所述护套4前端还具有若干被沿轴向延伸的劈槽分隔的固定折片12,该固定折片12向内弯折压紧在接触件本体3前端的喇叭口结构16的内壁上,实现护套4前端与接触件本体3前端的固定。本实用新型固定折片12的设置实现了护套4与接触件本体3前端的固定,保证了二者之间连接的稳固可靠,且该护套4的存在增强了第一接触件1接触件本体3前端的强度和弹性结构部分的弹性保持力,增强了该电路板使用免焊插孔的使用寿命和使用性能。
所述第二接触件2前端具有用于与电路板22连接的径向收缩能力的弹性部23。具体的,所述电路板22上设有供弹性部23过盈插入的连接孔,插入电路板22上的连接孔内时,弹性部23在挤压力下向内收缩实现与电路板的稳定连接,实现信号的稳定传输。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述弹性部23包括中间外凸的弹性面231和前端的引导结构232,该引导结构232为能够引导弹性面进入电路板内的圆柱,所述弹性面231是由多个中间外凸的弹片组成的,所述弹片沿周向间隔分布。在本实用新型其他实施例中,所述引导结构231也可为圆锥、 尖角或圆弧等其他具有导向作用的结构。
在本实用新型另一实施例中,所述弹性部23整体呈半椭圆体状,且该半椭圆体状的弹性部23的长轴方向与第二接触件2的轴向一致,即该弹性部23前端为能够在弹性部连接时起引导作用的圆滑的弧面。且该弹性部23外周中部设有沿轴向延伸的开槽,以满足该弹性部与电路板22连接时的收缩变形需求。
所述第二接触件2还包括后端的密封部24,该密封部24上设有用于与插座壳体配合密封的密封体5。在该实施例中,所述密封部24的侧壁上开有缺口17,封线体5通过模具成型工艺在所述缺口17上固定成型。所述封线体5为可为橡胶封封线体,也可为由塑料或其他材料成型后加O型圈或者其他密封材料组成组成的封线体。
本实用新型电路板使用免焊插孔在装配时首先将该第一接触件装入插座外壳内并通过倒刺固定,然后将第二接触件前端的引导结构对准电路板22,继续移动直至电路板与弹性部相连,实现免焊接稳定连接。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:包括用于与适配插针插合的第一接触件和用于与电路板连接的第二接触件;所述第二接触件通过具有径向收缩能力的弹性部与电路板上连接孔的过盈配合实现面板连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:所述弹性部前端包括前端的引导结构和后端中间外凸的弹性面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:所述弹性部是由若干沿周向间隔分布且外凸的弹片组成的。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:所述弹性部呈半椭圆体状,且该半椭圆体外周中部设有若干沿轴向延伸的通槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:所述第一接触件通过前端的细腰状弹性结构与适配插针插合;所述弹性结构前端的边框沿轴向延伸并被开槽分成若干瓣,上述被开槽分隔的各瓣均向外翻折,沿周向围成外扩的喇叭口结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:围成所述喇叭口结构的至少一瓣的根部向内凹陷,形成用于与对插端插针先接触的预接触凸部,该预接触凸部能够在对插端插针与弹性结构接触前与对插端插针接触完成初步连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:所述第一接触件包括接触件本体和套在该接触件本体上的护套;所述接触件本体包括前端的弹性结构和后端的支撑部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:所述护套上设有定位翅片,所述支撑部上设有供所述定位翅片插入实现定位的定位槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:所述护套上沿周向分布有至少一个用于与插座壳体配合定位的装配倒刺。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:所述护套外周还设有至少一个用于与插座壳体内沿轴向延伸的凹槽配合实现装配倒刺装配位置定位的定位凸起。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的电路板使用免焊插孔,其特征在于:所述 护套前端具有若干被沿轴向延伸的劈槽分隔的固定折片,该固定折片向内弯折压紧在所述喇叭口结构的内壁上。
