一种托盘及托盘装置,所述托盘包括支撑板;第一限位块,所述第一限位块设于支撑板上;移动组件,包括移动座和定位件,移动座在第一方向上滑动设于支撑板上,以与第一限位块配合夹紧或释放工件;定位件在第二方向上活动设于移动座上,以相对于移动座在第一位置与第二位置之间切换;支撑板在第一方向上间隔设有至少两组定位孔组,每组所述定位孔组包括在第三方向上布设的至少一个定位孔;当定位件处于第一位置时,定位件能够择一地插入定位孔组中,当定位件处于第二位置时,定位件脱离定位孔组;第一方向、第二方向和第三方向两两相交。

Description

托盘及托盘装置
本公开要求于2022年9月13日提交中国专利局,申请号为202222421886.X,申请名称为“托盘及托盘装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本公开涉及电池制造设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种托盘及托盘装置。
背景技术
电池模组包括多个电池单体,在组装电池模组时,将各电池单体码入托盘中,由托盘对电池模组提供定位。托盘由输送机构输送,依次进入电池模组组装设备上的各个加工工位,完成电池模组的组装。
托盘一般包括支撑板、第一限位块和移动组件,第一限位块固接于支撑板上,移动组件相对于支撑板移动。电池模组设于第一限位块与移动组件之间,移动组件能够向靠近第一限位块的方向运动,以夹紧定位电池模组。
相关技术中,为了定位不同长度的电池模组,设置移动组件包括丝杆和压块,压块与丝杆的一端相连,丝杆的另一端设有匹配孔。定位销与电机相连,定位销能够插入匹配孔中,电机带动定位销旋转,此时丝杆旋转使得压块向靠近第一限位块的方向运动,压块与第一限位块配合夹紧电池模组。这种方式,由于控制系统无法获知定位销插入匹配孔时电机已经旋转多少角度,则无法精确得出电机还需要旋转多少角度使得压块移动至设定位置,以与第一限位块夹紧电池模组,导致定位精度较差。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少一定程度上缓解或解决上述提及问题中的至少一个。
在本公开的一个方面,本公开提出了一种托盘,所述托盘包括:支撑 板;第一限位块,所述第一限位块设于所述支撑板上;移动组件,所述移动组件包括移动座和定位件,所述移动座在第一方向上滑动设于所述支撑板上,并能靠近或远离所述第一限位块,以与所述第一限位块配合夹紧或释放工件;所述定位件在第二方向上活动设于所述移动座上,以相对于所述移动座在第一位置与第二位置之间切换;所述支撑板在所述第一方向上间隔设有至少两组定位孔组,每组所述定位孔组包括在第三方向上布设的至少一个定位孔;当所述定位件处于所述第一位置时,所述定位件能够择一地插入所述定位孔组中,当所述定位件处于所述第二位置时,所述定位件脱离所述定位孔组;所述第一方向、所述第二方向和所述第三方向两两相交。
可选地,所述移动组件还包括:弹性件,所述弹性件设于所述移动座与所述定位件之间,以用于向所述定位件提供预紧力使得所述定位件插入所述定位孔组中。
可选地,所述定位件包括:连接座和定位销,所述定位销与所述连接座连接并可穿设于所述移动座上;所述移动组件还包括连接杆,所述连接杆包括相互连接的杆体和头部,所述杆体沿所述第二方向延伸,所述杆体远离所述头部的一端穿过所述连接座与所述移动座固定连接;所述弹性件套接于所述杆体上,并抵接于所述连接杆的头部与所述连接座之间。
可选地,所述定位件在所述第三方向上开设有配合孔,所述配合孔供外部设备插入,以使得所述定位件在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间切换。
可选地,所述定位孔为在第三方向上延伸的腰型孔。
可选地,所述移动座包括:座体,所述座体与所述支撑板滑动连接;压块,所述压块设于所述座体上;抵接块,所述抵接块与所述压块连接,所述抵接块与所述第一限位块配合夹紧或释放所述工件。
可选地,所述移动组件还包括:固定件和调节件,所述固定件固定所述压块与所述座体,所述调节件抵接所述压块背离所述第一限位块的一侧;
当所述固定件释放所述压块时,旋拧所述调节件调节所述压块与所述第一限位块之间的间距。
可选地,所述托盘还包括:两个支撑块,两个所述支撑块在所述第三方向上间隔设置,两个所述支撑块、所述第一限位块与所述移动组件均设于所述支撑板的同一侧,每个所述支撑块包括在所述第一方向上间隔设置的至少两个第二限位块,两个所述支撑块所包括的第二限位块在所述第三方向上一一相对。
在本公开的另一个方面,本公开提出了一种托盘装置,包括:如上述任一项所述的托盘和调节机构,所述调节机构能够与所述定位件配合,以使所述定位件在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间切换,且能够带动所述移动组件在所述第一方向上相对于所述支撑板移动。
可选地,所述定位件在所述第三方向上开设有配合孔;所述调节机构包括:第一驱动件和第二驱动件,所述第二驱动件与所述第一驱动件连接;第三驱动件和插入销,所述第三驱动件与所述第二驱动件连接,所述插入销与所述第三驱动件连接;
所述第一驱动件能够驱动所述第二驱动件、所述第三驱动件与所述插入销在所述第一方向上运动,所述第二驱动件能够驱动所述第三驱动件与所述插入销在所述第二方向上运动,所述第三驱动件能够驱动所述插入销在第三方向上运动以插入或脱离所述配合孔。
由此,本公开提出的托盘及托盘装置,通过定位件插入定位孔组中来锁定移动座的位置,能够使得移动座精确移动至设定位置,以与第一限位块配合夹紧电池模组,相对于现有技术,提高了定位精度。

参阅图1,本公开一实施例提供一种托盘装置1000,包括托盘100,托盘100用于工件的定位。进一步地,托盘装置1000还包括输送机构200,输送机构200用于输送托盘100,以将定位于托盘100上的工件输送至相应工位,进行相应操作。
具体地,输送机构200上设有阻挡气缸201,阻挡气缸201用于阻挡托盘100,使得托盘100停留在设定位置。
下面以托盘装置1000应用于定位并运输电池模组为例,对本公开的托盘装置1000进行详细说明。但是,该说明并不会限制本公开的保护范围,即为,在另一些实施例中,工件并非为电池模组,根据需要而定。
一实施例中,参阅图2-图4,托盘100包括支撑板10、第一限位块20和移动组件30。第一限位块20固设于支撑板10上,移动组件30在第一方向上滑动设于支撑板10上,并能靠近或远离第一限位块20,以与第一限位块20配合夹紧或释放电池模组。即为,当需要夹紧并定位电池模组时,电池模组放置于第一限位块20与移动组件30之间,移动组件30在第一方向上靠近第一限位块20,以将电池模组夹紧,第一方向可以为图1中的X方向。当需要释放电池模组时,移动组件30在第一方向上远离第一限位块20,以释放电池模组,便于将电池模组从支撑板10上取走。
参阅图5-图7,移动组件30包括移动座31和定位件32,移动座31在第一方向上与支撑板10滑动连接,并与第一限位块20配合夹紧或释放电池模组。定位件32在第二方向上活动设于移动座31上,以相对于移动座31在第一位置与第二位置之间切换,第一方向可以为图2中的Z方向。
第一方向与第二方向相交。具体地,第一方向与第二方向垂直。第一方向为图1中的X方向,第二方向为图1中垂直纸面的方向,也为图2中 的Z方向。
进一步地,继续参阅图3,支撑板10在第一方向上间隔设有至少两组定位孔组11,每组定位孔组11包括在第三方向上布设的一个定位孔111。第一方向、第二方向和第三方向两两相交。具体地,第一方向、第二方向和第三方向两两垂直。第三方向为图1中的Y方向。
当定位件32处于第一位置时,定位件32能够择一地插入定位孔组11中;当定位件32处于第二位置时,定位件32脱离定位孔组11。如此,控制移动组件30在第一方向上移动至与电池模组的长度相匹配的定位孔组11处,定位件32插入该定位孔组11内,移动座31与第一限位块20配合定位电池模组,能够兼容不同长度的电池模组。当不需要对电池模组进行定位时,则将使得定位件32从定位孔组11中脱出即可。
本公开实施例提供的托盘装置1000,通过定位件32插入定位孔组11中来锁定移动座31的位置,能够使得移动座31精确移动至设定位置,以与第一限位块20配合夹紧电池模组,相对于现有技术,提高了定位精度。
一实施例中,移动组件30与第一限位块20在第一方向上正对,在两者夹持电池模组时,能够保证电池模组受力均衡,避免损坏电池模组。
继续参阅图5,移动座31包括座体311、压块312和抵接块313,座体311与支撑板10滑动连接,压块312设于座体311上,抵接块313与压块312连接,抵接块313与第一限位块20配合夹紧或释放电池模组。座体311上设有第一滑块50,支撑板10上设有第一导轨60,座体311通过第一滑块50与第一导轨60配合与支撑板10滑动连接。
进一步地,继续参阅图7,移动座31包括至少两块抵接块313,各抵接块313在第三方向上间隔设置。
可以想到的是,在另一些实施例中,移动座31也可以只包括一个抵接块313,在此不作限定。
继续参阅图7,移动组件30还包括固定件33和调节件34,固定件33固定压块312和座体311,调节件34抵接压块312背离第一限位块20的一侧。当固定件33释放压块312时,旋拧调节件34调节压块312与第一限位块20之间的间距。通过调节件34调节压块312与第一限位块20之间 的间距,以便于微调抵接块313与第一限位块20之间的间距,进而保证抵接块313与第一限位块20配合夹紧电池模组。
具体地,压块312上设有沿第一方向延伸的腰型孔,固定件33为固定螺钉,固定螺钉穿设于腰型孔和座体311以将两者固定。当需要调节压块312与座体311的相对位置时,拧松固定螺丝,调节件34为调节螺丝,通过旋拧调节螺丝能够调节压块312与座体311的相对位置。
进一步地,继续参阅图5和图7,为了便于调节件34的装配,设置座体311包括本体3111和连接块3112,连接块3112设于座体311上,调节件34安装于连接块3112上。当然,在另一些实施例中,也可以省略连接块3112,而是直接将调节件34安装于本体3111上。
一实施例中,支撑板10上开设有三组定位孔组11,当定位件32处于第一位置时,其能够择一地插入三组定位孔组11中。通过设置支撑板10上具有三组定位孔组11,则可以夹紧三种不同长度的电池模组。应当理解的是,在另一些实施例中,对于支撑板10上开设有的定位孔组11的组数不作限定,如还可以在支撑板10上开设两组定位孔组11,或者多于三组定位孔组11。
定位孔111为沿第三方向延伸的腰型孔,以便于定位件32插入定位孔111中。参阅图8,定位件32包括连接座321与定位销322,定位销322与连接座321连接。连接座321设于压块312上,定位销322穿设于压块312与座体311中。在定位件32处于第一位置时,定位销322能够穿出座体311插入定位孔111中。
定位销322的数量与每组定位孔组11所包括的定位孔111的数量相等,以便于每个定位销322插入一个定位孔111中,保证定位效果。为了进一步保证定位效果,设置每组定位孔组11包括至少两个在第三方向上间隔设置的定位孔111,此时,定位销322的数量也为至少两个。
进一步地,座体311内固设有直线轴承,定位销322设于直线轴承内与其滑动连接,以提高定位精度。
在此需要说明的是,虽然定位销322插入压块312与座体311中,当调节压块312与座体311的相对位置时,其并不会对其造成干扰。
一实施例中,继续参阅图5和图6,移动组件30还包括弹性件35,弹性件35设于移动座31上,弹性件35用于向定位件32提供预紧力使得定位件32插入定位孔组11中。具体地,移动组件30还包括连接杆36,连接杆36包括相互连接的杆体362和头部361,杆体362沿第二方向延伸,杆体362远离头部361的一端穿过连接座321和压块312与座体311固接。弹性件35套接于杆体362上,并抵设于连接杆36的头部361与连接座321之间。如此设置,当外力使得定位件32从第一位置切换至第一位置时,弹性件35蓄能,当外力作用消失时,定位件32在弹性件35的作用下从第二位置切换并保持在第一位置。同时,由于杆体362穿设于连接座321,杆体362还起到了导向连接座321的作用。
一个具体实施方式中,连接杆36和弹性件35均为多个,弹性件35为弹簧,每个弹簧套接于一个连接杆36上。当然,另一些具体实施方式中,对于连接杆36和弹性件35的数量不作限定,同时,对于弹性件35的种类亦不作限定。
一实施例中,继续参阅图8,定位件32还包括配合部323,配合部323与连接座321连接,配合部323在第三方向上开设有配合孔3231,配合孔3231供外部设备插入,以使得定位件32在第一位置与第二位置之间切换。具体地,配合孔3231在第三方向上贯穿开设于配合部323。
进一步地,设置配合孔3231为在第二方向上延伸的腰型孔,以便于外部设备插入。
一实施例中,继续参阅图3,托盘100还包括在第三方向上间隔设置的两个支撑块40,两个支撑块40与第一限位块20和移动组件30均设于支撑板10的同一侧。每个支撑块40包括在第一方向上间隔设置的至少两个第二限位块41,两个支撑板10所包括的第二限位块41在第三方向上一一相对。这样,电池模组放置于两个支撑块40之间,在第三方向上相对的第二限位块41能够从两侧定位电池模组。
继续参阅图1,托盘装置1000还包括调节机构300,调节机构300能够与定位件32配合,以使定位件32在第一位置与第二位置之间切换,且能够带动移动组件30在第一方向上相对于支撑板10移动。
参阅图9和图10,调节机构300包括第一驱动件301、第二驱动件302、第三驱动件303和插入销304。第二驱动件302安装于第一驱动件301上,第三驱动件303与第二驱动件302连接,插入销304与第三驱动件303连接。第一驱动件301能够驱动第二驱动件302、第三驱动件303与插入销304在第一方向上运动,第二驱动件302能够驱动第三驱动件303与插入销304在第二方向上运动,第三驱动件303能够驱动插入销304在第三方向上运动以插入或脱离配合孔3231。
当定位件32需要从一定位孔组11中脱出而插入另一定位孔组11中时,第三驱动件303动作,带动插入销304在第三方向上正向运动插入配合孔3231中。第二驱动件302动作,带动第三驱动件303与插入销304在第二方向上正向运动,使得定位销322从定位孔组11中脱出。第一驱动件301动作,带动第二驱动件302、第三驱动件303与插入销304在第一方向上运动,使得移动组件30相对于支撑板10运动。当移动组件30运动至设定位置,第二驱动件302动作,带动第三驱动件303与插入销304在第二方向上反向运动,使得定位销322插入另一定位孔组11中。第三驱动件303动作,带动插入销304在第三方向上反向运动从配合孔3231中脱出。此时,定位件32在弹性件35的作用下保持在第一位置。
第一驱动件301采用伺服驱动件,能够保证移动组件30的移动精度。
进一步地,调节机构300还包括第一安装座305、第二安装座306和第三安装座307。第一安装座305与第一驱动件301的第一驱动端连接,第二驱动件302固设于第一安装座305上,第二安装座306与第二驱动件302的第二驱动端连接,第三驱动件303固设于第二安装座306上,第三安装座307与第三驱动件303的第三驱动端连接,插入销304固设于第三安装座307上。如此,便于调节机构300各部件的装配。
优选地,调节机构300还包括第二滑块和第二滑轨,第二滑轨设于第一安装座305上,第二滑块设于第二安装座306上,第二安装座306通过第二滑块与第二滑轨配合与第一安装座305滑动连接。调节机构300还包括第三滑块和第三滑轨,第三滑块设于第三安装座307上,第三滑轨设于第二安装座306上,第三安装座307通过第三滑块与第三滑轨配合与第二 安装座306滑动连接。
调节机构300还包括第一限位件308和第二限位件309,第一限位件308用于限制插入销304在第二方向移动的位置,第二限位件309用于限制插入销304在第三方向上移动的位置。
一实施例中,为了便于插入销304可靠插入配合孔3231中,托盘100的支撑板10上还开设有抬升孔12,将插入销304插入配合孔3231之前,顶升机构上的顶升销插入该抬升孔12中,以带动托盘100脱离输送机构200,保证了托盘100的重复定位精度。该顶升机构可采用气缸驱动。
本公开另一实施例还提供一种上述托盘装置1000所包括的托盘100。
本公开实施例提供的托盘装置1000的工作原理如下:
设定初始状态下,定位销322插入其中一组定位孔组11中。
当需要夹持定位电池模组时,第一驱动件301动作,带动第二驱动件302、第三驱动件303和插入销304在第一方向上运动至设定位置。第三驱动件303动作,带动插入销304在第三方向上正向运动插入配合孔3231中。第二驱动件302动作,带动第三驱动件303与插入销304在第二方向上正向运动,使得定位销322从定位孔组11中脱出,弹性件35蓄能。第一驱动件301再次动作,带动第二驱动件302、第三驱动件303与插入销304在第一方向上运动,从而带动移动组件30运动至合适位置,以避免干扰电池模组放置于支撑板10上。将电池模组放置于支撑板10上,第一驱动件301再次动作,通过插入销304带动移动组件30运动至设定位置。第二驱动件302动作,带动第三驱动件303与插入销304在第二方向上反向运动,使得插入销304插入定位孔组11中。第三驱动件303动作,带动插入销304在第三方向上反向运动从配合孔3231中脱出,定位件32在弹性件35作用下保持在第一位置。
在此需要说明的是,当需要定位不同长度的电池模组时,重复上述步骤即可。同时,通过操作调节件34,能够对抵接块313进行微调,以便于夹紧电池模组。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁, 未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种托盘,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑板(10);
    第一限位块(20),所述第一限位块(20)设于所述支撑板(10)上;
    移动组件(30),所述移动组件(30)包括移动座(31)和定位件(32),所述移动座(31)在第一方向上滑动设于所述支撑板(10)上,并能靠近或远离所述第一限位块(20),以与所述第一限位块(20)配合夹紧或释放工件;所述定位件(32)在第二方向上活动设于所述移动座(31)上,以相对于所述移动座(31)在第一位置与第二位置之间切换;
    所述支撑板(10)在所述第一方向上间隔设有至少两组定位孔组(11),每组所述定位孔组(11)包括在第三方向上布设的至少一个定位孔(111);当所述定位件(32)处于所述第一位置时,所述定位件(32)能够择一地插入所述定位孔组(11)中,当所述定位件(32)处于所述第二位置时,所述定位件(32)脱离所述定位孔组(11);所述第一方向、所述第二方向和所述第三方向两两相交。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述移动组件(30)还包括:
    弹性件(35),所述弹性件(35)设于所述移动座(31)与所述定位件(32)之间,以用于向所述定位件(32)提供预紧力使得所述定位件(32)插入所述定位孔组(11)中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述定位件(32)包括:
    连接座(321)和定位销(322),所述定位销(322)与所述连接座(321)连接并可穿设于所述移动座(31)上;
    所述移动组件(30)还包括连接杆(36),所述连接杆(36)包括相互连接的杆体(362)和头部(361),所述杆体(362)沿所述第二方向延伸,所述杆体(362)远离所述头部(361)的一端穿过所述连接座(321)与所述移动座(31)固定连接;
    所述弹性件(35)套接于所述杆体(362)上,并抵接于所述连接杆(36) 的头部(361)与所述连接座(321)之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述定位件(32)在所述第三方向上开设有配合孔(3231),所述配合孔(3231)供外部设备插入,以使得所述定位件(32)在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间切换。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述定位孔(111)为在所述第三方向上延伸的腰型孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述移动座(31)包括:
    座体(311),所述座体(311)与所述支撑板(10)滑动连接;
    压块(312),所述压块(312)设于所述座体(311)上;
    抵接块(313),所述抵接块(313)与所述压块(312)连接,所述抵接块(313)与所述第一限位块(20)配合夹紧或释放所述工件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述移动组件(30)还包括:
    固定件(33)和调节件(34),所述固定件(33)固定所述压块(312)与所述座体(311),所述调节件(34)抵接所述压块(312)背离所述第一限位块(20)的一侧;
    当所述固定件(33)释放所述压块(312)时,旋拧所述调节件(34)调节所述压块(312)与所述第一限位块(20)之间的间距。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述托盘还包括:
    两个支撑块(40),两个所述支撑块(40)在所述第三方向上间隔设置,两个所述支撑块(40)、所述第一限位块(20)与所述移动组件(30)均设于所述支撑板(10)的同一侧,
    每个所述支撑块(40)包括在所述第一方向上间隔设置的至少两个第二限位块(20),两个所述支撑块(40)所包括的第二限位块(20)在所述第三方向上一一相对。
  9. 一种托盘装置,其特征在于,包括:
    根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的托盘;
    调节机构(300),所述调节机构(300)能够与所述定位件(32)配合,以使所述定位件(32)在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间切换,且能够带动所述移动组件(30)在所述第一方向上相对于所述支撑板(10)移动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的托盘装置,其特征在于,所述定位件(32)在所述第三方向上开设有配合孔(3231);所述调节机构(300)包括:
    第一驱动件(301)和第二驱动件(302),所述第二驱动件(302)与所述第一驱动件(301)连接;
    第三驱动件(303)和插入销(304),所述第三驱动件(303)与所述第二驱动件(302)连接,所述插入销(304)与所述第三驱动件(303)连接;
    所述第一驱动件(301)能够驱动所述第二驱动件(302)、所述第三驱动件(303)与所述插入销(304)在所述第一方向上运动,所述第二驱动件(302)能够驱动所述第三驱动件(303)与所述插入销(304)在所述第二方向上运动,所述第三驱动件(303)能够驱动所述插入销(304)在所述第三方向上运动以插入或脱离所述配合孔(3231)。
