Description

アンテナモジュール、及び通信装置
 本発明は、アンテナモジュール、及び通信装置に関する。
 第5世代移動通信システム(5G)で用いられる28GHz帯や39GHz帯のようなミリ波帯の電波は、指向性(直進性)が高く、広範囲に電波を放射するためにスマートフォン等の通信装置のアンテナ素子(放射素子)の放射方向の設計自由度を高めることが求められている。下記特許文献1には、フレキシブル基板を用いて、第1アンテナユニットの放射方向と第2アンテナユニットの放射方向とを異ならせることを可能とする構成が開示されている。

 近年、ミリ波帯通信における伝送損失低減のため、アンテナと共に高周波回路を一体成型した所謂AiM(Antenna in Module)の採用が拡大しつつある。このようなAiMと通信装置の主基板とをフレキシブル基板を用いて接続する構成では、主基板とフレキシブル基板との間、及び、フレキシブル基板とAiMとの間の2箇所で基板間接続することとなり、伝送品質が劣化する可能性がある。
 本開示は、上記に鑑みてなされたものであって、伝送品質の劣化を抑制しつつ、放射方向の設計自由度を高めることが可能なアンテナモジュール、及び通信装置を実現することを目的とする。
 本開示の一側面のアンテナモジュールは、主基板に接続部を介して接続されるフレキシブル基板と、少なくとも1つの放射素子が設けられたアンテナ部品と、前記放射素子と接続され、RFICを含む複数の集積回路がパッケージ化されているSiP(System in Package)と、を備え、前記アンテナ部品は、前記フレキシブル基板の一方面に実装され、前記SiPは、前記フレキシブル基板の他方面に実装され、前記フレキシブル基板は、前記アンテナ部品が設けられた第1領域と前記SiPが設けられた第2領域とが、前記アンテナ部品及び前記SiPの実装方向に重なる。
 この構成では、RFICと各放射素子との間の伝送経路をそれぞれ最短化することができる。これにより、伝送品質の劣化を抑制することができる。また、電波の放射方向や通信装置への実装における設計自由度を高めることができる。
 本開示によれば、伝送品質の劣化を抑制しつつ、放射方向の設計自由度を高めることが可能なアンテナモジュール、及び通信装置を実現することができる。

 以下に、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュール、及び通信装置を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、この実施形態により本開示が限定されるものではない。
 図1Aは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールが適用される通信装置の第1例を示すブロック図である。図1Bは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールが適用される通信装置の第2例を示すブロック図である。通信装置1は、例えば、携帯電話、スマートフォンまたはタブレットなどの携帯端末や、通信機能を備えたパーソナルコンピュータなどである。
 図1A及び図1Bに示すように、通信装置1は、アンテナモジュール100と、ベースバンド信号処理を行うBBIC(Base Band Integrated Circuit)200とを備える。BBIC200は、通信装置1の主基板20に実装されている。
 アンテナモジュール100は、放射素子111a,111bが設けられたアンテナ部品110(110a)と、送受信信号の高周波信号処理を行うRFIC(Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit)121を含む高周波回路、及び、RFIC121に電源電圧を供給するPMIC(Power Management Integrated Circuit)122を含む電源回路が同一基板上にパッケージ化されたSiP(System in Package)120と、を備える。
 本開示において、アンテナ部品110(110a)及びSiP120は、可撓性を有するフレキシブル基板10に実装される。SiP120は、フレキシブル基板10に設けられた配線(不図示)を介して、アンテナ部品110(110a)に設けられた放射素子111a,111bに接続される。フレキシブル基板10へのアンテナ部品110(110a)及びSiP120の実装手法としては、例えばはんだ実装が例示されるが、はんだ実装の他に、接合部を加熱あるいは加圧することによって融着あるいは圧着する態様であっても良いし、熱硬化樹脂や接着剤を用いて接着する態様であっても良い。また、超音波振動を利用して接合部を加熱あるいは加圧する態様であっても良い。
 また、本開示において、フレキシブル基板10は、接続部150を介して、通信装置1の主基板20に接続される。具体的に、フレキシブル基板10と通信装置1の主基板20とは、例えば高周波多極コネクタを介して電気的に接続される。あるいは、フレキシブル基板10と通信装置1の主基板20とは、例えば異方性導電膜(ACF:Anisotropic Conductive Film)を用いて電気的に接続される態様であっても良い。
 図2Aは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールに適用されるアンテナ部品の横断面図である。本開示において、アンテナ部品110(110a)は、例えば、28GHz帯、及び、39GHz帯の電波をそれぞれ放射可能な構成としている。なお、図2Aでは、図1Aに示すアンテナ部品110を例示している。
 より具体的に、放射素子111a,111bは、アンテナ部品110(110a)の誘電体層DIの表層に設けられた第1放射素子111aと、アンテナ部品110(110a)の誘電体層DIの内層に設けられた第2放射素子111bと、を含む。アンテナ部品110(110a)の材料としては、例えば、低温同時焼成セラミックス(LTCC:Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics)多層基板、エポキシ、ポリイミドなどの樹脂から構成される樹脂層を複数積層して形成された多層樹脂基板、より低い誘電率を有する液晶ポリマー(LCP:Liquid Crystal Polymer)から構成される樹脂層を複数積層して形成された多層樹脂基板、フッ素系樹脂から構成される樹脂層を複数積層して形成された多層樹脂基板、セラミックス多層基板(低温焼成セラミック多層基板を除く)等が例示される。
 第1放射素子111aは、ビア112a及びパッド113aを介して、フレキシブル基板10に設けられた配線に接続される。第2放射素子111bは、ビア112b及びパッド113bを介して、フレキシブル基板10に設けられた配線に接続される。
 第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bは、それぞれ四角形状の導電性を有する金属材料で形成される。より具体的に、第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bは、例えばアルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、金(Au)、銀(Ag)等の金属材料、あるいは、これらの材料の少なくとも1つを含む合金で形成される。なお、第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bの形状は、例えば、丸形、三角、六角形等の多角形、またはこれらの組み合わせによる特殊形状であっても良い。
 第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bを法線方向に見て、第2放射素子111bの内側に第1放射素子111aが設けられている。また、第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bを法線方向に見て、第1放射素子111aの面重心位置(X1,Y1)と第2放射素子111bの面重心位置(X2,Y2)とが重なる。言い換えると、第1放射素子111aと、当該第1放射素子111aよりも大きい第2放射素子111bとが法線方向に見て同軸上に重なっている。
 上述した構成により、第1放射素子111aは、ハイバンド(例えば、39GHz帯)の電波を放射する。また、第2放射素子111bは、ローバンド(例えば39GHz帯)の電波を放射する。アンテナ部品110(110a)は、1つの第1放射素子111aと1つの第2放射素子111bとを1単位とするデュアルバンドアンテナである。
 本開示において、「ハイバンド」とは、「ローバンド」に対して相対的に高い周波数帯域を示している。また、「ローバンド」とは、「ハイバンド」に対して相対的に低い周波数帯域を示している。なお、本開示において第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bが放射する電波の周波数帯域は、上記帯域に限定されない。以下の説明において、第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bを特に区別する必要がない場合には、単に「放射素子111a,111b」と称する場合がある。
 図2Bは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールに適用されるアンテナ部品の変形例の横断面図である。実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールに適用されるアンテナ部品110は、図2Bに示すように、第1放射素子111aと第2放射素子111bとの双方がアンテナ部品110(110a)の誘電体層DIの同層に設けられた態様であっても良い。図2Bに示す例では、誘電体層DIの表層に第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bが設けられた態様を例示したが、誘電体層DIの内層に第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bが設けられた態様であっても良い。なお、以下の説明では、図2Aに示す態様を用いて説明する。
 図1Aに示す第1例では、1単位のデュアルバンドアンテナを有する複数(図1Aでは4つ)のアンテナ部品110が1方向に配列した構成を例示している。なお、アンテナ部品110の数及び配列数はこれに限定されない。
 図1Bに示す第2例では、複数単位(図1Bでは4単位)のデュアルバンドアンテナが1方向に配列した1つのアンテナ部品110aを有する構成を例示している。なお、アンテナ部品110aに設けられるデュアルバンドアンテナの数及び配列数はこれに限定されない。
 図3Aは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールに適用されるSiPを実装方向に見た上面透視図である。図3Bは、図3Aに示すSiPの一点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。
 SiP120は、RFIC121、PMIC122、回路基板123、及びモールド樹脂124を含む。回路基板123は、複数の誘電体層が積層された多層基板である。回路基板123は、上述したアンテナ部品110(110a)と同じ材料であっても良いし、アンテナ部品110(110a)と異なる材料であっても良い。回路基板123は、パッド123aを介して、フレキシブル基板10に設けられた配線に接続される。
 RFIC121は、パッド121aを介して、回路基板123に設けられた配線に接続される。PMIC122は、パッド122aを介して、回路基板123に設けられた配線に接続される。モールド樹脂124は、RFIC121を含む高周波回路、及び、PMIC122を含む電源回路を覆って回路基板123上に設けられる。図3A及び図3Bでは、RFIC121を含む高周波回路、及び、PMIC122を含む電源回路の構成を模式的に示しているが、具体的に、SiP120は、RFIC121及びPMIC122の他に、RFIC121及びPMIC122の動作に必要な抵抗素子、コンデンサ、インダクタなどの複数の表面実装部品(SMD:Surface Mount Device)を含む。また、本開示においてSiP120に実装される集積回路の種類は、少なくともRFIC121が含まれればPMIC122に限定されない。
 SiP120は、RFIC121を含む複数の集積回路が回路基板123上に設けられ、モールド樹脂124により一体化成型されパッケージ化される。SiP120は、パッド123aを介して、フレキシブル基板10に設けられた配線に接続される。
 図3Cは、RFICのパッドピッチの具体例を示す模式図である。図3Dは、フレキシブル基板の実装面におけるパッドピッチの具体例を示す模式図である。
 フレキシブル基板10の実装面におけるパッドピッチ(パッド間隔)p2は、一般に、RFIC121のパッドピッチp1よりも大きく(具体的には、例えば、フレキシブル基板10の実装面におけるパッドピッチp2=0.45mm、RFIC121のパッドピッチp1=0.238mm)、フレキシブル基板10の実装面に直接RFIC121を実装できない場合がある。また、高周波回路や電源回路に含まれるSMD部品を含めた回路面積が大きくなる。
 本開示に係るアンテナモジュール100では、RFIC121とフレキシブル基板10との間に回路基板123を介在させることで、RFIC121のパッドピッチp1とフレキシブル基板10の実装面におけるパッドピッチp2との差を相殺することができる。また、フレキシブル基板10を平面視した際に高周波回路及び電源回路が占める面積を小さくすることができる。
 次に、本開示に係るアンテナモジュール100におけるアンテナ部品110(110a)とSiP120との配置関係について説明する。ここでは、アンテナ部品110(110a)及びSiP120の実装方向に直交する平面をXY平面として説明する。本開示において、アンテナ部品110(110a)及びSiP120の実装方向とは、フレキシブル基板10上にアンテナ部品110(110a)及びSiP120を配置した際の積層方向である。
 図4Aは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールの第1例を、アンテナ部品及びSiPの実装方向に見た平面図である。図4Bは、図4Aに示すアンテナモジュールの一点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。図4Cは、図4Aに示すアンテナモジュールの二点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。図4A~図4Cに示す第1例の構成は、図1Aに示す通信装置1の第1例に対応している。すなわち、図4A~図4Cに示す第1例の構成では、1単位のデュアルバンドアンテナを有する複数(図4A~図4Cでは4つ)のアンテナ部品110が1方向(図4A~図4CではY方向)に配列した構成を例示している。また、ここでは、フレキシブル基板10の全域がXY平面に対して平行である態様を例示している。
 図5Aは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールの第2例を、アンテナ部品及びSiPの実装方向に見た平面図である。図5Bは、図5Aに示すアンテナモジュールの一点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。図5Cは、図5Aに示すアンテナモジュールの二点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。図5A~図5Cに示す第2例の構成は、図1Bに示す通信装置1の第2例に対応している。すなわち、図5A~図5Cに示す第1例の構成では、複数単位(図5A~図5Cでは4単位)のデュアルバンドアンテナが1方向(図5A~図5CではY方向)に配列した1つのアンテナ部品110aを有する構成を例示している。
 本開示において、アンテナ部品110(110a)は、フレキシブル基板10の一方面に実装され、SiP120は、フレキシブル基板10の他方面に実装される。
 また、本開示において、フレキシブル基板10は、アンテナ部品110(110a)が設けられた第1領域とSiP120が設けられた第2領域とは、アンテナ部品110(110a)及びSiP120の実装方向に重なる。
 図4A~図4Cに示す第1例の構成において、第1領域は、1単位のデュアルバンドアンテナを有する複数(図4A~図4Cでは4つ)のアンテナ部品110が1方向(図4A~図4CではY方向)に配列したxa×yaの領域である。また、図4A~図4Cに示す第1例の構成において、第2領域は、SiP120が設けられたxb×ybの領域である。
 図5A~図5Cに示す第2例の構成において、第1領域は、複数単位(図5A~図5Cでは4単位)のデュアルバンドアンテナが1方向(図5A~図5CではY方向)に配列した1つのアンテナ部品110aが設けられたxa×yaの領域である。また、図5A~図5Cに示す第2例の構成において、第2領域は、SiP120が設けられたxb×ybの領域である。
 図4A~図4Cに示す第1例、及び、図5A~図5Cに示す第2例では、アンテナ部品110(110a)及びSiP120の実装方向に見て、アンテナ部品110(110a)が設けられる第1領域の面重心位置(x1,y1)とSiP120が設けられる第2領域の面重心位置(x2,y2)とが重なる態様を例示している。
 これにより、RFIC121と各放射素子111a,111bとの間の伝送経路をそれぞれ最短化することができ、伝送品質の劣化を抑制することができる。
 また、アンテナ部品110(110a)をフレキシブル基板10とは別体構造とすることで、第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bがそれぞれ放射する電波の周波数帯域に応じた最適化設計を行うことができる。
 さらに、通信装置1の主基板20との接続部150(高周波多極コネクタ)がフレキシブル基板10の一方面に実装され、フレキシブル基板10の他方面に、フレキシブル基板10の法線方向に接続部150(高周波多極コネクタ)と重なる補強部材160が設けられる。補強部材160としては、例えば、フレキシブル基板のベースフィルムであるPI(ポリイミド)よりも高硬度なSUS(ステンレス)やAIN(窒化アルミ)、又は、ベースフィルムと同じPIフィルムやエポキシ系樹脂、あるいはPET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)等の樹脂フィルムを複数枚重ね合わせて厚みや硬度を調整した補強板が例示される。補強板の厚さは、例えば0.2mm以上であることは好ましい。これにより、通信装置1の主基板20との接続の際にフレキシブル基板10に掛かる応力によるストレスを緩和することができる。
 図6Aは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールの第3例を、アンテナ部品及びSiPの実装方向に見た平面図である。図6Bは、図6Aに示すアンテナモジュールの一点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。図6Cは、図6Aに示すアンテナモジュールの二点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。図6A~図6Cに示す第3例の構成では、1単位のデュアルバンドアンテナを有する複数のアンテナ部品110が2×3配列した構成を例示している。
 図6A~図6Cに示す第3例の構成において、第1領域は、1単位のデュアルバンドアンテナを有する複数のアンテナ部品110が2×3配列したxa×yaの領域である。また、図6A~図6Cに示す第3例の構成において、第2領域は、SiP120が設けられたxb×ybの領域である。
 図7Aは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールの第4例を、アンテナ部品及びSiPの実装方向に見た平面図である。図7Bは、図7Aに示すアンテナモジュールの一点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。図7Cは、図7Aに示すアンテナモジュールの二点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。図7A~図7Cに示す第4例の構成では、複数単位のデュアルバンドアンテナが2×3配列した1つのアンテナ部品110bを有する構成を例示している。

 図8Aは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールの第5例を、アンテナ部品及びSiPの実装方向に見た平面図である。図8Bは、図8Aに示すアンテナモジュールの一点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。図8Cは、図8Aに示すアンテナモジュールの二点鎖線に沿う横断面図である。図8A~図8Cに示す第5例の構成では、アンテナ部品110b及びSiP120の実装方向に見て、アンテナ部品110bが設けられる第1領域の内側にSiP120が設けられた態様である点において、図7A~図7Cに示す第4例の構成とは異なっている。
 図6A~図6Cに示す第3例の構成、図7A~図7Cに示す第4例の構成、及び、図8A~図8Cに示す第5例の構成では、図4A~図4Cに示す第1例の構成、及び、図5A~図5Cに示す第2例の構成と同様に、アンテナ部品110(110b)及びSiP120の実装方向に見て、アンテナ部品110(110b)が設けられる第1領域の面重心位置(x1,y1)とSiP120が設けられる第2領域の面重心位置(x2,y2)とが重なる態様を例示している。これにより、RFIC121と各放射素子111a,111bとの間の伝送経路をそれぞれ最短化することができ、伝送品質の劣化を抑制することができる。
 また、アンテナ部品110(110b)をフレキシブル基板10とは別体構造とすることで、第1放射素子111a及び第2放射素子111bがそれぞれ放射する電波の周波数帯域に応じた最適化設計を行うことができる。
 さらに、通信装置1の主基板20との接続部150(高周波多極コネクタ)がフレキシブル基板10の一方面に実装され、フレキシブル基板10の他方面に、フレキシブル基板10の法線方向に接続部150(高周波多極コネクタ)と重なる補強部材160が設けられる。これにより、通信装置1の主基板20との接続の際にフレキシブル基板10に掛かる応力によるストレスを緩和することができる。
 また、図4A~図4Cに示す第1例の構成及び図5A~図5Cに示す第2例の構成では、X方向の端部に通信装置1の主基板20との接続部150を設けた態様を例示し、図6A~図6Cに示す第3例の構成、図7A~図7Cに示す第4例の構成、及び図8A~図8Cに示す第5例の構成では、X方向の中央部に通信装置1の主基板20との接続部150を設けた態様を例示したが、これに限定されない。例えば、図4Bに示す接続部150(高周波多極コネクタ)はフレキシブル基板10の一方面ではなく、図4Bとは反対側の他方面に実装されていてもよい。この場合、接続部150(高周波多極コネクタ)は、アンテナ部品110と同じ面に実装される。フレキシブル基板10の一方面に、フレキシブル基板10の法線方向に接続部150(高周波多極コネクタ)と重なる補強部材160が設けられる。このように、通信装置1の主基板20との接続部150は、フレキシブル基板10の任意の位置に設けることができる。
 図8Dは、実施形態に係るアンテナモジュールの第6例を、アンテナ部品及びSiPの実装方向に見た平面図である。例えば、第6例では、X方向に並ぶ1つ以上アンテナ部品110と、Y方向に並ぶ1つ以上のアンテナ部品110とにより、全体として、アンテナモジュール100は、アンテナ部品110をL字状に配列してもよい。通信装置1の主基板20との接続部150の配置は、フレキシブル基板10の任意の位置に設けることができる。例えば、図8Dに示すように、接続部150は、L字状の角部に設けられる。
 また、上記第1例~第5例では、アンテナ部品110(110a,110b)及びSiP120の実装方向に見て、アンテナ部品110(110a,110b)が設けられる第1領域の面重心位置(x1,y1)とSiP120が設けられる第2領域の面重心位置(x2,y2)とが重なる態様を例示したが、これに限定されない。以下、アンテナ部品110(110a,110b)及びSiP120の実装方向に見たアンテナ部品110(110a,110b)及びSiP120の具体的な配置例について説明する。
 図9A~図9J及び図10A~図10Jは、アンテナ部品及びSiPの実装方向に見た具体的な配置態様を示す概略図である。
 図9A~図9Jでは、第1領域が第2領域よりも広い態様を例示している。このような態様では、アンテナ部品110(110a,110b)及びSiP120の実装方向に見て、少なくとも第1領域の面重心位置(x1,y1)が第2領域内に重なるように配置することで、RFIC121と各放射素子111a,111bとの間の伝送経路をそれぞれ最短化可能に構成することができる。
 図10A~図10Jでは、第1領域が第2領域よりも狭い態様を例示している。このような態様では、アンテナ部品110(110a,110b)及びSiP120の実装方向に見て、少なくとも第2領域の面重心位置(x2,y2)が第1領域内に重なるように配置することで、RFIC121と各放射素子111a,111bとの間の伝送経路をそれぞれ最短化可能に構成することができる。
 このように、本開示に係るアンテナモジュール100は、アンテナ部品110(110a,110b)の構成やSiP120の形状に応じて、伝送品質の劣化を抑制した任意の形状とすることができる。
 また、本開示に係るアンテナモジュール100は、通信装置1の筐体内において、放射素子111a,111bの放射面の位置や電波の放射方向を、フレキシブル基板10の耐屈曲性の許容範囲内において任意に設定することが可能である。次に、本開示に係るアンテナモジュール100を適用した通信装置1の具体例について説明する。

 図11Aに示す第1適用例では、通信装置1の主基板20の法線方向と、放射素子111a,111bの法線方向とが同一である態様を例示している。この場合、例えば、通信装置1の主基板20に平行な筐体30から電波を放射することを想定している。
 図11Bに示す第2適用例、及び図11Cに示す第3適用例では、通信装置1の主基板20の法線方向と、放射素子111a,111bの法線方向とが異なる態様を例示している。図11Bに示す第2適用例では、例えば、通信装置1の主基板20に垂直な側面から電波を放射することを想定している。図11Cに示す第3適用例では、例えば、通信装置1の主基板20に対して傾斜した筐体30の面から電波を放射することを想定している。
 図11Dに示す第4適用例では、図11Aに示す第1適用例に対し、樹脂筐体30aに平行な金属筐体30bに熱伝導シート170を介してSiP120を取り付けた構成を例示している。
 図11Eに示す第5適用例では、図11Aに示す第1適用例に対し、通信装置1の主基板20に熱伝導シート170を介してSiP120を取り付けた構成を例示している。
 図11Fに示す第6適用例では、図11Dに示す第4適用例に対し、アンテナ部品110(110a,110b)を実装する面とSiP120を実装する面とを入れ替えた態様を例示している。
 このように、本開示に係るアンテナモジュール100は、通信装置1の筐体内において、放射素子111a,111bの放射面の位置や電波の放射方向を、フレキシブル基板10の耐屈曲性の許容範囲内において任意に設定することができ、実装上の設計自由度を高めることができる。
 なお、上記した実施形態は、本開示の理解を容易にするためのものであり、本発明を限定して解釈するためのものではない。本開示は、その趣旨を逸脱することなく、変更/改良され得るとともに、本開示にはその等価物も含まれる。

     前記第1放射素子と前記第2放射素子とが法線方向に重なる、
     アンテナモジュール。
  9.  請求項8に記載のアンテナモジュールであって、
     前記第1放射素子及び前記第2放射素子を法線方向に見て、前記第2放射素子の内側に前記第1放射素子が設けられ、前記第1放射素子の面重心位置と前記第2放射素子の面重心位置とが重なる、
     アンテナモジュール。
  10.  請求項5又は6に記載のアンテナモジュールであって、
     前記第1放射素子及び前記第2放射素子は、前記アンテナ部品の誘電体層の同層に設けられている、
     アンテナモジュール。
  11.  請求項10に記載のアンテナモジュールであって、
     前記第1放射素子及び前記第2放射素子は、前記誘電体層の表層に設けられている、
     アンテナモジュール。
  12.  請求項10に記載のアンテナモジュールであって、
     前記第1放射素子及び前記第2放射素子は、前記誘電体層の内層に設けられている、
     アンテナモジュール。
  13.  請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載のアンテナモジュールであって、
     前記接続部は、高周波多極コネクタである、
     アンテナモジュール。
  14.  請求項13に記載のアンテナモジュールであって、
     前記高周波多極コネクタは、前記フレキシブル基板の一方面に実装され、
     前記フレキシブル基板の他方面に、前記フレキシブル基板の法線方向に前記高周波多極コネクタと重なる補強部材が設けられている、
     アンテナモジュール。
  15.  請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載のアンテナモジュールであって、
     前記接続部は、異方性導電膜である、
     アンテナモジュール。
  16.  請求項1から15の何れか一項に記載のアンテナモジュールを搭載した、
     通信装置。
  17.  請求項16に記載の通信装置であって、
     前記放射素子の法線方向と、前記主基板の法線方向とが異なっている、
     通信装置。
  18.  請求項16又は17に記載の通信装置であって、
     前記SiPと前記主基板との間に熱伝導シートを備える、
     通信装置。
  19.  請求項16又は17に記載の通信装置であって、
     前記SiPと通信装置の金属筐体との間に熱伝導シートを備える、
     通信装置。
