Description
本申请要求于2024年3月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为202420650319.8、实用新型名称为“装饰组件以及显示装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种装饰组件以及显示装置。
目前,电视机作为家庭娱乐活动必不可少的家用电器,也起到家庭家居装饰作用。在现有的电视机的功能差异不大的情况下,用户在选购或者使用该液晶电视机时,往往会关注到液晶电视机的外观。
由于显示装置的前框的工艺比较简单,往往不够美观,现有技术中会为显示装置提供装饰件,以遮挡显示装置的前框。显示装置的外形并不完全相同,装饰件的形状往往也跟随显示装置的形状改变。
装饰件不具备普适性和可拆卸性,用户不能根据自身需要对装饰件进行更换,造成用户的体验感下降。
本申请提供一种装饰组件,应用于显示装置本体,所述装饰组件至少包括第一装饰件;
所述第一装饰件包括第一固定部、第一装饰部、第二装饰部以及夹持臂,所述第一装饰部、所述第二装饰部和所述夹持臂分别与所述第一固定部连接,所述第一装饰部与所述夹持臂相对设置,所述第一装饰部、所述夹持臂以及所述第一固定部形成夹持部,所述夹持部被配置为夹持所述显示装置本体的边缘,所述第二装饰部设置在所述夹持臂远离所述第一装饰部的一侧,所述第一装饰部与所述第二装饰部被配置为沿所述显示装置本体的厚度方向相对设置在所述显示装置本体的两侧。
本申请实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括:

本申请实施例提供的装饰组件中,该装置组件应用于显示装置本体。该装饰组件至少包括第一装饰件,该第一装饰件包括第一固定部、第一装饰部、第二装饰部以及夹持臂,该第一装饰部与夹持臂相对设置,该第一装饰部、夹持臂以及第一固定部形成夹持部。该第二装饰部设置在夹持臂远离第一装饰部的一侧,该第一装饰部与第二装饰部被配置为沿显示装置本体的厚度方向设置在显示装置本体的两侧。例如该第一装饰部设置在显示装置本体的前框上,该第二装饰部设置在显示装置本体的背板上。可以理解的是,由于本申请中的装饰组件形成夹持部,能够夹持在显示装置本体的侧边,与显示装置本体可拆卸连接,使得该装饰组件能够适配不同形状的显示装置本体,具备普适性和可拆卸性。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例提供一种装饰组件以及显示装置,该装饰组件应用于显示装置本体,该装饰组件具备普适性和可拆卸性。以下结合附图进行具体的说明。
请参阅图1以及图2,图1为本申请实施例提供的显示装置的第一种结构示意图,图2为图1的爆炸示意图。
本申请实施例提供一种显示装置100,该显示装置100包括显示装置本体20以及装饰组件10,该装饰组件10固定于显示装置本体20的周侧,起到装饰显示装置本体20的作用。该装饰组件10为下述实施例中的装饰组件10。本申请所述的装饰组件和整机相连的方式,可以直接安装亦可以作为辅助配件安装。
该显示装置本体20可以用于电子设备中,电子设备可以为智能手机(smartphone)、平板电脑(tablet personal computer)、移动电话(mobile phone)、视频电话机、电子书阅读器(e-book reader)、台式计算机(desktop PC)、手提电脑(laptop PC)、上网本(netbookcomputer)、工作站(workstation)、服务器、个人数字助理(personaldigital assistant)、便携式媒体播放器(portable multimedia player)、MP3播放器、移动医疗机器、照相机、游戏机、数码相机、车载导航仪、电子广告牌、自动取款机或可穿戴设备(wearable device)中的至少一个。
请参阅图3以及图4,图3为本申请实施例提供的装饰组件的第一种结构示意图,图4为本申请实施例提供的第一装饰件的结构示意图。
本申请提供一种装饰组件10,该装饰组件10应用于显示装置本体20。该装饰组件10可以装饰显示装置本体20的外观,例如颜色、光泽、质感和/或形状。
该装饰组件10至少包括第一装饰件11。该第一装饰件11包括第一固定部111、第一装饰部112、第二装饰部113以及夹持臂114。该第一装饰件11的颜色、花纹和/或形状可以修饰该显示装置本体20。
该第一固定部111为装饰组件10的其他部件提供支撑。该第一装饰部112与第二装饰部113中,其中一个装饰部可以装饰显示装置本体20的前框,另一个装饰部可以装饰显示装置本体20的背板,本申请实施例中以第一装饰部112修饰显示装置本体20的前框,第二装饰部113修饰显示装置本体20的背板进行说明。夹持臂114能够与第一装饰件11进行配合夹持在显示装置本体20上,以将装饰组件10固定在显示装置本体20的侧边。
具体的,该第一装饰部112、第二装饰部113以及夹持臂114分别与第一固定部111连接。该第一装饰部112与夹持臂114相对设置,该第一装饰部112、夹持臂114以及第一固定部111形成夹持部,该夹持部被配置为夹持在显示装置本体20的边缘。该第二装饰部113设置在夹持臂114远离第一装饰部112的一侧,该第一装饰部112与第二装饰部113被配置为沿显示装置本体20的厚度方向相对设置在显示装置本体20的两侧。
该第一装饰部112、第二装饰部113以及夹持臂114均分别固定在第一固定部111的同一侧,且分别与第一固定部111形成夹角。
该第一装饰部112既能够为显示装置本体20进行装饰,也能够与夹持臂114和第一固定部111共同形成夹持部,通过第一装置部的结构复用,能够实现装饰组件10的小型化。
该第一装饰部112、夹持臂114以及第一固定部111形成容纳空间,该第一装饰部112的自由端与夹持臂114的自由端形成开口。通过设置第一装饰部112以及夹持臂114的形状,例如该第一装饰部112与夹持臂114的自由端向靠近容纳空间方向弯折,进而使得容纳空间在垂直于第一固定部111且指向开口的方向上的横截面积逐渐减小。当装饰组件10需要固定在显示装置本体20上时,显示装置本体20从开口进入容纳空间,并在此过程中挤压该第一装饰部112以及夹持臂114,使得该第一装饰部112以及夹持臂114产生形变,并且通过该第一装饰部112以及夹持臂114的反作用力将装饰组件10固定在显示装置本体20上。同样的,当装饰组件10需从显示装置本体20上取下时,只需要将显示装置本体20从开口脱出,该第一装饰部112以及夹持臂114就能恢复原状。所以通过第一装饰部112、夹持臂114以及第一固定部111的设置,就能够实现该装饰组件10与显示装置本体20的可拆卸连接。
可以理解的是,该显示装置本体20的背板各处厚度可能是不均的,一般是中部较厚。若是将该显示装置本体20靠墙设置,则显示装置本体20的背板可能与墙壁存在缝隙,不美观且容易内部积灰。本申请中通过设置第二装饰部113,可以增加该显示装置本体20的边缘的厚度,以使得装配有该装饰组件10的显示装置本体20靠墙设置的时候,至少实现四周能够贴墙设置,提高美观程度以及避免内部积灰。为了装配有该装饰组件10的显示装置本体20与墙壁更加贴合,该第二装饰部113所在平面可以与水平线垂直,以实现与墙壁贴合无缝隙。进一步的,为了与显示装置本体20固定的更加可靠,该夹持臂114包括第一连接部1141以及第二连接部1142,该第一连接部1141与第一固定部111连接,该第二连接部1142与第一固定部111连接,该第一连接部1141与第二连接部1142互成角度,该第二连接部1142相对于第一连接部1141朝向第一装饰部112弯折,即夹持臂114的自由端向靠近容纳空间方向弯折,进而增加对显示装置本体20的作用力。
其中,该第二连接部1142的表面可以选用较为粗糙的材料,或者该第二连接部1142的表面具有间隔分布的凸点,以增加该第二连接部1142与显示装置本体20的摩擦力,避免该显示装置本体20从开口脱出。
在一些实施例中,该夹持臂114为弹性结构、由弹性材料制备而成。该弹性材料可以为PP(polypropylene,聚丙烯)、PVC(Polyvinyl chloride,聚氯乙烯)。该夹持臂114可以通过挤出成型或者挤压成型或者注塑成型等工艺制备。在本申请实施例中,第一固定部111、第一装饰部112以及第二装饰部113可以为弹性材料制备而成,也可以为硬质材料制备而成;弹性材料为可以与夹持臂114的材料相同的材料,硬质材料可以为PS(Polystyrene,聚苯乙烯)、PC(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)或者金属。若是该夹持臂114与其他结构的材料不同,可以进行分别制作再组装的成装饰组件10。可以理解的是,第一固定部111、第一装饰部112以及第二装饰部113的硬度大于夹持臂114的硬度。由于夹持臂114没有起到装饰作用,只是起到固定的作用,通过将夹持臂114设置为弹性结构,能够更好地拆装于不同厚度的显示装置本体20,具有普适性。但是第一固定部111、第一装饰部112以及第二装饰部113的外表面起到装饰作用,所以该第一固定部111、第一装饰部112以及第二装饰部113可以为具有修饰作用的材料,不限于采用弹性材料。
在另一些实施例中,该装饰组件10一体成型,其材料可以为弹性材料,例如PP或者PVC。可以理解的是,该装饰组件10一体成型,制备效率更高、成本较低。
在一些实施例中,第一装饰部112远离所述第一固定部111的一端具有折弯部115,该折弯部115朝向夹持臂114设置。该第一装饰件11还包括缓冲件116,该缓冲件116设置在第一装饰部112与夹持臂114之间,缓冲件116与第一固定部111连接。当装饰组件10固定在显示装置本体20上时,该缓冲件116与显示装置本体20抵接,避免显示装置100与第一固定部111、第一装饰部112以及第二装饰部113的内壁发生剐蹭。缓冲件116为中空弹性结构,具有较好的弹性,能够与显示装置本体20具有更大的接触面积,并且能够适应显示装置本体20的边缘的形状,提升显示装置100的普适性。当显示装置本体20与缓冲组件抵接后,该缓冲组件还能够沿显示装置本体20的厚度方向进行摆动调整,进而调整第一装饰部112、第二装饰部113与显示装置本体20的相对位置。
值得说明的是,显示装置本体具有侧壁、前框以及屏幕,该侧壁设置在屏幕的周侧,该前框与侧壁连接,该前框设置于屏幕的所在平面且围设于屏幕的非显示区。该第一装饰部112既需要装饰前框也不能遮挡显示区,该折弯部115朝向夹持臂114设置,该缓冲件116与显示装置本体20抵接的情况下,该弯折部与显示装置本体20的前框卡接固定。该装饰组件10能够适应不同的显示装置本体20的前框,进而严丝合缝地固定在显示装置本体20上,且不会遮挡显示区。
请参阅图5以及图6,图5为本申请实施例提供的显示装置的第二种结构示意图,图6为本申请实施例提供的显示装置的第三种结构示意图。该第一装饰件11能够与不同厚度的显示装置本体20装配。
例如,请参阅图7,图7为本申请实施例提供的装饰组件的第三种结构示意图:(1)装饰组件初始状态;(2)装饰组件与第一厚度的显示装置本体装配时的状态;(3)装饰组件与第二厚度的显示装置本体装配时的状态。两种不同厚度的显示装置本体20为第一厚度的显示装置本体以及第二厚度的显示装置本体,该第二厚度大于第一厚度。当装饰组件10为初始状态时,该第一装饰部112的自由端与夹持臂114的自由端的距离为L1,例如L1为7.7mm;当装饰组件10与第一厚度的显示装置本体20装配时,该第一装饰部112的自由端与夹持臂114的自由端的距离为L2,L2大于L1,该缓冲件116相对于初始状态的压缩厚度为D1,例如L2为8.2mm,D1为0.7mm;当装饰组件10与第二厚度的显示装置本体20装配时,该第一装饰部112的自由端与夹持臂114的自由端的距离为L3,L3大于L2,该缓冲件116相对于初始状态的压缩厚度为D2,例如L3为10mm,D2为1.5mm。通过第一装饰部112与夹持臂114之间的距离变化以及缓冲件116的的压缩变化,以匹配不同厚度的显示装置本体20,该第一装饰件11具有普适性。
请参阅图8,图8为本申请实施例提供的显示装置的第四种结构示意图。
该第一装饰件11还包括第一磁铁件117,该第一磁铁件117设置在缓冲件116远离第一固定部111的一侧。该第一磁铁件117的形状可以为长条形、方形、圆形等。为了避免装饰组件10从显示装置本体20上脱落,可以设置第一磁铁件117以吸附在显示装置本体20的侧壁上,即该第一磁铁件117能够与侧壁连接。例如,该显示装置本体20的壳体为金属比如铁质时,或者设置有与第一磁铁件117相对应铁片或者与第第一磁铁件117磁性相反的第三磁铁,该铁片或者第三磁铁固定在显示装置本体20上,则第一磁铁件117能够与铁片或者第四磁铁吸附固定,以将第一装饰件11固定在显示装置本体20上。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图9,图9为本申请实施例提供的装饰组件的第二种结构示意图,该装饰组件10还包括第一固定件12,该第一装饰件11的数量为多个,分别设置在显示装置本体20相邻的侧边,该第一固定件12与相邻的两个第一装饰件11连接。为了维持相邻的第一装饰件11的相对位置,避免该第一装饰件11沿着显示装置本体20的边缘移动,该第一固定件12可以固定相邻的两个第一装饰件11。该第一固定件12与第一装饰件11的固定方式可以为卡接或者螺丝紧固。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图10,图10为本申请实施例提供的第二装饰件的第一种结构示意图,该装饰组件10还包括第二装饰件13,该第二装饰件13的颜色、花纹和/或形状可以修饰该显示装置本体20,第二装饰件13的外观可以与第一装饰件11的外观相同或者不同。该第二装饰件13包括第二固定部131以及第三装饰部132,该第二固定部131与第三装饰部132互成角度。请参阅图11,图11为本申请实施例提供的显示装置的第五种结构示意图。该第二固定部131被配置为固定在该显示装置本体20的侧壁,该第三装饰部132被配置为遮挡显示装置本体20的前框。该第二装饰件13可以起到修饰显示装置本体20的作用。该第二装饰件13一般设置在显示装置本体20的底部的背板,由于用户在使用显示装置本体20时,显示装置本体20的底部的背板对外观影响较为轻微,所以对应的只需要修饰该显示装置本体20的前框,这无疑是减少了工艺和材料的使用。该第二装饰件13与第一装饰件11的材料可以是相同的。
请参阅图12以及图13,图12为本申请实施例提供的显示装置的第六种结构示意图,图13为本申请实施例提供的第二装饰件的第二种结构示意图。该第二装饰件13的第三装饰部132上设置有缺口1321,缺口1321被配置为容纳显示装置本体20上的凸起结构,例如所述凸起结构为信号接收组件。
该第二装饰件13还包括第二磁铁件133,第二磁铁件133设置在第二固定部131上,第二磁铁件133被配置将第二装饰件13固定在显示装置本体20上。该第二磁铁件133的形状可以为长条形、方形、圆形等。例如,该显示装置本体20的壳体为铁质的,或者设置有与第二磁铁件133相对应铁片或者与第第二磁铁件133磁性相反的第四磁铁,该铁片或者第四磁铁固定在显示装置本体20上,则第二磁铁件133能够与铁片或者第四磁铁吸附固定,以将第二装饰件13固定在显示装置本体20上。
请参阅图14,图14为本申请实施例提供的装饰组件的第三种结构示意图。若第一装饰件11与第二装饰件13相邻设置,装饰组件10还包括第二固定件14,第二固定件14分别与第一装饰件11以及第二装饰件13连接,以固定第一装饰件11以及第二装饰件13的相对位置。例如,该第二固定件14具有互成角度的第三固定部以及第四固定部,该第三固定部与第一装饰件11连接,该第四固定部与第二装饰件13连接,连接方式可以为螺丝紧固。
本申请实施例提供的装饰组件10中,该装置组件应用于显示装置本体20。该装饰组件10至少包括第一装饰件11,该第一装饰件11包括第一固定部111、第一装饰部112、第二装饰部113以及夹持臂114,该第一装饰部112与夹持臂114相对设置,该第一装饰部112、夹持臂114以及第一固定部111形成夹持部。该第二装饰部113设置在夹持臂114远离第一装饰部112的一侧,该第一装饰部112与第二装饰部113被配置为沿显示装置本体20的厚度方向设置在显示装置本体20的两侧。例如该第一装饰部112设置在显示装置本体20的前框上,该第二装饰部113设置在显示装置本体20的背板上。可以理解的是,由于本申请中的装饰组件10形成夹持部,以固定在显示装置本体20的侧边,能够与显示装置本体20可拆卸连接,使得该装饰组件10能够适配不同形状的显示装置本体20,具备普适性和可拆卸性。
本申请实施例提供的装饰组件10,可以适配多种形状的显示装置本体20。通过多方向调节装饰组件10的结构,包容了同等显示装置本体20的整机在不同厚度、长度和宽度一定范围内的变化,使得最大程度通用化,低成本化。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
在本申请的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个特征。

Claims (20)
- 一种装饰组件,其应用于显示装置本体,所述装饰组件至少包括第一装饰件;所述第一装饰件包括第一固定部、第一装饰部、第二装饰部以及夹持臂,所述第一装饰部、所述第二装饰部和所述夹持臂分别与所述第一固定部连接,所述第一装饰部与所述夹持臂相对设置,所述第一装饰部、所述夹持臂以及所述第一固定部形成夹持部,所述夹持部被配置为夹持所述显示装置本体的边缘,所述第二装饰部设置在所述夹持臂远离所述第一装饰部的一侧,所述第一装饰部与所述第二装饰部被配置为沿所述显示装置本体的厚度方向相对设置在所述显示装置本体的两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装饰组件,其中,所述夹持臂包括第一连接部以及第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第一固定部连接,所述第二连接部与所述第一连接部连接,所述第二连接部相对与所述第一连接部朝向所述第一装饰部弯折。
- 根据权利要求2所述的装饰组件,其中,所述第二连接部的表面具有间隔分布的凸点。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装饰组件,其中,所述第一装饰部、所述夹持臂以及所述第一固定部形成容纳空间,所述第一装饰部的自由端与所述夹持臂的自由端形成开口,所述容纳空间在垂直于所述第一固定部且指向所述开口的方向上的横截面积逐渐减小。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装饰组件,其中,所述夹持臂为弹性结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装饰组件,其中,所述装饰组件一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装饰组件,其中,所述第一装饰部远离所述第一固定部的一端具有折弯部,所述折弯部朝向所述夹持臂设置,所述第一装饰件还包括缓冲件,所述缓冲件设置在所述第一装饰部与所述夹持臂之间,所述缓冲件与所述第一固定部连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装饰组件,其中,所述缓冲件为中空弹性结构。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装饰组件,其中,所述第一装饰件还包括第一磁铁件,所述第一磁铁件设置在缓冲件远离所述第一固定部的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装饰组件,其中,还包括第一固定件,所述第一装饰件的数量为多个,所述第一固定件分别与相邻的两个所述第一装饰件连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装饰组件,其中,还包括第二装饰件,所述第二装饰件包括第二固定部以及第三装饰部,所述第二固定部与所述第三装饰部互成角度。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装饰组件,其中,所述第二装饰件还包括第二磁铁件,所述第二磁铁件设置在所述第二固定部上,所述第二磁铁件被配置为固定所述显示装置本体与所述第二固定部。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装饰组件,其中,若所述第一装饰件与所述第二装饰件相邻设置,所述装饰组件还包括第二固定件,所述第二固定件分别与所述第一装饰件以及所述第二装饰件连接。
- 一种显示装置,其包括:显示装置本体;装饰组件,所述装饰组件固定于所述显示装置本体的周侧,所述装饰组件应用于显示装置本体,所述装饰组件至少包括第一装饰件;所述第一装饰件包括第一固定部、第一装饰部、第二装饰部以及夹持臂,所述第一装饰部、所述第二装饰部和所述夹持臂分别与所述第一固定部连接,所述第一装饰部与所述夹持臂相对设置,所述第一装饰部、所述夹持臂以及所述第一固定部形成夹持部,所述夹持部被配置为夹持所述显示装置本体的边缘,所述第二装饰部设置在所述夹持臂远离所述第一装饰部的一侧,所述第一装饰部与所述第二装饰部被配置为沿所述显示装置本体的厚度方向相对设置在所述显示装置本体的两侧。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置本体具有侧壁、前框以及屏幕,所述侧壁设置在所述屏幕的周侧,所述前框与所述侧壁连接,所述前框设置于所述屏幕所在平面上且围设于所述屏幕的非显示区;所述第一装饰部远离所述第一固定部的一端具有折弯部,所述折弯部朝向所述夹持臂设置,所述第一装饰件还包括缓冲件,所述缓冲件设置在所述第一装饰部与所述夹持臂之间,所述缓冲件与所述第一固定部连接,所述缓冲件与所述侧壁抵接,所述折弯部与所述前框卡接固定。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述缓冲件为中空弹性结构。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,当所述侧壁的材料为金属时,所述第一装饰件还包括第一磁铁件,所述第一磁铁件设置在缓冲件远离所述第一固定部的一侧,所述第一磁铁件能够与所述侧壁连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述装饰组件还包括第二装饰件,所述第二装饰件包括第二固定部以及第三装饰部,所述第二固定部与所述第三装饰部互成角度,所述第二固定部固定于所述显示装置本体的侧壁,所述第三装饰部用于遮挡所述显示装置的前框。
- 根据权利要求18所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一装饰件与所述第二装饰件相邻设置,所述装饰组件还包括第二固定件,所述第二固定件分别与所述第一装饰件以及所述第二装饰件连接。
- 根据权利要求18所述的显示装置,其中,所述第三装饰部上设置有缺口,所述缺口被配置为容纳位于所述显示装置本体上的凸起结构。
