Abstract
一种缝纫机动刀结构以及切线装置、切线方法、切线方法的控制程序和缝纫机。缝纫机动刀结构包括动刀刀体(1),动刀刀体(1)上设置有第一切刀(4),对应第一切刀(4)设置有第二切刀(5),第二切刀(5)包括落针槽(6)和第二切刀口(7),起缝时,落针槽(6)对应机针的下落位置。该动刀结构结构简单,可以剪断缝线和起缝线头,有效避免缝制好的衣物上有多余的线头或者鸟巢状线头出现,在保证了衣物品质的同时,有效降低了人工的劳动强度,提高劳动效率。
Description
本发明涉及缝纫设备的技术领域,特别涉及一种缝纫机动刀结构、切线装置及其切线方法。
为了提高缝制效率,缝纫设备中通常采用自动切线装置,不但使得缝制顺畅,而且减少衣服中的线头,提高了后续整理的效率,由于在缝制过程中,现有的切刀只能剪断缝制过程结束后的缝线,在第二次起缝时,机针上会产生一个线头,本领域叫起缝线头,在缝制过程中,起缝线头会在缝制衣物上形成鸟巢状线头,影响了整个衣物的质量,从而影响了整个衣物的品质,为了保证衣物的品质,该线头就必须得人工修剪,从而增加了人工的强度,影响了生产效率。
针对现有技术之不足,本发明提供一种缝纫机动刀结构,其结构简单,可以剪断缝线和起缝线头,有效避免缝制好的衣物上有多余的线头或者鸟巢状线头出现,在保证了衣物品质的同时,有效降低了人工的劳动强度,提高劳动效率,本发明同时还提供了一种切线装置和切线方法。
其技术方案是这样的:一种缝纫机动刀结构,其包括动刀刀体,所述动刀刀体上设置有第一切刀,其特征在于:对应所述第一切刀口设置有第二切刀,所述第二切刀包括落针槽和第二切刀口,起缝时,所述落针槽对应机针的下落位置。
其进一步特征在于,所述第一切刀和所述第二切刀一体成型,形成所述第一切刀和所述第二切刀在同一动刀刀体上;所述落针槽为封闭槽;所述落针槽为开口槽;所述落针槽为弧形槽;所述动刀刀体包括扣线头,所述扣线头上设置有扣线槽。
一种切线装置,其特征在于:其包括缝纫机动刀结构,对应所述缝纫机动刀结构两侧分别设置有第一定刀和第二定刀,所述第一定刀对应第一切刀口,所述第二定刀对应第二切刀口;对应所述第二定刀设置有压线板,所述缝纫机动刀结构运动至第二定刀位置时,所述缝纫机动刀结构位于所述第二定刀和所述压线板间。
一种切线方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:
(1)、缝制结束时,通过第一切刀与第一定刀配合,切断缝线;
(2)、起缝时,机针落在落针槽内;
(3)、旋梭对机针上的面线进行勾线;
(4)、机针回升至第二切刀上方时,第二切刀继续向第二定刀方向运动,所述第二切刀与第二定刀配合,实现起缝线头剪断。
一种切线方法的控制程序,其特征在于:其在程序中应用了上述切线方法的控制方法。
一种缝纫机,所述缝纫机中应用了上述切线方法的控制方法的控制程序。
本发明采用上述方案,由于对应所述第一切刀口设置有第二切刀,所述第二切刀包括落针槽和第二切刀口,起缝时,所述落针槽对应机针的下落位置,通过第二切刀上的第二切刀口与第二定刀配合将起缝线头剪断,有效避免缝制好的衣物上鸟巢状线头出现,在保证了衣物品质的同时,有效降低了人工的劳动强度,提高劳动效率。

见图1、图2和图3,一种缝纫机动刀结构,其包括动刀刀体1,动刀刀体1包括扣线头2,扣线头2上设置有扣线槽3,动刀刀体1上设置有第一切刀4,对应第一切刀4设置有第二切刀5,第二切刀5包括落针槽6和第二切刀口7,通过第一切刀口切断结束缝线,落针槽6对应机针的下落位置,通过第二切刀口7配合第二定刀10剪断起缝线头,有效避免缝制好的衣物上有鸟巢状线头出现,同时切断多余线头,在保证了衣物品质的同时,有效降低了人工的劳动强度,提高劳动效率。
通过第一切刀开口切断缝线为现有技术。
第一切刀4和所述第二切刀5一体成型,形成第一切刀4和第二切刀5在同一动刀刀体8上,不但有效减少了加工工艺,更加能保证切刀的的切线效果。
本发明中的落针槽为可以为封闭槽,也可以采用开口槽,落针槽采用弧形槽,使得缝线在落针槽中运动时顺滑,减小缝线的运动阻力,采用封闭槽防止缝线脱落至刀体外,保证了夹线和割线的稳定性。
见图3、图5,一种切线装置,其包括缝纫机动刀结构,对应缝纫机动刀结构两侧分别设置有第一定刀9和第二定刀10,对应第二定刀10设置有压线板11,第二切刀5运动至第二定刀10位置时,第二切刀5位于第二定刀10和压线板11间,保证缝线被压板压住,防止缝线掉落。平缝纫机动刀结构也可以位于压线板外侧。
压线板11一端呈倾斜状14,其结构可以向两侧倾斜,且压线板端呈弧形,保证缝线运动的顺畅,压线板另一端设置有个长形槽13,实现压板的横向可调节。
一种切线方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:
(1)、缝制结束时,通过第一切刀4与第一定刀9配合,切断缝线;
(2)、起缝时,机针落在落针槽6内;
(3)、旋梭对机针上的面线进行勾线;
(4)、机针回升至第二切刀5上方向第二定刀10方向运动,第二切刀5与第二定刀10配合,实现起缝线头剪断。
下面结合附图来说明本发明切线装置的工作原理:
见图3,缝制开始时,第一针向下运动,机针处于落针点12处,在第一针上升时,缝线被旋梭勾住,机针继续上升至第二切刀5上方,缝纫机动刀结构在驱动装置的驱动下向A箭头方向运动,压线板11夹住起缝线头,第二切刀5继续往A箭头方向运动,第二定刀10与第二切刀口7配合,剪掉起缝线头,防止产生多余的线头或者鸟巢状线头,缝制结束时,缝纫机动刀结构在驱动装置的驱动下向B箭头方向运动,第一定刀9与第一切刀4配合,剪断缝制线头,实现自动割线,提高了缝线效率。
本发明专利一种切线装置其采用一套驱动装置来实现第一刀口和第二刀口的同时运动,分别通过与不同方向的定刀配合来实现不同的线的剪断,使得结构更加简单,在提高设备生产效率的同时有效降低了设备的生产成本。
本发明中,第一定刀、第二定刀和压线板的安装位置为机架或者其他固定装置上。
本实施例中,第一切刀4与第二切刀5一体成型,安装在刀架上,但是本结构也可以设置见图4,为第一切刀4与第二切刀5为分离的单独结构,然后将第一切刀4与第二切刀5设置在刀架上,通过刀架的运动实现第一切刀与第二切刀的同时运动,其实这种分离结构也应该视为本实施例结构的变形,其作用和效果是相同的,也应该是本发明的保护范围。
本发明中,如果第二定刀采用无锋口的压板,第二切刀也有起到压线作用,只是其不能切掉多余的线头,但是其是有防鸟巢产生的作用的,所以第二定刀在压线装置时起到的只是压线作用,其并不能产生切线的效果,但是为了文件的描述简洁、方便将其都描述为第二定刀,如果采用的是压块结构,其实也就是本发明描述的第二定刀结构,当然也是本发明的保护范围。
以上示意性地对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,该描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一,实际的结构并不局限于此,只要本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

- 一种缝纫机动刀结构,其包括动刀刀体(1),所述动刀刀体(1)上设置有第一切刀(4),其特征在于:对应所述第一切刀(4)设置有第二切刀(5),所述第二切刀(5)包括落针槽(6)和第二切刀口(7),起缝时,所述落针槽(6)对应机针的下落位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机动刀结构,其特征在于:所述第一切刀(4)和所述第二切刀(5)一体成型,形成所述第一切刀(4)和所述第二切刀(5)在同一动刀刀体(8)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种入缝纫机动刀结构,其特征在于:所述落针槽(6)为封闭槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机动刀结构,其特征在于:所述落针槽(6)为开口槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机动刀结构,其特征在于:所述动刀刀体(1)包括扣线头(2),所述扣线头(2)上设置有扣线槽(3)。
- 一种切线装置,其特征在于:其包括根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种缝纫机动刀结构,对应所述缝纫机动刀结构两侧分别设置有与所述第一切刀(1)和第二切刀(5)对应的第一定刀(9)和第二定刀(10)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种切线装置,其特征在于:对应所述第二定刀(10)设置有压线板(11),所述缝纫机动刀结构运动至第二定刀(10)位置时,所述缝纫机动刀结构位于所述第二定刀(10)和所述压线板(11)间。
- 一种切线方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:(1)、缝制结束时,通过第一切刀(4)与第一定刀(9)配合,切断缝线;(2)、起缝时,机针落在落针槽(6)内;(3)、旋梭对机针上的面线进行勾线;(4)、机针回升至所述第二切刀(5)上方时,第二切刀(5)继续向第二定刀(10)方向运动,所述第二切刀(5)与第二定刀(10)配合,实现起缝线头剪断。
- 一种切线方法的控制程序,其特征在于:其在程序中应用了权利要求8所述切线方法的控制方法。
- 一种缝纫机,所述缝纫机中应用了权利要求9所述的一种切线方法的控制方法的控制程序。
