Definitions
- the present invention relates to a rejuvenating skin softener-type cosmetic composition and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a rejuvenating skin softener-type cosmetic composition and a method for producing the same. In more detail, it not only exhibits excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities, but also exhibits skin moisturizing, skin regeneration, and skin irritation relieving effects. It relates to a skin softener type cosmetic composition capable of exhibiting a burnating effect and a method of manufacturing the cosmetic composition.
- the first is natural aging (intrinsic aging). As we age, our body's immune system and physiological activity decline, preventing skin components such as hyaluronic acid and collagen from being restored smoothly, which reduces skin elasticity and causes dryness, resulting in fine wrinkles, etc. This is formed.
- Hyaluronic acid is one of the extracellular matrix components, accounting for only 0.1 to 0.2% of the dry weight, but forms a network with other components of the dermis, connecting cells to each other, delivering nutrients, and preventing moisture evaporation from the skin. At the same time, the strong bond with water molecules allows the skin to maintain a certain amount of moisture.
- the decrease in hyaluronic acid in the skin starts from the age of 18 to 20, and decomposition is accelerated with age or due to environmental pollution or exposure to ultraviolet rays.
- the decrease in hyaluronic acid in the dermis causes decreased skin elasticity, wrinkles, and dry skin. It can also happen. For this reason, approaches have been taken to prevent aging by replenishing hyaluronic acid in the skin, which decreases with age.
- collagen accounts for 70 to 80% of the entire dermis, so collagen decomposition is closely related to decreased elasticity and wrinkle formation in the skin.
- extrinsic aging is aging caused by external stress such as ultraviolet rays.
- Ultraviolet rays synthesize vitamin D in the body and have a sterilizing effect, but they also cause dermatitis, skin cancer, sunburn, skin aging, dryness, and fine wrinkles.
- Ultraviolet rays (Ultraviolet, UV) are divided into three types, A, B, and C, depending on the wavelength. Among these, UVC is blocked by the ozone layer, and UVA and UVB affect the skin.
- mid-wavelength UVB (290-320 nm) causes serious skin damage when exposed acutely or chronically, including collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, which are components in the skin dermis. destroys the skin, causing loss of elasticity, resulting in the formation of thick wrinkles.
- active oxygen generated by ultraviolet rays damages the intracellular signaling system and increases the expression of MMP-1 (Matrix metalloproteinase-1), a collagen-degrading enzyme, in the skin, destroying collagen.
- MMP-1 Microx metalloproteinase-1
