Abstract

L'invention a pour but de permettre l'alignement et la vente de sushis congelés dans des récipients individuels. L'invention a également pour but de décongeler le riz à sushi et les ingrédients de sushi à une température appropriée. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un corps de récipient (12) et un couvercle (14) qui sont placés l'un au-dessus de l'autre pour l'utilisation. Le corps de récipient (12) et le couvercle (14) sont obtenus par moulage à la presse d'un plastique résistant à la chaleur qui est résistant à la chaleur reçue pendant la décongélation. Le corps de récipient (12) est pourvu de parties récipient (18) dans lesquelles des produits de type riz à sushi congelés (22) sont alignés et complètement enveloppés. Les bords d'ouverture (20) des parties récipient (18) sont reliés par des parties bride (16). Des ingrédients de sushi congelés (24) sont disposés en rangées de façon à recouvrir les bords d'ouverture (20) des parties récipient (18). Le couvercle (14) et les parties bride (16) prennent en sandwich tous les ingrédients de sushi (24), empêchant les ingrédients de sushi (24) de se déplacer.
