本实用新型涉及电声转换技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于便携式移动终端的发声器件。
背景技术
随着便携式移动终端技术的发展,人们对便携式移动终端的音效要求越来越高;与此同时,随着便携式移动终端轻薄化发展,发声器件也同样需要顺应轻薄化的发展潮流。
技术问题
现有的发声器件一般包括盆架、固定于盆架的振动系统和具有磁间隙的磁路系统,振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜和固定于振膜并驱动振膜的音圈,磁路系统包括磁轭以及磁钢;音圈插设在磁路系统的磁间隙内,通电后带动振膜往复振动发声。相关技术中,常在发声器件中设置柔性电路板以及成型于盆架内的导电端子来实现对音圈的供电;具体的,导电端子包括内部焊盘与外部焊盘,音圈引线与柔性电路板电连接,柔性电路板与内部焊盘电连接,外部焊盘与外部电路电连接从而形成电通路,而柔性电路板与内部焊盘的焊接处设置在盆架内部,不仅占用了发声器件的内部设计空间,且焊接工序也较为不便。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种内部设计空间更足且工艺更为简洁的发声器件。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提出了一种发声器件,其包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述收容空间内的振动系统和具有磁间隙的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜以及固定于所述振膜并插设于所述磁间隙内的音圈,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的磁轭以及固定于所述磁轭的磁钢,所述发声器件还包括将所述音圈与外部电路电连接的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括与所述音圈连接的第一焊盘部、与外部电路电连接的第二焊盘部以及连接所述第一焊盘部和所述第二焊盘部的中间连接部,所述第二焊盘部固定于所述盆架且位于所述收容空间之外。
优选的,所述音圈呈跑道形,所述第一焊盘部固定于所述音圈短轴方向且固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端。
优选的,所述盆架包括与所述振膜固定的主体部,所述主体部包括与所述振膜固定的第一固定面以及沿振动方向与所述第一固定面相对设置的第二固定面,所述第二焊盘部固定于所述第二固定面。
优选的,所述主体部包括沿长轴方向延伸的第一主体部、沿短轴方向延伸的第二主体部以及设于角部位置且连接所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部的连接角部,所述第二焊盘部固定于所述连接角部。
优选的,所述磁钢包括固定于所述磁轭中间位置的主磁钢、沿长轴方向间隔设于所述主磁钢周侧的第一边磁钢以及沿短轴方向设于所述主磁钢周侧的第二边磁钢,所述第一边磁钢和所述第二边磁钢与所述主磁钢形成所述磁间隙,所述第一边磁钢与所述第二边磁钢之间形成避让间隙,所述第一焊盘部收容于所述磁间隙,所述中间连接部穿过所述避让间隙延伸出所述磁间隙。
优选的,所述中间连接部包括自所述第一焊盘部延伸并穿过所述避让间隙的第一连接部、自所述第一连接部弯折延伸并绕所述第二边磁钢外侧延伸的第二连接部以及自所述第二连接部延伸并固定于所述第二主体部的第三连接部,所述第三连接部与所述第二焊盘部连接。
优选的,所述柔性电路板包括两个,两个所述柔性电路板设于所述音圈的短轴,两个所述第二焊盘部沿对角线固定于所述主体部的所述连接角部。
优选的,所述发声器件还包括固定于所述主体部的导电端子,所述导电端子包括三个第三焊盘部,其中一个所述第三焊盘部与一个所述第二焊盘部电连接,其余两个所述第三焊盘部沿另一对角线固定于所述主体部的所述连接角部。
优选的,所述磁轭包括与所述主磁钢固定的磁轭底部以及自所述磁轭底部的短轴方向的边缘弯折延伸的磁轭翻边,所述磁轭翻边固定于所述第二主体部,所述第三连接部夹设于所述磁轭翻边与所述第二主体部之间。
优选的,所述盆架还包括自所述连接角部的内边缘朝向所述磁轭延伸的凸台部,所述第二焊盘部设于所述凸台部外侧,所述凸台部与所述磁轭底部固定连接。

所述振动系统2包括固定于所述盆架1的振膜21以及固定于所述振膜21并插设于所述磁间隙30内的音圈22。具体的,所述振动系统2还包括将所述振膜21支撑于所述盆架1的振膜固定件23以及固定于所述振膜21的球顶24;可以看出,所述振膜固定件23固定于所述盆架1上,所述振膜21固定于所述振膜固定件23。
所述磁路系统3包括固定于所述盆架1的磁轭31、固定于所述磁轭31的磁钢32以及固定于所述磁钢21远离所述磁轭31表面的极芯33。
所述发声器件100还包括将所述音圈22与外部电路电连接的柔性电路板4,所述柔性电路板4包括与所述音圈22连接的第一焊盘部41、与外部电路电连接的第二焊盘部42以及连接所述第一焊盘部41和所述第二焊盘部42的中间连接部43,所述第二焊盘部42固定于所述盆架1且位于所述收容空间10之外。
具体的,所述音圈22呈跑道形,所述第一焊盘部41固定于所述音圈22短轴方向且固定于所述音圈22远离所述振膜21的一端。所述盆架1包括与所述振膜21固定的主体部11,所述主体部11包括与所述振膜21固定的第一固定面111以及沿振动方向与所述第一固定面111相对设置的第二固定面112,所述第二焊盘部42固定于所述第二固定面112。进一步的,所述主体部11包括沿长轴方向延伸的第一主体部113、沿短轴方向延伸的第二主体部114以及设于角部位置且连接所述第一主体部113和所述第二主体部114的连接角部115,所述第二焊盘部42固定于所述连接角部115。即,可以理解的是,所述第二焊盘部42固定于所述连接角部115沿振动方向远离所述振膜21的表面。
具体的,所述磁钢32包括固定于所述磁轭31中间位置的主磁钢321、沿长轴方向间隔设于所述主磁钢321周侧的第一边磁钢322以及沿短轴方向设于所述主磁钢321周侧的第二边磁钢323,所述第一边磁钢322和所述第二边磁钢323与所述主磁钢321形成所述磁间隙30,所述第一边磁钢322与所述第二边磁钢323之间形成避让间隙324,所述第一焊盘部41收容于所述磁间隙30,所述中间连接部43穿过所述避让间隙324延伸出所述磁间隙30。相应的,所述极芯33包括固定于所述主磁钢321的主极芯331以及固定于所述第一边磁钢322和所述第二边磁钢323的副极芯332,可以理解的是,所述副极芯332为环形结构,所述副极芯332的外侧固定于所述盆架1,进一步将所述磁路系统3支撑于所述盆架1。
进一步的,所述柔性电路板4的所述中间连接部43包括自所述第一焊盘部41延伸并穿过所述避让间隙324的第一连接部431、自所述第一连接部431弯折延伸并绕所述第二边磁钢323外侧延伸的第二连接部432以及自所述第二连接部432延伸并固定于所述第二主体部114的第三连接部433,所述第三连接部433与所述第二焊盘部42连接。
可以理解的是,所述柔性电路板4包括两个,两个所述柔性电路板4设于所述音圈22的短轴侧,两个所述第二焊盘部42沿对角线固定于所述主体部11的所述连接角部115。
所述发声器件100还包括固定于所述主体部11的导电端子5,所述导电端子5包括三个第三焊盘部51,其中一个所述第三焊盘部51与一个所述第二焊盘部42电连接,其余两个所述第三焊盘51部沿另一对角线固定于所述主体部11的所述连接角部115。所述音圈22与所述柔性电路板4电连接后再通过所述导电端子4与外部电路电连接,由此实现对所述音圈22的供电。
所述磁轭31包括与所述主磁钢321固定的磁轭底部311以及自所述磁轭底部311的短轴方向的边缘弯折延伸的磁轭翻边312,所述磁轭翻边312固定于所述第二主体部114,所述第三连接部433夹设于所述磁轭翻边312与所述第二主体部114之间。所述盆架1还包括自所述连接角部115的内边缘朝向所述磁轭31延伸的凸台部116,所述第二焊盘部42设于所述凸台部116外侧,所述凸台部116与所述磁轭底部311固定连接。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的发声器件包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述收容空间内的振动系统和具有磁间隙的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜以及固定于所述振膜的音圈,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的磁轭以及固定于所述磁轭的磁钢,所述发声器件还包括将所述音圈与外部电路电连接的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括与所述音圈连接的第一焊盘部、与外部电路电连接的第二焊盘部以及连接所述第一焊盘部和所述第二焊盘部的中间连接部,所述第二焊盘部固定于所述盆架且位于所述收容空间之外。通过将所述柔性电路板的所述第二焊盘部设置在盆架之外,直接将柔性电路板引出做外接焊盘,无需在盆架内部的振动空间内设置焊接处,释放了发声器件内的设计空间,且直接在盆架外进行焊接,降低了焊接工艺的复杂度,有效提升了良率及产品可靠性。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述收容空间内的振动系统和具有磁间隙的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜以及固定于所述振膜并插设于所述磁间隙内的音圈,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的磁轭以及固定于所述磁轭的磁钢,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括将所述音圈与外部电路电连接的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括与所述音圈连接的第一焊盘部、与外部电路电连接的第二焊盘部以及连接所述第一焊盘部和所述第二焊盘部的中间连接部,所述第二焊盘部固定于所述盆架且位于所述收容空间之外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述音圈呈跑道形,所述第一焊盘部固定于所述音圈短轴方向且固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架包括与所述振膜固定的主体部,所述主体部包括与所述振膜固定的第一固定面以及沿振动方向与所述第一固定面相对设置的第二固定面,所述第二焊盘部固定于所述第二固定面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述主体部包括沿长轴方向延伸的第一主体部、沿短轴方向延伸的第二主体部以及设于角部位置且连接所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部的连接角部,所述第二焊盘部固定于所述连接角部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁钢包括固定于所述磁轭中间位置的主磁钢、沿长轴方向间隔设于所述主磁钢周侧的第一边磁钢以及沿短轴方向设于所述主磁钢周侧的第二边磁钢,所述第一边磁钢和所述第二边磁钢与所述主磁钢形成所述磁间隙,所述第一边磁钢与所述第二边磁钢之间形成避让间隙,所述第一焊盘部收容于所述磁间隙,所述中间连接部穿过所述避让间隙延伸出所述磁间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述中间连接部包括自所述第一焊盘部延伸并穿过所述避让间隙的第一连接部、自所述第一连接部弯折延伸并绕所述第二边磁钢外侧延伸的第二连接部以及自所述第二连接部延伸并固定于所述第二主体部的第三连接部,所述第三连接部与所述第二焊盘部连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板包括两个,两个所述柔性电路板设于所述音圈的短轴,两个所述第二焊盘部沿对角线固定于所述主体部的所述连接角部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括固定于所述主体部的导电端子,所述导电端子包括三个第三焊盘部,其中一个所述第三焊盘部与一个所述第二焊盘部电连接,其余两个所述第三焊盘部沿另一对角线固定于所述主体部的所述连接角部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁轭包括与所述主磁钢固定的磁轭底部以及自所述磁轭底部的短轴方向的边缘弯折延伸的磁轭翻边,所述磁轭翻边固定于所述第二主体部,所述第三连接部夹设于所述磁轭翻边与所述第二主体部之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架还包括自所述连接角部的内边缘朝向所述磁轭延伸的凸台部,所述第二焊盘部设于所述凸台部外侧,所述凸台部与所述磁轭底部固定连接。
