请一并参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例提供的一种用于车载遮阳棚的支撑机构3,车载遮阳棚包括具有一盖体11的收纳壳1、可转动设置在收纳壳1内且用于卷绕遮阳布的卷辊21,以及当遮阳布处于展开状态时用于支撑遮阳布的支撑机构3,收纳壳1上开设有连通盖体11和外界且供遮阳布和支撑机构3穿过的让位口,支撑机构3包括分别位于卷辊21的相对两侧的两个折叠组件31,以及支撑组件32,包括可转动设置在收纳壳1内的第一折叠臂311、第二折叠臂312、用于转动连接第一折叠臂311和第二折叠臂312的第一转动组件313,以及用于转动连接第二折叠臂312和支撑组件32的第二转动组件314,遮阳布 的远离卷辊21的一侧设置有与支撑组件32固定连接的横向连接的拉杆15;当需要将遮阳布展开使用时,用户通过拉动拉杆15,带动支撑组件32通过收纳壳1上的让位口拉出外界,在拉动支撑组件32的同时,由于第一转动组件313和第二转动组件314受到牵引力的作用力,将设置在卷辊21的相对两侧的两个的第一折叠臂311和第二折叠臂312均从折叠收纳状态转动至展开状态,且遮阳布上的折叠组件31与支撑组件32固定连接的折叠杆31在支撑组件32的带动下从上盖11置出外界,并拉动遮阳布驱动第一转轴212转动,将卷辊21上的遮阳布通过让位口置出盖体11,利用两侧的折叠组件31和支撑组件32对遮阳布进行支撑固定,起到遮阳防雨的作用;当需要对遮阳布进行收纳时,用户通过推动折叠组件31,使其通过收纳壳1的让位口置入盖体11,此时设置在卷辊21的相对两侧的两个的第一折叠臂311和第二折叠臂312均从展开状态转动至折叠收纳状态,遮阳布在拉杆15的推动下卷绕至卷辊21的外表面,即可完成收纳;通过在车载遮阳棚上设置有用于支撑固定遮阳布的支撑机构3,并利用支撑机构3辅助完成遮阳布的展开和收纳,简化操作,使得用户在使用时更为简便,有效提升用户体验。

如图4所示:所述第二折叠臂312包括内伸缩杆3121和套设在内伸缩杆3121的外壁上的外伸缩杆3122,外伸缩杆3122与第一折叠臂311连接,内伸缩杆3121与支撑组件32连接,用户可根据自身的使用需求,以及遮阳布的长度尺寸,对第二折叠臂312进行伸缩,通过拉动设置在外伸缩杆3122内的内伸缩杆3121,实现任意调节第二折叠臂312的长度,从而实现任意调整车载遮阳棚的长度尺寸,有效增大车载遮阳棚的适用范围,有利于提升用户体验。

可选地,支撑机构3还包括支撑组件32,支撑组件32包括与第二折叠臂312的端部转动连接的支撑架321,以及可转动设置在支撑架321上的至少一个支撑杆322,支撑架321具有用于收纳支撑杆322的容置区域,通过将支撑组 件32设置在第二折叠臂312的端部,当处于展开状态时,将收纳在支撑架321的容置区域内的支撑杆322转动至与地面垂直,使其与地面抵接,为提供支撑,有利于提升车载遮阳装置的稳定性和抗风性;此处对支撑组件32的支撑杆322的具体结构和数量不作限定。可选地,支撑杆322为伸缩杆,便于收纳。可选地,设置在支撑架321上的支撑杆322的数量为多个,多个支撑杆322均匀布设在支撑架321上,能够为支撑杆322提供稳定的支撑力。优选地,支撑杆322的数量为两个,两个支撑杆322转动设置在支撑架321的相对两侧,在能够为车载遮阳装置提供稳定支撑的同时,便于用户使用和收纳。

参考图7和图8,所述卷辊21与安装板13连接,并置于收纳壳1内,所述折叠组件31和支撑杆32在处于折叠状态时,也可收纳进收纳壳1内。
进一步的,所述盖体11包括上盖114,所述上盖114设于安装板13的上方,并可相对安装板13转动。
在一实施例中,所述上盖114的长度不小于固定板12的长度,所述上盖114铰接于固定板12的上方,安装板13固定设置于固定板12长度方向的两端并同时与固定板12的侧面和固定板12的底面连接,此时安装板13同样也位于上盖114的长度方向的两端,整体结构使收纳壳1能够达到非常好的密封性。
在一实施例中,为了方便用户操作展开及收纳遮阳布,所述遮阳布的一端(固定端)固定于卷辊21上,遮阳布的另一端(自由端)沿宽度方向设有拉杆15。
在一实施例中,所述支撑杆32的一端通过拉杆15与遮阳布的自由端连接。
进一步的,请参阅图8和图9所述盖体11还包括上盖弹簧座112和上盖弹簧113,所述上盖弹簧座112设于上盖114靠近卷辊21一侧的表面上,所述上盖弹簧113与安装板13连接,上盖弹簧113同时还与上盖弹簧座112抵触。
这样设置,在开启上盖114时,由于上盖弹簧113可以提供向上的弹力用于辅助开启上盖114,用户很轻松就能够开启上盖114,并充分将上盖114撑开立住。
进一步的,请一并参阅图9,所述上盖弹簧座112设有上盖弹簧座槽112a,所述上盖弹簧113上设有与上盖弹簧座槽112a配合的上盖弹簧卡接部113a。
在一实施例中,所述上盖114相对安装板13向上转动(即开启收纳壳1),带动上盖弹簧座112同步向上转动,上盖弹簧卡接部113a逐渐进入上盖弹簧座槽112a,当上盖弹簧卡接部113a完全进入上盖弹簧座槽112a时,上盖114处于上盖打开位,用户可以由收纳壳1内部取出并展开遮阳布,如图10所示:此时,上盖弹簧卡接部113a与上盖弹簧座槽112a在形成了卡接关系的同时,也为上盖114提供了向上的支撑力,使得上盖114只有在承受了能够使上盖弹簧卡接部113a脱离上盖弹簧座槽112a的力后才会向下转动,使得即使遇到大风大雨等恶劣天气,上盖114依然能够被稳定支撑,不会发生上盖114意外向下转动被关闭的情况。
在另一实施例中,当遮阳布被收纳进收纳壳1后,所述上盖114相对安装板13向下转动(即关闭收纳壳1),带动上盖弹簧座112同步向下转动,上盖弹簧卡接部113a逐渐离开上盖弹簧座槽112a,至上盖114到达上盖闭合位时,上盖弹簧卡接部113a完全离开上盖弹簧座槽112a。
在一实施例中,上盖弹簧卡接部113a和上盖弹簧座槽112a均为圆弧形,使得上盖弹簧卡接部113a离开和进入上盖弹簧座槽112a都很顺畅,不会出现卡顿现象。
优选的,为了避免上盖弹簧卡接部113a与上盖弹簧座槽112a发生卡死现象,致使上盖114无法顺畅相对安装板13向下转动的情况发生,上盖弹簧卡接部113a进入上盖弹簧座槽112a时,上盖弹簧113的端部处于上盖弹簧座槽112a外。
优选的,为了防止上盖弹簧113在与上盖弹簧座112的抵触面上发生不必要的移动,上盖弹簧座112还设有两个上盖弹簧座挡块112b,上盖弹簧113与上盖弹簧座112抵触于两个上盖弹簧座挡块112b之间。
进一步的,所述盖体11还包括设于上盖114上的上盖卡扣111,所述安装 板13上还设有上盖开关131。
具体的,上盖114转动抵触安装板13,所述上盖卡扣111与上盖开关131卡接,此时,上盖114位于上盖闭合位。
在一实施例中,如图11所示:为了提升上盖卡扣111与上盖开关131卡接(即收纳壳1处于闭合状态)的稳定性,所述上盖卡扣111还包括卡勾111a和卡扣防脱座111b,卡勾111a用于当收纳壳1处于闭合状态时与上盖开关131卡接,当卡勾111a与上盖开关131卡接时,所述卡扣防脱座111b抵触固定板12的底面,这样,就保证了即使在遇到剧烈颠簸或受到很大力的冲击时,上盖卡扣111也不会产生变形导致与上盖开关131之间脱勾,上盖114也就不会发生被意外开启的情况。
进一步的,请一并参阅图11,所述上盖开关131还包括开关扣131a和定位柱131b,所述定位柱131b用于与固定板12连接,所述开关扣131a用于与上盖卡扣111卡接。
具体的,盖体11相对安装板13向下转动至上盖114抵触安装板13,所述卡勾111a与开关扣131a卡接。
在本实施例中,如图11所示:所述上盖开关131还包括开关按键131c和开关弹簧131d,所述开关弹簧131d的一端与所述开关按键131c连接,所述开关弹簧131d的另一端与开关扣131a连接,当用户需要开启上盖114时,只需要按动开关按键131c,开关按键131c即可控制开关扣131a弹起,使得卡勾111a脱离开关扣131a,用户即可向上转动上盖114,从而开启上盖114。
在一实施例中,所述定位柱131b在安装时会预留空间用于给卡扣防脱座111b避位。
在一实施例中,也可以设置,当上盖114处于上盖闭合位时,所述卡扣防脱座111b同时与固定板12的底面和定位柱131b抵触,使得底座12与上盖114之间垂直方向没有空隙可位移,从而使得上盖卡扣111与开关扣131a之间的卡接具有更强的稳定性。
在一实施例中,遮阳布的宽度,与两个定位柱131b靠近折叠组件31一侧的表面形成的长度大致相同,这样设置,在用户卷收遮阳布时如果遮阳布发生偏斜,用户只需要将拉杆15的任一端抵触定位柱131b,拉杆15就可以沿定位柱131b将遮阳布归位,从而很轻松地就可以将遮阳布收纳进收纳壳1,不再需要人工进行调节,非常省时、方便。
在一实施例中,所述拉杆15的上方还设有U形杆,用于折叠组件31和支撑杆23进入收纳壳1后,将折叠组件31和支撑杆32遮挡,防止折叠组件31和支撑杆23意外脱出收纳壳1。
在一实施例中,所述卷辊21通过齿轮213与安装板13连接。
优选的,所述齿轮213有两个,分别设于卷辊组件21轴向的两端。
进一步的,所述卷辊21包括设于其内的第一卷轴212。
在一实施例中,所述第一卷轴212通过齿轮213与卷辊21轴向一侧的安装板13连接。
进一步的,第一卷轴212外圆周沿轴向设有卷轴弹簧214,只需要调节卷轴弹簧214的扭矩,用户就可以根据需求设置所述第一卷轴212卷动遮阳布时的所需力度的大小。
在一实施例中,所述卷轴弹簧214的扭矩大小可以通过与其连接的齿轮213进行调节。
在一实施例中,为了卷筒211的工作稳定性,所述卷辊21还包括第二卷轴217,所述卷筒211同时套接于第一卷轴212和第二卷轴217,所述第二卷轴217也通过齿轮213与卷辊21轴向另一侧安装板13连接。
如图7所示:进一步的,为了防止卷轴弹簧214在第一卷轴212上进行不必要的运动,所述第一卷轴212上还设有卷轴固定件215和卷轴垫圈216,所述卷轴固定件215与卷轴弹簧214远离齿轮213一端抵触,所述卷轴垫圈216与卷轴弹簧214靠近齿轮213一端抵触,所述卷轴固定件215和卷轴垫圈216上还设有与卷筒211内壁形状配合的限位槽,只要限制卷轴固定件215和卷轴 垫圈216在第一卷轴212的运动,就可以限制卷轴弹簧214在第一卷轴212上的运动。
图12为本发明的支撑机构的折叠组件31的第二实施例,如图12所示:为了减少用户使用折叠组件31展开遮阳布时所需消耗的力量,所述第一折叠臂311内部还设有连杆弹簧225,所述连杆弹簧225的一端与第一连接件226连接,所述连杆弹簧225的另一端穿过第一连接关节3131、第二连接关节3132后和另一端的第二连接件227连接。
在一实施例中,为了方便连杆弹簧225的安装以及调整连杆弹簧225的拉力大小,所述连杆弹簧225的一端通过连杆弹簧第一固定件228与第一连接件226连接,所述连杆弹簧225的另一端通过连杆弹簧第二固定件229与第二连接关节3132连接。
优选的,所述连杆弹簧第一固定件228为三角形金属挂勾,所述连杆弹簧第二固定件229为细钢丝绳。
在一实施例中,所述连杆弹簧第二固定件229在安装时,具体的,所述第一连接件226通过连杆弹簧螺杆230与连杆弹簧第一固定件228连接,所述第一连接件226可相对第一折叠臂221转动,通过旋转第一连接件226就可以调整连杆弹簧225的拉力的大小。
在一实施例中,所述连杆弹簧螺杆230轴向贯穿了第一连接件226。
在一实施例中,所述第一折叠臂311的内壁设有限位凸台,所述连杆弹簧螺杆230与连杆弹簧第一固定件228连接处设有连杆弹簧垫圈231,所述连杆弹簧垫圈231设有与限位凸台对应的凹槽,当连杆弹簧225安装完成后,连杆弹簧垫圈231使得连杆弹簧第一固定件228在第一折叠臂221是无法转动的。
具体的,在安装连杆弹簧225时,先将连杆弹簧225的一端与连杆弹簧第一固定件228连接,然后通过连杆弹簧螺杆230将连杆弹簧第一固定件228与第一连接件226连接,接着将连杆弹簧225的另一端与连杆弹簧第二固定件229的一端连接,再将连杆弹簧第二固定件229的另一端穿过第一连接关节3131 的内部,在第一连接关节3131和第二连接关节3132交界处位于第一连接关节3131的外部,然后到达第二连接关节3132的内部,将连杆弹簧第二固定件229的另一端由第二连接关节3132的内部由连接孔224a穿出第二连接关节3132外调整至合适长度用螺栓进行固定,即可完成连杆弹簧225的安装,安装完成后,可通过旋转第一连接件226将连杆弹簧225的拉力调整至合适的大小。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种用于车载遮阳棚的支撑机构,车载遮阳棚包括具有一盖体(11)的收纳壳(1)、可转动设置在所述收纳壳(1)内且用于卷绕遮阳布的卷辊(21),以及当所述遮阳布处于展开状态时用于支撑所述遮阳布的所述支撑机构(3),所述收纳壳(1)上开设有连通所述盖体(11)和外界且供所述遮阳布和所述支撑机构穿过的让位口,其特征在于:所述支撑机构(3)包括分别位于所述卷辊(21)的相对两侧的两个折叠组件(31),以及支撑组件(32);所述折叠组件(31)包括可转动设置在所述收纳壳内的第一折叠臂(311)、第二折叠臂(312)、用于转动连接所述第一折叠臂(311)和所述第二折叠臂(312)的第一转动组件(313),以及用于转动连接所述第二折叠臂(312)和所述支撑组件(32)的第二转动组件(314);所述遮阳布的远离所述卷辊(21)的一侧设置有与所述支撑组件(3)固定连接的拉杆(15)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支撑机构,其特征在于:所述第一转动组件(313)包括设置在所述第一折叠臂(311)的端部上的第一连接关节(3131)、设置在所述第二折叠臂(312)的端部上的第二连接关节(3132),以及用于转动连接所述第一连接关节(3131)和所述第二连接关节(3132)的第一转轴(3133),所述第一连接关节(3131)具有第一连接部(31311),所述第二连接关节(3132)间隔设置有两个第二连接部(31321),两个所述第二连接部(31321)之间围合形成供所述第一连接部(31311)置入的第一安装区域,所述第一连接部(31311)和两个所述第二连接部(31321)均贯穿设置有供所述第一转轴(3133)穿透的第一穿透孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的支撑机构,其特征在于:所述第一转动组件(313)还包括用于限制所述第二折叠臂(312)的转动区间的锁紧组件(315),所述第二连接关节(3132)上贯穿设置有连通所述安装区域和所述第二折叠臂(213)的内腔且供安装所述锁紧组件(315)的第一让位孔(31322)所述锁紧组件 (315)包括锁紧杆(3151)和锁紧插销(3152),所述锁紧插销(3152)穿透所述第二连接关节(3132)和所述锁紧杆(3151)设置,以使所述锁紧杆(3151)能够以所述锁紧插销(3152)为转动中心相对所述第二连接关节(3132)转动,并靠近或远离所述第一连接部(31311),所述第一连接部(31311)上设置有供所述锁紧杆(3151)的端部上的锁紧钩(31511)置入的限位槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的支撑机构,其特征在于:所述第二折叠臂(312)包括内伸缩杆(3121)和套设在所述内伸缩杆(3121)的外壁上的外伸缩杆(3122),所述外伸缩杆(3122)与所述第一折叠臂(311)连接,所述内伸缩杆(3121)与所述支撑组件(32)连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的支撑机构,其特征在于:所述第一转动组件(313)还包括用于驱动所述锁紧杆(3151)相对所述第二连接关节(3132)转动限位组件(316),所述限位组件(316)包括设置在所述外伸缩杆(3122)内且与所述内伸缩杆(3121)活动抵接的套筒(3161)、限位插销(3152),以及设置在所述套筒(3161)和所述第二连接关节(3132)之间的第一弹性件(3163),所述限位插销(3162)穿透所述套筒(3161)和所述锁紧杆(3151)设置,所述锁紧杆(3151)开设有供所述限位插销(3162)穿透且呈倾斜状的腰型孔,所述套筒(3161)具有供所述锁紧杆(3151)置入的第二让位孔(31611)。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的支撑机构,其特征在于:所述第二转动组件(314)包括设置在所述第二折叠臂(312)的端部上的第三连接关节(3141)、设置在所述支撑组件(32)上的第四连接关节(3142),以及用于转动连接所述第三连接关节(3141)和所述第四连接关节(3142)的第二转轴(3143),所述第三连接关节(3141)具有第三连接部,所述第四连接关节(3142)间隔设置有两个第四连接部,两个所述第四连接部之间围合形成供所述第三连接部置入的第二安装区域,所述第三连接部和两个所述第四连接部均贯穿设 置有供所述第二转轴(3143)穿透的第二穿透孔。
  7. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的支撑机构,其特征在于:所述支撑组件(32)包括与所述第二折叠臂(312)的端部转动连接的支撑架(321),以及可转动设置在所述支撑架(321)上的至少一个支撑杆(322),所述支撑架(321)具有用于收纳所述支撑杆的容置区域。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的支撑机构,其特征在于:所述第一折叠臂(311)内部设有连杆弹簧(225),所述连杆弹簧(225)的一端与第一连接件(226)连接,所述连杆弹簧(225)的另一端经过第一折叠臂(311)与第二折叠臂(312)连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的车载遮阳棚,其特征在于:所述收纳壳(1)包括盖体(11)和安装板(13),所述盖体(11)包括上盖(114),所述上盖(114)设于安装板(13)的上方,并可相对安装板(13)转动,其特征在于:所述盖体(11)还包括上盖弹簧座(112)和上盖弹簧(113),所述上盖弹簧座(112)设于上盖(114)上,所述上盖弹簧座(112)设有上盖弹簧座槽(112a),所述上盖弹簧(113)与安装板(13)连接,所述上盖弹簧(113)上设有与上盖弹簧座槽(112a)配合的上盖弹簧卡接部(113a),所述上盖(114)相对安装板(13)向上转动至上盖打开位,上盖弹簧卡接部(113a)完全进入上盖弹簧座槽(112a)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的车载遮阳棚,其特征在于:所述盖体(11)还包括设于上盖(114)上的上盖卡扣(111),所述安装板(13)上设有上盖开关(131),盖体(11)相对安装板(13)向下转动至上盖(114)与安装板(13)抵触,所述上盖卡扣(111)与上盖开关(131)卡接,还包括设于上盖(114)下方的固定板(12),所述上盖卡扣(111)包括卡扣防脱座(111b),所述上盖卡扣(111)与上盖开关(131)卡接,所述卡扣防脱座(111b)抵触固定板(12)。
  11. 根据权利要求11所述的车载遮阳棚,其特征在于:所述上盖开关(131) 通过定位柱(131b)与固定板(12)连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的车载遮阳棚,其特征在于:所述卷辊(21)通过齿轮(213)与安装板(13)连接,所述卷辊(21)内设有第一卷轴(212),所述第一卷轴(212)外圆周沿轴向设有卷轴弹簧(214)。
