Abstract
Est divulgué un procédé de fabrication de stator de machine électrique rotative comprenant : une étape pour amener en contact les parties d'extrémité d'un premier composant bobine et d'un autre composant bobine servant à former une bobine de stator d'une machine électrique rotative ; et une étape d'irradiation consistant à diriger un faisceau laser ayant une longueur d'onde de 0,6 µm maximum vers un côté, sur le côté dénudé de la surface de contact des parties d'extrémité. L'étape d'irradiation comprend le balayage en boucle du faisceau laser simultanément à l'avancement du faisceau laser dans le sens de déplacement, lequel inclut une composante de direction le long de laquelle s'étend ledit un côté, la quantité de mouvement dans le sens de déplacement par boucle de balayage étant inférieure ou égale au diamètre du faisceau laser.
