Description

一种全覆盖车边帐 技术领域
本发明属于车用帐篷技术领域,尤其是指一种全覆盖车边帐。
背景技术
近些年,野外露营渐渐成为人们必不可少的娱乐活动之一,而自驾游是人们野外露营选择最多、最方便的出行方式,人们通常会携带上帐篷和露营用品放置在后车厢,但后车厢的容量十分有限,导致后车厢经常被塞满,能携带的露营用品也因此受限。现今市面上出现了一种车边帐,使得帐篷无需再放置于后车厢,而是收纳在车体顶部侧边,使用时展开得到一片的帐篷,人们可以在帐篷下面活动,既可避雨,也可遮阳纳凉,从而通过利用车边的空间,为后车厢腾出更多的使用空间,这种的车边帐逐渐受到人们的青睐。
然而,现有车边帐展开的范围有限,导致人们的活动范围太小,时常出现露营用品摆放不下的情况出现,因此亟需扩展车边帐的覆盖范围。
技术问题
为了解决现有车顶帐篷中存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种全覆盖车边帐,满足大范围活动需求,且结构简单,使用方便。
技术解决方案
为达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案为:一种全覆盖车边帐,包括两个对称设置的帐篷组,每个帐篷组包括安装座、若干根支杆和主篷布,主篷布设置在安装座和支杆上,若干根支杆转动设置在安装座上,若干根支杆绕安装座向同一方向转动可使主篷布呈扇形展开或折叠,两个帐篷组在其最大转动角度的支杆外沿之间设有可拆卸连接的中间篷布。
作为较优的技术方案,两个安装座分别纵向安装在车顶两侧。
作为较优的技术方案,还包括撑地杆,撑地杆的顶端转动连接在支杆上,撑地杆的末端转动折叠在支杆的侧部或转动支撑于地面。
作为较优的技术方案,撑地杆的顶端开设第一通孔,支杆上开设第二通孔,通孔处设有螺栓和螺母,螺栓穿过第一通孔和第二通孔后螺纹连接螺母,撑地杆通过螺母拧紧折叠在支杆的侧部。
作为较优的技术方案,每两根支杆间隔设置一根撑地杆。

有益效果
采用上述方案后,本发明的增益效果在于:本发明收纳方便,使用轻便,支杆转动带动主篷布一起展开后,再将两边的中间篷布连接形成从车顶一侧至另一侧全覆盖的帐篷区域,大大地增加了帐篷的覆盖面积,使得人们可以极大范围地活动,而可拆卸连接的中间篷布又增添了车边帐的灵活性,为车边帐提供多样的使用状态。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
本发明提供一种全覆盖车边帐,如图1、图2和图5所示,包括两个对称设置的帐篷组1,每个帐篷组1包括安装座11、若干根支杆12和主篷布13,主篷布13设置在安装座11和支杆12上,两个安装座11分别纵向安装在车顶5两侧边,图3所示的是若干根支杆12转动设置在安装座11上,若干根支杆12绕安装座11向同一方向转动可使设置在支杆上的主篷布13呈扇形展开或折叠。支杆12设置的数量至少包括两根、三根或四根,本实施例以设置四根为例,支杆12至少包括依次铰接在安装座11上的第一支杆121、第二支杆122、第三支杆123和第四支杆124,如图3所示,安装座11分为两个部分,第一部分为固定在车顶5侧边的纵梁111,第二部分为固定在纵梁111上的铰接座112,铰接座112上设有四个斜向排布的铰接点16,且从里到外斜向排布,每个铰接点16对应铰接一根支杆12,当主篷布13处于折叠状态时,第一支杆121、第二支杆122、第三支杆123和第四支杆124有序排列地折叠于纵梁111侧部,而且不会产生干涉,当主篷布13处于展开状态时,如图2所示第四支杆124和安装座11之间的最大角度呈180°,使得两边的主篷布13各呈180°分布在车顶5两侧边,而其中的第一支杆121、第二支杆122和第三支杆123可分布在180°范围内的任意位置,在较优的技术方案中,第二支杆122与第四支杆124之间的角度呈90°,以使第二支杆122稳定支撑在主篷布13的中间位置,第一支杆121和第三支杆123对称分布在第二支杆122的两侧,且与第二支杆122之间的角度优选37°、45°、53°。
车顶5两侧的主篷布13各呈180°分布以覆盖两侧的区域,后车厢6的区域则由中间篷布14覆盖,如图5所示,两个帐篷组1在其最大转动角度的支杆(即第四支杆124)外沿之间设有可拆卸连接的中间篷布14,使两个主篷布13在展开状态下通过中间篷布14连接,如图6所示的两个帐篷组1各设有一中间篷布14,两个帐篷组1的中间篷布14通过可拆卸结构连接在一起,从而中间篷布14可以将后车厢的位置进行覆盖,进而与两侧的主篷布13一起从车顶5的一侧、经后车厢6、覆盖至车顶5的另一侧,还可以设计成如图8所示的其中一个帐篷组1设置一中间篷布14、另一个帐篷组1不设置,这样一来,该中间篷布14也能通过可拆卸结构连接在另一帐篷组的主篷布13上。
其中,两个中间篷布14之间的可拆卸结构可以是各式各样的,如拉链15、系绳和纽扣等,如图6所示的是优选采用拉链15连接,拉链15设置在中间篷布14的末端边缘,拉链15不论对于拆卸还是连接来说都比较省时省力,且拉链15易获取生产。
根据造型需要或使用场景的需要,中间篷布14的形状也可以是各式各样的,图6所示的是呈方形的中间篷布14,图7所示的是呈三角形的中间篷布14,还可以是弧形、异形等等,本案不作限定,优选呈方形的中间篷布14,两边方形对称,结构稳定且方便生产,材质可选择与主篷布13相同的材质,比如尼龙等。主篷布13和中间篷布14的外轮廓围合呈九边形或圆弧形,使得展开的车边帐整齐、富有美感。中间篷布14可折叠或卷收在支杆12侧部,随支杆12一同收折起来。
下面介绍车边帐展开后的支撑结构。
帐篷组还包括撑地杆2,撑地杆2的顶端转动连接在支杆12上,撑地杆2的末端转动折叠在支杆12的侧部或转动支撑于地面。每根支杆12都可设置一根撑地杆2,也可以每两根支杆12间隔设置一根撑地杆2,如图1、图2和图6所示,以第一支杆121和第三支杆123间隔各设置一根撑地杆2为例,当主篷布13处于折叠状态时,撑地杆2平行折叠于第一支杆121和第三支杆123的侧部,并与第一支杆121、第二支杆122、第三支杆123和第四支杆124平行折叠于安装座11,当主篷布13处于展开状态时,撑地杆2的末端转动支撑于地面,使主篷布13不会倾倒,而且无需每根都转动设置撑地杆2,间隔设置依然能起到良好的稳定性,可节省用材。当然,中间篷布14也可以设置撑地杆2,本案不作限定。
对于撑地杆2的转接结构,本实施例采用了结构和使用较为方便的一种,具体地,如图4所示,撑地杆2的顶端开设第一通孔,支杆上开设第二通孔,第一通孔和第二通孔处设有螺栓3和螺母4,螺栓3穿过第一通孔和第二通孔后螺纹连接螺母4,撑地杆2通过螺母4拧紧折叠在支杆12的侧部。当需要改变撑地杆2位置时,只要松开螺母4,使撑地杆2以螺栓3为中心转动到需要角度后再拧紧螺母4即可固定撑地杆2。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例,本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应属于本发明涵盖的范围内。

  1. 一种全覆盖车边帐,其特征在于:包括两个对称设置的帐篷组,每个帐篷组包括安装座、若干根支杆和主篷布,主篷布设置在安装座和支杆上,若干根支杆转动设置在安装座上,若干根支杆绕安装座向同一方向转动可使主篷布呈扇形展开或折叠,每个帐篷组在其最大转动角度的支杆外沿设有中间篷布,两个帐篷组在其最大转动角度的支杆外沿之间设有可拆卸连接的中间篷布。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种全覆盖车边帐,其特征在于:还包括撑地杆,撑地杆的顶端转动连接在支杆上,撑地杆的末端转动折叠在支杆的侧部或转动支撑于地面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种全覆盖车边帐,其特征在于:撑地杆的顶端开设第一通孔,支杆上开设第二通孔,通孔处设有螺栓和螺母,螺栓穿过第一通孔和第二通孔后螺纹连接螺母,撑地杆通过螺母拧紧折叠在支杆的侧部。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种全覆盖车边帐,其特征在于:每两根支杆间隔设置一根撑地杆。

  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种全覆盖车边帐,其特征在于:支杆至少包括依次铰接在安装座上的第一支杆、第二支杆、第三支杆和第四支杆,安装座上设有四个斜向排布的铰接点,每个铰接点对应铰接一根支杆,当主篷布处于折叠状态时,第一支杆、第二支杆、第三支杆和第四支杆平行折叠于安装座,当主篷布处于展开状态时,第四支杆和安装座之间的最大角度呈180°。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种全覆盖车边帐,其特征在于:第二支杆与第四支杆之间的角度呈90°。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种全覆盖车边帐,其特征在于:可拆卸结构采用拉链、系绳或纽扣,两个中间篷布通过拉链、系绳或纽扣连接在一起。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种全覆盖车边帐,其特征在于:中间篷布呈三角形、方形或弧形。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种全覆盖车边帐,其特征在于:两个安装座分别纵向安装在车顶两侧。
