本申请涉及调节装置、座椅及交通工具的技术领域。
背景技术
随着汽车产品的不断更新换代,汽车座椅产品也在升级完善。汽车座椅一般包括靠背以及椅座,为使不同身高的驾驶员能舒适操作方向盘或者使乘员有舒适的乘坐体验,则需要将椅座设置为不仅能垂直抬高还可倾斜,以便能够达到膝盖与心脏平齐的零重力姿态,乘员可根据需求对椅座的高度及倾斜角度进行调节。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种调节装置。
本申请的另一目的是提供一种座椅。
本申请的又一目的是提供一种交通工具。
根据本申请一方面的一种调节装置,用于调节椅座的倾斜角度及高度,包括调节机构,所述调节机构包括第一调节机构和第二调节机构,所述第一调节机构,包括第一连接件及第一驱动组件,所述第一驱动组件包括第一驱动杆及第一导向支架,所述第一导向支架的一端套接于所述第一驱动杆的移动端,所述第一导向支架的另一端连接于所述第一连接件的一端;所述第二调节机构,包括第二连接件及第二驱动组件,所述第二驱动组件包括第二驱动杆及第二导向支架,所述第二导向支架的一端套接于所述第二驱动杆的移动端,所述第二导向支架的另一端连接于所述第二连接件的一端;其中,所述第一连接件的另一端、所述第二连接件的另一端用于连接驱动所述椅座移动。
本申请的技术方案通过设置驱动杆和导向支架,驱动杆驱动导向支架一同前后移动进而驱动连接件带动椅座进行倾斜角度及抬高调节,相比于对比方案采用电动调高泵,避免了齿轮啮合导致的抖动、跳跃的问题,调节过程稳定且不会产生死亡音,提升了使用者的体验感及舒适性。
在所述的调节装置的一个或多个实施例中,还包括框架,所述框架包括活动部及固定部,所述活动部位于所述固定部的上侧,所述活动部用于连接驱动所述椅座 移动;所述第一连接件的另一端转动连接于所述活动部,所述第一驱动杆的固定端固定连接于所述固定部;所述第二连接件的另一端转动连接于所述活动部,所述第二驱动杆的固定端固定连接于所述固定部。
在所述的调节装置的一个或多个实施例中,所述第一调节机构位于所述框架的内侧一侧,所述第二调节机构位于所述框架的内侧另一侧,所述第一调节机构用于所述椅座的前端倾斜角度调节,所述第二调节机构用于所述椅座的后端抬高调节。
在所述的调节装置的一个或多个实施例中,所述第一连接件包括上连接件和下连接件,所述上连接件的一端与所述下连接件的一端转动连接,所述上连接件的另一端与所述活动部转动连接,所述下连接件的另一端与所述第一导向支架的另一端转动连接。
在所述的调节装置的一个或多个实施例中,所述第一调节机构还包括与所述第一连接件沿横向对应间隔设置的第一对应连接件,所述第一对应连接件包括上对应连接件和下对应连接件,所述上对应连接件与所述上连接件通过第一连接管连接,所述下对应连接件与所述下连接件通过第二连接管连接;所述第二调节机构还包括与所述第二连接件沿横向对应间隔设置的第二对应连接件,所述第二连接件与所述第二对应连接件通过第三连接管连接。

随着对车辆乘坐舒适性的要求日益提高,需要进一步改善车辆的座椅。
本申请的发明人经过深入研究发现,目前对于椅座的抬高以及角度倾斜大多采用电动调高泵调节,电动调高泵在结构上的作用机理是齿轮啮合,齿与齿之间的啮合传动会出现抖动、跳跃的问题,同时也无法百分百消除到达传动限位时出现的死亡音,大大影响使用者的体验感、降低舒适性。
基于以上考虑,发明人经过深入研究,设计了一种调节装置,通过设置驱动杆和导向支架,驱动杆驱动导向支架前后移动进而驱动连接件带动椅座进行倾斜角度及抬高调节,相比于对比方案采用电动调高泵,避免了齿轮啮合导致的抖动、跳跃的问题,调节过程稳定且不会产生死亡音,提升了使用者的体验感及舒适性。
虽然本申请实施例公开的调节装置适用于交通工具以达到椅座倾斜角度、抬高调节稳定的效果,但不以此为限,例如可以适用于其他的应用场合,例如重型车辆、铁路列车、船舶,也可以适用于其他的固定场所,例如会场、礼堂、电影院等,只要是座椅可以应用本申请实施例公开的调节装置即可。
参考图1A至图3所示,在一个实施例中,用于调节椅座200的倾斜角度及高度的调节装置100的具体结构可以是,包括调节机构10。调节机构10包括第一调节机构1和第二调节机构2:第一调节机构1包括第一连接件11及第一驱动组件12,第一驱动组件12包括第一驱动杆101及第一导向支架102,第一导向支架102的一端1021套接于第一驱动杆101的移动端1011,第一导向支架102的另一端1022连接于第一连接件11的一端1101;第二调节机构2包括第二连接件21及第二驱动组件22,第二驱动组件22包括第二驱动杆201及第二导向支架202,第二导向支架202的一端2021套接于第二驱动杆201的移动端2011,第二导向支架202的另一端2022连接于第二连接件21的一端211。其中,第一连接件11的另一端、第二连接件21的另一端212用于连接驱动椅座200移动。
此处的“第一驱动杆101、第二驱动杆201”的含义是指提供调节机构驱动力的结构,例如图1A结合图3所示,第一驱动杆101的移动端驱动第一导向支架102前后移动进而驱动第一连接件11带动椅座200的前端移动;又如图2A结合图3所示,第二驱动杆101的移动端驱动第二导向支架202前后移动进而驱动第二连接件21带动椅座200的后端移动。
此处的“一端、另一端”的含义是指各部件在移动方向,即长度方向上的两端。
此处的“导向支架套接于驱动杆的移动端”具体的在一些实施例中,如图3至图4B所示,第一导向支架201、第二导向支架202内设有调节螺母81,调节螺母81通过螺母支撑板82与导向支架铆接固定,驱动杆的移动端为螺杆83,螺杆83旋入调节螺母81内,螺杆83旋转使调节螺母81带动导向支架沿直线前后移动,进而驱动连接件。螺杆83位于导向支架内的一端还设置有限位螺钉84,以防螺杆83脱出调节螺母81。
本实施例的有益效果在于,通过设置驱动杆和导向支架,驱动杆驱动导向 支架前后移动进而驱动连接件带动椅座进行倾斜角度及抬高调节,相比于对比方案采用电动调高泵,避免了齿轮啮合导致的抖动、跳跃的问题,调节过程稳定且不会产生死亡音,提升了使用者的体验感及舒适性。
参考图1A至图2B结合图3所示,在一些实施例中,调节装置100的具体结构可以是,还包括框架3,框架3包括活动部31及固定部32,活动部31位于固定部32的上侧,活动部31用于连接驱动椅座200移动;第一连接件11的另一端1102转动连接于活动部31,第一驱动杆101的固定端1012固定连接于固定部32;第二连接件21的另一端212转动连接于活动部31,第二驱动杆201的固定端2012固定连接于固定部32。此处的“活动部31”的含义是指与调节机构1、椅座200连接并被调节机构1驱动进而带动椅座200移动的结构部件。此处的“固定部32”的含义是指提供调节机构10连接支撑并将调节装置100固定连接于使用环境的结构部件,例如在汽车内使用,调节装置100通过固定部32固定于汽车内舱的地面。如此设置结构简单,便于安装。
参考图1A至图2B所示,在一些实施例中,调节装置100的具体结构可以是,第一调节机构1位于框架3的内侧一侧301,第二调节机构2位于框架3的内侧另一侧302,第一调节机构1用于椅座200的前端倾斜角度调节,第二调节机构2用于椅座200的后端抬高调节。此处的“内侧一侧301、内侧另一侧302”的含义是指如图1A至图2B所示框架3在横向上的左右两侧。此处的“前端、后端”的含义是以使用者坐于椅座上的面部朝向进行区分,使用者坐于椅座面部朝向的方向为前端,也即椅座的后端设置有靠背,之后提及的前端、后端均作此理解。如此设置的有益效果在于,整体结构紧凑,若使用在具有腿托的座椅上,不会占用腿托空间,同时,两个驱动组件分置两侧,能获得较好的刚性,能在碰撞中保持两侧变形均衡,能承受大能量的冲击,尤其是针对座椅上布置有安全带卷收器的情况。
参考图1A至图3所示,在一些实施例中,第一连接件11的具体结构可以是,包括上连接件111和下连接件112,上连接件111的一端1111与下连接件112的一端1121转动连接,上连接件111的另一端1112与活动部31转动连接,下连接件112的另一端1122与第一导向支架102的另一端1022转动连接。此处的“上连接件111、下连接件112”中的“上下”是以椅座抬高方向为标准 进行区分,即椅座向上抬高调节,椅座向下降低调节。通过设置上连接件与下连接件,可以获得一个大的前端倾斜调节角度,至少可达到15度,进一步提升使用者的体验感,满足使用者的躺坐需求。
参考图1A至图3所示,在一些实施例中,调节机构10的具体结构可以是,第一调节机构1还包括与第一连接件11沿横向对应间隔设置的第一对应连接件11’,第一对应连接件11’包括上对应连接件111’和下对应连接件112’,上对应连接件111’与上连接件111通过第一连接管41连接,下对应连接件112’与下连接件112通过第二连接管42连接。第二调节机构2还包括与第二连接件21沿横向对应间隔设置的第二对应连接件21’,第二连接件21与第二对应连接件21’通过第三连接管43连接。此处的“第一对应连接件11’”的含义是指与第一应连接件11对应布置被第一连接件11带动运动,同样的,上对应连接件111’、下对应连接件112’、第二对应连接件21’分别与上连接件111、下连接件112、第二连接件21对应设置并被带动运动。如此设置的有益效果在于,两侧均设置连接件令调节更加稳定,传力效果佳,两侧连接件之间通过连接管连接,使调节机构有较好的横向刚性,提升了结构的可靠性。
具体的,在一些实施例中,如图1A至图3所示,下连接件112的中部1123与固定部32转动连接,下对应连接件112’的一端1121’与固定部32转动连接,另一端1122’与上对应连接件111’的一端1111’转动连接;其中,下连接件112的中部1123与下对应连接件112’的一端1121’之间通过第二连接管42连接。上对应连接件111’的另一端1112’转动连接于活动部31,上连接件111的中部1113与上对应连接件111’的中部1113’之间通过第一连接管41连接。第二连接件21的中部213与固定部32转动连接,第二对应连接件21’的一端211’与固定部32转动连接,第二对应连接件21’的另一端212’与活动部31转动连接,第二连接件21的另一端212、第二对应连接件21’的另一端212’转动连接于第三连接管43。以上所述“中部”不代表严格意义上的中间位置,而是指介于一端与另一端之间的位置。
参考图2A至图2B结合图9所示,在一些实施例中,活动部31的具体结构可以是,包括沿横向间隔设置的第一侧梁311、第二侧梁312,第一侧梁311与第二侧梁312的前端通过第四连接管44连接,第一侧梁311与二侧梁312 的后端通过第三连接管43连接。此处的“第一侧梁311、第二侧梁312”用于固定连接椅座200。如此设置使调节装置的结构更加稳定可靠。
参考图1A至图1B所示,在一些实施例中,固定部32的具体结构可以是,包括沿横向间隔设置的第一滑轨支架321、第二滑轨支架322,第一滑轨支架321与第二滑轨支架322的后端通过第五连接管45连接,第一驱动杆101的固定端1012固定连接于第五连接管45。此处的“第一滑轨支架321、第二滑轨支架322”是指安装环境例如用于车辆,滑轨支架安装于靠门一侧,一般称为门侧滑轨支架,滑轨支架安装于靠通道一侧,一般称为通道侧滑轨支架。如此设置使框架结构牢固,提升调节装置的稳定可靠性,且便于应用安装于车辆。
在一些实施例中,如图1A至图3所示,第一驱动杆101的固定端1012通过支架5固定连接于第五连接管45,支架5焊接于第五连接管45,以获得较好的结构强度。
参考图1A至图4B所示,在一些实施例中,调节机构10的具体结构可以是,第一驱动杆101、第二驱动杆201为丝杆,第一驱动杆101、第二驱动杆201的固定端1012、2012包括电机6、7,以驱动丝杆带动第一导向支架102、第二导向支架202移动。如此设置结构简单,且调节稳定,无抖动、跳跃、死亡音的问题。
参考图1A至图8B所示,上述调节装置100的工作过程如下:
在图5A、图5B中所示的调节装置100的第一状态,椅座200处于最低位置且没有角度倾斜,调节装置100不工作,此时第一驱动杆101的电机6、第二驱动杆201的电机7不工作,上连接件111、下连接件112、第二连接件21处于最低位置被锁定。
在图6A、图6B中所示的调节装置100的第二状态,椅座200前端抬高倾斜到最大角度,椅座200后端不抬高位于最低位置。上连接件111、下连接件112处于最高位置,第二连接件21处于最低位置。由第一状态调节到第二状态,第一驱动杆101的电机6工作,第一驱动杆101驱动第一导向支架102前后移动,驱动下连接件112绕下连接件的中部1123转动带动上连接件111一起转动,从而整个椅座200倾斜角度被调节,此时第二驱动杆201的电机7不工作,第二连接件21被锁定不发生旋转。
在图7A、图7B中所示的调节装置100的第三状态,椅座200后端抬高至最高位置,前端不抬高。由第一状态调节到第三状态,第二驱动杆201的电机7工作,第二驱动杆201驱动第二导向支架202前后移动,驱动第二连接件21绕第二连接件的中部213转动,上连接件111被带动一起转动,从而整个椅座高度被调节,此时第一驱动杆101的电机6不工作,下连接件112被锁定不发生旋转。
在图8A、图8B中所示的调节装置100的第四状态,椅座200后端抬高至最高位置,前端亦抬高至最高位置。由第一状态调节到第四状态,为保证运动不发生干涉,优选的,电机6、电机7分别工作,即第一驱动组件12、第二驱动组件22不同时工作,第一调节机构1工作时,第二调节机构2锁定不发生运动,同样的,第二调节机构2工作时,第一调节机构1锁定不发生运动。
继续参考图1A至图9所示,在一个实施例中,座椅1000的具体结构可以是,包括如上所述的调节装置100、靠背300及椅座200,椅座200连接于调节装置100的框架3的活动部31。如此设置的有益效果在于,椅座可进行大倾角角度调节以及抬高调节,满足使用者的需求,可实现零重力姿势,且调节过程平稳、无抖动跳跃、无死亡音,大大提升使用者体验感及舒适性。另外,整体结构紧凑且不占用腿托空间,同时调节装置具有较好的刚性,能在碰撞中保持两侧变形均衡,能承受大能量的冲击,尤其是针对安全带卷收器布置在座椅上的情况。
继续参考图1A至图9所示,在一个实施例中,交通工具的具体结构可以是,包括如上所述的座椅1000,以满足使用者对椅座角度及高度的调节需求,且调节过程平稳无死亡音,提升使用体验感及舒适性。

  1. 一种调节装置(100),用于调节椅座(200)的倾斜角度及高度,其特征在于,包括调节机构(10),所述调节机构(10)包括第一调节机构(1)和第二调节机构(2),
    所述第一调节机构(1),包括第一连接件(11)及第一驱动组件(12),所述第一驱动组件(12)包括第一驱动杆(101)及第一导向支架(102),所述第一导向支架(102)的一端(1021)套接于所述第一驱动杆(101)的移动端(1011),所述第一导向支架(102)的另一端(1022)连接于所述第一连接件(11)的一端(1101);
    所述第二调节机构(2),包括第二连接件(21)及第二驱动组件(22),所述第二驱动组件(22)包括第二驱动杆(201)及第二导向支架(202),所述第二导向支架(202)的一端(2021)套接于所述第二驱动杆(201)的移动端(2011),所述第二导向支架(202)的另一端(2022)连接于所述第二连接件(21)的一端(211);
    其中,所述第一连接件(11)的另一端(1101)、所述第二连接件(21)的另一端(212)用于连接驱动所述椅座(200)移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的调节装置(100),其特征在于,还包括框架(3),所述框架(3)包括活动部(31)及固定部(32),所述活动部(31)位于所述固定部(32)的上侧,所述活动部(31)用于连接驱动所述椅座(200)移动;所述第一连接件(11)的另一端(1102)转动连接于所述活动部(31),所述第一驱动杆(101)的固定端(1012)固定连接于所述固定部(32);所述第二连接件(21)的另一端(212)转动连接于所述活动部(31),所述第二驱动杆(201)的固定端(2012)固定连接于所述固定部(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述第一调节机构(1)位于所述框架(3)的内侧一侧(301),所述第二调节机构(2)位于所述框架(3)的内侧另一侧(302),所述第一调节机构(1)用于所述椅座(200)的前端倾斜角度调节,所述第二调节机构(2)用于所述椅座(200)的后端抬高调节。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述第一连接件(11)包括上连接件(111)和下连接件(112),所述上连接件(111)的一端(1111)与所述下连接件(112)的一端(1121)转动连接,所述上连接件(111)的另一端(1112)与所述活动部(31)转动连接,所述下连接件(112)的另一端(1122)与所述第一导向支架(102)的另一端(1022)转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述第一调节机构(1)还包 括与所述第一连接件(11)沿横向对应间隔设置的第一对应连接件(11’),所述第一对应连接件(11’)包括上对应连接件(111’)和下对应连接件(112’),所述上对应连接件(111’)与所述上连接件(111)通过第一连接管(41)连接,所述下对应连接件(112’)与所述下连接件(112)通过第二连接管(42)连接;所述第二调节机构(2)还包括与所述第二连接件(21)沿横向对应间隔设置的第二对应连接件(21’),所述第二连接件(21)与所述第二对应连接件(21’)通过第三连接管(43)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述活动部(31)包括沿横向间隔设置的第一侧梁(311)、第二侧梁(312),所述第一侧梁(311)与所述第二侧梁(312)的前端通过第四连接管(44)连接,所述第一侧梁(311)与所述二侧梁(312)的后端通过所述第三连接管(43)连接。

  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述第一驱动杆(101)、所述第二驱动杆(201)为丝杆,所述第一驱动杆(101)、所述第二驱动杆(201)的固定端(1012、2012)包括电机(6,7),以驱动所述丝杆带动所述第一导向支架(102)、所述第二导向支架(202)移动。
  9. 一种座椅(1000),其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的调节装置(100)、靠背(300)及椅座(200),所述椅座(200)连接于所述调节装置(100)的框架(3)的活动部(31)。
  10. 一种交通工具,其特征在于,包括权利要求9所述的座椅(1000)。
