相关技术中,以手机为代表的消费电子产品,触屏显示模组的屏占比越来越大,发展到今天出现了触屏显示模组刘海造型的手机外观结构,引领了整个手机行业对显示屏占比的极致追求。在刘海造型有限空间内需要把手机拍照、受话器出音、红外光敏及补光灯等功能都合理的布局好。如今能合理有效地隐藏手机正常的功能,把手机的用户使用界面及体验做到极致已经成为当前各移动互联网产品的极致追求。
图1是相关技术中的手机显示屏兼容了产品必须功能需要的配套后,常规的布局结构设计和外观效果:11为触屏盖板,12为前置摄像头孔,13为受话器孔,14为补光灯孔,15为光敏孔,16为主板上盖,17为补光灯罩,18为受话器罩,19为光敏,110为补光灯,111为前置摄像头,112为PCB板。这种布局方式主要技术缺陷为:需要单独的受话器罩18和补光灯罩17,占用空间大,影响结构布局,增加了显示屏上设置受话器出音、补光灯等功能的长度尺寸,影响外观的极致要求。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种显示屏结构及移动终端,以解决相关技术中受话器罩和补光灯罩占用空间大,影响结构布局和外观的极致要求的问题。

触屏盖板;

此时,在触屏盖板21上将光敏组件开孔和补光灯组件开孔做成了一个,即透光孔23,提升了整机外观效果,且提升了产品竞争力。
其中,光敏组件26具体可采用红外光敏等,但不限于此。
本公开实施例中,触屏盖板21与主板上盖24固定之后,可将布置有光敏组件26、补光灯组件27及摄像头组件28的PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印制电路板)29对应安装到主板上盖24上,其中光敏组件26对应安装到光敏组件安装结构244上,补光灯组件27对应安装到补光灯组件安装结构242上,摄像头组件28对应安装到摄像头组件安装结构243上。此时,第一罩体25的第一部分251罩设在受话器组件上方,第二部分252罩设在补光灯组件27上方。透光孔23的开孔区域覆盖光敏组件26和补光灯组件27。
其中印制电路板PCB具体可采用柔性电路板FPC,但不限于此。
本公开实施例的显示屏结构,把补光灯罩与受话器罩兼容设计成一个结构件,即第一罩体25,相较于单独设计一件补光灯罩和一件受话器罩,节省了占用的结构空间,有利于结构布局,提升了整机的极致外观;同时第一罩体25在对应补光灯的位置设置光学纹路,提高了补光灯的工作效率;同时第一罩体25在靠近摄像头的位置设置遮光层,避免了补光灯串光影响摄像头拍照的问题;同时增强了摄像头补光拍照和红外人脸识别的效果;且触屏盖板21把补光灯孔和光敏孔做成一个隐藏式开孔,即透光孔23,进一步提升了整机的极致外观,且提升了整机的产品竞争力。该显示屏结构能够有机地将光敏、补光灯、受话器、摄像头结合到一起,节省了多件结构装配占用空间,减小了显示屏上设置受话器出音、补光灯等功能的长度尺寸,提升了整机的极致外观,且提高了产品竞争力。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还提供了一种移动终端,包括受话器组件、补光灯组件、摄像头组件和光敏组件,还包括:如上任一项所述的显示屏结构。
在本公开实施例中,移动终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载终端、可穿戴设备、以及计步器等。
其中,上述显示屏结构的所述实现实例均适用于该移动终端的实施例中,也能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示屏结构,包括:
    触屏盖板(21);
    第一罩体(25),所述第一罩体(25)固定在所述触屏盖板(21)上,所述第一罩体(25)包括第一部分(251)和第二部分(252);所述触屏盖板上还设置有正对所述第二部分(252)的透光孔(23);
    主板上盖(24),所述主板上盖(24)上设置有受话器组件安装结构(241)和补光灯组件安装结构(242);
    所述触屏盖板(21)覆盖在所述主板上盖(24)上方时,所述第一部分(251)罩设在所述受话器组件安装结构(241)上方,所述第二部分(252)罩设在所述补光灯组件安装结构(242)上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏结构,其中,所述第一部分(251)包括第一子板(2511),所述第一子板(2511)上设置有出音孔(210)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示屏结构,其中,所述第二部分(252)包括第二子板(2521),所述第二子板(2521)上设置有光学纹路(211)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的显示屏结构,其中,所述第一子板(2511)上设置有凸台(2512),所述凸台(2512)上设置有所述出音孔(210)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的显示屏结构,其中,所述第一子板(2511)向一侧延伸形成所述第二子板(2521)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的显示屏结构,其中,所述主板上盖(24)上还设置有摄像头组件安装结构(243),所述受话器组件安装结构(241)设置在所述补光灯组件安装结构(242)和所述摄像头组件安装结构(243)之间;
    所述第一子板(2511)至少在第一位置上设置有遮光层(212)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示屏结构,其中,所述第一位置为所述第一子板(2511)沿厚度方向的侧边,且所述触屏盖板(21)覆盖在所述主板上盖(24)上方时,所述第一子板(2511)的第一位置所在的侧边朝向所述摄像头组件安装结构(243)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的显示屏结构,其中,所述遮光层(212)为油 墨层。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏结构,其中,所述主板上盖(24)上还设置有光敏组件安装结构(244);
    所述触屏盖板(21)覆盖在所述主板上盖(24)上方时,所述透光孔(23)的开孔区域覆盖所述光敏组件安装结构(244)的部分或全部区域。
  10. 一种移动终端,包括受话器组件、补光灯组件、摄像头组件和光敏组件,并且还包括:如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的显示屏结构。
