软质装饰膜片20容置在凹槽12中,使得软质装饰膜片20的外表面与壳体10的部分外表面共同构成一平面或者曲面,形成电子装置200的部分外表面,如图3所示,图3为本申请电子装置在一实施例中的侧视图。
硬质导电基30与软质装饰膜片20靠近凹槽12一侧固定连接,硬质导电基30穿过凹槽12至少部分容置在容置腔14中,使得软质装饰膜片20位于设置硬质导电基30的部位形成按压部22。在使用过程中的时候,按压部22受力并朝靠近容置腔14的方向产生形变,并带动硬质导电基30按压位于壳体内的按键模组40,进而触发按键模组40,起到控制按键模组40的作用。具体地,硬质导电基30为硬度大于软质装饰膜片20,能够通过软质膜片20的按压部22接收用户按压的力,并将作用力传递至按键模组40的部件。
参见图4和图5,图4为本申请一实施中的剖面结构示意图,图5为图4中圈a部分的剖面结构放大示意图。具体地,按键模组40包括按压接收部42,以及与按压接收部42连接的电路部44。电路部44包括柔性印刷线路板以及其他线路用于传递电信号。按压接收部42包括基底422以及与基底422连接的凸出部424,凸出部424与硬质导电基30抵接,基底422分别与凸出部424以及电路部44连接。硬质导电基30为长条形,抵接在凸出部424上,当硬质导电基30接收到外力的时候即可精准地将作用力传递至凸出部424,凸出部424向下按压进而达到传递信息,起到按键的作用。
可选地,以上结构设置所实现的功能可以是开关机/重启键、声音键或者home键等,在此不做具体限定。
可选地,一个电子装置200上可以设置一个按压部22,或者多个按压部22,每个按压部22对应一个硬质导电基30和一个按键模组40。不同的按压部22实现不同的功能。可 以理解地,为了用户能够更好地辨认按压部22的所在位置,一实施例中按压部的外表面形成功能标记。比如,按压部22控制的是音量增加或者减小的功能,则功能标记可以是“+”或者“-”,如图6所示,图6为本申请电子装置另一实施例的侧视结构示意图。当然,其他实施例中,也可以不在按压部22的外表面形成功能标记,例如通过按压部22的不同位置来判别不同按压部的功能,按压部22的位置可以通过说明书的说明,或者新品发布会的解说向用户说明。
可选地,在一实施例中,第一侧面16的长度小于第二侧面18的长度,软质装饰膜片20位于第一侧面14处,即软质装饰膜片20设置在电子装置200的底端或者顶端的位置,在此不做具体限定。图1示出了软质装饰膜片20设置在电子装置200的顶端的情形。在其他实施例中,软质装饰膜片20也可以设置在第二侧面18位置,即设置在电子装置200的左右两侧,或者左右两侧中的一侧。
可选地,在一实施例中,软质装饰膜片20为长条形,软质装饰膜片20的长度超过壳体10设置了软质装饰膜片20的侧面长度方向的宽度的三分之二。该实施例中,将软质装饰膜片20做的很长,而且没有向外凸出的形状,在用户眼里软质装饰膜片20更像一个装饰件,并与壳体10的外表面形成一体,进而使得按键组件100更为美观。
可选地,在一实施例中,软质装饰膜片20的宽度也做得比较大,例如软质装饰膜片20的宽度超过壳体10厚度的三分之二。采用以上结构,软质装饰膜片20的面积接近壳体10的第一侧面16的面积,进而使得用户从电子装置200外观上看软质装饰膜片20就是一个装饰件的视觉感。
可选地,在一实施例中,软质装饰膜片20包括基体部24以及由基体部24远离硬质导电基30延伸的弧形部26,如图7所示,图7为本申请另一实施中图4中圈a部分的剖面结构放大示意图,基体部24贴设在第一侧面16或者第二侧面18的正面,弧形部26贴设在第一侧面16与第二侧面18连接处。可选地,弧形部26包括一个或者两个。采用以上结构,软质装饰膜片20至少覆盖了壳体10第一侧面16的大部分面积,且没有凸出的部分,使得软质装饰膜片20与壳体10一体化的效果更好。
具体地,采用以上结构,按压部22可以设置在基体部24或者弧形部26对应的位置,在此不做具体限定。在按压部22具有多个的情况下,壳体10上可以设置多个软质装饰膜片20,每个软质装饰膜片20设置一个按压部22;或者一个软质膜片20上同时设置多个按压部22。可以理解地,一个软质装饰膜片20上同时设置多个按压部22的实施例中,多个按压部22可同时设置在基体部24上,或者部分设置在基体部24上,部分设置在弧形部26上,在此不做具体限定。
在一实施例中,软质装饰膜片20直接通过点胶的方式固定在壳体10的凹槽12中。
可以理解地,软质装饰膜片20为质地软的材质,而壳体10为硬度较大的材质,因此直接将软质装饰膜片20连接在壳体10上装配难度是比较大的。为了解决该问题,在本申请另一实施例中,该按键组件100还包括塑胶装饰片50,同时参见图8和图9,图8为本申请电子装置一实施中的部分结构分解示意图;图9为图8所示的圈b部分在一实施例中的结构放大示意图。塑胶装饰片50与软质装饰膜片20层叠设置,塑胶装饰片50位于凹槽12的底部与软质装饰膜片20之间,塑胶装饰片50上设置通槽52,硬质导电基30贯穿通槽52与按键模组40抵接。采用以上结构,塑胶装饰片50为硬度比软质装饰膜片20大的部件。按键组件100在安装过程中,首先将塑胶装饰片50与软质装饰膜片20形成一个小整体,例如软质装 饰膜片20与塑胶装饰片50一体注塑成型形成一个小整体,再将这个小整体安装固定到壳体10的凹槽12中。由于塑胶装饰片50硬度比较大,因此比较便于与壳体10进行装配。例如将凹槽12的尺寸做得稍微比塑胶装饰片50大一点点,进而可通过过12中。
具体地,凹槽12包括底部122以及与底部122呈夹角连接的侧壁124,如图10所示,图10为图8所示的圈b部分在另一实施例中的结构放大示意图。侧壁124或者侧壁124与底部122的连接位置设置限位件60,可选地,限位件60可以为弹性件,例如为弹性凸起,塑胶装饰片50通过限位件60卡合固定在凹槽12中。采用以上结构,塑胶装饰片50安装进入壳体10的凹槽12中的过程中,限位件60受塑胶装饰片50的挤压而产生些许形变,从而形成夹合力将塑胶装饰片50固定住,进而并将塑胶装饰片50和软胶装饰膜片20形成的整体固定在凹槽12中。可以理解地,其他实施例中,限位件也可以是弹片或者其他结构形式,当然也可以通过胶粘的方式进行固定,在此不做具体限定。
本申请采用以上结构,从电子装置200的外观不会形成一个突出的按键,同时从电子装置200的外观上也看到不到开孔,从电子装置200的外观只看得到软质装饰膜片20,且软质装饰膜片20与壳体10的外表面形成一体,共同构成一个平面或者曲面,实现了电子装置200外观无按键化,一体化的外观视觉感,提升了电子装置200的外观表现力。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种按键组件,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体开设凹槽,并在凹槽底部开设容置腔;
    软质装饰膜片,容置在所述凹槽中,使得所述软质装饰膜片的外表面与壳体的部分外表面共同构成一平面或者曲面;
    硬质导电基,与所述软质装饰膜片靠近所述凹槽一侧固定连接,所述硬质导电基容置在所述容置腔中,使得所述软质装饰膜片位于设置所述硬质导电基的部位形成按压部,所述按压部受力能够靠近所述容置腔方向产生形变,并带动所述硬质导电基按压位于壳体内的按键模组,进而触发所述按键模组。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,包括塑胶装饰片,所述塑胶装饰片与所述软质装饰膜片层叠设置,所述塑胶装饰片位于所述凹槽的底部与所述软质装饰膜之间,所述塑胶装饰片上设置通槽,所述硬质导电基贯穿所述通槽与所述按键模组抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述软质装饰膜片与所述塑胶装饰片一体注塑成型。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽包括与底部呈夹角连接的侧壁,所述侧壁或者所述侧壁与所述底部的连接位置设置限位件,所述塑胶装饰片通过所述限位件卡合固定在所述凹槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述限位件为弹性凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述软质装饰膜片为长条形,所述软质装饰膜片的长度超过所述壳体设置了所述软质装饰膜片的侧面长度方向的宽度的三分之二。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述软质装饰膜片的宽度超过所述壳体厚度的三分之二。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述壳体包括两个相互平行的第一侧面,以及两个相互平行的第二侧面,所述第一侧面与所述第二侧面首尾连接,所述第一侧面的长度小于所述第二侧面的长度,所述软质装饰膜片位于所述第一侧面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述软质装饰膜片包括基体部以及由所述基体部远离所述硬质导电基延伸的弧形部,所述弧形部贴设在所述第一侧面与所述第二侧面连接处。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述按键模组包括按压接收部,以及与所述按压接收部连接的电路部,所述按压接收部包括基底以及与所述基底连接的凸出部,所述凸出部与所述硬质导电基抵接,所述基底分别与所述凸出部以及所述电路部连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述软质装饰膜片上形成多个所述按压部。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的按键组件,其特征在于,所述按压部外表面形成功能标记。
  13. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-12任一项所述的按键组件。
  14. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体开设凹槽,并在凹槽底部开设容置腔;
    软质装饰膜片,容置在所述凹槽中,使得所述软质装饰膜片的外表面与壳体的部分外表面共同构成一平面或者曲面,所述平面或者曲面形成电子装置的部分外表面;
    硬质导电基,与所述软质装饰膜片靠近所述凹槽一侧固定连接,所述硬质导电基容置在所述容置腔中,使得所述软质装饰膜片位于设置所述硬质导电基的部位形成按压部,所述按压部受力能够靠近所述容置腔方向产生形变,并带动所述硬质导电基按压位于壳体内的按键模组,进而触发所述按键模组。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子装置,其特征在于,包括塑胶装饰片,所述塑胶装饰片与所述软质装饰膜片层叠设置,所述塑胶装饰片位于所述凹槽的底部与所述软质装饰膜之间,所述塑胶装饰片上设置通槽,所述硬质导电基贯穿所述通槽与所述按键模组抵接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽包括与底部呈夹角连接的侧壁,所述侧壁或者所述侧壁与所述底部的连接位置设置限位件,所述塑胶装饰片通过所述限位件卡合固定在所述凹槽中;所述限位件为弹性凸起。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括两个相互平行的第一侧面,以及两个相互平行的第二侧面,所述第一侧面与所述第二侧面首尾连接,所述第一侧面的长度小于所述第二侧面的长度,所述软质装饰膜片位于所述第一侧面;所述软质装饰膜片包括基体部以及由所述基体部远离所述硬质导电基延伸的弧形部,所述弧形部贴设在所述第一侧面与所述第二侧面连接处。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述按键模组包括按压接收部,以及与所述按压接收部连接的电路部,所述按压接收部包括基底以及与所述基底连接的凸出部,所述凸出部与所述硬质导电基抵接,所述基底分别与所述凸出部以及所述电路部连接。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述软质装饰膜片上形成多个所述按压部。
  20. 根据权利要求14-19任一项所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述按压部外表面形成功能标记。
