-」に結合してもよい。ただし、xが0でない場合、[(EO)v/(A12O)w]の末端で-(EO)xに結合するのはA12O、即ち、PO又はBOである。
 wが0でない場合、化合物(b22)は、EOとPO、又はEOとBOを有することが好ましい。
 化合物(b22)の市販品としては、例えば、三菱化学社製のダイヤドール(登録商標)(D13)、Shell社製のNeoCol(登録商標)(D12とD13との混合物)、Sasol社製のSafol(登録商標)23(D12とD13との混合物)、EXXAL(登録商標)13(D13)等のアルコールに対して、3~10モル相当のエチレンオキシドを付加したもの;
 ブテンを3量化して得られる炭素数12のアルケンをオキソ法に供して得られるD13のアルコールに対して、3又は5モル相当、もしくは7モル相当のエチレンオキシドを付加したもの(Lutensol(登録商標) TO3、Lutensol TO5、Lutensol TO7、BASF社製);
 ブテンを3量化して得られる炭素数12のアルケンをオキソ法に供して得られるD13のアルコールに対して、12モル相当又は15モル相当のエチレンオキシドを付加したもの(Lutensol(登録商標) TO12、Lutensol TO15等、BASF社製);
 ペンタノールをガーベット反応に供して得られるD10のアルコールに対して、9モル相当のエチレンオキシドを付加したもの(Lutensol XP90、BASF社製);
 ペンタノールをガーベット反応に供して得られるD10のアルコールに対して、7モル相当のエチレンオキシドを付加したもの(Lutensol XL70、BASF社製);
 ペンタノールをガーベット反応に供して得られるD10のアルコールに対して、6モル相当のエチレンオキシドを付加したもの(Lutensol XA60、BASF社製)等が挙げられる。
 これらの中で、Sasol社製の商品名Safol23(分岐率:50質量%)(石炭のガス化から得られるオレフィンをオキソ法によりアルコールを得て、更に水素化したもの)や、シェルケミカルズ社製の商品名ネオドール23(分岐率:20質量%)(n-オレフィンから改良オキソ法により生成し、精留したもの)は、化合物(b22)単独ではなく、化合物(b21)と化合物(b22)との混合物となっている。なお、「分岐率」とは、化合物(b21)のR11-O-を有するR11-OHと、化合物(b22)のR13-O-を有するR13-OHの合計量に対するR13-OHの割合(質量%)を示す。
 ノニオン界面活性剤は、ポリオキシアルキレン型ノニオン界面活性剤として、下記(b23)式で表される化合物(以下、「化合物(b23)」ともいう。)を含んでもよい。

 (b23)式中、R15の炭化水素基の炭素数は、7~21であり、9~19が好ましく、11~19がより好ましい。R15の炭化水素基は直鎖であってもよいし、分岐鎖であってもよい。また、R15の炭化水素基は不飽和結合を有していてもよいし、有していなくてもよい。
 -X-に結合するR15の炭素原子は、第二級炭素原子である。
 R16がアルキル基の場合、炭素数は1~6であり、1~3が好ましい。

 (b)成分がノニオン界面活性剤を含む場合、ノニオン界面活性剤の含有量は、(B)成分の総質量に対して10質量%以上が好ましく、15~40質量%がより好ましく、20~35質量%がさらに好ましい。ノニオン界面活性剤の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力をより高め、洗浄のムラを抑制できる。ノニオン界面活性剤の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、(B)成分の保存安定性を高められる。
 (b)成分がノニオン界面活性剤を含む場合、ノニオン界面活性剤の含有量は、洗浄剤組成物の総質量に対して、8質量%以上が好ましく、8~30質量%がより好ましく、15~20質量%がさらに好ましい。ノニオン界面活性剤の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力をより高め、洗浄のムラを抑制できる。ノニオン界面活性剤の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、(B)成分の保存安定性を高められる。
 (b)成分の含有量は、(B)成分の総質量に対して、30質量%以上が好ましく、30~60質量%がより好ましく、40~50質量%がさらに好ましい。(b)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力をより高め、洗浄のムラを抑制できる。(b)成分の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、(B)成分の保存安定性を高められる。
 (b)成分の含有量は、洗浄剤組成物の総質量に対して、20質量%以上が好ましく、20~45質量%がより好ましく、30~40質量%がさらに好ましい。(b)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力をより高め、洗浄のムラを抑制できる。(b)成分の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、(B)成分の保存安定性を高められる。
 (b)成分は、石鹸(高級脂肪酸塩)を含んでもよい。(b)成分が石鹸を含むことで、消泡性が高まる。塩としては、(B)成分を液体にする観点から、アルカノールアミン塩が好ましく、なかでも、モノエタノールアミン塩が好ましい。
[他の成分]
 (B)成分は、(b1)成分及び水以外の他の成分(任意成分B)を含んでもよい。任意成分Bとしては、水、色素、香料、pH調整剤、炭素数1~3の1価のアルコール、可塑剤、多価アルコール、酵素、ハイドロトロープ剤、pH調整剤、抗菌剤等が挙げられる。
 可塑剤としては、例えばグリセリン、ジグリセリン、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリビニルピロリドンが挙げられる。
 (B)成分が可塑剤を含む場合、(B)成分の総質量に対する可塑剤の含有量は、10~40質量%が好ましく、15~30質量%がより好ましい。可塑剤の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、(B)成分が水中により容易に分散できる。可塑剤の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、未使用時の水溶性容器の溶解をより良好に防止できる。
 任意成分Bの含有量は、(B)成分の総質量に対して、40質量%以上が好ましく、40~70質量%がより好ましく、50~60質量%がさらに好ましい。任意成分Bの含有量が上記下限値以上であると、フィルムの硬化を抑制できる。任意成分Bの含有量が上記上限値以下であると、フィルムの軟化を抑制できる。
 任意成分Bの含有量は、洗浄剤組成物の総質量に対して、30質量%以上が好ましく、30~50質量%がより好ましく、35~45質量%がさらに好ましい。任意成分Bの含有量が上記下限値以上であると、フィルムの硬化を抑制できる。任意成分Bの含有量が上記上限値以下であると、フィルムの軟化を抑制できる。
 (B)成分が水を含む場合、(B)成分の総質量に対する水の含有量は、5~25質量%が好ましく、10~20質量%がより好ましい。水の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、(B)成分が水中により容易に分散できる。水の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、未使用時の水溶性容器の溶解をより良好に防止できる。
 (B)成分の含有量は、洗浄剤組成物の総質量に対して、20~90質量%が好ましく、50~85質量%がより好ましく、70~80質量%がさらに好ましい。(B)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、外観魅力度を向上できる。(B)成分の含有量が上記上限値以下であると、(A)成分(キレート剤)による洗浄性能向上効果を十分に発揮できる。
 (B)成分の比重は1.00~1.20が好ましく、1.00~1.15がより好ましく、1.00~1.10がさらに好ましい。(B)成分の比重が上記範囲内であれば、第二の収容室に(B)成分を最大量で収容した場合であっても、好ましい空隙率を確保できる。
 第二の収容室の総容積に対する、第二の収容室内の空気の体積の割合(以下、空隙率ともいう。)は40体積%以下が好ましく、30体積%以下がより好ましい。空隙率が上記上限値以下であれば、(A)成分が(B)成分よりも早く水中へ放出されやすくなる。また空隙率は8体積%以上が好ましく、10体積%以上がより好ましい。空隙率が上記下限値以上であれば、(B)成分の収容が容易である。
 すなわち、第二の収容室の空隙率は、8~40体積%が好ましく、10~30体積%がより好ましい。
 (A)成分/(B)成分で表される質量比は、0.1~4が好ましく、0.3~2がより好ましい。
 [第一の収容室の空隙率]/[第二の収容室の空隙率]で表される比は、1.2~11が好ましく、2.0~8.0がより好ましい。前記比が上記上限値以下であると、洗浄に十分な量の(B)成分を収容できる。前記比が上記下限値以上であると、(B)成分が水中に放出されるまでに、(A)成分により硬度成分を十分に捕捉できる。
 洗浄剤組成物の割合は、洗浄剤物品の総質量に対して、82~96質量%が好ましく、90~95質量%がより好ましい。洗浄剤組成物の割合が上記下限値以上であると、フィルムの溶け残りを改善ができる。洗浄剤組成物の割合が上記上限値以下であると、フィルムの突刺強度を向上ができる。
 [水溶性容器の質量]/[洗浄剤組成物の質量]で表される質量比は、0.04~0.23が好ましく、0.04~0.15がより好ましい。前記質量比が上記下限値以上であると、フィルムの突刺強度を向上できる。前記質量比が上記上限値以下であると、フィルムの溶け残りを改善ができる。
 水溶性容器が第三の収容室を有する場合、例えば、第一の収容室に収容された(A)成分とは異なる固体成分、又は第二の収容室に収容された(B)成分とは異なる液体成分を第三の収容室に収容していてもよい。これらの固体成分としては、(A)成分として挙げたものを用いてもよいし、洗浄剤組成物の成分として公知の固体成分を用いてもよい。これらの液体成分としては、(B)成分として挙げたものを用いてもよいし、洗浄剤組成物の成分として公知の液体成分を用いてもよい。
 収容室の容積は複数の収容室の合計で1~60mLが好ましく、3~30mLがより好ましく、5~25mLがさらに好ましい。この範囲であれば洗浄時の使用性に優れる。容積の測定方法は金型の収容室を水(比重1g/mL)で満たし、水の重量を測定する。
(製造方法)
 本発明の洗浄剤物品は、従来公知の製造方法によって製造される。
 粉体混合により(A)成分を調製する。(b)成分及び必要に応じた任意成分Bを混合して(B)成分を調製する。
 凹部が複数形成された金型を用い、前記凹部の開口部を塞ぐように、水溶性フィルムを配置する。凹部内を減圧し、凹部に水溶性フィルムを引き込んで、上面が開口した2つ以上の収容部を形成する。
 次いで、(A)成分を任意の収容部に収容し、(A)成分が収容された収容部に隣接する他の収容部に(B)成分を収容する。その後、濡らした別の水溶性フィルムを、収容部の開口部を塞ぐように配置して封じる。こうして、第一の収容室に(A)成分が収容され、第二の収容室に(B)成分が収容され、両収容室がシール部で区画された洗浄剤物品が得られる。
 (A)成分の収容量は、(A)成分の組成等を勘案して適宜決定され、例えば、2~8gとされる。(B)成分の収容量は、(B)成分の組成等を勘案して適宜決定され、例えば、8~24mLとされる。第一の収容室の容積は、第二の収容室の容積よりも小さくてもよく、同じであってもよい。第一の収容室内の空気の体積は、第二の収容室の空気の体積よりも大きいことが好ましい。
(使用方法)
 本発明の洗浄剤物品の使用方法(被洗物の洗濯方法)は、本発明の洗浄剤物品を用いる以外は、従来公知の洗濯方法と同様である。
 被洗物としては、例えば、衣料、布帛、シーツ、カーテン、絨毯等の繊維製品が挙げられる。
 洗濯槽に洗浄剤物品1、及び水を投入する。洗濯槽への投入の順序は特に限定されず、洗濯槽に水(洗濯水)を投入してから洗浄剤物品1を投入してもよいし、洗濯槽に洗浄剤物品1を投入してから水を投入してもよい。いずれの順序であっても、洗浄剤物品1が水中に投入されたこととなる。
 また、被洗物の投入のタイミングは、予め洗濯槽に投入しておいてもよいし、洗濯槽に水を投入した後に被洗物を投入してもよい。
 洗浄剤物品1が水中に投入されると、第一の収容室10の壁(水溶性フィルム)が第二の収容室20の壁(水溶性フィルム)よりも先に溶解し始めて、第一の収容室10内の(A)成分が水中に放出される。この際、(A)成分が(a21)成分を含む場合には、(a22)成分が(a21)成分と共存することで、粉体としての流動性が高まって、(a21)が水中に速やかに分散する。
 水中に(A)成分が放出されると、(A)成分中の(a1)成分又は(a21)成分によって、水中の硬度成分(カルシウム、シリカ等)が捕捉される。
 洗浄剤物品1を水中に投入した後、(A)成分が水中に放出され始めるまでの時間(放出開始時間)は、20秒以内が好ましく、10秒以内がより好ましい。放出開始時間が上記上限値以下であると、(B)成分が水中に放出されるまでに、硬度成分を十分に捕捉できる。(A)成分の放出開始時間の下限値は、特に限定されないが、実質的に1秒以上である。
 (A)成分の放出開始時間は、水溶性フィルムの材質、水溶性フィルムの厚さの組み合わせ等により調節できる。さらに発明者は空隙率を調整することでも調節が可能であることを見出した。空隙率の調整が最も容易でコストがかからない方法である。例えば、(A)成分の粒径が小さいと、同じ収容量でも空隙率は大きくなり、その結果、放出開始時間が早くことを見出した。
 (A)成分が(a1)成分を含む場合、水中の(a1)成分の含有量は、50~200質量ppmが好ましい。
 (A)成分が(a21)成分を含む場合、水中の(a21)成分の含有量は、50~200質量ppmが好ましい。
 次いで、水中の洗浄剤物品1の第二の収容室20の壁が溶解し始めて、第二の収容室20内の(B)成分が水中に放出される。こうして、水に(B)成分が分散して、水は(b)成分を含む洗濯液となる。この洗濯液は、硬度成分が十分に捕捉されているため、(b)成分の界面活性能を高められる状態となっている。このため、この洗濯液で被洗物を洗浄することで、洗浄力をより高められる。
 洗浄剤物品1を水中に投入した後、(B)成分が水中に放出され始めるまでの時間(放出開始時間)は、30~180秒が好ましく、45~120秒がより好ましい。放出開始時間が上記上限値以下であると、(B)成分が水中に放出されるまでに、(A)成分によって硬度成分を十分に捕捉できる。放出開始時間が上記上限値以下であると、実質的な洗浄時間が長くなって、洗浄力をより高められる。
 (B)成分の放出開始時間は、(B)成分中の水の含有量、可塑剤の含有量等の組み合わせにより調節できる。例えば、水/可塑剤の比率を低めることで、(B)成分の放出開始時間を長くできる。水/可塑剤の比率は1/8~1/2が好ましく、1/5~3/8がより好ましい。(B)成分の放出開始時間を長くすることで、汚れが落ちた後に被洗物に再付着して再汚染した汚れも洗浄しやすくなる。
 水中(洗濯液中)の(b)成分の含有量は、300~700質量ppmが好ましい。(b)成分の含有量が上記下限値以上であると、洗浄力をより高められる。(b)成分の含含有量が上記上限値以下であると、すすぎ時間をより短縮できる。
洗濯液中の(b1)成分の含有量は、100~300質量ppmが好ましい。
 (A)成分及び(B)成分を含む洗濯液で被洗物を洗浄した後、洗濯液を廃棄し、被洗物を水ですすぎ、脱水し、乾燥する。
 上述の通り、本実施形態の洗浄剤物品によれば、(A)成分を(B)成分よりも先に水中に放出できるため、洗浄力をより高められる。
(他の実施形態)
 上述の実施形態では、洗浄剤物品が2つの収容室を有するが、収容室の数は3つ以上でもよい。収容室の数の上限は、特に限定されないが、例えば、6つ以下が好ましい。
 図2に、3つの収容室を有する洗浄剤物品の一例を示す。
 図2の洗浄剤物品100は、水溶性容器102を有する。水溶性容器102は、対向する2枚の水溶性フィルムの周縁が周縁シール部104で封止され、内部に収容室103が形成されている。収容室103は、区画シール部106及び108で第一の収容室110と第二の収容室120と第三の収容室130とに区画されている。本実施形態において、第一の収容室110は、水溶性容器102の面方向で、第二の収容室120と第三の収容室130との間に位置している。
 洗浄剤組成物は、粉体成分(A)と、液体成分(B1)と、液体成分(B2)を含む。
 粉体成分(A)は、第一の収容室110に収容され、液体成分(B1)は第二の収容室120に収容され、液体成分(B2)は、第三の収容室130に収容されている。
 水溶性容器102を構成する素材及び組成は、水溶性容器2を構成する素材及び組成と同様である。
 液体成分(B1)は、液体成分(B)と同様である。液体成分(B2)は、液体成分(B)と同様である。なお、液体成分(B1)と液体成分(B2)とは同じでもよいし、異なってもよい。第三の収容室の容積は、第二の収容室の容積よりも小さくてもよく、同じであってもよい。第一の収容室内の空気の体積は、第二の収容室の空気の体積及び第三の収容室の空気の体積よりも大きいことが好ましい。第三の収容室内の空気の体積は、第二の収容室の空気の体積よりも小さくてもよく、同じであってもよい。
 洗浄剤物品100は、1つの収容室に粉体成分を収容し、2つの収容室に液体成分を収容しているが、本発明はこれに限定されない。洗浄剤物品100において、2つの収容室に粉体成分を収容し、1つの収容室に液体成分を収容してもよい。
 従って、洗浄剤物品が3つ以上の収容室を有する場合、2つ以上の収容室に液体成分を収容してもよいし、2つ以上の収容室に粉体成分を収容してもよい。
 以下、実施例を示して本発明を詳細に説明するが、本発明は以下の記載によって限定されるものではない。

・LAS:炭素数10~14のアルキル基を有する直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸、ライオン・スペシャリティ・ケミカルズ社製、商品名「ライポン(登録商標)LH-200」。
・AES:ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩(アルキル基の炭素数12から14、EOの平均付加モル数2)。商品名「ASDO 24-2/70」、AK DhemteDh社製。
<任意界面活性剤>
・AE:植物由来アルコール(質量比で炭素数12アルコール/炭素数14アルコール=7/3)1モルに、7モル相当のエチレンオキシドを付加したもの。(b21)において、R11が炭素数12の直鎖アルキル基(C12)及び炭素数14の直鎖アルキル基(C14)(質量比でC12:C14=70:30)、R12が水素原子、-O-が結合するR11の炭素原子が第一級炭素原子、sが5、tが0、uが0である化合物。商品名「MONOPOL LAE7」、東南合成社製。
・ヤシ脂肪酸:商品名「椰子脂肪酸」、P.T.Musim Mas社製。
<任意成分B>
・プロピレングリコール:商品名「Propylene glyDol InCustry PG-I」、SKD製。
・ソルビトール:商品名「C-Sorbitol」、PAIK KWANG InCustrial社製。
・グリセリン:商品名「グリセリン」、LG HousholC & HealthDare。
・モノエタノールアミン:商品名「モノエタノールアミン」、日本触媒社製。
・水:商品名「精製水」、関東化学社製。
(評価方法)
<洗浄力評価>
 布の反射率の測定は、色差計(日本電色工業社製、製品名:SE-2000)を用い、下記(1)式により、ハンター白度Zから反射率Rを算出した。
 R=Z/100 ・・・(1)
 まず、洗浄前の湿式人工汚染布(洗濯科学協会より購入。以下、「汚染布」ともいう。)10枚の反射率をそれぞれ測定した。なお、本汚染布は一般的に皮脂洗浄力の評価に用いられる。Terg-O-Tometer(U.S.Testing社製)を洗浄試験器として用いた。
 表1~4に記載の組成に従い、表中の洗濯液濃度(質量基準)となるように、(A)成分と(B)成分とを15℃の水に分散して、各例の洗濯液とした。なお、表中、(A)成分に含まれる各成分の合計を100質量%とし、(B)成分に含まれる各成分の合計を100質量%とした。(A)成分と(B)成分とは質量比で77:231((A)成分/(B)成分=0.33)となるように用いた。
 洗浄槽に、汚染布10枚と、チャージ布(メリヤス布を細かく裁断し、十分に洗浄とすすぎを行い乾燥したもの)を入れ、洗濯液を入れた。チャージ布の量は浴比が30倍となるように設定した。
 洗浄時間は10分であるが、表中「X→Y」と記載のものは、(A)成分の水の希釈水で1分洗浄後、(B)成分を加え9分間、洗浄した。表中「Y&X」と記載のものは(A)成分と(B)成分との希釈水で10分洗浄した。
洗濯条件は、回転数120rpm、温度15℃で10分間洗浄した後、15℃の4°CH硬水900mLで3分間すすぎを2回行い。乾燥させた。乾燥後の汚染布(以下、洗浄布ともいう。)の反射率Rについて、460nmフィルターを用いて測定し、下記(2)式によって洗浄率(単位:%。少数点以下は四捨五入。)を算出した。式中、Kは吸光係数、Sは散乱係数、Rは反射率をそれぞれ表す。標準白布とは、汚れを付けていない元の白布(原布)であり、標準白布の反射率Rは80とし計算した。下記式(2)で得られる洗浄率の値が大きいほど洗浄力が高いことを示す。

 汚染布10枚の洗浄率の平均値を算出し、下記(3)式で得られる洗浄力平均値の差(洗浄力差)Δを求めた。洗浄力差Δの値を下記評価基準に従って分類した。
 洗浄力差Δ=(「X→Y」の洗浄力平均値)-(「Y&X」の洗浄力平均値) ・・・(3)
≪評価基準≫
◎:2%以上。
〇:0%以上2%未満。
×:0%未満。
<固化抑制効果の評価>
 各例の(A)成分3gを水溶性フィルム(商品名「M8312」、Monosol LLC社製)の容器(50mm×20mm)に封入し、これをアルミ蒸着パウチに封入した。この状態で25℃の恒温槽内に静置して保存した。保存後、アルミ蒸着パウチを開封し、容器内の(A)成分を目視で観察し、下記評価基準に従って、各例の粉末成分の外観安定性を評価した。
≪評価基準≫
◎:24時間経過時点で固化が生じていない。
〇:24時間経過時点で一部固化が生じている。
×:24時間経過時点で全体に固化が生じている。
(実施例1~17、比較例1~5)
 表1~4に示す組成に従い、(A)成分の原料を粉体混合して、粉体の(A)成分を得た。また、(B)成分の原料を混合して、液体の(B)成分を得た。得られた(A)成分及び(B)成分について、洗浄力及び固化性を評価し、その結果を表中に示す。
 なお、表中の配合量は純分換算値である。また、表中で配合量が記載されていない成分は、配合されていない。
 表1~4に示すように、実施例1~17は、洗浄力差Δが1以上であり、固化抑制効果が「◎」又は「○」であった。
 (a1)成分及び(a21)成分のいずれも含まない比較例1、(a1)成分の含有量が(A)成分の総質量に対して1質量%である比較例2、(a21)成分の含有量が(A)成分の総質量に対して10質量%である比較例3、(b1)成分を含まない比較例5は、いずれも洗浄力差Δが0未満であった。
 a22/a21比が0.0001である比較例4、及び(b1)成分を含まない比較例5は、いずれも固化抑制効果が「×」であった。
 これらの結果から、本発明を適用することで、洗浄力をより高め、かつ固化抑制効果を得られることが確認された。
(実験例1)
 ポリビニルアルコール製水溶性フィルム(Monosol LLC社製、商品名「M8775」、厚さ76μm)を用いて、図2の水溶性容器2と同様の水溶性容器を作成した。第一の収容室(容積6.2mL)に実施例1の(A)成分5g(比重2.54、空隙率68体積%)を収容し、第二及び第三の収容室(容積9.0mL)のそれぞれに、実施例1の(B)成分7.5g(比重1.08、空隙率23体積%)を収容して、洗浄剤物品を作製した。作製した洗浄剤物品を1Lの水中に投入したところ、投入から3秒後に(A)成分が水中に放出し、その1分後に(B)成分が水中に放出した。
 また、上記洗浄剤物品を用いて後述の方法で洗浄性能を確認した結果、61%の洗浄力を有し、実施例1のX→Yと同等であることを確認した。
(実験例2)
 ポリビニルアルコール製水溶性フィルム(Monosol LLC社製、商品名「M8775」、厚さ76μm)を用いて、図1の水溶性容器と同様の水溶性容器を作成した。第一の収容室(容積4.0mL)に実施例1の(A)成分5g(比重2.54、空隙率50体積%)を収容し、第二の収容室(容積40.5mL)に実施例1の(B)成分15g(比重1.08、空隙率40体積%)を収容して、洗浄剤物品を作製した。作製した洗浄剤物品を1Lの水中に投入したところ、投入から20秒後に(A)成分が水中に放出し、その30秒後に(B)成分が水中に放出した。
 また、上記洗浄剤物品を用いて後述の方法で洗浄性能を確認した結果、60%の洗浄力を有し、実施例1のX→Yと同様であることを確認した。
≪洗浄性能(洗浄率)の評価≫
 まず、洗浄前の湿式人工汚染布(洗濯科学協会より購入。以下、「汚染布」ともいう。)10枚の反射率をそれぞれ測定した。なお、本汚染布は一般的に皮脂洗浄力の評価に用いられる。Terg-O-Tometer(U.S.Testing社製)を洗浄試験器として用いた。洗浄槽に、汚染布10枚と、チャージ布(メリヤス布を細かく裁断し、十分に洗浄とすすぎを行い乾燥したもの、チャージ布の量は浴比が30倍となるように設定した)と実験例1、2に示した洗浄剤物品を投入し、直ちに洗浄を開始した。洗浄条件は、回転数120rpm、温度15℃で10分間である。洗浄後、15℃の4°CH硬水900mLで3分間すすぎを2回行い、乾燥させた。乾燥後の洗浄布の反射率Rについて、460nmフィルターを用いて測定し、上記式(2)により、1枚ごとの洗浄率を算出し、汚染布10枚の洗浄率の平均値を全体の洗浄率とした。
 本発明の水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品によれば、さらに洗浄力を高められ、固体成分の固化抑制に優れる。

Claims (4)

  1.  洗浄剤組成物と、水溶性容器とを有する水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品であり、
     前記洗浄剤組成物は、粉体成分(A)と、液体成分(B)とを含み、
     前記(A)成分は、(a1)成分及び(a2)成分から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含み、
     前記(a1)成分は、前記(A)成分の総質量に対して10質量%以上の炭酸塩であり、
     前記(a2)成分は、ヒドロキシカルボン酸系キレート剤及びアミノカルボン酸系キレート剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種のキレート剤(a21)を前記(A)成分の総質量に対して20質量%以上と、前記(a21)成分1質量部に対して水不溶性粉体(a22)0.001~0.03質量部との組み合わせであり、
     前記(B)成分は、界面活性剤(b)を前記(B)成分の総質量に対して30~80質量%含む液体であり、
     前記(b)成分は、非石鹸系アニオン界面活性剤(b1)を含み、
     前記水溶性容器は、少なくとも第一の収容室と第二の収容室とを有し、
     前記第一の収容室は、前記(A)成分を収容し、
     前記第二の収容室は、前記(B)成分を収容し、
     前記水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄物品を水中に投じた際に、前記(A)成分は、前記(B)成分よりも早く前記水中に放出される、水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品。
  2.  前記第一の収容室が、50体積%以上の空気を収容し、
     前記第二の収容室が、40体積%以下の空気を収容する、請求項1に記載の水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品。
  3.  前記(A)成分の比重が1.50~4.00であり、
     前記(B)成分の比重が1.00~1.20である、請求項1又は2に記載の水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品。
  4.  前記(b1)成分は、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸又はその塩、及びポリオキシアルキレンアルキル(アルケニル)エーテル硫酸エステル又はその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1に記載の水溶性容器入り繊維製品用洗浄剤物品。
