【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示装置。
【背景技术】
手机、平板电脑等显示装置越来越普遍,对大屏幕和便携性的要求也越来越高。因此,利用可弯曲或可折叠的柔性显示屏,可以同时满足大屏幕和便携的需求。
本申请的发明人在长期的研发中发现,目前的可折叠显示装置中,柔性显示屏由于折叠和展开产生应力,在折合区容易发生破裂或损伤,影响显示装置的质量和显示效果。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种显示装置,以解决现有技术中可折叠显示装置在折叠或展开时,折合区由于应力作用出现破裂或损伤的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种显示装置,包括:
壳体组件,所述壳体组件包括两个壳体及两个中框,所述中框的第一端与所述壳体的第一端枢接;
连接框板,设有枢转连接件,所述两个壳体的第二端与所述枢转连接件枢接;
连杆,包括第一连杆、第二连杆、第一连杆连接件及多个第二连杆连接件,所述第一连杆的第一端与所述第二连杆连接件枢接,所述第一连杆的第二端与所述枢转连接件偏心枢接,所述第二连杆分别与所述第一连杆连接件、多个第二连杆连接件枢接,所述第一连杆连接件、多个第二连杆连接件分别与所述两个中框中的至少一个枢接;
柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏设于所述两个中框表面;
其中,所述两个壳体在相对所述连接框板进行旋转折叠时,所述两个中框的第二端朝向所述壳体的第二端抵靠,使得所述两个中框第二端的间距大于所述两个中框第一端的间距,进而使得所述柔性显示屏折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力。
本发明通过在显示装置中设置枢转连接件和连杆,将壳体组件进行枢接,使得壳体组件中的两个壳体在相对所述连接框板进行旋转折叠时,壳体组件中的两个中框的第二端的间距大于两个中框的第一端的间距,进而使得显示装置中的柔性显示屏折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力,避免显示装置在在折叠或展开时,折合区由于应力作用出现破裂或损伤,提高显示装置的可靠性。

参见图3、图8至图10,第二连杆连接件304包括第三主体3041、设于第三主体3041第一端的第三枢接柱3042,第三枢接柱3042用于与对应的第二枢接槽3021枢接;第三主体3041的第二端设有第三枢接孔3043,第三枢接孔3043用于与中框102枢接;第三枢接柱3043的长度小于第二枢接柱3043的长度。
参见图3、图4和图11,连接框板20包括基板202和垂直于基板202两侧的两个侧板203,侧板203上设有异型安装孔2031以与防呆装配部2013固定连接;基板202包括两个侧边2021,两个壳体101的第二端包括抵靠面1016,两个侧边2021用于分别抵靠壳体101的抵靠面,使柔性显示屏40及整个显示装置呈展开状态,如图12和图13所示。
参见图4、图14和图15,枢转连接件201的枢转部2011位圆柱形,显示装置从初始状态开始弯折,壳体组件10中的至少一个壳体101和中框102绕枢接于壳体101的枢转部2011的圆心开始转动,由于第一连杆301的第二端与枢转连接件201偏心枢接,随着显示装置的转动,第一连杆301相对壳体101向显示装置的折合区移动,与第一连杆301第一端枢接的第一连杆连接件303的第一端也相对壳体101向显示装置的折合区移动,从而带动与第一连杆连接件303的第一端枢接的第二连杆302也相对壳体101向显示装置的折合区移动。壳体101上设有限位件106,限位件106与限位槽3022抵接,使得第二连杆302在相对壳体101向显示装置的折合区移动的过程中,在垂直于壳体101底壁的方向上不产生位移。随着第二连杆302的移动,带动与第二连杆302枢接的第二连杆连接件304页相对壳体101向显示装置的折合区移动,使得分别与第一连杆连接件303和第二连杆连接件304枢接的中框102的第二端朝向壳体101的第二端抵靠,直到两个前框103的表面接触,两个壳体101和两个中框102在水平面上的投影重合,显示装置呈弯折状态,如图16和图17所示。此时,两个中框102第二端的间距大于两个中框102第一端的间距,使得柔性显示屏40折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力。
本发明实施例通过在显示装置中设置枢转连接件和连杆,将壳体组件进行枢接,使得壳体组件中的两个壳体在相对连接框板进行旋转折叠时,壳体组件中的两个中框的第二端的间距大于两个中框的第一端的间距,进而使得显示装置中的柔性显示屏折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力,避免显示装置在在折叠或展开时,折合区由于应力作用出现破裂或损伤,提高显示装置的可靠性。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括:
    壳体组件,所述壳体组件包括两个壳体及两个中框,所述中框的第一端与所述壳体的第一端枢接;
    连接框板,设有枢转连接件,所述两个壳体的第二端与所述枢转连接件枢接;
    连杆,包括第一连杆、第二连杆、第一连杆连接件及多个第二连杆连接件,所述第一连杆的第一端与所述第二连杆连接件枢接,所述第一连杆的第二端与所述枢转连接件偏心枢接,所述第二连杆分别与所述第一连杆连接件、多个第二连杆连接件枢接,所述第一连杆连接件、多个第二连杆连接件分别与所述两个中框中的至少一个枢接;
    柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏设于所述两个中框表面;
    其中,所述两个壳体在相对所述连接框板进行旋转折叠时,所述两个中框的第二端朝向所述壳体的第二端抵靠,使得所述两个中框第二端的间距大于所述两个中框第一端的间距,进而使得所述柔性显示屏折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力;
    所述枢转连接件包括枢转部、设于所述枢转部一侧的第一枢接柱,所述枢转部用于枢接所述壳体,所述第一枢接柱用于与所述第一连杆的第二端枢接;所述两个壳体分别包括底壁及与所述底壁连接的侧壁,所述两个中框分别与所述两个壳体的所述底壁相对设置,在所述两个壳体折叠时,所述两个中框的第二端与所述底壁的距离减小。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述枢转连接件进一步包括设于所述枢转部另一侧的防呆装配部,所述防呆装配部用于与所述连接框板固定装配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一连杆的第一端设有第一枢接孔,所述第一枢接孔用于与所述第一枢接柱枢接,所述第一连杆的第二端设有第一枢接槽,所述第一枢接槽用于与所述第二连杆枢接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第二连杆包括多个第二枢接槽和多个限位槽,所述第二枢接槽用于分别与所述第一连杆连接件、第二连杆连接件枢接;所述限位槽用于在所述第二连杆转动时,使所述第二连杆紧贴所述壳体移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一连杆连接件包括第二主体、设于所述第二主体第一端的第二枢接柱,所述第二枢接柱用于分别与所述第一枢接槽、对应的所述第二枢接槽枢接;所述第二主体的第二端设有第二枢接孔,所述第二枢接孔用于与所述中框枢接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第二连杆连接件包括第三主体、设于所述第三主体第一端的第三枢接柱,所述第三枢接柱用于与对应的所述第二枢接槽枢接;所述第三主体的第二端设有第三枢接孔,所述第三枢接孔用于与所述中框枢接;所述第三枢接柱的长度小于所述第二枢接柱的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述连接框板包括基板和垂直于所述基板两侧的两个侧板,所述侧板上设有异型安装孔以与所述防呆装配部固定连接;所述基板包括两个侧边,所述两个壳体的第二端包括抵靠面,所述两个侧边用于分别抵靠所述壳体的抵靠面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述两个中框的第一端分别设有第一安装孔,所述两个壳体的侧壁分别设有第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔和第二安装孔通过固定件固定以使得所述两个壳体枢接于所述两个中框。
  9. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括:
    壳体组件,所述壳体组件包括两个壳体及两个中框,所述中框的第一端与所述壳体的第一端枢接;
    连接框板,设有枢转连接件,所述两个壳体的第二端与所述枢转连接件枢接;
    连杆,包括第一连杆、第二连杆、第一连杆连接件及多个第二连杆连接件,所述第一连杆的第一端与所述第二连杆连接件枢接,所述第一连杆的第二端与所述枢转连接件偏心枢接,所述第二连杆分别与所述第一连杆连接件、多个第二连杆连接件枢接,所述第一连杆连接件、多个第二连杆连接件分别与所述两个中框中的至少一个枢接;
    柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏设于所述两个中框表面;
    其中,所述两个壳体在相对所述连接框板进行旋转折叠时,所述两个中框的第二端朝向所述壳体的第二端抵靠,使得所述两个中框第二端的间距大于所述两个中框第一端的间距,进而使得所述柔性显示屏折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述枢转连接件包括枢转部、设于所述枢转部一侧的第一枢接柱,所述枢转部用于枢接所述壳体,所述第一枢接柱用于与所述第一连杆的第二端枢接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述枢转连接件进一步包括设于所述枢转部另一侧的防呆装配部,所述防呆装配部用于与所述连接框板固定装配。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一连杆的第一端设有第一枢接孔,所述第一枢接孔用于与所述第一枢接柱枢接,所述第一连杆的第二端设有第一枢接槽,所述第一枢接槽用于与所述第二连杆枢接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第二连杆包括多个第二枢接槽和多个限位槽,所述第二枢接槽用于分别与所述第一连杆连接件、第二连杆连接件枢接;所述限位槽用于在所述第二连杆转动时,使所述第二连杆紧贴所述壳体移动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一连杆连接件包括第二主体、设于所述第二主体第一端的第二枢接柱,所述第二枢接柱用于分别与所述第一枢接槽、对应的所述第二枢接槽枢接;所述第二主体的第二端设有第二枢接孔,所述第二枢接孔用于与所述中框枢接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第二连杆连接件包括第三主体、设于所述第三主体第一端的第三枢接柱,所述第三枢接柱用于与对应的所述第二枢接槽枢接;所述第三主体的第二端设有第三枢接孔,所述第三枢接孔用于与所述中框枢接;所述第三枢接柱的长度小于所述第二枢接柱的长度。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述连接框板包括基板和垂直于所述基板两侧的两个侧板,所述侧板上设有异型安装孔以与所述防呆装配部固定连接;所述基板包括两个侧边,所述两个壳体的第二端包括抵靠面,所述两个侧边用于分别抵靠所述壳体的抵靠面。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述两个壳体分别包括底壁及与所述底壁连接的侧壁,所述两个中框分别与所述两个壳体的所述底壁相对设置,在所述两个壳体折叠时,所述两个中框的第二端与所述底壁的距离减小。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述两个中框的第一端分别设有第一安装孔,所述两个壳体的侧壁分别设有第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔和第二安装孔通过固定件固定以使得所述两个壳体枢接于所述两个中框。
