1.本发明通过柔性推块与喷气孔的联动设计,使得折叠完成之前,通过模拟浪花的运动,尽可能的将面膜展开,有效减少了折叠时产生的褶皱数量。
2.本发明通过压块与联动压板以及伸缩管道的联动设计,即实现了面膜的展开与折叠,同时保障了在展开与折叠过程中不会发生飘落等情况。
3.本发明通过传送轮向上转动与隔断槽的联动设计,使得叠装的面膜能够顺利的分离。

工作原理:第一驱动电机固定架15启动,第一驱动电机固定架15输出端带动第一转动轴33转动,从而带动设置于第一转动轴33上的第一转动轮32转动,从而带动配合设置于第一转动轮32上的转动带26转动,从而带动设置于转动带26上的固定底座61转动,从而带动设置于固定底座61上的折叠箱18朝着固定架13一侧转动。
此时操作人员将需要包装的面膜通过放料器12一侧设置的放料器入料口21放置在放料器12内,此时设置于放料器12内的传送轮27便会向上转动,从而刷动叠在一起的面膜向上移动,但由于面膜与传送轮27接触面较少且下方悬空,因此仍会向下位移,由于传送轮27两侧于放料器12内设置有隔断槽63的缘故,在传送轮27向上翻动,面膜向下掉落的过程中,便会进入到各个隔断槽63的隔间处,从而将贴在一起的面膜分离出来。
当折叠箱18转动至放料器12下方设置的放料器出料口28处时,此时设置于折叠箱18内的气仓65便会开始工作,从一侧设置的折叠箱进气口44处开始吸气,从而使得气仓65上方设置的喷气孔41产生吸力,当喷气孔41移动至放料器出料口28下方时便可将面膜吸附住,从而完成接料的过程。
此时承载有面膜的折叠箱18继续向前移动,当折叠箱18即将移动至固定架13下方时,此时设置于固定架13上的第一气缸17启动, 第一气缸17输出端推动第一气缸推杆39向下移动,从而推动设置于第一气缸推杆39底部的压板底座29向下移动,从而推动设置于压板底座29底部的压块30向下移动,从而推动设置于压块30一侧的压轴31向下移动,当折叠箱18移动至压块30一侧时,压块30便会与折叠箱18一侧设置的联动压板43发生接触,并且压轴31也会压到掉到气浮板19上的面膜上,从而将面膜中部压住。
当压块30与联动压板43接触后,此时折叠箱18仍会向前移动,联动压板43便会受到推力,从而向内移动,从而推动设置于联动压板43一侧的联动推杆42向内移动,从而推动设置于联动推杆42一侧的滑块57沿着滑轨56的轨迹向前移动,从而推动设置于滑块57一端的联动杆52向前移动,从而推动设置于联动杆52一端的伸缩管道53向前移动,从而推动设置于伸缩管道53端面的通气口54与一侧的折叠箱进气口44发生接触,从而互通连接。
此时折叠箱进气口44转为喷气,从而通过与通气口54的接触,将气体排入联动仓46内,从而推动设置于联动仓46两侧的伸缩推杆49向一侧移动,从而推动设置于伸缩推杆49顶部的推板47向前移动,从而推动设置于推板47一侧的传动齿条45向前移动,从而使得与之啮合的转动齿轮60发生转动,从而带动设置有转动齿轮60的折叠板20沿着第三转动轴58转动,从而将面膜进行翻折,在此关系中由于伸缩管道53外表面设置有多个孔洞,因此在联动仓46进气过程中,仍有一部分气体喷到气仓65内,随之从气仓65上喷气孔41喷出,此时由于面膜被压轴31压住,因此不会喷走,同时由于推板47 向一侧移动,从而推动设置于推板47一侧的柔性推块59向前移动,在柔性推块59向前移动过程中,便会依次堵住喷气孔41的管口随后移动开,此时喷气孔41管口便会呈现浪潮式喷出,此设计使得面膜在喷气孔41与柔性推块59的作用下得以大面积摊开,从而在折叠板20进行折叠过程中,不会发生过多褶皱,从而影响使用效果。
当面膜折叠完毕后,压块30在第一气缸17作用下向上退回,联动推杆42因为滑块57底部设置有第三弹簧55的缘故,便会归到原位通气口54便会与折叠箱进气口44脱离开,此时伸缩推杆49失去压力便会在底部设置的伸缩底座48作用下也会向内滑动,从而带动传动齿条45向内滑动,从而带动与之啮合的转动齿轮60转动,从而使得折叠板20转为平面状态,同时气仓65转为吸气,从而将面膜吸住,防止移动过程中变形。
此时折叠箱18继续移动,直至移动到矩形开口66上方,在折叠箱18移动到转动齿轮60上方之前,密封切刀25与密封底座38之间便已经放置好包装袋,当折叠箱18移动到矩形开口66上方时,气仓65便会不在供气,便会由着面膜掉落到包装袋中,此时第二气缸24启动,第二气缸24输出端推动第二气缸推杆36向前移动,从而推动设置于第二气缸推杆36一侧的密封底板37向前移动,从而推动设置于密封底板37一侧的密封底座38向密封切刀25方向移动,直至两者发生接触,从而将包装袋密封并进行切断。此后操作人员在下方拿取即可。

  1. 一种抗衰老面膜的包装设备,包括机架(10),支撑板(11),其特征在于,所述机架(10)上端面两侧固定设置有支撑板(11),两块所述支撑板(11)中间转动设置有转动带(26),所述转动带(26)上沿边线方向均匀设置有多个固定底座(61),所述固定底座(61)上固定设置有折叠箱(18),所述折叠箱(18)上端面中部设置有气浮板(19),所述气浮板(19)上设置有多个喷气孔(41),所述气浮板(19)两侧于折叠箱(18)上转动设置有折叠板(20),所述转动带(26)一侧于支撑板(11)上方连接设置有连接板(62),所述连接板(62)上方固定设置有放料器(12),所述放料器(12)底部设置有放料器出料口(28),远离所述放料器(12)一侧于机架(10)底部设置有用于将包装袋密封切断的密封组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老面膜的包装设备,其特征在于,所述转动带(26)转动设置于两个对称分布于支撑板(11)内的第一转动轮(32)与第二转动轮(35)上,所述第二转动轮(35)转动设置于靠近放料器(12)一侧,所述第二转动轮(35)圆心处转动设置有第二转动轴(34),所述第二转动轴(34)转动设置于支撑板(11)侧壁上,所述第一转动轮(32)转动设置于远离放料器(12)一侧,所述第一转动轮(32)圆心处转动设置有第一转动轴(33),所述第一转动轴(33)一端伸出支撑板(11)侧壁,所述第一转动轴(33)伸出支撑板(11)侧壁一端设置有第一驱动电机(14),所述第一驱动电机(14)输出端连接于第一转动轴(33)端面上,所述第一驱动电机(14)固定设置于第一驱动电机固定架(15)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种抗衰老面膜的包装设备,其特征在于,所述放料器(12)一侧设置有放料器入料口(21),所述放料器入料口(21)一侧于放料器(12)内两端转动设置有多个由马达驱动的传送轮(27),所述传送轮(27)两侧于放料器入料口(21)内设置有沿直线方向设置有多个隔断槽(63)。

  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种抗衰老面膜的包装设备的抗衰老面膜包装方法,其特征在于,方法流程步骤如下:
    S1:操作人员将叠装的面膜放置与放料器中,由放料器完成分离工作;
    S2:折叠箱通过放料器接住面膜后向前移动;
    S3:折叠箱移动至固定架位置后,通过配合运动,首先完成面膜的舒展摊开,随后通过折叠板完成折叠工作;
    S4:折叠箱继续移动,移动至矩形开口处将折叠完毕的面膜放置于包装袋内;
    S5:由密封组件完成包装袋的密封以及切断工作;
    S6:操作人员从下方拿取即可。
