与现有技术相比,本申请实施例的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种皮卡盖及车辆,该皮卡盖应用在皮卡车的后斗上,其中,皮卡盖包括:侧围板和盖板,侧围板与皮卡车的后斗相匹配进行安装,盖板设置在侧围板的上方。盖板包括:前盖板和翻盖,前盖板与侧围板进行连接,翻盖可以绕位于前盖板一端处的轴进行旋转。需要说明的是,翻盖和侧围板或前盖板进行连接,在该连接处安装有伸缩支撑件,该伸缩支撑件可以在第一状态及第二状态间往复运动。需说明,当伸缩支撑件处于第一状态时,翻盖开启;当伸缩支撑件处于第二状态时,翻盖关闭。本发明通过在皮卡盖上加装的具有旋转开启或关闭功能的翻盖,增加了皮卡车后斗承载空间的同时,还可以装卸大型货物,尤其是纵向较高的货物,避免了货物的日晒雨淋,保证了物品运输的安全性,减小了经济损失。
通过在皮卡车后斗上加装可伸缩的皮卡盖,增加了皮卡车后斗的承载空间,进一步提高了皮卡车后斗装卸大型货物(纵向较高的货物)的能力。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在详述本发明实施例时,为便于说明,示意图会不依一般比例作局部放大,而且所述示意图只是示例,其在此不应限制本发明的保护范围。此外,在实际制作中应包含长度、宽度及深度的三维空间尺寸。
在本发明的一个实施例中,请参考图1-图4,本实施例提供一种皮卡盖,该皮卡盖100应用在皮卡车的后斗上,其中,皮卡盖100包括:侧围板101和盖板102,侧围板101与皮卡车的后斗相匹配进行安装,盖板102设置在侧围板101的上方,具体为盖设在侧围板101上。盖板102包括:前盖板103和翻盖104,在前盖板103和翻盖104之间还连接有中梁105。前盖板103与侧围板101进行连接,翻盖104可以绕位于前盖板103一端处的轴进行旋转。需要说明的是,翻盖104与侧围板101或前盖板103进行连接,在该连接处安装有伸缩支撑件,该伸缩支撑件可以在第一状态及第二状态间往复运动。需说明,当伸缩支撑件处于第一状态时,翻盖104开启;当伸缩支撑件处于第二状态时,翻盖104关闭。本发明通过在皮卡盖100上加装的具有旋转开启或关闭功能的翻 盖104,增加了皮卡车后斗承载空间的同时,还可以装卸大型货物,尤其是纵向较高的货物,避免了货物的日晒雨淋,保证了物品运输的安全性,减小了经济损失。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,翻盖104包括第一翻盖106和第二翻盖107,其中,可以理解的是,第一翻盖106和第二翻盖107可以为一次性注塑成型设计、也可以为拼接或粘接的设计。需要说明的是,无论是一次性注塑的设计还是拼接或粘接的设计,第一翻盖106和第二翻盖107始终呈一定角度进行连接,该角度范围可以是大于90度、小于180度,优选范围为100-160度之间,具体可以根据皮卡盖100的整体设计进行修改。将第一翻盖106和第二翻盖107设计为呈一定角度连接的目的为使其可以与皮卡盖100的侧围板101更好的进行接触,提高了整体的密封性,避免了雨水或者其他杂物进入皮卡车后斗内导致货物被损坏或者被污染。可以理解的是,当翻盖104开启时,第一翻盖106与水平面基本垂直,或翻盖104可以继续进行翻转与前盖板103重叠,其目的为进一步增加了承载空间,更有利于纵向较高或者横截面积较大的货物进行装卸。当翻盖104关闭时,第一翻盖106与水平面基本平行,可以与侧围板101充分进行接触,以保证皮卡车后斗的密封性。
进一步的,在第二翻盖107上开设有窗户,且该窗户可以打开通风,使得皮卡车后斗内装卸的货物选择性更多,实用性更强。例如:当装一些鲜花、果蔬、盆栽等需要阳光或者需要通风的物品时,可以进一步保证装的物品的质量与品质。并且,即使不装需要阳光或者通风的物品时,通过开设的窗户还可以使皮卡车后斗内显得更加明亮。其中,在第二翻盖107上还安装有锁具(图中未示出),当不需要打开翻盖104时,可以将其锁上,当装卸一些比较贵重的物品时,可以进一步保证物品的安全。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,伸缩支撑件可以为一伸缩杆108,但并不限于该伸缩杆108,凡是可以将翻盖104支撑,或者将第一翻盖106沿前盖板103一端处的轴进行旋转的任何部件均在本发明的保护范围之内。其中,可以理解的是,该伸缩杆108至少为一根,但是,伸缩杆108优选为两根,每根的第一端与第一翻盖106进行铰接,每根的第二端与侧围板101铰接。需说明,设计为两根的目的为可以更好的对翻盖104进行支撑,以及使翻盖104在翻转时更加稳定,避免了翻盖104在翻转时向一侧倾斜。进一步的,侧围板101包括:第一侧围板109、第二侧围板110和第三侧围板111,其中,第一侧围板109和第二侧围板110呈多边形板状结构,在靠近车头方向一侧的板子与车头齐平,在远离车头方向一侧的板子逐渐低于靠近车头方向一侧的板子。该种设计再将侧围板101安装在皮卡车后斗上时,可以更好的凸显出整车的流线、使整车显得高级感十足,提升了消费者的购车欲望。
需说明,在第一侧围板109和第二侧围板110上还开设有可以打开或关闭的窗户,其作用与上面描述的开设在第二翻盖107上的实施例作用相同,此处不在重复赘述。第三侧围板111呈长方形板,横向安装在第一侧围板109和第二侧围板110之间,并靠近皮卡车后斗前端固定。可以理解,第一侧围板109和第二侧围板110为可拆卸的安装在皮卡车后斗的侧部,第三侧围板111为可拆卸的安装在皮卡车后斗的前侧。通过可拆卸连接,当其中一块侧围板101损坏时,可以单独进行拆卸更换,避免了整体更换皮卡盖100的繁琐,降低了成本。其中,可拆卸连接可以为螺栓连接、卡扣连接、铰链连接中的一种或多种。具体的,每根伸缩杆108的第二端与第一侧围板109和/或第二侧围板110和/或前盖板103的后端进行铰接,以更利于翻盖104的旋转开启。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,第一侧围板109、第二侧围板110、第三侧围板111、前盖板103和翻盖104与皮卡车后斗构成第一承载空间,该第一承载空间用于装载物品。其中,在第一侧围板109上开设有第一拓展槽112,第一拓展槽112至少部分限定第二承载空间,第二承载空间可独立于第一承载空间,安装或存储装置或物品。在第二侧围板110上开设有第二拓展槽113,第二拓展槽113至少部分限定第三承载空间,第三承载空间可独立于第一承载空间及第二承载空间,安装或存储装置或物品。具体的,第二承载空间和第三承载空间为底面平缓的凹槽结构设计,使安装或存储的装置或物品更加平稳。进一步的,第二承载空间和/或第三承载空间内安装有副油箱114、储水箱115、工具箱116、爬梯117中的一种或多种,并不限上述物品,也可为其他装置或物品,此处不在详细赘述。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,在第一侧围板109、第二侧围板110和第三侧围板111与皮卡车后斗之间安装有密封件,该密封件为一环形状密封圈118,采用环形状的结构可以使密封圈118与皮卡车后斗更加匹配及贴合。使得第一侧围板109、第二侧围板110、第三侧围板111及第二翻盖107与该密封圈118接触更加紧密,增加了皮卡车后斗的密封性,可以起到缓冲振动、防水及防尘的作用,避免了雨水、细小颗粒物及污染物的进入对车斗内的物品进行损坏,保证了物品运输的安全性。
需要说明的是,本发明皮卡盖100的宽度与皮卡车的车头同宽,避免了车辆在通过限位墩的时候皮卡盖100被卡,当将皮卡盖100固定在皮卡车后斗后时,皮卡盖100与皮卡车的车头同高或高于皮卡车的车头。当皮卡盖100与车头同高时,可以在车顶安装行李架,也可以用于装载货物,进一步提高了实用性。
在本发明的另一实施例中,请参考图5-图9,还提供一种可伸缩皮卡盖,应用在皮卡车后斗上,可伸缩皮卡盖200包括:翻转盖板组件201和伸缩组件202,其中,翻转 盖板组件201包括:支架203、以及与支架203固定连接或活动连接的第一盖板204和第二盖板205,第一盖板204和第二盖板205盖设在皮卡车后斗上。需要说明的是,与支架203活动连接的盖板可围绕与支架203固定连接的盖板一端处的轴或加装的合页进行180度的翻转与固定在支架上的另一盖板重叠。可以将装卸货物的开口增大,以便于纵向较高的货物方便运输。伸缩组件202包括第一横梁206、第二横梁207以及连接在第一横梁206和第二横梁207之间的剪叉式伸缩杆208,其中,第一横梁206可拆卸的连接在支架203的中部上,第二横梁207可拆卸的连接在皮卡车后斗的两端。采用可拆卸连接的作用与上述实施例相同,此处不在赘述。当剪叉式伸缩杆208处于第一状态(收缩)时,第一盖板204和第二盖板205均盖设在皮卡车后斗上、或第一盖板204盖设在皮卡车后斗上,第二盖板205可以翻转打开与第一盖板204重叠、或第二盖板205盖设在皮卡车后斗上,第一盖板204可以翻转打开与第二盖板205重叠。当剪叉式伸缩杆208处于第二状态(伸展)时,第一盖板204和第二盖板205在剪叉式伸缩杆208的作用下与皮卡车后斗分离(沿车高方向伸展),可以伸展到与车头同高、亦或是伸展到高于车头高度。本实施例提供的可伸缩皮卡盖200与上述实施例描述的效果相同,通过将可伸缩皮卡盖200加装在皮卡车后斗上,增加了皮卡车后斗的承载空间,进一步提高了皮卡车后斗装卸大型货物(纵向较高的货物)的能力。
在本发明的另一实施例中,还提供一种车辆,该车辆上安装有上述实施例中任一项的皮卡盖100。
本发明提供的一种皮卡盖及车辆的安装方式为:皮卡盖100的安装方式,先将环形密封圈118均匀的铺设在皮卡车后斗的上端,再将第一侧围板109、第二侧围板110及第三侧围板111进行组装,整体安装在皮卡车后斗上,与密封圈118接触,最后将前盖板103、中梁105及翻盖104依次的盖设在第一侧围板109、第二侧围板110和第三侧围板111上进行固定以形成第一承载空间。
可伸缩皮卡盖200的安装方式,首先将第二盖板205固定在支架203上,再将第一盖板204通过合页可翻转的连接在第二盖板205上,其次将支架203连接在第一横梁206上,最后将第二横梁207连接在皮卡车的后斗的两端。
本发明提供的一种皮卡盖及车辆的有益效果为:其一,通过在皮卡盖100上加装的具有旋转开启或关闭功能的翻盖104,增加了皮卡车后斗承载空间的同时,还可以装卸大型货物,尤其是纵向较高的货物,避免了货物的日晒雨淋,保证了物品运输的安全性,减小了经济损失。其二,通过在皮卡车后斗上加装可伸缩皮卡盖200,增加了皮卡车后斗的承载空间,进一步提高了皮卡车后斗装卸大型货物(纵向较高的货物)的能力。
应注意到:相似的标号和字母在下面的附图中表示类似项,因此,一旦某一项在一个附图中被定义,则在随后的附图中不需要对其进行进一步定义和解释。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,或者是该发明产品使用时惯常摆放的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等仅用于区分描述,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种皮卡盖,应用于皮卡车后斗上,其特征在于,所述皮卡盖包括:与所述皮卡车后斗匹配安装的侧围板、以及设置在所述侧围板上方的盖板,其中,
    所述盖板包括:与所述侧围板连接的前盖板、以及可绕位于所述前盖板一端处的轴旋转的翻盖;
    所述翻盖和所述侧围板或所述前盖板连接,所述连接处安装有伸缩支撑件,所述伸缩支撑件可在第一状态及第二状态间往复运动;
    当所述伸缩支撑件处于所述第一状态时,所述翻盖开启;当所述伸缩支撑件处于所述第二状态时,所述翻盖关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述翻盖包括第一翻盖、以及与所述第一翻盖呈角度连接的第二翻盖;
    当所述翻盖开启时,所述第一翻盖与水平面基本垂直,当所述翻盖关闭时,所述第一翻盖与水平面基本平行。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述伸缩支撑件为一伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆至少包括一根;
    其中,所述伸缩杆的一端与所述第一翻盖铰接,所述伸缩杆的另一端与所述侧围板铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述侧围板包括:第一侧围板、第二侧围板和第三侧围板;
    所述第一及第二侧围板可拆卸的安装在所述皮卡车后斗的侧部,所述第三侧围板可拆卸的安装在所述皮卡车后斗的前侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆的另一端与所述第一侧围板和/或所述第二侧围板和/或所述前盖板后端铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述第一侧围板、第二侧围板、第三侧围板、前盖板和翻盖与所述皮卡车后斗构成第一承载空间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述第一侧围板上开设有第一拓展槽,所述第一拓展槽至少部分限定第二承载空间,所述第二承载空间可独立于所述第一承载空间,安装或存储装置或物品。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述第二侧围板上开设有第二拓展槽,所述第二拓展槽至少部分限定第三承载空间,所述第三承载空间可独立于所述第一及第二承载空间,安装或存储装置或物品。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述第二和/或第三承载空间内安装有副油箱、储水箱、工具箱、爬梯中的一种或多种。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述皮卡盖的宽度与皮卡车的车头同宽,所述皮卡盖固定在所述皮卡车后斗后与皮卡车的车头同高或高于皮卡车的车头。
  11. 根据权利要求4或5所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述第一侧围板、第二侧围板和第三侧围板与所述皮卡车后斗之间安装有密封件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的皮卡盖,其特征在于,所述密封件为一环形状密封圈。
  13. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆上安装有权利要求1-12中任一项所述的皮卡盖。
