其中,手机的拍照功能是必不可少的。并且,随着用户的要求越来越高,手机的摄像头模组以及摄像头装饰件也在不断升级。
由于摄像头模组中摄像头的数量不断增加,导致摄像头衬底越来越大,使得摄像头模组整体需要的结构空间也越来越大,因此,导致手机背面的摄像头装饰结构凸出后盖,降低了整体外观美感,并且用户握持手机的体验感较差。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种电子设备,用于解决电子设备的摄像头装饰结构凸出后盖,降低整体外观美感,并且导致用户体验感较差的问题。
为达到上述目的,本申请的实施例采用如下技术方案:
本申请提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括后盖、安装件、摄像头组件以及装饰环。后盖上开设有安装孔。安装件固定于后盖的内壁上,且安装件部分伸出安装孔外,安装件伸出安装孔的部分上开设有固定孔。摄像头组件包括镜片,镜片固定于固定孔处。装饰环固定于安装件伸出安装孔的部分上,装饰环抵接于安装孔的内壁上,装饰环远离安装件的表面为第一表面,第一表面为斜面,且第一表面的内圈边沿与后盖之间的垂直距离为第一距离,第一表面的外圈边沿与后盖之间的垂直距离为第二距离,第一距离大于第二距离。
本申请提供的电子设备,通过在后盖与安装件伸出安装孔之外的部分之间设置有装饰环,并且装饰环的第一表面设置为斜面,而第一距离大于第二距离,能够形成火山口结构,即摄像头组件凸出后盖的部分形成逐渐扩散的结构,从而使摄像头组件凸出的部分与手机后盖以及装饰环的外观形成一体化,有利于提高整体的美观性。并且,由于装饰环的第一表面为斜面,从而使摄像头组件凸出的部分与后盖的外壁之间形成过渡的斜面,当用户手握该电子设备时,装饰环能够对用户手掌形成支撑,不会因摄像头组件凸出的部分而感到不适,有利于提高用户体验感。
本申请的一些实施例中,电子设备还包括连接件,连接件设置于安装孔的内壁与装饰环的外壁之间,连接件与安装件连接,且连接件与后盖以及装饰环抵接。通过连接件与安装件固定连接,能够增加整体结构的连接强度,有利于提高整体的连接稳定 性。
本申请的一些实施例中,连接件包括连接本体和卡勾。连接本体设置于安装孔的内壁与装饰环的外壁之间。卡勾与连接本体相连接为一体结构。安装件上开设有卡槽,卡勾与卡槽卡接。这样一来,通过卡勾与卡槽卡接,一方面能够提高整体结构的连接强度,另一方面能够降低安装难度以及拆卸难度,从而便于对电子设备进行拆卸维修。
本申请的一些实施例中,连接本体远离卡勾的表面为第二表面,第二表面为斜面,且第二表面的倾斜角度与第一表面的倾斜角度相同。将连接本体的第二表面设置斜面,并且与第一表面的倾斜角度相同,能够进一步使摄像头组件的凸出部分与后盖形成一体化结构,即摄像头组件的凸出部分与后盖之间平滑过渡,以提高整体结构的美观性。
本申请的一些实施例中,安装件包括第一部分和第二部分。第一部分与后盖的内壁固定连接。第二部分与第一部分相连接为一体结构,第二部分伸出安装孔,固定孔开设于第二部分上。通过第二部分伸出后盖的安装孔,能够将摄像头组件安装于第二部分的固定孔处,从而使装饰板固定于第二部分上,实现摄像头凸出部分与后盖之间的逐渐过渡结构。
本申请的一些实施例中,第一部分与第二部分相接处形成有台阶面,台阶面朝向远离固定孔的方向,卡槽开设于台阶面上。这样一来,连接件和安装件之间能够通过卡勾卡入卡槽内,从而实现二者的卡接。
本申请的一些实施例中,卡勾朝向第一部分的表面上设置有第一导向斜面,第一导向斜面用于引导卡勾卡入卡槽内。在安装时,通过第一导向斜面能够形成沿平行于斜面的分离,从而使卡勾沿第一导向斜面滑动,以便于卡勾卡入卡槽内。
本申请的一些实施例中,台阶面远离第一部分的边沿设置有第二导向斜面,第二导向斜面与第一导向斜面的倾斜角度相同。这样一来,在安装过程中,卡勾抵接于第二部分上时,第一导向斜面与第二导向斜面相互抵接,且相对滑动,以进一步降低安装难度。
本申请的一些实施例中,安装孔的边沿向朝向安装件的方向弯折形成抵接部,连接本体朝向安装件的表面抵接于抵接部远离安装件的表面上。这样一来,能够将后盖的安装孔边沿抵接于连接本体和安装件之间,从而进一步增加后盖、摄像头组件以及安装件之间的连接强度。并且,有利于保护后盖的安装孔边沿,避免安装孔边沿出现材料脱落的问题。
本申请的一些实施例中,后盖包括后盖本体和装饰层。装饰层固定于后盖本体远离安装件的表面,装饰层上形成抵接部。通过装饰层能够更进一步提高电子设备的整体外观,并且能够提高用户握持的手感。
本申请的一些实施例中,所述装饰层由聚氨酯材料制成。
本申请的一些实施例中,所述后盖本体由玻璃纤维材料或者聚碳酸酯材料制成。
本申请的一些实施例中,固定孔的内壁上形成有凸台,镜片固定于凸台朝向电子设备外部的表面。这样一来,能够使镜片的表面与凸台贴合固定,从而降低安装难度,并且能够提高镜片的固定强度。
本申请的一些实施例中,凸台绕固定孔的周向延伸一周。这样一来,凸台形成绕固定孔一周的环形结构,以增加凸台与镜片之间的贴合面积,进一步提高镜片的固定 强度,并且提高了凸台的支撑强度。
本申请的一些实施例中,凸台设置有多个,且多个凸台绕固定孔的周向均匀分布。多个凸台均匀分布,一方面能够对镜片形成支撑,另一方面能够减少材料,有利于节省成本。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
以下,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”等的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。
此外,本申请中,“上”、“下”等方位术语是相对于附图中的部件示意置放的方位来定义的,应当理解到,这些方向性术语是相对的概念,它们用于相对于的描述 和澄清,其可以根据附图中部件所放置的方位的变化而相应地发生变化。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。
本申请提供一种电子设备10,该电子设备10可以包括手机、平板电脑(tablet personal computer)、膝上型电脑(laptop computer)、个人数码助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、照相机、个人计算机、笔记本电脑、车载设备、可穿戴设备等需要存储数据的设备。本申请实施例对上述电子设备10的具体形式不做特殊限制。以下为了方便说明,如图1所示,均是以该电子设备10为手机为例进行的举例说明。
请参照图1和图2,图1为本申请一些实施例提供的电子设备10的立体图,图2为图1所示电子设备10的爆炸图。由上述可知,在本实施例中,电子设备10为手机。电子设备10可以包括如图所示的屏幕100、中框200、后盖300及固定在中框200上的电路板组件400(printed circuit board assembly,PCBA)和摄像头组件500。
其中,如图2所示,电子设备10的中框200以及后盖300构成电子设备10的壳体,该壳体用于保护电子设备10内部的零部件,并且能够使电子设备10的外形更加美观。并且,后盖300上开设由安装孔310,用于露出摄像头组件500。
结合图2和图3所示,图3为现有技术提供的一种电子设备的局部结构剖面图。上述摄像头组件500包括摄像头本体(图中未示出)、安装件600以及镜片510,摄像头本体设置于电子设备10的壳体内部。安装件600安装于后盖300上的安装孔310处,并且部分凸出后盖300外部,镜片510安装于安装件600凸出后盖300的部分上的固定孔630处。
为提高拍摄效果,现有技术在电子设备10内部设置的摄像头本体的数量不断增加,导致摄像头组件500整体结构不断增大。因此,摄像头组件500会凸出后盖300,凸出部分导致电子设备10整体结构不够美观,并且影响用户手握电子设备10时的舒适感。
为解决上述问题,如图4所示,现有技术将后盖300的安装孔310的边沿倾斜延伸,形成连接部301。如图5所示,该连接部301向靠近摄像头组件500的方向延伸,并在摄像头组件500凸出后盖300的部分与后盖300之间形成过渡结构,形成逐渐延伸的火山口结构,以使电子设备10的后盖300和摄像头组件500形成外观的一体化,从而有利于电子设备10的整体美观。并且,用户手握电子设备10时,连接部301能够对用户手掌或者手指形成支撑,从而提高用户握持电子设备10时的舒适感。
但是,上述技术方案的后盖300在制作时,需要通过特定的工艺步骤形成上述连接部301,因此,会增加生产难度,并且提高生产成本。
本申请为解决上述问题,如图6和图7所示,图6为本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备10的结构图,图7为本申请实施例提供的电子设备的剖面结构图。该电子设备10包括后盖300、安装件600、装饰环700、连接件800以及摄像头组件500(图6和图7中仅表示出摄像头组件500的镜片510)。
具体地,如图8所示,上述后盖300上开设有安装孔310。如图9所示,安装件 600包括第一部分610和第二部分620,第一部分610固定于后盖300的内部上,第二部分620伸出后盖300的安装孔310,第二部分620上开设有固定孔630。摄像头组件500的镜片510固定于固定孔630处。
此外,如图10所示,本申请提供的电子设备10还包括装饰环700,装饰环700于第二部分620相互贴合固定,并且绕第二部分620的固定孔630延伸一周设置。装饰环700远离安装件600的表面为第一表面710,第一表面710为斜面,且第一表面710的内圈边沿与后盖300之间的垂直距离为第一距离,第一表面710的外圈边沿与后盖300之间的垂直距离为第二距离,第一距离大于第二距离。
这样一来,通过在后盖300和安装件600的第二部分620之间设置装饰环700,来提高电子设备10的整体美观性。将装饰环700的第一表面710设置为斜面,且第一距离大于第二距离,以使装饰环700在后盖300的安装孔310与安装件600的第二部分620之间形成火山口结构,即第二部分620凸出后盖300的部分与后盖300之间形成逐渐延伸的结构,以使第二部分620与后盖300以及装饰环700形成外观一体化,有利于提高整体的美观性。
另外,将装饰环700的第一表面710设置为斜面,能够在安装件600的第二部分620与后盖300之间形成过渡的斜面,当用户手握电子设备10时,装饰环700能够对用户的手掌形成支撑,以增加电子设备10与用户手掌之间的接触面积,使用户不会因后盖300上的凸出结构而感到不适,有利于提高用户手握电子设备10的舒适度,从而提高用户体验感。
需要说明的是,上述安装件600的第一部分610与后盖300之间,以及安装件600的第二部分620与装饰环700之间均可以采用胶粘的方式固定连接,例如背胶。也可以采用其他固定方式,本申请对此不做特殊限定。
其中,如图10所示,上述装饰环700的整体厚度可以完全相同,即装饰环700采用厚度相同材料制作,其截面为近似矩形的结构。此时,安装件600的第二部分620与装饰环700贴合固定的区域设置为与第一表面710倾斜角度相同的斜面即可。从而有利于降低装饰环700的加工难度,以进一步降低生产成本。
在另一种实施例中,如图11所示,上述装饰环700的整体厚度也可以不完全相同,例如,装饰环700的第一表面710设置为斜面,与第一表面710相对的表面设置为平面,即装饰环700的截面为近似直角梯形的结构。此时,安装件600的第二部分620与装饰环700贴合固定的区域设置为平面,从而能够实现装饰环700与第二部分620的固定连接。
另外,为进一步提高电子设备10的整体美观性,如图12所示,本申请提供的后盖300可以包括后盖本体330和装饰层320,装饰层320贴合固定于后盖本体330远离安装件600的表面。通过装饰层320能够提高电子设备10背面的整体美观性。
示例性地,上述装饰层320可以采用PU(polyurethane,聚氨酯)材料制成。采用PU材料覆盖后盖本体330,使后盖300整体更加美观。并且,PU材料的弹性性能介于塑料和橡胶之间,因此,用户手握电子设备10时,PU材料的后盖300手感更好,从而能够提高用户体验感。
在一些实施例中,上述后盖本体330可以采用玻璃纤维或者PC(Polycarbonate, 聚碳酸酯)材料制成,从而能够形成支撑。
需要说明的是,上述装饰层320和后盖本体330均不限于上述材料,可以采用其他材料替换。因此,本申请对此不做特殊限定。
在此基础上,如图13所示,本申请实施例提供的上述连接件800设置于安装孔310的内壁与装饰环700的外壁之间,连接件800与安装件600连接,且连接件800与后盖300以及装饰环700均抵接。这样一来,通过在后盖300的安装孔310与装饰环700之间设置连接件800,并且连接件800与安装件600连接,能够提升整体的连接强度,并且使后盖300与装饰环700之间的过渡更加平缓,有利于进一步提高整体美观。
在一些实施例中,连接件800和装饰环700以及安装件600可以分别采用不同的颜色,从而使电子设备10的外观色彩更加丰富,从而能够进一步提升整体美观性。
具体地,上述连接件800包括连接本体810和卡勾820,连接本体810设置于安装孔310的内壁与装饰环700的外壁之间。卡勾820与连接本体810相连接为一体结构。安装件600的第二部分620上设置有卡槽621,卡勾820与卡槽621卡接。从而能够实现连接件800与安装件600的卡接,一方面能够实现连接件800与安装件600卡接,以提高整体结构的连接强度;另一方面能够降低安装难度以及拆卸难度,从而便于对电子设备10进行拆卸维修。
在一些实施例中,如图13和图14所示,上述安装件600的第一部分610和第二部分620之间可以形成一个台阶面650,即第二部分620与第一部分610交接处,第二部分620高于第一部分610形成台阶面650,即该台阶面650朝向远离固定孔630的方向。并且,在该台阶面650上开设上述卡槽621,从而便于卡勾820卡入该卡槽621内。
为便于上述卡勾820卡入卡槽621内,从而降低安装难度。如图15所示,卡勾820朝向第一部分610的表面上设置有第一导向斜面821,所述台阶面650远离第一部分610的边沿处形成有第二导向斜面651,第一导向斜面821与第二导向斜面651倾斜角度相同。这样一来,在安装连接件800时,当卡勾820与第二部分620抵接时,即第一导向斜面821与第二导向斜面651相互抵接,由于二者为倾斜表面,因此,二者之间能够产生一个平行于该斜面的力,从而能够使卡勾820与第二部分620沿该斜面发生相对滑动,以便于卡勾820卡入卡槽621内,有利于降低安装难度。
另外,如图16所示,上述连接本体810远离卡勾820的表面为第二表面811,第二表面811为斜面,且第二表面811的倾斜角度与第一表面710的倾斜角度相同。这样一来,能够使装饰环700与后盖300之间过渡更加平缓,更加有利于实现装饰环700与后盖300外观一体化,进一步提高整体的外观效果。
为进一步提高整体结构的连接强度,如图16所示,上述后盖300安装孔310的边沿向靠近安装件600的方向弯折形成抵接部321,连接本体810朝向安装件600的表面抵接于抵接部321远离安装件600的表面上。通过将后盖300的安装孔310边沿抵接于连接本体810和安装件600之间,能够进一步增加后盖300与安装件600之间的连接强度。
并且,通过连接本体810能够将安装孔310的边沿隐藏,从而避免安装孔310的 边沿处发生材料脱落的问题。例如,在安装孔310的边沿处,上述装饰层320与后盖本体330发生分离,导致后盖300损坏。因此,能够对安装孔310的边沿形成保护,以延长后盖300的使用寿命。
示例性地,上述抵接部321可以形成于装饰层320的边沿上,并且,在后盖本体330上形成向靠近安装件600的方向倾斜的斜面,使抵接部321与该斜面相互贴合,从而抵接部321能够抵接于连接本体810朝向安装件600的表面上。
基于此,如图16所示,上述镜片510固定于安装件600第二部分620上的固定孔630处,为避免镜片510沿垂直于固定孔630轴线的方向发生移动。可以将镜片510抵接于固定孔630的内壁上,从而能够限制镜片510沿垂直于固定孔630轴线的方向移动,对镜片510形成限位,以避免镜片510移动,有利于保证拍摄效果。
其中,可以将镜片510的侧壁与固定孔630的内壁通过胶粘的方式固定连接。如图17所示,也可以在固定孔630的内壁上形成凸台640,将镜片510固定于凸台640朝向后盖300外部的表面上。通过凸台640能够对镜片510形成支撑,从而提高整体结构的支撑强度。并且镜片510与凸台640相互固定连接,从而实现镜片510与安装件600的固定连接。
并且,上述凸台640可以沿固定孔630的周向延伸一周,从而能够增加凸台640与镜片510之间的贴合面积,以提高镜片510与安装件600之间的固定强度。示例性地,镜片510与凸台640之间可以通过背胶固定,从而通过胶粘的方式固定连接。
在另一种实施例中,如图18所示,上述凸台640也可以设置为多个,并且多个凸台640绕固定孔630的周向均匀分布,从而形成支撑平衡且受力均匀。因此,本申请凸台的设置方式不做具体限定。
需要说明的是,上述镜片510与凸台640之间可以通过胶粘的方式粘接固定,例如,采用背胶,将镜片粘接固定于凸台上。也可以采用其他的胶材料进行胶粘固定。本申请对此不做特殊限定。
在本说明书的描述中,具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:后盖,开设有安装孔;安装件,所述安装件固定于所述后盖的内壁上,且所述安装件部分伸出所述安装孔外,所述安装件伸出所述安装孔的部分上开设有固定孔;摄像头组件,包括镜片,所述镜片固定于所述固定孔处;装饰环,固定于所述安装件伸出所述安装孔的部分上,所述装饰环抵接于所述安装孔的内壁上,所述装饰环远离所述安装件的表面为第一表面,所述第一表面为斜面,且所述第一表面的内圈边沿与所述后盖之间的垂直距离为第一距离,所述第一表面的外圈边沿与所述后盖之间的垂直距离为第二距离,所述第一距离大于所述第二距离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括:连接件,设置于所述安装孔的内壁与所述装饰环的外壁之间,所述连接件与所述安装件连接,且所述连接件与所述后盖以及所述装饰环抵接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述连接件包括:连接本体,设置于所述安装孔的内壁与所述装饰环的外壁之间;卡勾,与所述连接本体相连接为一体结构;所述安装件上开设有卡槽,所述卡勾与所述卡槽卡接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述连接本体远离所述卡勾的表面为第二表面,所述第二表面为斜面,且所述第二表面的倾斜角度与所述第一表面的倾斜角度相同。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述安装件包括:第一部分,与所述后盖的内壁固定连接;第二部分,与所述第一部分相连接为一体结构,所述第二部分伸出所述安装孔,所述固定孔开设于所述第二部分上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一部分与所述第二部分相接处形成有台阶面,所述台阶面朝向远离所述固定孔的方向,所述卡槽开设于所述台阶面上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述卡勾朝向第一部分的表面上设置有第一导向斜面,所述第一导向斜面用于引导所述卡勾卡入卡槽内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述台阶面远离所述第一部分的边沿设置有第二导向斜面,所述第二导向斜面与所述第一导向斜面的倾斜角度相同。
- 根据权利要求3~8任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述安装孔的边沿向朝向所述安装件的方向弯折形成抵接部,所述连接本体朝向所述安装件的表面抵接于所述抵接部远离所述安装件的表面上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述后盖包括:后盖本体;装饰层,固定于所述后盖本体远离所述安装件的表面,所述装饰层上形成所述抵接部。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述装饰层由聚氨酯材料制成。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述后盖本体由玻璃纤维材料或者聚碳酸酯材料制成。
