中国专利文献CN216650407U公开了一种便于调节的水稻种植用除草装置,涉及到水稻种植生产领域,包括壳体,所述壳体的内腔竖向安装有挡板,所述挡板的左侧通过安装槽安装有齿板,所述挡板的左侧设置有移动板,所述移动板右侧的后侧安装有微型电机,所述微型电机的输出轴套接有齿轮,所述齿轮的表面与齿板的左侧啮合,所述挡板的右侧设置有安装板。通过外置控制器打开微型电机和电推杆,微型电机通过齿轮与齿板相互配合带动移动板向下移动,移动板通过导槽和导块带动支架向下移动,导槽和导块的相互配合使其移动时可以更加的稳定,增加了移动板使用时的稳定性,支架通过电动机和驱动轴带动一侧的除草齿刀辊向下移动,对杂草进行去除;但是在具体实施过程中仍存在以下缺陷:

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种水稻种植除草装置,可以有效解决杂草漏割需要回头二次割除的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种水稻种植除草装置,包括控制机箱,所述控制机箱外表面下端后部转到连接有车轮,所述控制机箱外表面右端下部固定连接有推动机构,所述控制机箱外表面前端下部固定连接有整理机构,所述控制机箱外表面下端中部固定连接有传动机构,所述传动机构外部固定连接有切割机构,所述控制机箱外表面下端前部固定连接有集中机构。

为了实现将杂草捋直便于对所有杂草进行割除的目的,参阅图2,所述整理机构4包括矩形板一41,所述矩形板一41内腔开设有若干与外界相通的矩形通孔一42,可以实现将通过的杂草捋直,避免存在弯曲的杂草在倒向切割机构7时无法被接触。
当杂草集中至矩形板一41前端时,在装置继续向前行驶的作用下杂草会通过矩形通孔一42内腔被捋直,最终通过矩形通孔一42内腔倒向切割机构7被割除。
为了实现将装置前方的杂草集中至整理机构4前部进行割除的目的,参阅图3,所述集中机构5包括连接轴二51,所述连接轴二51外表面转动连接有承接轴一52,可以实现带动集中板一53进行转动角度的调节,所述承接轴一52外表面上端与下端共同转动连接有集中板一53,可以实现将装置前端与周边的杂草进行集中割除。
装置在行驶过程中,通过调节集中板一53的角度使得集中板一53将装置前端与周边区域的杂草集中至矩形板一41前端。
为了实现对切割机构7固定和传动的目的,参阅图4,所述传动机构6包括连接轴三61,所述连接轴三61外表面下端固定连接有传动轴一62,可以实现对载体板一71的固定作用,所述连接轴三61与所述控制箱1外表面下端中部固定连接。
为了实现对杂草进行割除的目的,参阅图4,所述切割机构7包括载体板一71,可以实现对切割刀72的承载作用,所述载体板一71外表面下端环形阵列转动连接有四个载体板一72,可以通过高速转动对杂草进行割除。
当通过矩形通孔一42内腔的杂草导向切割刀72后,高速转动的切割刀72会将杂草进行割除绞碎。

本发明的工作原理:首先推动推动板33将装置推动至所需除草的区域,然后开启控制箱1内腔的电机电源,继续推动推动板33在车轮2的滚动作用下使得装置向前行驶,在装置向前行驶的同时可以通过控制箱1控制承接轴一52与集中板一53转动至合适的位置,从而实现将矩形板一41前方的杂草揽住集中至矩形板一41前端,当矩形板一41接触到杂草时,杂草会通过若干矩形通孔一42内腔呈多捋朝传动机构6处倒去,最终呈一捋一捋向传动机构6处倒去,开启切割机构7的控制电源后,四个切割刀72开始转动,以高速转动将杂草进行集中割除。
