本申请涉及一种喇叭网、喇叭网组件与电子设备。
背景技术
电子设备大多具有喇叭,以向外输出声音。喇叭通常设置在电子设备的内部。为保证喇叭发出的声音能够高效传送到用户,通常会设置喇叭网作为声音传输的通道。喇叭网既需要通过锁扣结构牢靠固定于设备的外表面,以保证设备的质量,又要避免外露的锁扣结构影响设备的外观。对于上述两个方面的要求,已知的喇叭网安装结构难以兼顾。加之,小型化是电子设备的一个主流趋势,这进一步加大了喇叭网安装结构的设计难度。
因而,有必要对喇叭网的安装结构进行改进。
发明内容
根据本申请实施例的第一方面,提供了一种喇叭网,所述喇叭网包括:
网主体,开设有多个喇叭孔;
第一侧壁,连接在所述网主体的第一侧的边缘,所述第一侧壁的内表面设置有隐藏式卡扣部;
第二侧壁,连接在所述网主体的第二侧的边缘,所述第二侧壁上设置有卡扣件。
在一个实施例中,所述隐藏式卡扣部包括卡槽,所述卡槽由所述第一侧壁的内表面凹陷而形成。
在一个实施例中,所述卡槽包括槽底壁以及与所述槽底壁相连的多个槽侧壁,所述槽底壁与所述多个槽侧壁围成一个容纳空间。

在一个实施例中,所述喇叭网组件还包括设置在所述网主体与所述架体之间的防尘网和/或胶体。
根据本申请实施例的第三方面,提供了一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括如前所述的喇叭网或者如前所述的喇叭网组件。

本申请提供一种喇叭网、具有上述喇叭网的喇叭网组件以及具有上述喇叭网组件的电子设备。图1是符合本申请技术构思的一个喇叭网组件实施例的一个视角的立体分解图。图2是符合本申请技术构思的一个喇叭网实施例的一个视角的立体示意图,上述喇叭网可应用在图1所示的喇叭网组件中。图3是图1中的喇叭网与防尘网组装后的立体示意图。图4是图1中的双面胶与安装架组装后的平面示意图。图5至图7是图1中的喇叭 网与安装架组装过程的示意图。图8是图1中的喇叭网与安装架组装完成后的平面示意图。图9是组装好的喇叭网组件的一个剖视图。图10是图9的局部放大图。
如图1和图2,并在必要时结合图3至图10,本申请实施例中的喇叭网组件100包括喇叭网20与安装架30,其中,安装架30用于实现喇叭网20的安装、固定。实施例中的喇叭网20,包括:
网主体21,开设有多个喇叭孔212;
第一侧壁23,连接在所述网主体21的第一侧21a的边缘,所述第一侧壁23的内表面232设置有隐藏式卡扣部238;
第二侧壁25,连接在所述网主体21的第二侧21b的边缘,所述第二侧壁25上设置有卡扣件26。
在一些包含喇叭网20的产品(比如,手机、笔记本、平板、显示装置或电视机等电子设备)中,网主体21的外表面215和一部分侧壁(比如,第一侧壁23)会外露在比较显眼的位置,容易被用户在使用中观察到,而另一部分侧壁(比如,第二侧壁25)则处于比较隐蔽的位置,不会或不容易被用户察觉到。通过在两个侧壁(第一侧壁23与第二侧壁25)上设置卡扣结构(第一侧壁23上的隐藏式卡扣部238与第二侧壁25上的卡扣件26),可保证喇叭网20能被稳定牢靠地安装在产品的对应位置处。另外,外露在比较显眼位置的侧壁(比如,第一侧壁23)的内表面与位于比较隐蔽位置的侧壁(比如,第二侧壁25)均不能被用户在使用中所观察到,将用于实现稳定安装的两个卡扣结构设置在上述不能被用户观察到的位置,可避免卡扣结构影响产品的美观。因而,上述喇叭网20既可实现稳固的安装,也可不破坏产品的外观美感。
对应的,用于实现喇叭网20安装的安装架30可包括架体32,所述架体32上设置有与所述隐藏式卡扣部238相配合的第一配合部323以及与所述卡扣件26相配合的第二配合部325。在喇叭网20被置于预定位置后,其上的隐藏式卡扣部238、卡扣件26会分别与安装架30上的第一配合部 323、第二配合部325配合卡扣,从而实现喇叭网20与安装架30之间的固定和安装。
对于平板电视、显示面板等比较大型的电子设备而言,喇叭网20和喇叭网组件100通常可被安装于设备的靠下位置处。此种使用场景下,第一侧壁23可被安装在天侧(喇叭网20靠上的一侧),属于比较显眼的位置;第二侧壁25可被安装在地侧(喇叭网20靠下的一侧),属于比较隐蔽的位置,不会或不容易被用户察觉到。
具体实施时,所述隐藏式卡扣部238可以是各种类型的卡扣结构,比如,卡块、卡槽或卡勾等,只要其可隐藏在所处侧壁的内表面即可。在本实施例中,隐藏式卡扣部238是卡槽238,并且所述卡槽238由所述第一侧壁23的内表面232凹陷而形成。对应的,所述第一配合部323是与所述卡槽238相卡合的凸块323。在上述实施例中,由于卡槽238内藏于所述第一侧壁23的内表面232,可很好地避免卡扣结构(卡槽238与凸块323)外露。
进一步地,所述卡槽238可包括槽底壁2381以及与所述槽底壁2381相连的多个槽侧壁2383,所述槽底壁2381与所述多个槽侧壁2383围成一个容纳空间。在安装时,将安装架30上对应结构(凸块323)插入到所述卡槽238的容纳空间中,即可实现在此位置处的定位和锁扣。槽底壁2381的存在使得卡槽238并不贯穿到第一侧壁23的外表面234,从而避免安装到位的凸块323通过第一侧壁23的外表面234暴露。槽底壁2381与多个槽侧壁2383可限制凸块323在多个方向上的移动,从而实现牢靠地锁扣和安装。
在本实施例中,所述卡槽238的多个槽侧壁2383中的一个由网主体21的一部分充当。具体的,网主体21的内表面213的一部分充当了卡槽238的一个槽侧壁2383。在其他实施例中,所有的槽侧壁2383均可由第一侧壁23的一部分充当。比如,通过在所述第一侧壁23内表面232的中间区域开设卡槽238,即可实现卡槽238的所有槽侧壁2383均由第一侧壁23 的一部分充当。
进一步地,所述网主体21的内表面213可开设有滑槽214,所述滑槽214与所述卡槽238相连通。上述滑槽214可由网主体21的内表面213向下凹陷而形成。可利用T型槽刀80来实现卡槽238和滑槽214的制作,如图2所示。上述滑槽214的设置可方便卡槽238的制作。上述滑槽214的设置也有利于卡槽238与凸块323的安装与锁扣。在安装过程中,可先将凸块323对位于所述滑槽238,而后推动凸块323沿滑槽238向第一侧壁23移动即可较方便地进入卡槽238并进而实现与卡槽238的配合、卡扣。图2中仅示意性地绘制出了一个卡槽238的具体结构。实际实施时,卡槽238的数目可以是两个或更多个。为实现较佳的锁扣效果,可根据第一侧壁23的长度来设置卡槽238的数目。
为方便安装,还可在卡槽238的至少一个槽侧壁2383上设置倾斜的导引面23832。在本实施例中,左右两侧的两个槽侧壁2383上均设置有导引面23832。导引面23832的设置可方便凸块323进入卡槽238。不仅如此,在凸块323的边缘处设置导引斜面3232也可方便凸块323进入卡槽238。
在本实施例中,第一侧壁23与第二侧壁25是相对设置的一对侧壁,这使得隐藏式卡扣部238与卡扣件26相对设置。上述设置有利于改善它们的卡扣效果。
在本实施例中,所述卡扣件26为可弯折弹片26。所述弹片26具有连接端262与自由端264,所述连接端262连接于所述第二侧壁25远离所述网主体21的一侧,所述自由端264能够相对所述连接端262转动。
对应的,所述架体32具有用于支撑所述网主体21的安装面322、背对所述安装面322并远离所述网主体21的背面324以及连接所述安装面322与所述背面324的侧表面326。在安装到位后,所述卡扣件26的自由端264抵压于所述背面324,所述背面324作为与所述卡扣件26相配合的所述第二配合部325。在背面324上直接与第二配合部325接触、配合的区域可设置凹陷,如图8所示,该凹陷处可视为第二配合部325。
在安装时,可先使卡扣件26处于竖直状态,如图3所示,在此状态下,卡扣件26与第二侧壁25大体处于同一平面内,以方便安装架30接近并贴靠于网主体21的内表面213。在安装架30被放置到预定位置后(此时,安装架30的凸块323与隐藏式卡扣部238已完成配合、卡扣),如图7所示;而后,可向内弯折卡扣件26的自由端264,使弯折后的自由端264抵压于架体32的背面324,从而实现安装架30与喇叭网20的稳固安装和锁扣,所形成的的结构如图8所示。
在具体实施时,所述卡扣件26的数量为两个或更多个。设置多个卡扣件26可进一步加固安装架30与喇叭网20之间安装的稳定牢靠度。较佳的,多个卡扣件26可均匀排布;相邻卡扣件26之间可设置较大的间距,以在加强卡扣稳定性的同时,减少卡扣件26设置的数量。
进一步地,所述喇叭网20还可包括:
第三侧壁27,连接在所述网主体21的第三侧21c的边缘,所述第三侧壁27连接所述第一侧壁23和第二侧壁25;
第四侧壁29,连接在所述网主体21的第四侧21d的边缘,所述第四侧壁29连接所述第一侧壁23和第二侧壁25,所述第四侧壁29、第一侧壁23、第三侧壁27与第二侧壁25首尾相连,并与所述网主体21共同围成一个安装空间。
在安装时,安装架30架体32的至少一部分(也可以是全部)可容置在喇叭网20的上述安装空间内,并且,架体32的安装面322会直接或间接地抵压于网主体21的内表面213,架体32的各个侧表面326会抵接于第一侧壁23、第二侧壁25、第三侧壁27与第四侧壁29的内表面。通过上述容置关系和抵接关系,可进一步增强安装架30与喇叭网20之间安装的牢靠度。
在本实施例中,所述网主体21呈平板状,所述多个喇叭孔212均匀分布在所述网主体21上,并贯穿所述网主体21的内表面213与外表面215。在其它实施例中,根据产品的特点或用户的需求,网主体21也可以是曲面 板。在组装好的产品(比如,手机、笔记本、平板、显示装置或电视机等电子设备)上,所述网主体21的外表面215通常外露,可被用户观察到。
在本实施例中,所述喇叭网20为一体连接的金属结构。网主体21、第一侧壁23、第二侧壁25、第三侧壁27与第四侧壁29等由同一金属板加工而成。
进一步地,喇叭网组件100还可包括防尘网40和胶体50,防尘网40和胶体50均设置在喇叭网20与安装架30之间。其中,防尘网40可通过胶水贴附于网主体21的内表面213。防尘网40具有较小的孔隙(相对喇叭孔212而言),可避免外部的灰尘或其它固体颗粒通过喇叭孔212进入到设备内部。在本实施例中,防尘网40具有较薄的厚度,呈长方形,且长宽方向上的尺寸与网主体21相当或略小于网主体21。在组装时,可先将防尘网40置于喇叭网20的安装空间内,并通过胶水将防尘网40粘贴于网主体21的内表面213。防尘网40与喇叭网20组装后的结构如图3所示。
胶体50可以是双面胶。如图4所示,所述胶体50可预先粘贴于安装架30架体32的安装面322上。在本实施例中,安装面322的边缘处可设置台阶3224,台阶3224处高于安装面322的其他区域,胶体50可贴附于除台阶3224外的安装面322其他区域。而后,如图5和图6所示,将安装架30靠近喇叭网20,并在正确对位后,将架体32的安装面322通过胶体50粘附到防尘网40和网主体21的内表面213上。此时,架体32上的凸块323也已卡扣于卡槽238内。而后,如图7和图8所示,向内弯折卡扣件26的自由端264,使弯折后的自由端264抵压于架体32的背面324,即可实现安装架30与喇叭网20的稳固安装和锁扣,在组装好的喇叭网组件100中,卡槽238与凸块323的配合细节可参图9与图10所示。如无胶体50或胶体50失效的话,在长时间使用后,由于重力作用以及其它原因安装架30容易发生下移,从而导致凸块323自卡槽238内脱离,使得喇叭网20和安装架30之间的锁扣失效,如图11所示。但是,上述缺陷并不会在很短时间内发生,并且不容易被发现。
在本实施例中,安装架30可以是电子设备中常会用到的装饰条。除了主要沿水平面内延伸的长条形架体32外,安装架30还可以包括两个固定板35,所述两个固定板35设置于架体32的背面324,并彼此相对设置,用于将安装架30固定于电子设备。当应用于平板电视、显示面板等比较大型的电子设备时,两个固定板35用于固定显示面板的后壳和背板。两个固定板35之间设置有收容空间352,所述收容空间352可用于容纳喇叭。架体32上可设置贯通孔(图中未显示),以利于喇叭的声音向外传出。
说明一点,附图所示实施例中,喇叭网20、安装架30等在长度方向上的尺寸极大,远远大于宽度方向和厚度方向的尺寸,为方便示意,图中仅截取了喇叭网20、安装架30等在长度方向上的一部分长度。
综上所述,本申请实施例中,通过在两个侧壁(第一侧壁23与第二侧壁25)上设置卡扣结构(第一侧壁23上的隐藏式卡扣部238与第二侧壁25上的卡扣件26),可保证喇叭网20能被稳定牢靠地安装在产品的对应位置处。另外,外露在比较显眼位置的侧壁(比如,第一侧壁23)的内表面与位于比较隐蔽位置的侧壁(比如,第二侧壁25)均不能被用户在使用中所观察到,将用于实现稳定安装的两个卡扣结构设置在上述不能被用户观察到的位置,可避免卡扣结构影响产品的美观。因而,上述喇叭网20既可实现稳固的安装,也可不破坏产品的外观美感。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请保护的范围之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种喇叭网,其特征在于,所述喇叭网包括:
    网主体,开设有多个喇叭孔;
    第一侧壁,连接在所述网主体的第一侧的边缘,所述第一侧壁的内表面设置有隐藏式卡扣部;
    第二侧壁,连接在所述网主体的第二侧的边缘,所述第二侧壁上设置有卡扣件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的喇叭网,其特征在于,所述隐藏式卡扣部包括卡槽,所述卡槽由所述第一侧壁的内表面凹陷而形成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的喇叭网,其特征在于,所述卡槽包括槽底壁以及与所述槽底壁相连的多个槽侧壁,所述槽底壁与所述多个槽侧壁围成一个容纳空间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的喇叭网,其特征在于,所述卡槽的多个槽侧壁中的一个由网主体的一部分充当;
    所述网主体的内表面开设有滑槽,所述滑槽与所述卡槽相连通。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的喇叭网,其特征在于,至少一个槽侧壁上设置有倾斜的导引面。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的喇叭网,其特征在于,第一侧壁与第二侧壁相对设置,所述卡扣件为可弯折弹片,所述卡扣件具有连接端与自由端,所述连接端连接于所述第二侧壁远离所述网主体的一侧,所述自由端能够相对所述连接端转动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的喇叭网,其特征在于,所述卡扣件的数量为两个或更多个。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的喇叭网,其特征在于,所述喇叭网还包括:
    第三侧壁,连接在所述网主体的第三侧的边缘,所述第三侧壁连接所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁;
    第四侧壁,连接在所述网主体的第四侧的边缘,所述第四侧壁连接所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第四侧壁、第一侧壁、第三侧壁与第二侧壁首尾相连,并与所述网主体共同围成一个安装空间。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的喇叭网,其特征在于,所述网主体呈平板状,所述多个喇叭孔均匀分布在所述网主体上,并贯穿所述网主体的内表面与外表面;
    所述喇叭网为一体连接的金属结构。
  10. 一种喇叭网组件,其特征在于,所述喇叭网组件包括:
    喇叭网,包括网主体、第一侧壁与第二侧壁,所述网主体开设有多个喇叭孔,所述第一侧壁连接在所述网主体的第一侧的边缘,所述第一侧壁的内表面设置有隐藏式卡扣部,所述第二侧壁连接在所述网主体的第二侧的边缘,所述第二侧壁上设置有卡扣件;
    安装架,包括架体,所述架体上设置有与所述隐藏式卡扣部相卡扣的第一配合部以及与所述卡扣件相配合的第二配合部。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的喇叭网组件,其特征在于,所述隐藏式卡扣部包括卡槽,所述卡槽由所述第一侧壁的内表面凹陷而形成;
    对应的,所述第一配合部包括与所述卡槽相卡合的凸块。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的喇叭网组件,其特征在于,所述卡槽包括槽底壁以及与所述槽底壁相连的多个槽侧壁,所述槽底壁与所述多个槽侧壁围成一个容纳所述凸块的容纳空间。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的喇叭网组件,其特征在于,所述卡槽的多个槽侧壁中的一个由网主体的一部分充当;
    所述网主体的内表面开设有滑槽,所述滑槽与所述卡槽相连通。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的喇叭网组件,其特征在于,至少一个槽侧壁上设置有倾斜的导引面;
    和/或,所述凸块的边缘处设置有导引斜面。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的喇叭网组件,其特征在于,第一侧壁与第二 侧壁相对设置,所述卡扣件为可弯折弹片,所述卡扣件具有连接端与自由端,所述连接端连接于所述第二侧壁远离所述网主体的一侧,所述自由端能够相对所述连接端转动;
    所述架体具有支撑所述网主体的安装面、背对所述安装面并远离所述网主体的背面以及连接所述安装面与所述背面的侧表面,所述卡扣件的自由端抵压于所述背面,所述背面作为与所述卡扣件相配合的所述第二配合部。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的喇叭网组件,其特征在于,所述喇叭网组件还包括设置在所述网主体与所述架体之间的防尘网和/或胶体。
  17. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的喇叭网或者如权利要求10至16任一项所述的喇叭网组件。
