Definitions
- This disclosure relates to a resin composition, an aqueous resin composition, an aqueous adhesive, and a laminate.
- polyolefin substrates have been used in molded automotive interior materials, and a method of laminating a skin material to improve the surface design, texture, and feel is known. From the perspective of cushioning, olefin foam, urethane foam, or foams with a base fabric attached to the surface are used on the back side of the skin material (i.e., the surface that is laminated to the polyolefin substrate).
- rubber-based adhesives using chloroprene rubber, styrene rubber, etc. have been used to bond polyolefin substrates to skin materials (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). These rubber-based adhesives are typically used by dissolving various rubber components, tackifiers, etc. in a solvent.
- Patent Document 3 describes an aqueous adhesive composition that contains an acid-modified polyolefin resin and a core-shell type curing agent.
- Patent Documents 1 and 2 were difficult to use as water-based adhesives. Furthermore, because water-based adhesives do not impregnate the substrate with a solvent, it was difficult to achieve sufficient adhesive strength.
- the aqueous adhesive composition described in Patent Document 3 is limited to bonding polyolefin substrates and surface materials, and suffers from the problem of poor adhesive strength at high temperatures when used in automotive interiors.

Description

0<(ii)/(i)<0.7 式(1)
0<(ii)/(i)<0.7 式(1)
0<(ii)/(i)<0.7 式(1)
0<(ii)/(i)<0.7 式(1)
