拉链是服饰辅料的组成部分,在人们日常穿着服饰中有着广泛的应用。通常拉链是由排列整齐的链牙在拉头的作用下达到拉合或分离的功能,在人们的日常生活中大量应用于服装、背包、帐篷等生活用品。拉链由布带、链牙、拉头、上下止等组成。一般的拉链由两边布带,每片布带上各自有一排链牙,两排链牙相互交错排列达到固定的作用。拉头可使两侧的链牙相互咬合或脱开。其中常用在服装门襟的拉链是开尾拉链,开尾拉链的下止可实现两条拉链布带的分离与合并,
一般拉链的下止中,下止底件包括插销,下止面件包括方块,可通过将插销沿拉头运动方向插入方块内,来实现两侧链牙的结合,但是,需要准确控制插销插入方块的深度,才能保证两个布带上的链牙能够相咬合,为使用带来不便。
因此,如何提供一种便于使用的拉链,是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种拉链下止及包括上述拉链下止的拉链,便于使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种拉链下止,包括下止面件和下止底件;
所述下止面件包括面件圆柱体,所述面件圆柱体的外周面上凸出设置钩部,所述钩部包括由导向杆部和钩部凸起对接构成的钩状结构,在轴向上,所述钩部凸起位于所述钩部的底部;
所述下止底件的中部设置主凹槽,所述主凹槽的内周面上设置底件导向凸起和底件限位凸起,所述底件导向凸起和所述底件限位凸起在周向上依次设置且两者之间形成导向通道;
所述下止面件装配于所述下止底件的过程中,所述面件圆柱体沿轴向向下进入所述主凹槽,所述钩部沿轴向向下进入所述导向通道,同时,所述导向杆部与所述底件导向凸起通过沿周向贴合配合并倾斜导向、以推动所述下止面件相对于所述下止底件绕所述面件圆柱体的圆心线旋转运动,当所述下止面件轴向运动到所述下止面板与所述下止底件沿轴向相抵后,通过所述下止面件继续自转,以使钩部凸起伸入于所述底件限位凸起的限位凹槽中,从而避免所述下止面件沿轴向脱离所述下止底件。
优选地,所述导向杆部沿着轴向向下逐渐沿着周向倾斜延伸;所述底件导向凸起上靠近所述底件限位凸起的周向端面沿轴向向下逐渐沿着周向倾斜延伸。
优选地,所述导向通道的周向宽度沿着轴向向下逐渐减小。
优选地,所述下止面件还包括固定于所述面件圆柱体在轴向上的顶端的面件顶板,所述面件顶板在轴向上的底面上设置旋转引导件,所述旋转引导件的底部在轴向上位于所述面件圆柱体之下,所述下止底件在轴向上的顶面上设置下凹的引导轨道;所述面件圆柱体沿轴向向下进入所述主凹槽的过程中,所述旋转引导件与所述引导轨道能够通过沿周向贴合配合并倾斜导向、以推动所述下止面件相对于所述下止底件旋转运动;当所述下止面件轴向运动到所述下止面板与所述下止底件沿轴向相抵后,所述引导轨道与所述旋转引导件沿周向相抵。
优选地,所述下止底件在轴向上的顶面上向上凸出设置导向块,所述导向块上设置导向斜坡,所述面件顶板的底面上设置倾斜部,所述倾斜部、所述钩部和所述旋转引导件沿着周向围绕所述面件圆柱体依次设置;所述面件圆柱体沿轴向向下进入所述主凹槽的过程中,所述导向斜坡与所述倾 斜部能够通过沿周向贴合配合并倾斜导向、以推动所述下止面件相对于所述下止底件旋转运动。
优选地,所述下止面件上设置面件磁铁,所述下止底件上设置底件磁铁,所述面件磁铁与所述底件磁铁磁吸配合。
优选地,所述面件磁铁内置于所述面件圆柱体,所述底件磁铁固定于所述主凹槽中。
一种拉链,包括如上拉链下止,还包括拉头、第一布带和第二布带,所述第一布带和所述第二布带上各设置一排链牙,所述拉头连接于所述下止面件。
优选地,所述面件圆柱体的外周面上固定设置面件固定板,所述面件固定板上设置凹部,所述下止底件的外周面固定设置底件连接板;所述面件固定板固定于所述第一布带,所述凹部沿着所述拉头的运动方向延伸,且所述凹部的开口面向所述第二布带,所述底件连接板固定于所述第二布带;所述拉头沿着运动方向与所述下止面件相贴合的状态下,所述面件固定板位于所述拉头的内腔中,且在所述钩部凸起伸入于所述限位凹槽的过程中,所述底件连接板伸入所述凹部中并进入所述拉头的内腔中。
优选地,所述底件连接板在所述拉头的运动方向上远离所述下止底件的一端设置底件导入齿;所述拉头沿着远离所述下止面件的方向运动、以使所述第一布带和所述第二布带上的所述链牙咬合后,所述第二布带上最靠近所述下止底件的所述链牙和所述底件导入齿共同咬合所述第一布带上最靠近所述下止面件的所述链牙。
本发明提供的拉链下止,包括下止面件和下止底件。下止面件包括面件圆柱体,面件圆柱体的外周面上凸出设置钩部,钩部包括由导向杆部和钩部凸起对接构成的钩状结构,在轴向上,钩部凸起位于钩部的底部。下止底件的中部设置主凹槽,主凹槽的内周面上设置底件导向凸起和底件限位凸起,底件导向凸起和底件限位凸起在周向上依次设置且两者之间形成导向通道。下止面件装配于下止底件的过程中,面件圆柱体沿轴向向下进入主凹槽,钩部沿轴向向下进入导向通道,同时,导向杆部与底件导向凸起通过沿周向贴合配合并倾斜导向、以推动下止面件相对于下止底件绕面 件圆柱体的圆心线旋转运动,当下止面件轴向运动到下止面板与下止底件沿轴向相抵后,通过下止面件继续自转,以使钩部凸起伸入于底件限位凸起的限位凹槽中,从而避免下止面件沿轴向脱离下止底件。
在装配时,下止面件与下止底件先轴向对齐,再通过边轴向运动边旋转,直至下止面件和下止底件轴向相抵,再通过下止面件自转实现钩部与底件限位凸起的卡接,实现轴向限位,整个过程中不需要沿拉头运动方向运动,可以减少人工判断下止面件和下止底件是否连接到位的步骤,便于使用,可以方便快捷的辅助拉链进行拉合。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的核心是提供一种拉链下止及包括上述拉链下止的拉链,便于使用。
本发明所提供拉链下止的具体实施例一中,请参考图1至图8,包括下止面件4和下止底件5。
如图6所示,下止面件4包括面件圆柱体4.3,面件圆柱体4.3的外周面上凸出设置钩部4.4,钩部4.4包括由导向杆部4.4b和钩部凸起4.4a对接构成的钩状结构,在轴向上,钩部凸起4.4a位于钩部4.4的底部。本实施例中,轴向、周向、径向以面件圆柱体4.3的轴向、周向、径向为准,轴向上的两端分别为上下两端,在安装于布带1时,轴向垂直于拉头2的运动方向。
如图7所示,下止底件5的中部设置主凹槽5.3,主凹槽5.3的内周面上设置底件导向凸起5.4和底件限位凸起5.9,底件导向凸起5.4和底件限 位凸起5.9在周向上依次设置且两者之间形成导向通道5.11。具体地,下止底件5包括底件底板5.2和固定在轴向上底件底板5.2上方的底件环板5.13,主凹槽5.3设置底件底板5.2上方被底件环板5.13围住的空间中。
下止面件4装配于下止底件5的过程中,面件圆柱体4.3沿轴向向下进入主凹槽5.3,钩部4.4沿轴向向下进入导向通道5.11,同时,导向杆部4.4b与底件导向凸起5.4通过沿周向贴合配合并倾斜导向、以推动下止面件4相对于下止底件5绕面件圆柱体4.3的圆心线旋转运动。面件圆柱体4.3与主凹槽5.3扣合,起到下止面件4和下止底件5沿对位、沿径向限位的效果,避免下止面件4和下止底件5径向相对以移动。当下止面件4轴向运动到下止面板与下止底件5沿轴向相抵后,通过下止面件4继续自转,以使钩部凸起4.4a伸入于底件限位凸起5.9的限位凹槽5.12中,从而避免下止面件4沿轴向脱离下止底件5。
本实施例中的拉链下止,其在装配时,下止面件4与下止底件5先轴向对齐,再通过边轴向运动边旋转,直至下止面件4和下止底件5轴向相抵,再通过下止面件4自转实现钩部4.4与底件限位凸起5.9的卡接,实现轴向限位,整个过程中不需要沿拉头2运动方向运动,可以减少人工判断下止面件4和下止底件5是否连接到位的步骤,便于使用,可以方便快捷的辅助拉链进行拉合。
进一步地,如图6和图7所示,导向杆部4.4b沿着轴向向下逐渐沿着周向倾斜延伸。底件导向凸起5.4上靠近底件限位凸起5.9的周向端面沿轴向向下逐渐沿着周向倾斜延伸。通过将导向杆部4.4b和底件导向凸起5.4上均设置倾斜的导向结构,能够提高两者在运动过程中的适配性。
进一步地,如图7所示,导向通道5.11的周向宽度沿着轴向向下逐渐减小,具体地,导向通道5.11顶部的周向宽度大于钩部凸起4.4a的周向宽度,便于钩部凸起4.4a能够顺利沿轴向进入导向通道5.11。
进一步地,如图6和图7所示,该拉链下止还包括固定于面件圆柱体4.3在轴向上的顶端的面件顶板4.2,面件顶板4.2在轴向上的底面上设置旋转引导件4.1,旋转引导件4.1的底部在轴向上位于面件圆柱体4.3之下。
同时,下止底件5在轴向上的顶面上设置下凹的引导轨道5.1,具体设 置在底件环板5.13的顶面上。
面件圆柱体4.3沿轴向向下进入主凹槽5.3的过程中,旋转引导件4.1与引导轨道5.1能够通过沿周向贴合配合并倾斜导向、以推动下止面件4相对于下止底件5旋转运动。当下止面件4轴向运动到下止面板与下止底件5沿轴向相抵后,引导轨道5.1与旋转引导件4.1沿周向相抵。
通过引导轨道5.1与旋转引导件4.1的设置,能够进一步提高对下止面件4的导向性,同时,引导轨道5.1与旋转引导件4.1的周向相抵,可以有效限定下止面件4相对于下止底件5的旋转终点。
进一步地,下止底件5在轴向上的顶面上向上凸出设置导向块5.7,具体设置在底件环板5.13的顶面上,更具体地,导向块5.7、引导轨道5.1围绕主凹槽5.3沿着周向依次设置。如图6和图7所示,导向块5.7上设置导向斜坡,面件顶板4.2的底面上设置倾斜部4.6,倾斜部4.6、钩部4.4和旋转引导件4.1沿着周向围绕面件圆柱体4.3依次设置。面件圆柱体4.3沿轴向向下进入主凹槽5.3的过程中,导向斜坡与倾斜部4.6能够通过沿周向贴合配合并倾斜导向、以推动下止面件4相对于下止底件5旋转运动。
导向块5.7和倾斜部4.6的设置,能够配合引导轨道5.1与旋转引导件4.1对下止面件4进行导向,使得下止面件4在轴向上不同位置在旋转过程中均受到导向,提高下止面件4运动的平稳性。
进一步地,下止面件4上设置面件磁铁4.9,下止底件5上设置底件磁铁5.10,面件磁铁4.9与底件磁铁5.10磁吸配合。通过安装磁铁的方式,可以方便下止面件4和下止底件5的对准,可以进一步方便使用者,通过磁铁的吸引力和下止的旋转结构,快捷方便的将下止面件4和下止底件5合并在一起。
进一步地,面件磁铁4.9内置于面件圆柱体4.3,底件磁铁5.10固定于主凹槽5.3中,便于磁铁的装配。具体地,如图8所示,面件圆柱体4.3顶部开口,面件磁铁4.9经该顶部开口放入面件圆柱体4.3的内腔中后,面件顶板4.2焊接该顶部开口上。下止底件5中,底件底板5.2的中部设置安装孔,底件磁铁5.10安装于该安装孔,之后将底件底板5.2焊接于底件环板5.13。采用焊接连接,连接强度较高。
在另一种具体实施例中,如图9至图12所示,磁铁也可以采用其他方式,例如一体成型的方式装配于下止。具体地,通过在下止面件4和下止底件5上添加穿透的孔,对于面件磁铁4.9,利用模具中的顶针来固定住面件磁铁4.9,从而将面件磁铁4.9和下止面件4成型在一起,采用同样的方法将底件磁铁5.10成型于下止底件5。这种做法简单方便,但这种方式下止件会出现多余的孔结构,相比上一磁铁的装配方式,外观较差。
除了上述拉链下止,本发明还提供了一种拉链,该拉链包括拉链下止,拉链下止具体可以为以上任一实施例中提供的拉链下止,有益效果可以相应参考以上各个实施例。
该拉链还包括拉头2、第一布带1.1和第二布带1.2,第一布带1.1和第二布带1.2上各设置一排链牙3,拉头2连接于下止面件4。
具体地,如图5所示,面件圆柱体4.3的外周面上固定设置面件固定板4.5,面件固定板4.5上设置凹部4.7,下止底件5的外周面固定设置底件连接板5.5。面件固定板4.5固定于第一布带1.1,凹部4.7沿着拉头2的运动方向延伸,且凹部4.7的开口面向第二布带1.2,底件连接板5.5固定于第二布带1.2。
如图3所示,拉头2沿着运动方向与下止面件4相贴合的状态下,面件固定板4.5位于拉头2的内腔中,且在钩部凸起4.4a伸入于限位凹槽5.12的过程中,底件连接板5.5伸入凹部4.7中并进入拉头2的内腔中。通过增设面件固定板4.5和底件连接板5.5,能够提高下止和拉头2连接的稳定性。
具体地,如图3所示,面件固定板4.5在远离下止面件4的一端设置拉头固定槽4.8。在拉头2沿着运动方向与下止面件4相贴合的状态下,拉头2的拉头基芯2.1靠近下止面件4一端可抵于拉头固定槽4.8,以提高拉头2在第一布带1.1上放置的稳定性。
进一步地,如图1至图5所示,底件连接板5.5在拉头2的运动方向上远离下止底件5的一端设置底件导入齿5.6。拉头2沿着远离下止面件4的方向运动、以使第一布带1.1和第二布带1.2上的链牙3咬合后,如图1所示,第二布带1.2上最靠近下止底件5的链牙3和底件导入齿5.6共同咬合第一布带1.1上最靠近下止面件4的链牙3,以提高下止与链牙之间的适配性。
本实施例中的拉链,在两个布带1连接在一起时,拉头2与下止面件4相抵,拉头基芯2.1停止在于拉头固定槽4.8处。以下止面件4在上、下止底件5在下的状态,下止面件4上的面件圆柱体4.3沿轴向对准伸入主凹槽5.3且钩部4.4沿轴向对准导向通道5.11,使用者带动下止面件4边轴向向下移动,边进行旋转运动,直到下止面板与下止底件5沿轴向相抵。然后,下止面件4不再轴向向下移动,使用者带动下止面件4自转,使得钩部凸起4.4a伸入到导向杆部4.4b,实现下止面件4和下止底件5旋转扣合,下止面件4自转过程中,底件连接板5.5伸入凹部4.7并进入拉头2的内腔。之后,拉动拉头2,底件导入齿5.6与第一布带1.1的链牙3配合,两个布带1上的链牙3咬合在一起。
本实施例中的拉链,可通过旋转方式达到下止的咬合,起到方便下止插拔使用的效果。在装配时,面件圆柱体4.3与主凹槽5.3沿轴向扣合并周向旋转导向,钩部4.4与底件导向凸起5.4组合能够进一步引导下止面件4和下止底件5旋转扣合,导向块5.7与倾斜部4.6配合,能够引导下止面件4再次旋转,从而能够方便拉头2进行拉合,通过以上三个配合部分起到旋转引导件4.1作用,逐步的将下止面件4和下止底件5相对旋转到能够啮合的状态。之后,下止面件4自转,在此过程中,钩部凸起4.4a伸入限位凹槽5.12,且底件连接板5.5伸入面件固定板4.5的凹部4.7中,同时靠近下止的链牙3咬合,形成稳定结构,在轴向、周向和径向上,下止面件4和下止底件5均不会分离,保证了下止的强力。同时,下止的旋转结构配合面件磁铁4.9和底件磁铁5.10之间的吸引力,可以快捷方便地将下止合并在一起。

  1. 一种拉链下止,其特征在于,包括下止面件(4)和下止底件(5);
    所述下止面件(4)包括面件圆柱体(4.3),所述面件圆柱体(4.3)的外周面上凸出设置钩部(4.4),所述钩部(4.4)包括由导向杆部(4.4b)和钩部凸起(4.4a)对接构成的钩状结构,在轴向上,所述钩部凸起(4.4a)位于所述钩部(4.4)的底部;
    所述下止底件(5)的中部设置主凹槽(5.3),所述主凹槽(5.3)的内周面上设置底件导向凸起(5.4)和底件限位凸起(5.9),所述底件导向凸起(5.4)和所述底件限位凸起(5.9)在周向上依次设置且两者之间形成导向通道(5.11);
    所述下止面件(4)装配于所述下止底件(5)的过程中,所述面件圆柱体(4.3)沿轴向向下进入所述主凹槽(5.3),所述钩部(4.4)沿轴向向下进入所述导向通道(5.11),同时,所述导向杆部(4.4b)与所述底件导向凸起(5.4)通过沿周向贴合配合并倾斜导向、以推动所述下止面件(4)相对于所述下止底件(5)绕所述面件圆柱体(4.3)的圆心线旋转运动,当所述下止面件(4)轴向运动到所述下止面板与所述下止底件(5)沿轴向相抵后,通过所述下止面件(4)继续自转,以使钩部凸起(4.4a)伸入于所述底件限位凸起(5.9)的限位凹槽(5.12)中,从而避免所述下止面件(4)沿轴向脱离所述下止底件(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拉链下止,其特征在于,所述导向杆部(4.4b)沿着轴向向下逐渐沿着周向倾斜延伸;所述底件导向凸起(5.4)上靠近所述底件限位凸起(5.9)的周向端面沿轴向向下逐渐沿着周向倾斜延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的拉链下止,其特征在于,所述导向通道(5.11)的周向宽度沿着轴向向下逐渐减小。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的拉链下止,其特征在于,所述下止面件(4)还包括固定于所述面件圆柱体(4.3)在轴向上的顶端的面件顶板(4.2),所述面件顶板(4.2)在轴向上的底面上设置旋转引导件(4.1),所述旋转引导件(4.1)的底部在轴向上位于所述面件圆柱体(4.3)之下,所述下止底件(5)在轴向上的顶面上设置下凹的引导轨道(5.1);所述面件圆柱体 (4.3)沿轴向向下进入所述主凹槽(5.3)的过程中,所述旋转引导件(4.1)与所述引导轨道(5.1)能够通过沿周向贴合配合并倾斜导向、以推动所述下止面件(4)相对于所述下止底件(5)旋转运动;当所述下止面件(4)轴向运动到所述下止面板与所述下止底件(5)沿轴向相抵后,所述引导轨道(5.1)与所述旋转引导件(4.1)沿周向相抵。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的拉链下止,其特征在于,所述下止底件(5)在轴向上的顶面上向上凸出设置导向块(5.7),所述导向块(5.7)上设置导向斜坡,所述面件顶板(4.2)的底面上设置倾斜部(4.6),所述倾斜部(4.6)、所述钩部(4.4)和所述旋转引导件(4.1)沿着周向围绕所述面件圆柱体(4.3)依次设置;所述面件圆柱体(4.3)沿轴向向下进入所述主凹槽(5.3)的过程中,所述导向斜坡与所述倾斜部(4.6)能够通过沿周向贴合配合并倾斜导向、以推动所述下止面件(4)相对于所述下止底件(5)旋转运动。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的拉链下止,其特征在于,所述下止面件(4)上设置面件磁铁(4.9),所述下止底件(5)上设置底件磁铁(5.10),所述面件磁铁(4.9)与所述底件磁铁(5.10)磁吸配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拉链下止,其特征在于,所述面件磁铁(4.9)内置于所述面件圆柱体(4.3),所述底件磁铁(5.10)固定于所述主凹槽(5.3)中。
  8. 一种拉链,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至7任一项所述的拉链下止,还包括拉头(2)、第一布带(1.1)和第二布带(1.2),所述第一布带(1.1)和所述第二布带(1.2)上各设置一排链牙(3),所述拉头(2)连接于所述下止面件(4)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述面件圆柱体(4.3)的外周面上固定设置面件固定板(4.5),所述面件固定板(4.5)上设置凹部(4.7),所述下止底件(5)的外周面固定设置底件连接板(5.5);所述面件固定板(4.5)固定于所述第一布带(1.1),所述凹部(4.7)沿着所述拉头(2)的运动方向延伸,且所述凹部(4.7)的开口面向所述第二布带(1.2),所述底件连接板(5.5)固定于所述第二布带(1.2);所述拉头(2) 沿着运动方向与所述下止面件(4)相贴合的状态下,所述面件固定板(4.5)位于所述拉头(2)的内腔中,且在所述钩部凸起(4.4a)伸入于所述限位凹槽(5.12)的过程中,所述底件连接板(5.5)伸入所述凹部(4.7)中并进入所述拉头(2)的内腔中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述底件连接板(5.5)在所述拉头(2)的运动方向上远离所述下止底件(5)的一端设置底件导入齿(5.6);所述拉头(2)沿着远离所述下止面件(4)的方向运动、以使所述第一布带(1.1)和所述第二布带(1.2)上的所述链牙(3)咬合后,所述第二布带(1.2)上最靠近所述下止底件(5)的所述链牙(3)和所述底件导入齿(5.6)共同咬合所述第一布带(1.1)上最靠近所述下止面件(4)的所述链牙(3)。
