本发明提供了一种具有双层透光层结构的发光遮阳帘装置,包括第一透光层、框架总成、遮阳帘总成和驱动总成,所述框架总成包括两个导轨,所述两个导轨对称设置在所述第一透光层的左右两侧下方,还包括:第二透光层,设置在所述第一透光层下方,所述第二透光层与第一透光层之间具有中空层,所述遮阳帘总成中的帘布位于所述中空层中;发光部,设置在所述第一透光层下方,与电源电连接;所述帘布包括多根沿所述第二透光层的前后方向延伸的光纤,所述发光部发出的光线通过所述光纤的端部进入所述光纤中。
优选地,所述第二透光层的左右两侧各与一个所述导轨相连接,所述第二透光层的前侧和后侧中的任意一侧与第一透光层相连接,另一侧留有供所述帘布进入所述中空层的开口。
优选地,所述第一透光层的左侧、位于左侧的所述导轨和第二透光层的左侧之间通过包胶工艺形成的包边相连接;所述第一透光层的右侧、位于右侧的所述导轨和第二透光层的右侧之间通过包胶工艺形成的包边相连接。
优选地,所述第一透光层的左右两侧均通过包胶工艺形成的包边连接有紧固件,所述导
轨的一侧与所述第二透光层相连接,另一侧与所述紧固件之间可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述第二透光层的前侧和后侧中的任意一侧通过包胶工艺形成的包边或粘性剂与第一透光层相连接。
优选地,所述开口的底部设有支撑件,所述支撑件与第一透光层相连接。
优选地,所述发光部包括灯条和灯座。
优选地,还包括透光部,所述透光部由透明塑料与所述光纤的前端一体注塑成型,所述透光部与所述驱动总成中的滑块相连接。
优选地,所述发光部设置在所述帘布的后侧;还包括连接部,所述连接部采用透明塑料与所述光纤的后端一体注塑成型,所述连接部设置在所述遮阳帘总成中的卷筒上。
优选地,所述帘布的外侧包覆有光纤皮层,所述光纤皮层的下表面设有多个缺口,所述缺口位于所述光纤的正下方。
本发明的有益之处在于,通过在帘布下方增加第二透光层,可以在不影响帘布正常工作的基础上限制帘布的自然下垂,既增大了乘客的头部空间,又使得帘布与顶衬之间的间隙大小可控,避免了因帘布下垂和外露导致的美观度、舒适度和整洁度降低的问题。同时,通过在第一透光层下方设置发光部,发光部与帘布配合,形成发光图案,可以同时实现照明和美化车内环境的功能,大大提升了乘客的乘坐体验。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
图1为本发光遮阳帘装置的示意图,在以下的描述中,以图1中的附图作为方向的参考基础,垂直于视图纸面朝外为上方向,垂直于视图纸面朝内为下方向,沿视图纸面向上为前方向,沿视图纸面向下为后方向,沿视图纸面朝右为右方向,沿视图纸面朝左为左方向。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种具有双层透光层结构的发光遮阳帘装置,包括第一透光层11、第二透光层12、发光部、框架总成2、遮阳帘总成3和驱动总成4。其中,第一透光层11固定安装在框架总成2上;框架总成2设置在汽车顶部的开口中,包括两个导轨21,两个导轨21对称设置在第一透光层11的左右两侧下方;遮阳帘总成3包括第一拉杆33、卷筒32以及连接在第一拉杆33和卷筒32之间的帘布31,卷筒32固定在两个导轨21之间;驱动总成4包括驱动电机41、设置在驱动电机41输出轴上的齿轮、与齿轮啮合的两根拉索42、与拉索42前端相连接的滑块43,拉索42和滑块43均设置在导轨21中,拉索42可带动滑块43在导轨21内滑动,滑块43与第一拉杆33的一端相连接。当驱动电机41驱动齿轮顺时针或逆时针转动时,拉索42带动滑块43向靠近卷筒32或远离卷筒32的方向移动,驱动帘布31收纳于卷筒32上或从卷筒32上向外展开。驱动电机41和卷筒32可布置在第一透光层11的前侧或后侧。第一透光层11和第二透光层12优选地为透明的玻璃或有机玻璃(亚克力)。
第二透光层12设置在第一透光层11下方,第二透光层12与第一透光层11之间具有中空层14,遮阳帘总成3中的帘布31位于中空层14中。为牢固固定第二透光层12,且使第二透光层12不阻碍帘布31的正常工作,第二透光层12的左右两侧各与一个导轨21相连接,第二透光层12的前侧和后侧中的任意一侧与第一透光层11相连接,另一侧留有供帘布31进入的开口。本发明明具体地将驱动电机41和卷筒32布置在第一透光层11的后侧。对应地,第二透光层12的前侧与第一透光层11相连接,后侧留有如图7所示的开口141,方便帘布31从后向前地进入中空层14中。
本发明通过增加第二透光层12形成中空层14,可以在不影响帘布31正常工作的基础上限制帘布31的自然下垂,既增大了乘客的头部空间,又使得帘布31与汽车的顶衬5之间的间隙大小可控,避免了因帘布下垂和外露导致的美观度、舒适度和整洁度降低的问题,大大提升了乘客的乘坐体验。
如图2-4所示,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,第二透光层12的宽度小于第一透光层11的宽度,第一透光层11的左侧、位于左侧的导轨21以及第二透光层12的左侧之间通过包胶工艺形成的包边13相连接,同样地,第一透光层11的右侧、位于右侧的导轨21以及第二透
光层12的右侧通过包边相连接。包边13具体地采用PU聚氨酯材料,其可以起到保护透光层、将透光层与其他零部件相连接的作用。中空层14的高度可通过调整包胶工艺及导轨21的结构来调节。
如图1和图2所示,第一拉杆33可为金属件或塑料件,其包括相互连接的第一固定部331和第二固定部332,其中第一固定部331与滑块43相连接,位于第一透光层11和导轨21之间;第二固定部332通过缝合或粘接的方式与帘布31相连接,与帘布31一同处于中空层14中。
如图6(a)和(b)所示,第二透光层12的长度小于第一透光层11的长度,若第二透光层12的前侧靠近第一透光层11的前侧,两者之间可以通过包胶工艺形成的包边131相连接。如图6(c)所示,若第二透光层12的长度较小、其前侧远离第一透光层11的前侧,则第二透光层12的前侧可以通过包边131与第一透光层11的中部相连接。
如图7所示,当第二透光层12采用如钢化透光层等刚度较大的材料制成时,其后侧无需固定,可悬空设置。为降低第二透光层12的重量,第二透光层12可采用塑料ABS板材(有机透明透光层)来达到减重的目的。但因为塑料ABS板材的刚度不足,其悬空设置的后侧可能存在塌陷风险。为解决该问题,如图10所示,本发明优选地在开口141下方(即第二透光层12的后侧底部)设有支撑件15,支撑件15的顶部通过粘接或PU包边的形式与第二透光层12相连接,其左右两侧通过粘接或PU包边的形式与第一透光层11相连接,进而对第二透光层12的后侧起到支撑、防塌陷的作用。
在上述实施例中,采用PU包边固定第一透光层11和第二透光层12的相对位置可能会导致中空层14的高度较难控制,同时后期不便于拆卸维修,影响报废率,增加了工艺难度和成本,因此在本发明的一个优选实施例中,如图5所示,第一透光层11的左侧和右侧均通过包胶工艺形成的包边13连接有紧固件,紧固件具体地为螺母17;导轨21的一端通过包边或粘性剂16与第二透光层12的左侧或右侧相连接,另一端设有螺丝171,通过螺丝171和螺母17之间的紧固可拆卸连接,固定第一透光层11和第二透光层12的相对位置。粘性剂16具体地为双面胶,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要选用其他粘性材料。
类似地,如图11所示,第二透光层12的前侧可以直接通过粘性剂161与设有通过包胶工艺形成的包边131的第一透光层11前侧相连接,也可以在第二透光层12的前侧通过包边连接有螺丝,在第一透光层11的前侧通过包边连接有螺母,经螺丝与螺母之间的配合,实现第一透光层11和第二透光层12的紧固可拆卸连接。
由于第二透光层12足以实现对帘布31的整体支撑,帘布31的左右两侧不会下垂,因此如图3所示,在本发明中,帘布31的左右两侧可以不设置引导带,仅通过如图1所示的第一拉杆33和卷筒32来固定帘布31的前侧和后侧即可。
如图7和图8所示,遮阳帘总成3还包括通过支座35固定在框架总成2上的连接轴36,连接轴36与卷筒32之间通过扭簧相连接。扭簧会产生预紧力,使卷筒32具有将帘布31收纳在卷筒32上的回转趋势,这样有助于将帘布31收纳整齐,减小收纳空间。
进一步地,可以对遮阳帘总成3进行减配,取消连接轴36,如图4和图9所示,改为在帘布31的左右两侧各设有一个沿帘布31的长度方向延伸的引导带34,引导带34设置在导轨21中,其为自身具有较大回复力的卷簧。卷簧具有将帘布31收纳在卷筒32上的回转趋势,可以起到与扭簧+弹簧轴组合相同的作用。
如图12-15所示,为满足日益丰富多样的个性化审美需求,本发明中的发光部6与外部电源电连接,其设置在第一透光层11的下方。帘布31包括多根沿第二透光层12的前后方向延伸的光纤8,发光部6发出的光线通过光纤8的端部进入光纤8中,使帘布31发光,进而实现照明以及美化车内环境的功能。
如图12-14所示,帘布31采用十字梭织法织成,包括多根沿第二透光层12的左右方向延伸的纬线311(图中白线)和沿第二透光层12的前后方向延伸的经线312(图中灰线)。
为导通光线,使帘布31发光,本发明将多根经线312替换成光纤8(图中黑线),发光部6具体地为灯条和灯座,灯条通过灯座与电源连接。灯条和灯座可设置在帘布31的前侧或后侧,使光线从光纤8的前端或后端进入光纤8中。
优选地,发光部6设置在帘布31的前侧;光纤8的长度大于经线312的长度,其后端与经线312的后端平齐,其前端位于经线312前端的前侧;帘布31包括由前向后设置的A、B、C三个区域,A区最靠近灯条62,其中仅分布有光纤8;B区中分布有光纤8和经线312,C区中包括光纤8、经线312和纬线311。固定光纤8的前端,将A区与透明塑料(如透明有机透光层/亚克力材料)一同注塑形成透光部71,再通过注塑成型工艺将B区、C区前侧与透光部71连为一体,形成第二拉杆7,第二拉杆7可以替代前述第一拉杆33,两端直接与导轨中的滑块相连接,其可在驱动总成的驱动下带动帘布31前后移动。由透明塑料注塑形成的透光部71不会阻碍灯条62发出的光线进入光纤8,还可以起到与B区、C区相连接的作用。如图1所示,帘布31的后侧和前述设置相同,与卷筒32相连接。
如图14所示,第二透光层12的前侧通过包边131与第一透光层11相连接,灯条62和
灯座61设置在中空层14中,位于包边131与第二透光层12的连接处,灯条62沿第二透光层12的宽度方向(即左右方向)延伸,宽度与第二透光层12的宽度相近。当第二拉杆7在驱动总成4的驱动下移动至第二透光层12的前侧时,帘布31完全展开,此时可以通过控制系统开启灯条62,光线从灯条62、中空层14、透光部71、光纤8进入帘布31,使帘布31发光。
如图15所示,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将发光部6设置在帘布31的后侧,使光纤8的前端与经线的前端平齐,其后端位于经线312后端的后侧;将A、B、C三个区域在帘布31中由后向前设置,发光部6固定在卷筒32上,然后将A区和透明塑料一同注塑形成连接部72,连接部72、B区和C区均通过粘性剂162与卷筒32相连接。如图1所示,在此方案下,帘布31的前侧和前述设置相同,与第一拉杆33相连接。当第一拉杆33在驱动总成4的驱动下移动至第二透光层12的前侧时,帘布31完全展开,此时可以通过控制系统开启灯条63,光线从灯条63、连接部72、光纤8进入帘布31,使帘布31发光。
如图16所示,本领域技术人员还可以在帘布31的外侧包裹光纤皮层9,光纤皮层9具体地采用氟塑料制成,颜色为黑色或与遮阳帘布相近的颜色,如米色、灰色等,其下表面通过机械磨损、化学腐蚀等方式开有多个位于光纤8正下方的缺口91,光纤8中的光线可以从缺口91处折射,由第二透光层12的下表面射出,根据多个缺口91组成的形状,形成明暗对比效果更佳鲜明的发光图案,提升乘客在车内的视觉体验。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (16)
- 一种具有双层透光层结构的发光遮阳帘装置,包括第一透光层(11)、框架总成(2)、遮阳帘总成(3)和驱动总成(4),所述框架总成(2)包括两个导轨(21),所述两个导轨(21)对称设置在所述第一透光层(11)的左右两侧下方,其特征在于,还包括:第二透光层(12),设置在所述第一透光层(11)下方,所述第二透光层(12)与第一透光层(11)之间具有中空层(14),所述遮阳帘总成(3)中的帘布(31)位于所述中空层(14)中;发光部(6),设置在所述第一透光层(11)下方,与电源电连接;所述帘布(31)包括多根沿所述第二透光层(12)的前后方向延伸的光纤(8),所述发光部(6)发出的光线通过所述光纤(8)的端部进入所述光纤(8)中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述第二透光层(12)的左右两侧各与一个所述导轨(21)相连接,所述第二透光层(12)的前侧和后侧中的任意一侧与第一透光层(11)相连接,另一侧留有供所述帘布(31)进入所述中空层(14)的开口(141)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述第一透光层(11)的左侧、位于左侧的所述导轨(21)和第二透光层(12)的左侧之间通过包胶工艺形成的包边相连接;所述第一透光层(11)的右侧、位于右侧的所述导轨(21)和第二透光层(12)的右侧之间通过包胶工艺形成的包边相连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述第一透光层(11)的左右两侧均通过包胶工艺形成的包边连接有紧固件,所述导轨(21)的一侧与所述第二透光层(12)相连接,另一侧与所述紧固件之间可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述第二透光层(12)的前侧和后侧中的任意一侧通过包胶工艺形成的包边或粘性剂与第一透光层(11)相连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述开口(141)的下方设有用于支撑所述第二透光层(12)的支撑件(15),所述支撑件(15)与第一透光层(11)相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述发光部(6)包括灯条和灯座。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述发光部(6)设置在所述帘布(31)的前侧;还包括透光部(71),所述透光部(71)由透明塑料与所述光纤(8)的前端一体注塑成型,所述透光部(71)与所述驱动总成(4)中的滑块(43)相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述发光部(6)设置在所述帘布(31)的后侧;还包括连接部(72),所述连接部(72)采用透明塑料与所述光纤(8)的后端一体注塑成型,所述连接部(72)设置在所述遮阳帘总成(3)中的卷筒(32)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述帘布(31)的外侧包覆有光纤皮层(9),所述光纤皮层(9)的下表面设有多个缺口(91),所述缺口(91)位于所述光纤(8)的正下方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述第一透光层(11)与所述第二透光层(12)由透明的玻璃或有机玻璃制成。
- 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述包边采用PU聚氨酯材料制成。
- 根据权利要求5所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述支撑件(15)的顶部通过粘接或PU包边的形式与所述第二透光层(12)相连接,所述支撑件(15)的左右两侧通过粘接或PU包边的形式与第一透光层11相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述遮阳帘总成(3)还包括第一拉杆(33)和卷筒(32),所述帘布(31)连接在所述第一拉杆(33)和所述卷筒(32)之间,所述卷筒(32)固定在两个导轨(21)之间,所述驱动总成(4)通过所述拉杆驱动所述帘布(31)收纳于所述卷筒(32)上或从所述卷筒(32)上向外展开。
- 根据权利要求14所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述驱动总成(4)包括驱动电机(41)、设置在所述驱动电机(41)输出轴上的齿轮、与所述齿轮啮合的两根拉索(42)、以及与所述拉索(42)前端相连接的滑块(43);所述拉索(42)和所述滑块(43)均设置在所述导轨(21)中,所述拉索(42)带动所述滑块(43)在所述导轨(21)内可滑动,所述滑块(43)与所述第一拉杆(33)的一端相连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的发光遮阳帘装置,其特征在于,所述缺口(91)具有多个形状。
