Description
本发明涉及电视机的喇叭固定,更具体地说,涉及一种液晶、等离子电视机的喇叭固定结构。
轻薄化是电视机发展的一个趋势,为了提高液晶电视、等离子电视的外观效果和声音效果,喇叭也即扬声器的固定结构也在不断改进,以适应电视机轻薄化的需求。液晶电视和等离子电视多采用小尺寸的喇叭,以缩小喇叭所占用的空间,喇叭的出音口向下或向后,使电视机前壳上没有喇叭出音孔,外观更加美观。目前,有一种喇叭固定结构,采用硅胶垫圈固定喇叭,先将硅胶垫圈固定在喇叭上,然后将硅胶垫圈装配在电视机的前壳上面,然后在用电视机的后壳上面的卡筋将硅胶垫圈压紧的方式固定喇叭朝下出音,这种固定结构的优点在于不需要螺钉固定,通过硅胶垫圈的缓冲可以提高整机的音效,但这种固定结构的喇叭和出音孔之间有间隙,造成音效不是非常好,而且装配过程中容易损坏喇叭上面的EVA垫圈,所谓EVA垫圈是指由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制成的垫圈,其中EVA是Ethylene

Acetate的英文简称。如果取消喇叭和出音孔之间的间隙,当由于后盖变形、安装公差、安装手法等原因导致喇叭和后盖不能完全匹配时,喇叭的EVA垫圈受到后壳的过分挤压以及二者的相对运动,会导致喇叭的EVA垫圈破损,而且也不一定能保证后壳与喇叭的紧密配合以保证良好的声音效果。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的喇叭固定结构的上述喇叭和出音孔之间存在间隙,声音效果不好的缺陷,提供一种了喇叭固定结构,喇叭受压后可以自适应的调整角度以压紧在壳体上,保证良好的音效。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种喇叭固定结构,用于将喇叭固定电视机壳体上,所述喇叭的两侧各设有一弹性支架,所述弹性支架包括固定部、喇叭连接部、以及连接所述固定部和喇叭连接部的可变形调整部,所述固定部与所述电视机壳体相连,所述喇叭连接部与所述喇叭相连,所述喇叭受到来自所述电视机壳体的压力作用时,所述可变形调整部发生弹性形变以调整所述喇叭的姿态,使所述喇叭的前端与所述电视机壳体相贴合。
在本发明所述的喇叭固定结构中,所述喇叭未受到外力作用时,所述喇叭的自身重力使所述可变形调整部发生弹性形变,所述喇叭的前端的上部向后倾斜。
在本发明所述的喇叭固定结构中,所述喇叭的两侧各设有一连接耳,所述喇叭连接部具有供所述连接耳插入的第一接纳孔,所述连接耳插在所述第一接纳孔中。
在本发明所述的喇叭固定结构中,所述连接耳上设有卡口,所述第一接纳孔中设有与所述卡口配合的卡块,所述连接耳插入到所述第一接纳孔中时,所述卡块卡入到所述卡口中。
在本发明所述的喇叭固定结构中,所述第一接纳孔为条形孔,所述第一接纳孔的截面的长度方向与竖直方向倾斜一定角度。
在本发明所述的喇叭固定结构中,所述电视机壳体上设有两个连接柱,每个所述连接柱对应一个所述弹性支架,所述弹性支架的固定部上设有与所述连接柱配合的第二接纳孔,所述连接柱插入所述固定部中。
在本发明所述的喇叭固定结构中,所述电视机壳体包括前壳和后壳,所述连接柱设置在前壳上,所述后壳装配在前壳上时,所述喇叭受到来自所述后壳的压力作用,所述可变形调整部发生弹性形变以调整所述喇叭的姿态,使所述喇叭的前端与所述后壳相贴合。

实施本发明的喇叭固定结构,具有以下有益效果:在本发明的喇叭固定结构中,由于弹性支架的可变形调整部在喇叭受到外力作用时可以发生弹性形变,使得在电视机壳体装配过程中,喇叭可以在电视机壳体的压力作用下自适应的调整姿态,使喇叭的前端与电视机壳体相贴合,改善了喇叭安装的操作方法,提高了产品的性能。

本发明的喇叭固定结构适用与电视机喇叭的安装,尤其是液晶电视和等离子电视等厚度较薄的平板电视,该喇叭固定结构也适用与带有喇叭的显示装置。
如图1所示,为具有本发明的喇叭固定结构的优选实施例的电视机的分解示意图,喇叭1固定在电视机壳体内,电视机壳体包括前壳3和后壳4,喇叭1通过弹性支架2固定在电视机壳体内。
参看图2至图5,在本实施例中,在喇叭1的两侧各设有一弹性支架2,喇叭1通过两个弹性支架2安装在电视机的前壳3上。参看图6至图13,弹性支架2包括固定部21、喇叭连接部22、以及连接固定部21和喇叭连接部22的可变形调整部23。弹性支架2可以由橡胶、硅胶或者其他具有弹性的材料制成,优选硅胶,固定部21、喇叭连接部22和可变形调整部23可以一起注塑成形。弹性支架2的可变形调整部23在外力作用下可以发生弹性形变,以使固定部21和喇叭连接部22的相对位置发生变化,从而调整喇叭1的姿态。弹性支架2的固定部21与电视机壳体相连,喇叭连接部22与喇叭1相连,喇叭1受到来自电视机壳体的压力作用时,可变形调整部23发生弹性形变以调整喇叭1的姿态,使喇叭1的前端与电视机壳体相贴合。在喇叭1未受到外力作用时,也即电视机的后壳4未装配到前壳3上时,喇叭1的自身重力使可变形调整部23发生弹性形变,喇叭1的前端的上部向后倾斜,这样可以避免电视机装配时后壳4与喇叭1前端的EVA垫圈12发生摩擦,避免损坏EVA垫圈。
参看图5,在本实施例中,进一步,为了方便喇叭1和弹性支架2的连接,喇叭1的两侧可以各设一连接耳11,喇叭1通过该连接耳11与弹性支架2相连。参看6、图8、图9和图10,相应的,弹性支架2的喇叭连接部22具有供连接耳11插入的第一接纳孔221,连接耳11插在接纳孔221中,连接耳11的形状和第一接纳孔221的形状相适配,为了防止连接耳11在接纳孔211中转动,连接耳11可以采用非圆柱结构,例如片状结构,在本实施例中,连接耳11即采用片柱结构,第一接纳孔221则采用条形截面的孔,连接耳11可以与第一接纳孔221过盈配合。进一步,在本实施例中,为了防止连接耳11由第一接纳孔221中脱出,可以在连接耳11上设置卡口111,对应的可以在第一接纳孔221中设置与卡口111配合的卡块222,连接耳11插入到第一接纳孔211中时,卡块222卡入到卡口111中,这样可以使连接耳11与喇叭连接部22可靠连接。在一些情况下,后壳4边缘的折边41是倾斜的,为了配合后壳4的形状,第一接纳孔221的截面的长度方向与竖直方向倾斜一定角度,参看图9,这样可以使喇叭1与后壳4配合的更好,当如,对于后壳4的边缘的折边是竖直的情况,第一接纳孔221的截面的长度方向与竖直方向可以与竖直方向平行,此处以电视机屏幕所在平面为水平面。
参看图3、图9和图10,电视壳体的前壳3上设有两个连接柱31,每个连接柱31对应一个弹性支架2,弹性支架2的固定部21上设有与连接柱31配合的第二接纳孔211,连接柱31插入固定部21中,从而实现弹性支架2与前壳3的连接。后壳4装配在前壳3上时,喇叭1受到来自后壳4的压力作用,可变形调整部23发生弹性形变以调整喇叭1的姿态,使喇叭1的前端与后壳4相贴合,喇叭1的前端的端面上还可以设置EVA垫圈12,这样可以保证喇叭1的前端与后壳4的出音孔紧密贴合,喇叭和出音孔之间不存在间隙,可以获得较好的出音效果。
图14a和图14b示出了弹性支架2的固定部21的两种形式,固定部21的形状可以是长方体形,或者一侧为半圆柱性,固定部21内的第二接纳孔211沿固定部21的长度方向延伸,固定部21的形状并不局限与上述形状,可以是其他任何适用的形状。
图15a至图15c示出了弹性支架2的可变形调整部23的三种结构形式,可变形调整部23的截面尺寸小于所述连接的固定部21和喇叭连接部22的侧面的尺寸,固定部21和喇叭连接部22之间形成一定间隙。如图15a所示,可变形调整部23的截面可以是圆形;如图15b所示,可变形调整部23的截面也可以是矩形;如图15c所示,可变形调整部23也可以延伸至喇叭连接部22内。需要理解的是,可变形调整部23的结构形式并不局限与上述形式,可以是其他任何适用的形式。
图16a和图16b示出了弹性支架2的喇叭连接部22的两种结构形式,其中图16a中的喇叭连接部22的第一接纳孔221中设有卡块222;图16b中的喇叭连接部22未设有卡块222,对应于喇叭1的连接耳11未设有卡口的情况。需要理解的是,喇叭连接部22的结构形式并不局限与上述形式,可以是其他任何适用的形式。
本发明的喇叭固定结构是利用弹性材料制成的弹性支架2受力变形自动调整喇叭1与后壳4的装配,防止喇叭1上面EVA垫圈12的损坏;减少支架部品,同时降低机振、确保整机有好的声音效果。
本发明的喇叭固定结构装配时,首先需要将喇叭1两侧的连接耳11上安装上弹性支架2,再将喇叭1两侧装好的弹性支架2固定在前壳3内侧的连接柱31上,在后壳4未扣在前壳3上之前,由于喇叭1的自身重力,可以是弹性支架2的可变形调整部23发生弹性形变,喇叭1前端的上部向后侧倾斜,然后将后壳4扣在前壳3上,喇叭1在后壳4压力下与后壳4下面和背面贴紧。弹性支架2将喇叭1固定并将喇叭1振动减弱,利用两端弹性支架2在受喇叭1重力下向后倾斜,避免后壳4装配过程中与喇叭1的EVA垫圈12的摩擦导致喇叭1的EVA垫圈12损坏。同时后壳4装上后,利用后壳4的压力将变形的弹性支架2和喇叭1的角度自动调整好并固定喇叭1位置不动且与后壳4上的喇叭网孔紧密贴合在一起,使声音能沿后壳上喇叭孔顺利排出,保证音效。
在本发明的喇叭固定结构中,由于弹性支架的可变形调整部在喇叭受到外力作用时可以发生弹性形变,使得在电视机壳体装配过程中,喇叭可以在电视机壳体的压力作用下自适应的调整姿态,使喇叭的前端与电视机壳体相贴合,改善了喇叭安装的操作方法,提高了产品的性能。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种喇叭固定结构,用于将喇叭(1)固定电视机壳体上,其特征在于,所述喇叭(1)的两侧各设有一弹性支架(2),所述弹性支架(2)包括固定部(21)、喇叭连接部(22)、以及连接所述固定部(21)和喇叭连接部(22)的可变形调整部(23),所述固定部(21)与所述电视机壳体相连,所述喇叭连接部(22)与所述喇叭(1)相连,所述喇叭(1)受到来自所述电视机壳体的压力作用时,所述可变形调整部(23)发生弹性形变以调整所述喇叭(1)的姿态,使所述喇叭(1)的前端与所述电视机壳体相贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的喇叭固定结构,其特征在于,所述喇叭(1)未受到外力作用时,所述喇叭(1)的自身重力使所述可变形调整部(23)发生弹性形变,所述喇叭(1)的前端的上部向后倾斜。
- 根据权利要求2所述的喇叭固定结构,其特征在于,所述喇叭(1)的两侧各设有一连接耳(11),所述喇叭连接部(22)具有供所述连接耳(11)插入的第一接纳孔(221),所述连接耳(11)插在所述第一接纳孔(221)中。
- 根据权利要求3所述的喇叭固定结构,其特征在于,所述连接耳(11)上设有卡口(111),所述第一接纳孔(221)中设有与所述卡口(111)配合的卡块(222),所述连接耳(11)插入到所述第一接纳孔(211)中时,所述卡块(222)卡入到所述卡口(111)中。
- 根据权利要求3所述的喇叭固定结构,其特征在于,所述第一接纳孔(221)为条形孔,所述第一接纳孔(221)的截面的长度方向与竖直方向倾斜一定角度。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的喇叭固定结构,其特征在于,所述电视机壳体上设有两个连接柱(31),每个所述连接柱(31)对应一个所述弹性支架(2),所述弹性支架(2)的固定部(21)上设有与所述连接柱(31)配合的第二接纳孔(211),所述连接柱(31)插入所述固定部(21)中。
- 根据权利要求6所述的喇叭固定结构,其特征在于,所述电视机壳体包括前壳(3)和后壳(4),所述连接柱(31)设置在前壳(3)上,所述后壳(4)装配在前壳(3)上时,所述喇叭(1)受到来自所述后壳(4)的压力作用,所述可变形调整部(23)发生弹性形变以调整所述喇叭(1)的姿态,使所述喇叭(1)的前端与所述后壳(4)相贴合。
- 根据权利要求7所述的喇叭固定结构,其特征在于,所述喇叭(1)的前端的端面上设有EVA垫圈(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的喇叭固定结构,其特征在于,所述弹性支架(2)由橡胶或硅胶制成。
- 根据权利要求9所述的喇叭固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定部(21)、喇叭连接部(22)和可变形调整部(23)一体注塑成形。
