本申请提供一种壳体组件100,以及包括该壳体组件100的电子装置200。参见图1,图1为本申请壳体组件100一实施例的结构示意图;图2为本申请电子装置200一实施例的结构示意图。具体地,该电子装置200可以为移动或便携式并执行无线通信的各种类型的计算机系统设备中的任何一种(图2中只示例性的示出了一种形态)。具体地,电子装置200可以为移动电话或智能电话(例如,基于iPhone TM,基于Android TM的电话),便携式游戏设备(例如Nintendo DS TM,PlayStation Portable TM,Gameboy Advance TM,iPhone TM)、膝 上型电脑、PDA、便携式互联网设备、音乐播放器以及数据存储设备,其他手持设备以及诸如头戴式耳机等,电子装置200还可以为其他的需要充电的可穿戴设备(例如,诸如电子手镯、电子项链、电子设备或智能手表的头戴式设备(HMD))。
电子装置200还可以是多个电子设备中的任何一个,多个电子设备包括但不限于蜂窝电话、智能电话、其他无线通信设备、个人数字助理、音频播放器、其他媒体播放器、音乐记录器、录像机、其他媒体记录器、收音机、医疗设备、车辆运输仪器、计算器、可编程遥控器、寻呼机、膝上型计算机、台式计算机、打印机、上网本电脑、个人数字助理(PDA)、便携式多媒体播放器(PMP)、运动图像专家组(MPEG-1或MPEG-2)音频层3(MP3)播放器,便携式医疗设备以及数码相机及其组合等设备。
在一些情况下,电子装置200可以执行多种功能(例如,播放音乐,显示视频,存储图片以及接收和发送电话呼叫)。如果需要,电子装置200可以是诸如蜂窝电话、媒体播放器、其他手持设备、腕表设备、吊坠设备、听筒设备或其他紧凑型便携式的设备。
本申请提供的壳体组件100包括后壳10以及安装在后壳10上的装饰件20。
具体地,后壳10为电子装置200背面的壳体,也叫电池盖,中框与电池盖一体的结构。后壳10包括第一表面12以及与第一表面12相背的第二表面14,后壳10上开设安装槽16,安装槽16贯穿后壳10的第一表面12和第二表面14,如图3所示,图3为本申请一实施例中壳体组件厚度方向的部分剖面结构示意图,用于安装装饰件20以及摄像头模组30,如图1所示。可选地,后壳10可以采用塑胶、玻璃、金属等材质,在此不做具体限定。
可以理解的,本申请中的术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”、“第三”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。
参见图4,本申请壳体组件在一实施例中的俯视结构示意图,进一步,后壳10呈矩形或者类矩形,后壳10包括两条相互平行的第一边18和第二边11,以及两条相互平行的第三边13和第四边15,第一边18、第三边13、第二边11与第四边15首尾连接。第一边18和第二边11长度相等,第三边13和第四边15长度相等,且第三边13的长度小于第一边18的长度。以上四条边的连接处为直角连接或者圆弧过渡,在此不做具体限定。
可选地,在一实施例中,为了便于适应用户的拍照习惯,安装槽16位于相对第四边15更靠近第三边13,即位于电子装置200的上半部分。进一步,可选的,后壳10包括与第一边15平行的中心线17,安装槽16与中心线17重合。在其他实施例中,安装槽16也可以位于后壳10的任意位置,在此不做具体限定。
可选地,在一实施例中,后壳10的第一表面12为平面。在另一实施例中,后壳10的第一表面12包括平面部122,以及与平面部122连接且位于边缘位置的曲面部124,如图5所示,图5为本申请的壳体组件在另一实施例中厚度方向的剖面结构示意图,其中曲面部124位于四边,或者仅位于第一边18和第二边11,在此不做具体限定。
在又一实施例中,后壳10的第一表面12至第二表面14之间的距离从设置了安装槽16的位置至第四边15逐渐减小,如图6所示,图6为本申请的壳体组件在又一实施例中厚度方向的剖面结构示意图。或者先逐渐减小后保持不变。可以理解地,由于摄像头模组30的设置,因此在电子装置200的背面形成凸出部,本实施例中,采用以上结构将电子装置200靠近摄像头模组30的部位的厚度加大,进而减少了摄像头模组30的凸出量,同时逐渐减小的趋势也让用户难以察觉。
装饰件20为摄像头模组30的装饰圈,装饰件20与摄像头模组30连接形成摄像头组件,摄像头组件安装在后壳10的安装槽16中,安装之后装饰件20的一部分位于后壳10的第一表面12一侧。
参见图7所示,图7为本申请装饰件在一实施例中结构示意图。具体地,装饰件20包括基座22以及与基座22连接的外观部24,基座22用于将装饰件20安装在后壳10的安装槽16中,外观部24用于装饰和保护摄像头模组30。装饰件20穿过安装槽16固定在后壳10上,基座22卡合在后壳10的第二表面14一侧,外观部24穿设安装槽16,使得外观部24位于后壳10的第一表面12一侧,且外观部24的顶面242相对后体10的第一表面12呈倾斜设置,进而使得壳体组件放在一平台上时增加装饰件20与平台的接触面积。采用以上结构,使得电子装置200放在一平台上时增加装饰件20与平台的接触面积,装饰件上顶面242与平台接触,与平台接触的面以及后壳10的第一表面12中与平台接触的面或者线共同构成电子装置200的在平台上的支撑面。大大增加了装饰件20与平台的接触面积,而不再只是一个点,或者一条线的面积,进而改善了装饰件20由于与平台的接触面积小存在容易掉漆的情况。
具体地,基座22与后壳10的第二表面14接触的外表面为安装面222,安装面222与后壳10的第一边18平行设置,即当后壳10的第一表面12为平面时,基座22的安装面222与后壳10的第一表面12平行,当后壳10的第一表面12包括平面部122和曲面部124的实施例中,基座22的安装面222与后壳10的平面部122平行。外观部24的顶面242与第一边18呈钝角或者锐角,如图8所示,图8为本申请壳体组件在一实施例中部分剖面结构示意图,即外观部24的顶面242朝向后壳10的第四边15倾斜,外观部24的顶面242与第一表面12从设置安装槽16位置至第四边15的部分呈钝角,外观部24的顶面242与第一表面12从安装槽16至第三边13的部分呈锐角。进而使得采用以上壳体组件100的电子装置200放在一平台上的时候,装饰件20中的外观面24具有更大的面积与平台接触。
可选地,在不同的实施例中,外观部24为闭环状,形成跑道形、镂空的方形或者矩形,或者其他规则或者不规则形状。具体地,镂空的部位即为容置摄像头模组30的位置。
进一步,在一实施例中,当外观部24为镂空的方形或者矩形的实施例中,装饰件20还包括与外观面242连接的第一侧面244和第二侧面246,如图9所示,图9为本申请壳体组件在另一实施例中部分剖面结构示意图。第一侧面244与第二侧面246相对设置,第一侧面244相对第二侧面246更靠近第三边13,第一侧面244和后壳10的第一表面12呈钝角。第二侧面246相对第一侧面244更靠近第四边15,第二侧面246与后壳10的第一表面12呈锐角。相应地,后壳20与外观部24的第一侧面244和第二侧面246接触的部位也采用斜面设置,进而使得整个装饰件20更好地设置在安装槽16中。
可选地,在另一实施例中,安装面222为斜面,外观部24的顶面242与安装面222呈锐角,该实施例中,从单个装饰件20来看安装面222为斜面,外观部20的外观面242的平面,如图10所示,图10为本申请装饰件在一实施例中部分剖面结构示意图。而当装饰件20安装在后壳10上之后,安装面222与后壳10的第二表面14贴合,进而使得外观部24的外观面242与后壳10的第一表面12呈倾斜设置,如图11所示,图11为本申请壳体组件在另一实施例中部分剖面结构示意图,达到改善电子装置200放在一平台上装饰件20与平台接触面积小容易掉漆的问题。
可选地,又一实施例中,装饰件20的安装面222为平面,外观部24的顶面242与安装面222平行,如图12所示,图12为本申请装饰件在另一实施例中部分剖面结构示意图,后 壳10的第二表面14上形成斜台19,使得装饰件20的安装面222贴合在斜台19上,进而使得装饰件20的外观面242与相对后壳10的第一表面12倾斜设置,如图13所示,图13为本申请壳体组件在又一实施例中部分剖面结构示意图。可以理解地,整个装饰件20倾斜的角度非常小,对影像光学成像效果影响非常小,对于摄像头模组30的拍照效果几乎没影响。
具体地,采用以上结构,以后壳10的第一表面12为平面为例,外观部24的顶面242与后壳10的第一表面12之间的夹角小于预设角度,如图14所示,图14为本申请电子装置在一实施中的侧视结构示意图,示出了外观部24的顶面242与后壳10的第一表面12之间的夹角为0.18°。可选地,在不同的实施例中,预设角度为0.05-0.2°范围内的任意值,具体可以根据实际情况进行设置,在此不做具体限定。
具体地,采用以上各实施例使得装饰件20的外观部24超出第一表面12部分的厚度从靠近第三边13的第一端至靠近第四边15方向的第二端逐渐减小,进而使得装饰件20的外观面242相对后壳10的第一表面12呈倾斜设置。进而使得外观部24的顶面242所在平面与后壳10的第一表面12的相切线与外观部24的顶面242共同构成壳体组件100放置在一平台上的支撑面,增大了装饰件20与电子装置200所放置的平台之间的接触面积,进而改善装饰件20与平台接触面积小,容易掉漆的问题。
进一步,具体地,在一实施例中,如图15所示,图15为本申请电子装置在一实施例中的结构示意图。后壳10的第一表面12至装饰件20的第二端之间的厚度H与装饰件20的第二端至第四边15之间的距离Y之比小于等于预设值。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种壳体组件,其特征在于,包括:
    后壳,所述后壳上开设安装槽,所述后壳包括第一表面以及与所述第一表面相背的第二表面,所述安装槽贯穿所述第一表面和所述第二表面;
    装饰件,包括基座以及与所述基座连接的外观部,所述装饰件穿过所述安装槽固定在所述后壳上,所述基座卡合在所述后壳的第二表面一侧,所述外观部穿设安装槽,使得所述外观部位于所述后壳的所述第一表面一侧,且所述外观部的顶面相对所述壳体的第一表面呈倾斜设置,进而使得壳体组件置于平台上时可增加装饰件与平台的接触面积。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述后壳包括两条相互平行的第一边和第二边,以及两条相互平行的第三边和第四边,所述第一边、所述第三边,所述第二边与所述第四边首尾连接,所述基座与所述后壳的第二表面接触的外表面为安装面,所述安装面与所述后壳的第一边平行设置,所述外观部的顶面与所述第一边呈钝角或者锐角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述装饰件还包括与所述外观面连接的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面和所述后壳的第一表面呈钝角,所述第二侧面与所述后壳的第一表面呈锐角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述基座与所述后壳的第二表面接触的外表面为安装面,所述安装面为斜面,所述外观部的顶面与所述安装面呈锐角。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述基座与所述后壳的第二表面接触的外表面为安装面,所述安装面为平面,所述外观部的顶面与所述安装面平行,所述后壳的第二表面上形成斜台,使得所述装饰件的安装面贴合在斜台上,进而使得所述装饰件的外观面与相对所述后壳的第一表面倾斜设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述后壳包括两条相互平行的第一边和第二边,以及两条相互平行的第三边和第四边,所述第一边、所述第三边,所述第二边与所述第四边首尾连接,所述第三边与第四边的长度相等,且所述第三边的长度小于所述第一边的长度,所述安装槽相对所述第四边更靠近所述第三边,所述外观部超出所述第一表面的部分的厚度从靠近所述第三边的第一端至靠近所述第四边方向的第二端逐渐减小。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述后壳的第一表面至所述装饰件的第二端之间的距离与所述装饰件的第二端至所述第四边之间的距离之比小于等于预设值。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述后壳的第一表面为平面,所述外观部的顶面与所述后壳的第一表面之间的夹角小于预设角度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述外观部的顶面所在平面与所述后壳的第一表面的相切线与所述外观部的顶面共同构成壳体组件置于平台上的支撑面。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述外观部为闭环状,形成跑道形、镂空的方形或者矩形。
  11. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括摄像头模组以及壳体组件;
    所述壳体组件包括:
    后壳,所述后壳上开设安装槽,所述后壳包括第一表面以及与所述第一表面相背的第二表面,所述安装槽贯穿所述第一表面和所述第二表面;
    装饰件,包括基座以及与所述基座连接的外观部,所述装饰件穿过所述安装槽固定在所述后壳上,所述基座卡合在所述后壳的第二表面一侧,所述外观部穿设安装槽,使得所述外观部位于所述后壳的所述第一表面一侧,且所述外观部的顶面相对所述壳体的第一表面呈倾斜设置;
    所述装饰件与所述摄像头模组连接形成摄像头组件,所述摄像头组件安装在所述后壳的安装槽中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述后壳包括两条相互平行的第一边和第二边,以及两条相互平行的第三边和第四边,所述第一边、所述第三边,所述第二边与所述第四边首尾连接,所述基座与所述后壳的第二表面接触的外表面为安装面,所述安装面与所述后壳的第一边平行设置,所述外观部的顶面与所述第一边呈钝角或者锐角。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述装饰件还包括与所述外观面连接的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面和所述后壳的第一表面呈钝角,所述第二侧面与所述后壳的第一表面呈锐角。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述基座与所述后壳的第二表面接触的外表面为安装面,所述安装面为斜面,所述外观部的顶面与所述安装面呈锐角。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述基座与所述后壳的第二表面接触的外表面为安装面,所述安装面为平面,所述外观部的顶面与所述安装面平行,所述后壳的第二表面上形成斜台,使得所述装饰件的安装面贴合在斜台上,进而使得所述装饰件的外观面与相对所述后壳的第一表面倾斜设置。
  16. 根据权利要求11-15任一项所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述后壳包括两条相互平行的第一边和第二边,以及两条相互平行的第三边和第四边,所述第一边、所述第三边,所述第二边与所述第四边首尾连接,所述第三边与第四边的长度相等,且所述第三边的长度小于所述第一边的长度,所述安装槽相对所述第四边更靠近所述第三边,所述外观部超出所述第一表面的部分的厚度从靠近所述第三边的第一端至靠近所述第四边方向的第二端逐渐减小。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述后壳的第一表面至所述装饰件的第二端之间的距离与所述装饰件的第二端至所述第四边之间的距离之比小于等于预设值。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述后壳的第一表面为平面,所述外观部的顶面与所述后壳的第一表面之间的夹角小于预设角度。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述外观部的顶面所在平面与所述后壳的第一表面的相切线与所述外观部的顶面共同构成电子装置置于平台上的支撑面。
  20. 一种壳体组件,其特征在于,包括后壳以及装饰件;所述后壳上开设安装槽,所述装饰件插设于所述安装槽内,且所述装饰件突出于所述后壳外观面的表面与所述后壳的外观面之间不平行设置。
