背景技术
相关的空调室内机,其风机包括电机、风轮、蜗壳。蜗壳包括蜗壳本体和安装在蜗壳本体上的导流圈。电机位于蜗壳的左侧或者右侧,风轮位于蜗壳内、并安装在电机的旋转轴上,风轮构成悬臂结构。整机跌落过程中,风轮径向晃动行程大,风轮会同蜗壳本体的周壁以及导流圈发生碰撞,引起风轮卡壳、断裂等的问题。

另外,本公开各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本公开要求的保护范围之内。
本公开的主要目的是提供一种风机,能够避免风轮卡壳、断裂。
本公开的主要目的是还提供一种空调。

如图1至图3、图6和图7所示,本公开实施例提出的风机,包括:蜗壳100;风轮200,风轮200可转动地安装于蜗壳100内;和柔性的防护件,防护件具有限位段和安装段,安装段可拆卸地固定于蜗壳100的进风口处,限位段插设于风轮200的进风口内,设置成阻止风轮200发生径向晃动。
该风机中,防护件的安装段可拆卸地固定在蜗壳100的进风口处,防护件的限位段插设在风轮200的进风口内,风机应用于空调,空调跌落时,柔性的防护件阻止风轮200发生径向晃动,有效避免风轮200出现卡壳、断裂等的问题;空调安装好之后,再拆卸下防护件即可,防护件不会影响风机正常进风。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图3、图6和图7所示,限位段与风轮200的进风口的周壁之间的径向距离不大于15mm,风机应用于空调,空调跌落时,柔性的防护件可以更好地阻止风轮200发生径向晃动,风轮200不会出现卡壳、断裂等的问题。
可以是,限位段与风轮200的进风口的周壁之间的径向距离设置为5mm;或者可以是,限位段与风轮200的进风口的周壁之间的径向距离设置为10mm;或者可以是,限位段与风轮200的进风口的周壁之间的径向距离设置为15mm等;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本公开的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图3所示,蜗壳100包括:蜗壳本体110,蜗壳本体110的两个端壁均设有开口;和两个导流圈120,两个导流圈120一一对应安装于两个开口处,两个导流圈120的内部形成蜗壳100的两个进风口,蜗壳100的两个进风口包括第一进风口111和第二进风口112。如图1至图5所示,防护件包括第一防护件300和第二防护件400。第一防护件300设于第一进风口111,第二防护件400设于第二进风口112。通过第一防护件300和第二防护件400对风轮200的两端进行限位,可以更好地阻止风轮200发生径向晃动。
下面对第一防护件300的结构进行详细描述。
在一些示例中,如图4所示,第一防护件300的中心轴处设有轴孔330,第一防护件300的侧壁设有轴向和径向均贯通的开口缝340,开口缝340的径向内端与轴孔330相通,开口缝340的径向外端与外界相通;风机还包括:电机500,电机500位于蜗壳100外,电机500的旋转轴与风轮200相连接,第一防护件300自开口缝340可拆卸地固定套设于电机500的旋转轴。空调安装好之后,第一防护件300自开口缝340在电机500的旋转轴上拆卸下,这样第一防护件300不会影响风机正常进风。第一防护件300的限位段310插入风轮200的一个进风口内。
在一些示例中,如图4所示,第一防护件300的安装段320的外周面间隔设有多个第一凸台321,多个第一凸台321的台面抵于第一进风口111的内周面,确保安装段320与第一进风口111的内周面不会自行松脱,而且安装段320与第一进风口111的内周面之间的摩擦力得到减小,方便作业者在蜗壳100上安装上和拆卸下第一防护件300。多个第一凸台321沿周向均布设置,这样不会将导流圈120挤压变形。
再者,风机应用于空调,空调跌落时,轴孔330的孔壁对电机500的旋转轴进行径向定位和支撑,避免电机500的旋转轴发生径向晃动,这样可以有效阻止风轮200发生径向晃动。
可以是,多个第一凸台321为两个;或者可以是,多个第一凸台321为三个;或者可以是,多个第一凸台321为四个等;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本公开的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一些实施例中,第一凸台321的径向高度为2mm至6mm。可以是,第一凸台321的径向高度为2mm;或者可以是,第一凸台321的径向高度为4mm;或者可以是,第一凸台321的径向高度为6mm等;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本公开的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一些示例中,如图4所示,第一防护件300的安装段320的外周面还设有第二凸台322,第二凸台322位于蜗壳100外,第二凸台322的朝向蜗壳100的侧面抵于第一进风口111的外端面,避免第一防护件300自第一进风口111完全进入蜗壳100内部,致使第一防护件300的防护功能丧失。
可以是,第二凸台322为环形凸台;或者可以是,第二凸台322为沿周向间隔设置的多个弧形凸台等;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本公开的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一些示例中,如图4所示,第一防护件300的朝向蜗壳100外部的端面设有抓取部323,抓取部323设置成供作业者快速拆装第一防护件300,以此来降低操作难度。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,抓取部323包括多个抓取孔,多个抓取孔位于轴孔330的一旁,且在轴向上贯通第一防护件300。手指可以伸入多个抓取孔内实现快速取下第一防护件300。
下面对第二防护件400的结构进行详细描述。
在一些示例中,如图5所示,第二防护件400的安装段420的外周面间隔设有多个第一凸台421,多个第一凸台421的台面抵于第二进风口112的内周面,确保安装段420与第二进风口112的内周面不会自行松脱,而且安装段420与第二进风口112的内周面之间的摩擦力得到减小,方便作业者在蜗壳100上安装上和拆卸下第二防护件400。多个第一凸台421沿周向均布设置,这样不会将导流圈120挤压变形。第二防护件400的限位段410插入风轮200的另一个进风口内。
可以是,多个第一凸台421为两个;或者可以是,多个第一凸台421为三个;或者可以是,多个第一凸台421为四个等;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本公开的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一些实施例中,第一凸台421的径向高度为2mm至6mm。可以是,第一凸台421的径向高度为2mm;或者可以是,第一凸台421的径向高度为4mm;或者可以是,第一凸台421的径向高度为6mm等;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本公开的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一些示例中,如图5所示,第二防护件400的安装段420的外周面还设有第二凸台422,第二凸台422位于蜗壳100外,第二凸台422的朝向蜗壳100的侧面抵于第二进风口112的外端面,避免第二防护件400自第二进风口112完全进入蜗壳100内部,致使第二防护件400的防护功能丧失。
可以是,第二凸台422为环形凸台;或者可以是,第二凸台422包括沿周向间隔设置的多个弧形凸台等;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本公开的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一些示例中,如图5所示,第二防护件400的朝向蜗壳100外部的端面设有抓取部423,抓取部423设置成供作业者快速拆装第二防护件400,以此来降低操作难度。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,抓取部423包括设于第二防护件400的中心轴处的抓取孔,抓取孔在轴向上贯通第二防护件400。手指可以伸入抓取孔内实现快速取下第二防护件400。
或者可以是,如图6所示,仅第一进风口111安装第一防护件300;或者可以是,如图7所示,仅第二进风口112安装第二防护件400;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本公开的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
本公开实施例提出的空调,如图1至图3、图6和图7所示,包括上述任一实施例所述的风机。
该空调,具备上述任一实施例提出的风机的全部优点,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本公开技术方案中,防护件的安装段可拆卸地固定在蜗壳的进风口处,防护件的限位段插设在风轮的进风口内,风机应用于空调,空调跌落时,柔性的防护件阻止风轮发生径向晃动,有效避免风轮出现卡壳、断裂等的问题;空调安装好之后,再拆卸下防护件即可,防护件不会影响风机正常进风。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种风机,包括:
    蜗壳;
    风轮,可转动地安装于所述蜗壳内;和
    柔性的防护件,具有限位段和安装段,所述安装段可拆卸地固定于所述蜗壳的进风口处,所述限位段插设于所述风轮的进风口内,设置成阻止所述风轮发生径向晃动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风机,其中,所述限位段与所述风轮的进风口的周壁之间的径向距离不大于15mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的风机,其中,所述安装段的外周面间隔设有多个第一凸台,多个所述第一凸台的台面抵于所述蜗壳的进风口的内周面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风机,其中,所述第一凸台的径向高度为2mm至6mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的风机,其中,所述安装段的外周面设有第二凸台,所述第二凸台位于所述蜗壳外,所述第二凸台的朝向所述蜗壳的侧面抵于所述蜗壳的进风口的外端面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的风机,其中,所述第二凸台包括环形凸台;或所述第二凸台包括沿周向间隔设置的多个弧形凸台。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的风机,其中,所述防护件的朝向所述蜗壳外部的端面设有抓取部,所述抓取部设置成供作业者拆装所述防护件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的风机,其中,所述抓取部包括一个或多个抓取孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的风机,其中,所述蜗壳包括:
    蜗壳本体,其端面设有开口;和
    导流圈,安装于所述开口处,所述导流圈的内部形成所述蜗壳的进风口。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的风机,其中,所述防护件包括第一防护件和第二防护件,所述蜗壳的进风口包括第一进风口和第二进风口,所述第一防护件设于所述第一进风口,所述第二防护件设于所述第二进风口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的风机,其中,所述第一防护件的中心轴处设有轴孔,所述第一防护件的侧壁设有轴向和径向均贯通的开口缝,所述开口缝的径向内端与所述轴孔相通、径向外端与外界相通;所述风机还包括:
    电机,位于所述蜗壳外,所述电机的旋转轴与所述风轮相连接,所述第一防护件自所述开口缝可拆卸地固定套设于所述电机的旋转轴。
  12. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的风机,其中,所述防护件的中心轴处设有轴孔,所述防护件的侧壁设有轴向和径向均贯通的开口缝,所述开口缝的径向内端与所述轴孔相通、径向外端与外界相通;所述风机还包括:
    电机,位于所述蜗壳外,所述电机的旋转轴与所述风轮相连接,所述防护件自所述开口缝可拆卸地固定套设于所述电机的旋转轴。
  13. 一种空调,包括如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的风机。
