Description

一种防干涉的折叠车边帐 技术领域
本发明属于车用帐篷技术领域,尤其是指一种防干涉的折叠车边帐。
背景技术
近些年,野外露营渐渐成为人们必不可少的娱乐活动之一,而自驾游是人们野外露营选择最多、最方便的出行方式,人们通常会携带上帐篷和露营用品放置在后车厢,但后车厢的容量十分有限,导致后车厢经常被塞满,能携带的露营用品也因此受限。现今市面上出现了一种车边帐,使得帐篷无需再放置于后车厢,而是展开和收纳在车体顶部侧边,为后车厢腾出更多的使用空间,然而,有些车辆的后车门由下往上转动打开时,许多用户反映后车门常常会在高处与车顶帐干涉,导致车顶帐损坏或后车门无法完全打开到位,因此,用户希望设计一种避免与打开的后车门干涉的车边帐。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,展开的极限角度为180°,不会与后车门干涉,使得后车门和车边帐都能正常转动开合。
技术解决方案
为达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案为:一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,包括安装座、若干根支杆、篷布和限位结构,篷布设置在安装座和支杆上,若干根支杆转动设置在安装座上,若干根支杆绕安装座向外转动使篷布呈扇形展开,或若干根支杆绕安装座向内转动使篷布折叠;最大转动角度的支杆上设有限位结构,当该最大转动角度的支杆转动至180°时,通过限位结构限制继续转动。
作为较优的技术方案,限位结构为撑地杆,最大转动角度的支杆上设有撑地杆,撑地杆的顶端转动连接在最大转动角度的支杆上,撑地杆的末端转动折叠在最大转动角度的支杆的侧部或转动支撑于地面,通过撑地杆支撑于地面以限制最大转动角度的支杆继续转动。
作为较优的技术方案,篷布展开的最大角度为180°。
作为较优的技术方案,撑地杆的顶端开设第一通孔,支杆上开设第二通孔,通孔处设有螺栓和螺母,螺栓穿过第一通孔和第二通孔后螺纹连接螺母,撑地杆通过螺母拧紧折叠在支杆的侧部。
作为较优的技术方案,安装座包括纵梁和铰接座,纵梁上设置铰接座,篷布设置在纵梁和支杆上,若干根支杆转动设置在铰接座上,若干根支杆绕铰接座向同一方向转动可使篷布呈扇形展开或折叠。
作为较优的技术方案,限位结构为挡板,最大转动角度的支杆的背面设置挡板,当该最大转动角度的支杆转动至180°时,挡板抵接纵梁以限制最大转动角度的支杆继续转动。
作为较优的技术方案,支杆设置的数量至少包括两根。
作为较优的技术方案,支杆至少包括依次铰接在安装座上的第一支杆、第二支杆、第三支杆和第四支杆,安装座上设有四个斜向排布的铰接点,每个铰接点对应铰接一根支杆,当篷布处于折叠状态时,第一支杆、第二支杆、第三支杆和第四支杆平行折叠于安装座,当篷布处于展开状态时,第四支杆和安装座之间的最大转动角度呈180°。
作为较优的技术方案,第二支杆与第四支杆之间的角度呈90°。
作为较优的技术方案,车边帐的数量为两组,两组车边帐分别对称设置在车顶的两侧。
有益效果
采用上述方案后,本发明的增益效果在于:本发明在纵梁上设置限位结构,使得最大转动角度的支杆在受到限位结构的限制下无法继续转动,从而保证支杆的最大转动角度不超过180°,进而后车门从下往上转动打开不会与车边帐干涉,实现后车门在开合路径上的正常使用,而且本发明收纳方便,使用轻便。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
本发明提供一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,如图1、图2和图5所示,包括安装座11、若干根支杆12、篷布13和限位结构,篷布13设置在安装座11和支杆12上,若干根支杆12转动设置在安装座11上,若干根支杆12绕安装座11向同一方向转动可使篷布13呈扇形展开或折叠,最大转动角度的支杆12上设有限位结构,当该最大转动角度的支杆转动至180°时,通过限位结构限制继续转动。
支杆12设置的数量至少包括两根、三根或四根,本实施例以设置四根为例,支杆12至少包括依次铰接在安装座11上的第一支杆121、第二支杆122、第三支杆123和第四支杆124,如图3所示,安装座11分为两个部分,第一部分为固定在车顶5侧边的纵梁111,第二部分为固定在纵梁111上的铰接座112,铰接座112上设有四个斜向排布的铰接点14,且从里到外斜向排布,每个铰接点14对应铰接一根支杆12,当篷布13处于折叠状态时,第一支杆121、第二支杆122、第三支杆123和第四支杆124序排列地折叠于纵梁111侧部,而且不会产生干涉,当篷布13处于展开状态时,如图5所示第四支杆124和安装座11之间的最大角度呈180°,使得篷布13各呈180°布置在车顶5侧边,而其中的第一支杆121、第二支杆122和第三支杆123可分布在180°范围内的任意位置,在较优的技术方案中,第二支杆122与第四支杆124之间的角度呈90°,以使第二支杆122稳定支撑在篷布13的中间位置,第一支杆121和第三支杆123对称分布在第二支杆122的两侧,且与第二支杆122之间的角度优选37°、45°、53°。
本案的限位结构可以有很多种设计形式,下面通过两个实施例介绍两种可设计的限位结构,但需清楚的是,实施例仅是众多限位结构较优的设计方案,并非对限位结构进行限定。
实施例
如图1和图5所示,限位结构为撑地杆2,最大转动角度的支杆(第四支杆124)上设有撑地杆2,撑地杆2的顶端转动连接在最大转动角度的支杆(第四支杆124)上,撑地杆2的末端转动折叠在最大转动角度的支杆(第四支杆124)的侧部或转动支撑于地面,当该最大转动角度的支杆(第四支杆124)转动至180°,通过撑地杆2支撑于地面以限制最大转动角度的支杆(第四支杆124)继续转动,从而完成展开角度固定为180°,最大转动角度的支杆(第四支杆124)平行于安装座11,防止与后车门6干涉。
每根支杆12都可设置一根撑地杆2,也可以每两根支杆12间隔设置一根撑地杆2,无需每根都转动设置撑地杆2,间隔设置依然能起到良好的稳定性,可节省用材。当篷布13处于展开状态时,撑地杆2的末端转动支撑于地面,既使得篷布13具有支撑力,不会倾倒,而且又能实现180°角度固定。
对于撑地杆2的转接结构,本实施例采用了结构和使用较为方便的一种,具体地,如图4所示,撑地杆2的顶端开设第一通孔,支杆上开设第二通孔,第一通孔和第二通孔处设有螺栓3和螺母4,螺栓3穿过第一通孔和第二通孔后螺纹连接螺母4,撑地杆2通过螺母4拧紧折叠在支杆12的侧部。当需要改变撑地杆2位置时,只要松开螺母4,使撑地杆2以螺栓3为中心转动到需要角度后再拧紧螺母4即可固定撑地杆2。
实施例
如图3所示,限位结构为挡板15,最大转动角度的支杆(第四支杆124)的背面设置挡板15,当该最大转动角度的支杆(第四支杆124)转动至180°时,挡板15抵接纵梁111以限制最大转动角度的支杆(第四支杆124)继续转动,抵接纵梁111的边缘或表面都可以,本案不作限定,从而也能实现180°展开角度的固定,防止与后车门6干涉,使后车门6可以正常打开。
此外,上述任一实施例都可在设计篷布13时,通过合理控制篷布13的用料控制篷布13的展开角度,控制篷布13的用料使篷布13展开的最大极限角度为180°,此时篷布13最为紧绷,使用感受上来说从松弛到紧绷说明篷布13展开了180°。
再者,车边帐1的数量可以设计为两组,如图1所示的是两组车边帐1通过纵梁111安装在车顶5两侧的示意图,两组车边帐1对称设置,这样车顶5两侧都能够使用车边帐1遮阳并且展开180°,中间留有空间供后车门6转动开合。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例,本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应属于本发明涵盖的范围内。

  1. 一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,其特征在于:包括安装座、若干根支杆、篷布和限位结构,篷布设置在安装座和支杆上,若干根支杆转动设置在安装座上,若干根支杆绕安装座向外转动使篷布呈扇形展开,或若干根支杆绕安装座向内转动使篷布折叠;最大转动角度的支杆上设有限位结构,当该最大转动角度的支杆转动至180°时,通过限位结构限制继续转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,其特征在于:限位结构为撑地杆,最大转动角度的支杆上设有撑地杆,撑地杆的顶端转动连接在最大转动角度的支杆上,撑地杆的末端转动折叠在最大转动角度的支杆的侧部或转动支撑于地面,通过撑地杆支撑于地面以限制最大转动角度的支杆继续转动。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,其特征在于:篷布展开的最大角度为180°。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,其特征在于:撑地杆的顶端开设第一通孔,支杆上开设第二通孔,通孔处设有螺栓和螺母,螺栓穿过第一通孔和第二通孔后螺纹连接螺母,撑地杆通过螺母拧紧折叠在支杆的侧部。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,其特征在于:安装座包括纵梁和铰接座,纵梁上设置铰接座,篷布设置在纵梁和支杆上,若干根支杆转动设置在铰接座上,若干根支杆绕铰接座向同一方向转动可使篷布呈扇形展开或折叠。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,其特征在于:限位结构为挡板,最大转动角度的支杆的背面设置挡板,当该最大转动角度的支杆转动至180°时,挡板抵接纵梁以限制最大转动角度的支杆继续转动。

  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,其特征在于:支杆至少包括依次铰接在安装座上的第一支杆、第二支杆、第三支杆和第四支杆,安装座上设有四个斜向排布的铰接点,每个铰接点对应铰接一根支杆,当篷布处于折叠状态时,第一支杆、第二支杆、第三支杆和第四支杆平行折叠于安装座,当篷布处于展开状态时,第四支杆和安装座之间的最大转动角度呈180°。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,其特征在于:第二支杆与第四支杆之间的角度呈90°。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种防干涉的折叠车边帐,其特征在于:车边帐的数量为两组,两组车边帐分别对称设置在车顶的两侧。
