交互智能平板(又称智能交互平板,interactive intelligent panel,IIP),是能够对显示在显示平板(LCD、LED、PDP)上的内容进行操控和实现人机交互操作的一体化设备。交互智能平板是一款集成了电视、个人电脑和/或触摸交互大屏的新的设备方案,这一设备可广泛应用于教育、会议和其他展示交互场合,甚至家庭中所使用的智能电视等也可归于该产品范畴之内。
目前所使用的交互智能平板,通常其摄像头都是通过一个支架独立安装于交互智能平板显示屏的上方位置,该支架人为很容易触碰,导致在使用时还需要调节支架来调整摄像头的拍摄视角,给使用者带来麻烦,而且摄像头在结构上独立于显示屏之外,不利于产品结构的一体化。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种交互智能平板,该交互智能平板能够方便使用拍摄功能,并有利于实现产品的结构一体化。
基于此,本发明提出了一种交互智能平板,包括侧边框和摄像组件,所述侧边框的内部设有安装腔,所述摄像组件安装在所述安装腔中,所述摄像组件包括摄像头模组,所述摄像头模组的中轴线与交互智能平板的屏幕面形成第一夹角。

其中,本实施例的摄像组件5通过内置支架100安装在侧边框1的安装腔中。具体的,本实施例的内置支架100包括安装基部13、支撑部2以及固定定位部,支撑部2均设置于安装基部13上,固定定位部将摄像组件5固定定位在支撑部2上,上述支撑面设置在支撑部2上;安装基部13的底部处于同一基准平面132上,该基准平面132与交互智能平板的屏幕面300相平行或处在同一平面上,而支撑面与基准平面132之间形成夹角β;摄像组件5包括用于对摄像头模组52的摄像进行控制的第一PCB板卡51,摄像头模组52连接于第一PCB板卡51上,且摄像头模组52的中轴线垂直于第一PCB板卡51,上述固定定位部将所述第一PCB板卡51固定定位于支撑面上;由此,上述支撑部2可对第一PCB板卡51进行支撑,上述固定定位部可将该第一PCB板卡51定位安装在支撑部2的支撑面上,而且由于上述支撑面与基准平面132之间形成夹角β,也即该支撑面与交互智能平板的屏幕面300可形成第二夹角(该第二夹角的大小与夹角β的大小相等),则可确保设置在第一PCB板卡51上的摄像头模组52的中轴线与交互智能平板的屏幕面300形成上述第一夹角,进而可形成固定的拍摄视角。
进一步的,本实施例的安装基部13包括基板条131,支撑部2包括第一支 撑肋板21、第二支撑肋板22以及两个第三支撑肋板23,该第一支撑肋板21、第二支撑肋板22和两个第三支撑肋板23均设置于上述安装基部13上,而且,第一支撑肋板21和第三支撑肋板23分别设于上述基板条131的两端侧,第二支撑肋板22设于基板条131上,该第一支撑肋板21的顶面、第二支撑肋板22的顶面和第三支撑肋板23的顶面处于同一平面上,且第一支撑肋板21的顶面,第二支撑肋板22的顶面以及第三支撑肋板23的顶面均构成用于支撑上述第一PCB板卡51的支撑面,另外,上述的两个第三支撑肋板23相对设置,第三支撑肋板23所在的平面沿上述基板条131的延伸方向设置,而第一支撑肋板21和第二支撑肋板22各自所在的平面则分别与上述基板条131的延伸方向相垂直。从而,第一支撑肋板21、第二支撑肋板22和第三支撑肋板23能够通过配合来支撑上述第一PCB板卡51。在此需要指出的是,本发明的支撑肋板的数量并不受本实施例的限制,在其他实施例中,支撑肋板的数量可以设为至少两个,在这样的实施例中,各支撑肋板也都设置于安装基部13上,支撑肋板的顶面也构成上述支撑面,且各支撑肋板的顶面也处于同一平面上。
参见图3和图4,本实施例的交互智能平板还包括第一麦克风6和第二麦克风7,上述安装基部13上还设有第一壳座11和第二壳座12,第一麦克风6安装在第一壳座11中,第二麦克风7安装在第二壳座12中。由此,使得第一麦克风6和第二麦克风7能够安装在本实施例的内置支架100上。具体的,第一壳座11包括壳套111和两个卡扣板112,该壳套111可为一体成型的硅胶套,壳套111设有第一安装腔111a,第一麦克风6安装在该第一安装腔111a中,两个卡扣板112相互平行设置并设于上述安装基部13上,该两个卡扣板112之间围成一个安装空间,两个卡扣板112将壳套111扣接在该安装空间中;而且,卡扣板112包括直立板部112a和卡扣部112b,卡扣部112b设置于直立板部112a上,直立板部112a设于安装基部13上,壳套111设有与卡扣部112b相配合的卡扣凹位,卡扣部112b扣在所述卡扣凹位中,从而能够将上述壳套111扣接在两个卡扣板112之间而形成上述第一壳座11。另外,本实施例的第二壳座12上设有第二安装腔121,上述第二麦克风7安装在该第二安装腔121中。本实施例通过设置第一麦克风6和第二麦克风7来实现拍摄时的录音或传声。当然,本发明的麦克风数量和相应壳座的数量可不受本实施例的限制,在其他实施例中,可以选择合适的麦克风数量和壳座数量。
参见图3至图5,本实施例的固定定位部包括定位卡勾31、定位板部32以及固定板部33,上述第一PCB板卡51上设有第一定位凹槽511和第二定位凹槽512,第一定位凹槽511与定位卡勾31相配合,第二定位凹槽512与定位板部32相配合,固定板部33压设在第一PCB板卡51上。具体的,定位卡勾31设置于所述第二壳座12的侧面,且该定位卡勾31设于上述的两个第三支撑肋板23之间,从而,上述设置两个相对的第三支撑肋板23,且该两个第三支撑肋板23沿上述基板条131的延伸方向设置,其目的在于实现定位卡勾31的设置,以方便该定位卡勾31对于第一PCB板卡51的一端进行固定定位;另外,上述定位板部32和固定板部33均设于第一壳座11上,而且是上述卡扣板112的中间部位构成该定位板部32,壳套111的底部构成固定板部33,具体来说,第一壳座11设置在第一支撑肋板21和第二支撑肋板22之间,上述第一PCB板卡51从上述的两个卡扣板112之间穿过,该第一PCB板卡51的第二定位凹槽512卡合在卡扣板112的中间部位,壳套111的底部则压在该第一PCB板卡51上,通过该配合,即可实现对于该第一PCB板卡51的另一端的固定定位。由此,通过上述定位卡勾31、定位板部32以及固定板部33的作用能够实现对于第一PCB板卡51的固定定位。而上述第一壳座11分体成两个卡扣板112和壳套111的目的也即在于实现对于第一PCB板卡51的固定定位。
此外,本实施例的安装基部13的底部设有用于定位安装的定位凸起(图中未示出),该定位凸起与交互智能平板的侧边框1中的凹位相配合,由此能够将内置支架100定位安装在交互智能平板的侧边框1内。而且,本实施例还包括有固定支部4以及第二PCB板卡8,固定支部4设于安装基部13上,该固定支部4用于固定第二PCB板卡8,第二PCB板卡8可用于控制上述的第一麦克风6和第二麦克风7;具体的,固定支部4可包括扣勾41,该扣勾41能够扣住第二PCB板卡8。当然,在本实施例的侧边框1上还设有分别与第一麦克风6和第二麦克风7相对应的传声网孔(图中未示出),以达到良好的传声效果。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,安装基部13、第二壳座12、第一支撑肋板21、第二支撑肋板22、第三支撑肋板23以及卡扣板112可为一体成型的整体结构,当然,在其他实施例中,这些部件之间也可以连接方式来实现上述的结构设置。另外,需要指出的是,本实施例的“夹角”的大小范围为小于90°且大于0°。此外,上述安装腔可具有安装开口,以方便将内置支架连同摄像组件安 装入该安装腔中,而且当安装于安装腔中的内置支架和摄像组件若有部分结构从安装开口中凸出时,可在安装开口处安装凸盖,确保产品美观,而若其整体可完全安装入上述安装腔中,则在上述安装开口处也可不设置外盖。
实施例二
参见图1、图6和图7,与实施例一相同的是,本实施例的交互智能平板同样包括侧边框1和摄像组件5,侧边框1的内部设有安装腔,摄像组件5安装在安装腔中,摄像组件5包括摄像头模组52,摄像头模组52的中轴线与交互智能平板的屏幕面300形成第一夹角。基于该结构所带来的效果与也与实施例一中的相一致,此处不再赘述。
进一步的,本实施例的交互智能平板同样包括上边框9、下边框10和左右两个侧边框1,且上边框9、下边框10分别连接在两个侧边框1之间,该两个侧边框1相互平行,每一侧边框1的安装腔中均安装有上述摄像组件5,由此,通过使摄像头模组52的中轴线与交互智能平板的屏幕面300形成第一夹角,能够使每一侧的摄像头模组52均朝向交互智能平板的前方中心设置,进而在拍摄时,通过两个摄像头模组52的配合能够形成广角度大范围的拍摄。
而本实施例与实施例一所不同的是,本实施例的摄像组件5并非通过实施例一中的内置支架100安装在侧边框1的安装腔中,而且本实施例的摄像组件5除了包括摄像头模组52和用于对摄像头模组52的摄像进行控制的第一PCB板卡51外,还包括固定支架200,该固定支架200将摄像头模组52设置在第一PCB板卡51的边缘侧,且摄像头模组52的中轴线与第一PCB板卡51的板面形成第三夹角。具体的,固定支架200包括连接板部201和安装板部202,连接板部201与第一PCB板卡51相连接,安装板部202与连接板部201相连接,摄像头模组52安装在安装板部202上,PCB板卡51的板面与交互智能平板的屏幕面300相垂直,且第一PCB板卡51的板面与安装板部202的板面之间形成第四夹角,安装板部202位于第一PCB板卡51的边缘侧,则能够使摄像头模组52的中轴线与第一PCB板卡51的板面形成上述第三夹角,进而可使摄像头模组52的中轴线与交互智能平板的屏幕面300形成上述第一夹角,由此可形成固定的拍摄视角,方便使用拍摄功能。此外,本实施例的固定支架200还包括有两个支脚部203,该两个支脚部203分别与连接板部201相连接,且支脚部203安装在侧边框1上,由此可将第一PCB板卡51固定在侧边框1中,当然,第一 PCB板卡51也可通过安装在侧边框1上设置的固定槽中来实现固定。在本实施例中,上述固定支架200可为一体成型的钣金支架。
需要说明的是,本实施例的第一PCB板卡51与实施例一中的第一PCB板卡51仅在外形结构上有些区别,然而两者的电学功能是一样的。另外,与实施例一中相同的是,在本实施例中,侧边框1的安装腔中同样可设置麦克风(图中未示出),该麦克风也可安装在壳座中,以实现拍摄时的录音或传声;而且,本实施例的侧边框1上同样可设有透明窗口或透明镜片,以供摄像头模组52能够透过进行拍摄,并可设有网孔,以实现较佳的传声效果。此外,本实施例的“夹角”的大小范围也为小于90°且大于0°。
本发明的交互智能平板包括侧边框和摄像组件,所述摄像组件安装在所述侧边框的安装腔中,所述摄像组件的摄像头模组的中轴线与交互智能平板的屏幕面形成第一夹角;由此,安装在边框中的摄像头模组能够具有固定的拍摄视角,可无需拍摄功能使用者再另行调整拍摄角度,从而能够给相关使用者带来方便,而且由于摄像组件直接安装在侧边框的内部,其安装结构紧凑,有利于实现产品结构一体化。
应当理解的是,本发明中采用术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语,这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,“第一”信息也可以被称为“第二”信息,类似的,“第二”信息也可以被称为“第一”信息。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种交互智能平板,其特征在于,包括侧边框和摄像组件,所述侧边框的内部设有安装腔,所述摄像组件安装在所述安装腔中,所述摄像组件包括摄像头模组,所述摄像头模组的中轴线与交互智能平板的屏幕面形成第一夹角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述侧边框的数量为两个,该两个侧边框相互平行,每一所述侧边框的安装腔中均安装有所述摄像组件。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述摄像组件包括PCB板卡,所述摄像头模组安装在所述PCB板卡上,且所述摄像头模组的中轴线与所述PCB板卡相垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述摄像组件通过内置支架安装在所述安装腔中,且所述内置支架设有定位凸起,所述侧边框中设有与所述定位凸起相配合的凹位;所述内置支架设有支撑面,所述支撑面与交互智能平板的屏幕面形成第二夹角,所述PCB板卡安装在所述支撑面上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述内置支架包括安装基部、固定定位部和至少两个支撑肋板,各所述支撑肋板均设置于所述安装基部上,所述支撑肋板的顶面构成所述支撑面,且各所述支撑肋板的顶面处于同一平面上,所述固定定位部将所述PCB板卡固定在所述支撑面上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,还包括第一麦克风和第二麦克风,所述安装基部上还设有第一壳座和第二壳座,所述第一麦克风安装在所述第一壳座中,所述第二麦克风安装在所述第二壳座中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述固定定位部包括定位卡勾、定位板部以及固定板部,所述PCB板卡设有第一定位凹槽和第二定位凹槽,所述第一定位凹槽与所述定位卡勾定位配合,所述第二定位凹槽与所述定位板部定位配合,所述固定板部压设在所述PCB板卡上,且所述定位卡勾设置于所述第二壳座,所述定位板部和所述固定板部均设于所述第一壳座。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述摄像组件包括固定支架和PCB板卡,所述固定支架将所述摄像头模组设置在所述PCB板卡的边缘侧,且所述摄像头模组的中轴线与所述PCB板卡的板面形成第三夹角。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述固定支架包括 连接板部和安装板部,所述连接板部与所述PCB板卡相连接,所述安装板部与所述连接板部相连接,所述摄像头模组安装在所述安装板部上,所述PCB板卡的板面与交互智能平板的屏幕面相垂直,且所述PCB板卡的板面与所述安装板部的板面之间形成第四夹角,所述安装板部位于所述PCB板卡的边缘侧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述固定支架包括有支脚部,所述支脚部与所述连接板部相连接,且所述支脚部安装在所述侧边框上。
