Abstract

본 발명은 물감과 물감에 혼합될 향료로 분리 수용되어 있고 사용 시에만 향 성분이 물감이 혼합되도록 함으로써 사용 시 물감과 향료의 물성이 유지되도록 하고, 물감 고유의 불쾌한 냄새를 없앨 수 있으며, 시각장애인이 용이하게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 물감이 수용되는 상단 개방의 물감수용 용기 부재; 상기 물감수용 용기 부재의 상단부에 하단부가 결합되는 상하부 개방의 중간연결 용기 부재; 상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 상단부에 결합되며, 향료가 수용되게 구성되는 향료수용 용기 부재; 및 상기 중간연결 용기 부재에 구비되어 상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 향료수용 용기 부재의 결합 상태에 따라 상기 향료수용 용기 부재에 수용된 향료가 격리 또는 배출되도록 구성되는 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단;을 포함하는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기가 제공된다

Description

시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기 및 물감 혼합용 용기
본 발명은 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 물감과 물감에 혼합될 향료로 분리 수용되어 있고 사용 시에만 향 성분이 물감이 혼합되도록 함으로써 사용 시 물감과 향료의 물성이 유지되도록 하고, 물감 고유의 불쾌한 냄새를 없앨 수 있으며, 시각장애인이 용이하게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기에 관한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 물감 혼합용 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 두 색상의 물감이 분리 수용되어 있어 각각의 물감을 사용할 수 있으며, 두 색상을 물감을 혼합하고자 하는 경우 용이하고 신속하게 혼합하여 사용할 수 있는 물감 혼합용 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 그림물감은 색상별로 튜브에 들어 있거나 또는 단순한 용기에 담겨져서 있으므로 사용시에는 파렛트에 짜내거나 덜어서 쓰고 있다.
따라서, 사용 시 수평방향으로 부피가 큰 그림물감과 파렛트를 휴대하여야 하므로 번거롭고 불편한 문제점을 수반하는 경우가 많다.
또한, 필요한 양만큼 파렛트에 물감을 덜어 내거나 짜내어서 사용하게 되는데 대부분 쓰고자 하는 물감보다 더 많은 양을 덜어 내거나 짜내어서 사용하게 되므로 물감 낭비를 초래하고 비경제적인 문제점이 있다.
또한, 물감을 사용하다 보면, 물감 특유의 냄새 때문에 학생들의 기분이 불쾌해지고 두통까지 생기는 경우가 종종 있다. 따라서, 이러한 냄새 때문에 미술에 대한 흥미가 낮아지는 문제점이 있었다. 또한, 이러한 물감을 사용하여 그린 그림에도 물감 특유의 냄새가 남아 있기 때문에, 그림에 대한 애착도 낮아지는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 다량의 점도가 큰 물감이나 페인트를 혼합하는 경우 균일하게 섞이도록 골고루 잘 저어 주는 것은 쉽지 않다. 이를 간편하게 할 수 있는 용기의 개발이 필요하다.

일 예로, 기존의 시각 장애인용 미술 교육과 관련하여 여러 도구가 제안되어 있으며, 촉각적 감각만을 사용하도록 제작된다. 촉각만으로도 일부 미술 작품을 창작할 수 있도록 교육할 수 있기 때문이다.
그러나 기존 시각장애인용 미술 교육 도구는 대부분 입체적 형태이며, 시각 장애가 있는 사람이 2차원 평면에 그림을 그리는 활동을 고려하여 물감을 용이하게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 도구는 전혀 제안되어 있지 않으며, 이에 대한 연구와 개발이 실정이다.
상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은, 사용 시에 향 성분이 물감이 혼합되도록 함으로써 사용 시 물감과 향료의 물성이 유지되도록 하고, 물감 고유의 불쾌한 냄새를 없앨 수 있으며, 시각장애인이 용이하게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은, 두 색상의 물감이 분리 수용되어 있어 각각의 물감을 사용할 수 있으며, 두 색상을 물감을 혼합하고자 하는 경우 용이하고 신속하게 혼합하여 사용할 수 있는 물감 혼합용 용기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 해결과제는 이상에서 언급한 것들에 한정되지 않으며, 언급되지 아니한 다른 해결과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기 본 발명의 목적들 및 다른 특징들을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 관점에 따르면, 물감이 수용되는 상단 개방의 물감수용 용기 부재; 상기 물감수용 용기 부재의 상단부에 하단부가 결합되는 상하부 개방의 중간연결 용기 부재; 상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 상단부에 결합되며, 향료가 수용되게 구성되는 향료수용 용기 부재; 및 상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재 간이 결합된 상태에서 상기 향료수용 용기 부재에 수용된 향료가 배출되지 않게 폐쇄되고, 상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재 간이 결합해제될 시, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재에 수용된 향료가 배출되어 상기 물감수용 용기 부재 내의 물감과 혼합되도록 구성되는 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단;을 포함하고, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재는 일면 개방된 통 형상의 결합부; 및 상기 결합부의 내측 중앙부에 형성되어 향료가 수용되는 통 형상의 향료 수용부;를 포함하며, 상기 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단은 상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 내면에 형성되는 링형 플레이트부와, 상기 링형 플레이트부에서 둘레 방향으로 간격을 가지며, 방사상으로 연장되는 지지편부, 및 상기 지지편부 각각의 연장단에 연결되는 폐쇄 플레이트부;를 포함하며, 상기 향료 수용부는 상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재가 결합된 상태에서, 상기 폐쇄 플레이트부의 상면에 접촉하여 그 개방부가 폐쇄되는 높이를 갖는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기가 제공된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 물감수용 용기 부재와 상기 중간연결 용기 부재 및 상기 향료수용 용기 부재 간은 나사산 결합되게 구성되며, 상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 나사산부와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재의 나사산부는, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재가 결합해제 방향으로 일정 정도 회전한 이후 헛돌면서 상기 중간연결 용기 부재로부터 탈락되지 않게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄 플레이트부는 단면이 원뿔 형태나 돔 형태 또는 삼각형으로 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 물감수용 용기 부재와 중간연결 용기 부재 및 향료수용 용기 부재 중 적어도 하나에는 물감 및 향료의 종류를 읽을 수 있는 점자가 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기는 상기 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단에 구비되어 상기 향료의 격리 상태를 보강하도록 구성되는 격리 보강 수단;을 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 격리 보강 수단은 상기 폐쇄 플레이트부의 상면에서 상기 용기 수용부의 형상과 상응한 형상으로 형성되어 상기 향료수용 용기 부재의 용기 수용부의 개구 단부가 끼움되는 통 형상의 끼움 결합부로 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 관점에 따르면, 제1 색상 물감이 수용되는 상단 개방의 제1색상물감수용 용기 부재; 상기 제1색상물감수용 용기 부재의 상단부에 하단부가 결합되는 상하부 개방의 중간연결 용기 부재; 상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 상단부에 결합되며, 제2 색상 물감이 수용되게 구성되는 제2색상물감수용 용기 부재; 및 상기 중간연결 용기 부재에 구비되어 상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 제2 색상물감수용 용기 부재의 결합 상태에 따라 상기 제2색상물감수용 용기 부재에 수용된 제2 색상 물감이 격리 또는 배출되도록 구성되는 격리-격리해제 수단;을 포함하고, 상기 제2색상물감수용 용기 부재는 일면 개방된 통 형상의 결합부, 및 상기 결합부의 내측 중앙부에 형성되어 제2 색상 물감이 수용되는 통 형상의제2색상물감 수용부;를 포함하고, 상기 격리-격리해제 수단은 상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 내면에 형성되는 링형 플레이트부와, 상기 링형 플레이트부에서 둘레 방향으로 간격을 가지며, 방사상으로 연장되는 지지편부, 및 상기 지지편부 각각의 연장단에 연결되는 폐쇄 플레이트부;를 포함하며, 상기 제2색상물감 수용부는 상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 상기 제2색상물감수용 용기 부재가 결합된 상태에서, 상기 폐쇄 플레이트부의 상면에 접촉하여 그 개방부가 폐쇄되는 높이를 갖고 형성되는 물감 혼합용 용기가 제공된다.
본 발명에 따른 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기에 의하면 다음과 같은 효과를 제공한다.
첫째, 본 발명은 향료와 물감이 안정적이고 확실하게 분리 구획되어 있어 운반이나 이동 시 용기에 요동이 발생하는 경우라도 향료와 물감이 혼합되지 않도록 하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명에 따른 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기는, 향료와 물감을 분리 저장하고, 사용 시 향료와 물감이 혼합되도록 구성되는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기로서, 도 1 내지 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 크게 물감수용 용기 부재(100)와, 중간연결 용기 부재(200)와, 향료수용 용기 부재(300), 및 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단(400)을 포함한다.

구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기는, 향료와 물감을 분리 저장하고, 사용 시 향료와 물감이 혼합되도록 구성되는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기로서, 도 1 내지 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 상부가 개방된 용기 형태로 형성되어 물감(paint)이 수용되게 구성되는 물감수용 용기 부재(100); 상기 물감수용 용기 부재(100)의 상단부에 일단부(하단부)가 착탈가능하게 결합되는 상하부 개방의 중간연결 용기 부재(200); 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 타단부(상단부)에 착탈가능하게 결합되며, 향료가 수용되게 구성되는 향료수용 용기 부재(300); 및 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)에 구비되어 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)와 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 결합 상태에 따라 향료수용 용기 부재(300)에 수용된 향료가 격리 또는 배출되도록 구성, 다시 말해서 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300) 간이 결합된 상태에서 향료수용 용기 부재(300)에 수용된 향료가 배출되지 않게 폐쇄되고, 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300) 간이 결합해제되는 경우, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)에 수용된 향료가 배출되어 상기 물감수용 용기 부재(100) 내의 물감과 혼합되도록 구성되는 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단(400);을 포함한다.
상기 물감수용 용기 부재(100)는 상부가 개방된 용기 형태로 형성되어 물감(paint)이 수용되게 구성되는 구성부이다.
상기 물감수용 용기 부재(100)는 소정 직경을 가지며, 상부 개방되고 밑면이 폐쇄된 통 형상, 바람직하게는 원통 형상으로 형성된다.
상기 물감수용 용기 부재(100)의 상부는 몸체부(110)의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지며, 중간연결 용기 부재(200)와 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 결합 원통부(120)를 가지며, 상기 결합 원통부(120)의 외연에는 나사산부(121)가 형성되어 중간연결 용기 부재(200)와 나사산 결합되게 된다.
계속해서, 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)는 상기 물감수용 용기 부재(100)의 상단부에 일단부(하단부)가 착탈가능하게 결합되는 구성부이다.
상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)는 상하부 개방된 통 형상으로 형성되며, 하단부 내연에 형성된 나사산부(201)를 통해 상기 물감수용 용기 부재(100)의 결합 원통부(120)에 나사산 결합된다.
또한, 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)는 상단부 내연에 나사산부(202)가 형성되고, 상기 나사산부(202)를 통해 향료수용 용기 부재(300)가 결합 및 결합해제된다.
다음으로, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)는 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 타단부(상단부)에 착탈가능하게 결합되며, 향료가 배출가능하게 수용되는 구성부이다.
상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)는 일면(도면에서 하면)이 개방되고 타면(도면에서 상면)이 폐쇄된 통 형상의 결합부(310), 및 상기 결합부(310)의 내측 중앙부에 형성되어 향료가 수용되는 통 형상의 향료 수용부(320)를 포함한다.
상기 향료 수용부(320)는 향료수용 용기 부재(300)와 중간연결 용기 부재(200)가 결합 완료된 상태에서 그 향료 수용부(320)의 끝단이 아래에서 상세히 설명될 상기 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단(400)의 폐쇄 플레이트부 또는 구획 플레이트를 가압 접촉할 수 있게 형성된다.
상기 향료 수용부(320)의 단부는 상기 결합부(310)의 단부보다 더 돌출되게 형성된다. 다시 말해서, 상기 향료 수용부(320)의 높이는 상기 결합부(310)의 높이보다 높게 형성된다. 이는 아래에서 상세히 설명할 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단(400)과 긴밀하게 연관된다.
상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 결합부(310)의 하부 외연에는 나사산부(311)가 형성되어 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 상단부 측 나사산부(202)에 나사산 결합된다.
여기에서, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 결합부(310)의 나사산부(311)와 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 나사산부(202) 간에 나사산 결합됨에 있어, 상기 결합부(310)의 나사산부(311)와 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 나사산부(202)는 향료수용 용기 부재(300)가 결합해제 방향으로 회전하여 일정 정도 분리되되 향료수용 용기 부재(300)가 중간연결 용기 부재(200)로부터 탈락되지 않게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
다시 말해서, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)가 결합해제 될 시 일정 정도 회전하여 결합해제되나, 그 일정 정도 이후에는 헛돌면서 중간연결 용기 부재(200)로부터 탈락되지 않게 상기 결합부(310)의 나사산부(311)와 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 나사산부(202)가 형성된다.
상기와 같이 나사산부 간의 상호 결합 관계를 통해 두 부재가 결합해제되면서 일정 회전 시점에서 헛돌면서 분리되지 않게 구성되는 것은 공지의 것을 채용하므로 이에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
다음으로, 상기 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단(400)은 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)에 구비되어 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)와 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 결합 상태에 따라 향료수용 용기 부재(300)에 수용된 향료가 격리 또는 배출되도록 구성되는 구성부이다. 다시 말해서 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)는 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300) 간이 결합되어 있는 경우, 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 향료 수용부(320)에 수용된 향료가 배출되지 않게 폐쇄하고, 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300) 간이 결합해제되는 경우, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 향료 수용부(320)에 수용된 향료가 상기 물감수용 용기 부재(100) 측으로 배출되어 물감과 혼합되도록 구성되는 구성부이다.
구체적으로, 상기 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단(400)은 일 실시 형태로 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 내면에 형성되는 링형 플레이트부(410)와, 상기 링형 플레이트부(410)에서 둘레 방향으로 간격을 가지며, 방사상으로 연장되는 지지편부(420), 및 상기 지지편부(420) 각각의 연장단에 연결되는 폐쇄 플레이트부(430)를 포함한다.
상기 링형 플레이트부(410)는 환형 링 형태로 형성될 수 있고, 사각 링 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 지지편부(420)는 향료수용 용기 부재(300)가 중간연결 용기 부재(200)에 결합되어, 그 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 향료 수용부(320)가 폐쇄 플레이트부(430)의 상면에 접촉(가압 접촉)할 때 탄성체로서의 역할을 하게 된다.
상기 지지편부(420)는 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 하부 측 나사산부(201)와 상부 측 나사산부(202) 사이에 형성된다.
상기 폐쇄 플레이트부(430)는 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 향료 수용부(320)의 개구부의 사이즈보다 크게 형성된다.
여기에서, 상기 폐쇄 플레이트부(430)는 단면이 원뿔 형태나 돔 형태 또는 삼각형으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이는 향료수용 용기 부재(300)를 결합해제 방향으로 회전시켜 어느 정도 분리하게 되면, 폐쇄 플레이트부(430)에 의해 폐쇄된 향룔 수용부(320)의 개구부가 개방되고, 그로부터 배출되는 향료가 경사진 폐쇄 플레이트(320)의 상면을 타고 내려가서 지지편부(420)를 사이를 통과하여 물감수용 용기 부재(100)로 흘러들어 가도록 하기 위함이다.
여기에서, 상기 향료 수용부(320)의 개방단의 형상은 상기 폐쇄 플레이트부(430)의 상면에 밀접하게 접촉할 수 있는 형상으로 형성된다.
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기에 포함되는 격리 보강 수단이 구비된 격리-격리해제 수단을 나타내는 평면도이며, 도 8은 본 발명에 따른 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기에 포함되는 격리 보강 수단이 구비된 격리-격리해제 수단을 나타내는 단면도이다.
상기 일 실시 예의 상기 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단(400)은 상기 폐쇄 플레이트부(430)의 상면에서 상기 용기 수용부(320)의 형상과 상응한 형상으로 형성되어 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 용기 수용부(320)의 개구 단부가 끼움되는 격리 보강 수단을 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 격리 보강 수단은 통 형상의 끼움 결합부(440)로 형성될 수 있다. 상기 끼움 결합부의 바닥부에는 링형 오링이 구비될 수 있다.
이와 같이 폐쇄 플레이트부(430)에 끼움 결합부(440)가 형성되는 경우, 향료수용 용기 부재(300)과 중간연결 용기 부재(200)가 결합되어 향료 수용부(320)와 폐쇄 플레이트부(430)가 접촉된 상태에서 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 향료 수용부(320)의 개구 단부가 끼움 결합부(440)에 끼움 결합됨으로써 그 향료 수용부(320)에 수용된 향료가 새지 않도록 하며, 특히 이동 시 향료의 누출을 확실하게 방지할 수 있다.
상기한 일 실시 예의 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단(400)에서 링형 플레이트부(410)는 생략될 수 있다.
다시 말해서, 상기 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단(400)은 다른 실시 예로, 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 내면에서 둘레방향으로 간격을 가지며, 방사상으로 연장되는 지지편부, 및 상기 지지편부 각각의 연장단에 연결되는 폐쇄 플레이트부를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 지지편부는 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 하부 측 나사산부(201)와 상부 측 나사산부(202) 사이에 형성된다.
상기 폐쇄 플레이트부에는 상기한 일 실시 예에서 설명한 바와 같은 끼움 결합부(440) 및 오링이 구비될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단(400)은 또 다른 실시 예로서, 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 내면에서 상부와 하부를 구획하여 형성되는 구획 플레이트, 및 상기 구획 플레이트의 가장자리, 바람직하게는 중간연결 용기 부재(200)와 구획 플레이트의 이음부에 형성되는 향료 통과 구멍을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 구획 플레이트는 단면이 원뿔 형태나 돔 형태 또는 삼각형으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 구획 플레이트는 상기 중간연결 용기 부재(200)의 하부 측 나사산부(201)와 상부 측 나사산부(202) 사이에 형성된다.
상기 구획 플레이트의 상면에는 상기한 일 실시 예에서 설명한 바와 같은 끼움 결합부(440) 및 오링이 구비될 수 있다.
상기 향료 통과 구멍은 둘레 방향으로 간격을 갖고 복수 형성될 수 있고, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 향료 수용부(320)의 개구부가 접촉하는 부분 이외의 구획 플레이트에 형성된다.
상기한 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기는 물감수용 용기 부재(100)와 중간연결 용기 부재(200) 및 향료수용 용기 부재(300) 중 적어도 하나에는 사용자인 시각장애인이 물감 및 향료의 종류를 손가락으로 더듬어 읽을 수 있는 점자가 형성된다.
상기한 바와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에 따른 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기는, 먼저 향료수용 용기 부재(300)를 위로 향한 상태에서 향료 수용부(320)에 소정 양의 향료를 수용시킨 다음, 향료 수용부(320)가 위로 향한 상태에서 중간연결 용기 부재(200)를 결합시켜서 그 향료 수용부(320)는 중간연결 용기 부재(200)에 구성된 폐쇄 플레이트부(430) 또는 구획 플레이트에 의해 폐쇄된다. 그리고 이러한 상태에서 중간연결 용기 부재(200)를 물감수용 용기 부재(100)와 결합하여, 도 7에 나타낸 바와 같이 향료와 물감이 분리된 상태에 있게 된다.
여기에서, 상기한 격리 보강 수단인 끼움 결합부(440)가 폐쇄 플레이트부(430) 또는 구획 플레이트에 형성되는 경우, 향료를 보다 확실하게 폐쇄시킬 수 있다.
그리고 사용 시에는 향료수용 용기 부재(300)를 결합해제 방향으로 회전시켜서 향료수용 용기 부재(300)가 상승하게 되면, 향료수용 용기 부재(300)의 향료 수용부(320)는 폐쇄 플레이트부(430) 또는 구획 플레이트로부터 이격되고, 이에 따라 향료 수용부(320)에 수용된 향료는 자중으로 물감수용 용기 부재(100) 내로 흘러들어가 물감과 혼합되게 된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같은 본 발명에 따른 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기에 의하면, 향료와 물감이 안정적이고 확실하게 분리 구획되어 있어 운반이나 이동 시 용기에 요동이 발생하는 경우라도 향료와 물감이 혼합되지 않도록 하며, 사용 시에만 향 성분이 물감이 혼합되도록 함으로써 사용 시 물감과 향료의 물성이 유지되도록 하여 제품 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 물감 특유의 냄새를 없앨 수 있어 사용자로 하여금 불쾌감을 유발시키지 않으며, 향을 통해 물감을 구분 선택할 수 있어 시각장애인의 미술 창작 활동에 기여할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
본 명세서에서 설명되는 실시 예와 첨부된 도면은 본 발명에 포함되는 기술적 사상의 일부를 예시적으로 설명하는 것에 불과하다. 따라서, 본 명세서에 개시된 실시 예는 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이므로, 이러한 실시 예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아님은 자명하다. 본 발명의 명세서 및 도면에 포함된 기술적 사상의 범위 내에서 당업자가 용이하게 유추할 수 있는 변형 예와 구체적인 실시 예는 모두 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 물감이 수용되는 상단 개방의 물감수용 용기 부재;
    상기 물감수용 용기 부재의 상단부에 하단부가 결합되는 상하부 개방의 중간연결 용기 부재;
    상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 상단부에 결합되며, 향료가 수용되게 구성되는 향료수용 용기 부재; 및
    상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재 간이 결합된 상태에서 상기 향료수용 용기 부재에 수용된 향료가 배출되지 않게 폐쇄되고, 상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재 간이 결합해제될 시, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재에 수용된 향료가 배출되어 상기 물감수용 용기 부재 내의 물감과 혼합되도록 구성되는 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단;을 포함하고,
    상기 향료수용 용기 부재는 일면 개방된 통 형상의 결합부; 및 상기 결합부의 내측 중앙부에 형성되어 향료가 수용되는 통 형상의 향료 수용부;를 포함하며,
    상기 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단은 상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 내면에 형성되는 링형 플레이트부와, 상기 링형 플레이트부에서 둘레 방향으로 간격을 가지며, 방사상으로 연장되는 지지편부, 및 상기 지지편부 각각의 연장단에 연결되는 폐쇄 플레이트부;를 포함하며,
    상기 향료 수용부는 상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재가 결합된 상태에서, 상기 폐쇄 플레이트부의 상면에 접촉하여 그 개방부가 폐쇄되는 높이를 갖는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 물감수용 용기 부재와 상기 중간연결 용기 부재 및 상기 향료수용 용기 부재 간은 나사산 결합되게 구성되며,
    상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 나사산부와 상기 향료수용 용기 부재의 나사산부는, 상기 향료수용 용기 부재가 결합해제 방향으로 일정 정도 회전한 이후 헛돌면서 상기 중간연결 용기 부재로부터 탈락되지 않게 형성되는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 폐쇄 플레이트부는 단면이 원뿔 형태나 돔 형태 또는 삼각형으로 형성되는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 물감수용 용기 부재와 중간연결 용기 부재 및 향료수용 용기 부재 중 적어도 하나에는 물감 및 향료의 종류를 읽을 수 있는 점자가 형성되는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 결합상태연동 향료 격리 및 배출 수단에 구비되어 상기 향료의 격리 상태를 보강하도록 구성되는 격리 보강 수단;을 포함하는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 격리 보강 수단은,
    상기 폐쇄 플레이트부의 상면에서 상기 용기 수용부의 형상과 상응한 형상으로 형성되어 상기 향료수용 용기 부재의 용기 수용부의 개구 단부가 끼움되는 통 형상의 끼움 결합부로 형성되는 시각장애인용 향물감 특수 용기.
  7. 제1 색상 물감이 수용되는 상단 개방의 제1색상물감수용 용기 부재;
    상기 제1색상물감수용 용기 부재의 상단부에 하단부가 결합되는 상하부 개방의 중간연결 용기 부재;
    상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 상단부에 결합되며, 제2 색상 물감이 수용되게 구성되는 제2색상물감수용 용기 부재; 및
    상기 중간연결 용기 부재에 구비되어 상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 제2 색상물감수용 용기 부재의 결합 상태에 따라 상기 제2색상물감수용 용기 부재에 수용된 제2 색상 물감이 격리 또는 배출되도록 구성되는 격리-격리해제 수단;을 포함하고,
    상기 제2색상물감수용 용기 부재는 일면 개방된 통 형상의 결합부, 및 상기 결합부의 내측 중앙부에 형성되어 제2 색상 물감이 수용되는 통 형상의제2색상물감 수용부;를 포함하고,
    상기 격리-격리해제 수단은 상기 중간연결 용기 부재의 내면에 형성되는 링형 플레이트부와, 상기 링형 플레이트부에서 둘레 방향으로 간격을 가지며, 방사상으로 연장되는 지지편부, 및 상기 지지편부 각각의 연장단에 연결되는 폐쇄 플레이트부;를 포함하며,
    상기 제2색상물감 수용부는 상기 중간연결 용기 부재와 상기 제2색상물감수용 용기 부재가 결합된 상태에서, 상기 폐쇄 플레이트부의 상면에 접촉하여 그 개방부가 폐쇄되는 높이를 갖고 형성되는 물감 혼합용 용기.
