包装材料开槽装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于机械设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种包装材料开槽装置。
背景技术
聚乙烯发泡棉是非交联闭孔结构,又称EPE珍珠棉,是一种新型环保的包装材料,具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保、抗撞力强等诸多优点,得到了广泛应用。条状的聚乙烯发泡棉用于某些产品包装时,需要按照产品包装需求进行开槽,并开出相应深度的槽,目前的开槽设备,其刀具固定安装,不能进行相应的调节,当需要的槽深度较大时,只能使用较高的条状聚乙烯发泡棉,留出较厚的槽底部,造成材料浪费,因此,有必要予以改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种包装材料开槽装置。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种包装材料开槽装置,包括左底架、右底架、左夹板和右夹板,所述的左底架和右底架上侧通过连接柱分别设置有上横杆和下横杆,左底架和右底架之间连接有下辊轴,左底架和右底架的下横杆之间连接有上辊轴,左夹板和右夹板相互平行并置于上辊轴与下辊轴之间,左夹板和右夹板的两端部分别通过调节式连杆与左底架和右底架连接;所述的左夹板和右夹板的前端部之间设有开槽刀具,开槽刀具的尾部与升降结构连接。
所述的调节式连杆包括连杆本体,连杆本体上设有长通槽和短通槽,连杆本体通过长通槽并利用螺栓与左底架或右底架连接;所述的连杆本体上设有贯通长通槽和短通槽的轴向滑孔,滑孔中安装有滑杆,滑杆的内端部置于长通槽中并螺接有螺母,短通槽内的滑杆的杆体上连接有固定片,固定片与短通槽的槽端部之间的滑杆上套设有使滑杆向外端部顶出的弹簧,滑杆的外端部与左底架或右底架的端部固定连接。
所述的升降结构包括固定连接在左底架和右底架的上横杆之间的固定板,左底架和右底架的上横杆与下横杆之间分别设有导向杆,导向杆上连接有升降板,固定板的上侧设有电缸,电缸的活塞杆垂直向下与升降板固定连接,开槽刀具位于升降板下侧且其尾部与升降板连接。
所述的左夹板和右夹板的后端内侧分别设有倒角。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本实用新型用于条状聚乙烯发泡棉开槽时,开槽刀具利用热溶解在条状聚乙烯发泡棉上切出槽体,采用异型或弧形开槽刀具时,也能整体切出异型或弧形的槽,开槽刀具的向下调节,即可加大条状聚乙烯发泡棉的开槽深度,无需换用较高的条状聚乙烯发泡棉,能节约大量的材料,且加工效率高。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本实用新型的 保护范围,下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
实施例,见图1至图4所示:一种包装材料开槽装置,包括左底架1、右底架2、左夹板3和右夹板4,所述的左底架1和右底架2上侧通过连接柱分别设置有上横杆5和下横杆6,左底架1和右底架2之间连接有下辊轴7,左底架1和右底架2的下横杆6之间连接有上辊轴8,左夹板3和右夹板4相互平行并置于上辊轴8与下辊轴7之间。所述的左夹板3和右夹板4的后端内侧分别设有便于条状聚乙烯发泡棉进入左夹板3和右夹板4之间通道的倒角9。
左夹板3和右夹板4的两端部分别通过调节式连杆与左底架1和右底架2连接,其中,所述的调节式连杆包括连杆本体10,连杆本体10上设有长通槽11和短通槽12,连杆本体10通过长通槽11并利用螺栓与左底架1或右底架2连接;所述的连杆本体10上设有贯通长通槽11和短通槽12的轴向滑孔,滑孔中安装有滑杆13,滑杆13的内端部置于长通槽11中并螺接有螺母,短通槽12内的滑杆13的杆体上连接有固定片14,固定片14与短通槽12的槽端部之间的滑杆13上套设有使滑杆13向外端部顶出的弹簧15,滑杆13的外端部与左底架1或右底架2的端部固定连接。通过上述设计结构,可以实现左夹板3和右夹板4之间通道的宽度调节,当条状聚乙烯发泡棉的宽度略微大于左夹板3和右夹板4的间距宽度时,条状聚乙烯发泡棉挤入左夹板3和右夹板4之间的通道,左夹板3和右夹板4可以向两侧移动,方便条状聚乙烯发泡棉的进入,并可在弹簧15的作用下弹性回复。
所述的左夹板3和右夹板4的前端部之间设有开槽刀具16,开槽刀具16的尾部与升降结构连接,其中,所述的升降结构包括固定连接在左底架1和右底架2的上横杆5之间的固定板17,左底架1和右底架2的上横杆5与下 横杆6之间分别设有导向杆18,导向杆18上连接有升降板19,固定板17的上侧设有电缸20,电缸20的活塞杆垂直向下与升降板19固定连接,开槽刀具16位于升降板19下侧且其尾部与升降板19连接。通过上述设计结构,实现开槽刀具16的上下调节,调节条状聚乙烯发泡棉的开槽深度。
本实用新型用于条状聚乙烯发泡棉开槽时,先要通过电源线将开槽刀具的尾部与电源连接,开槽刀具16发热,条状聚乙烯发泡棉通过人工进入左夹板3和右夹板4之间的通道且继续向开槽刀具16前进,通过开槽刀具16时,利用热溶解在条状聚乙烯发泡棉上切出槽体,采用异型或弧形开槽刀具时,也能整体切出异型或弧形的槽,开槽刀具的向下调节,即可加大条状聚乙烯发泡棉的开槽深度,无需换用较高的条状聚乙烯发泡棉,能节约大量的材料。开槽刀具16的底面具有斜面,使切出的废条倾斜向上挤出,避免其重新与槽体粘合。

  1. 一种包装材料开槽装置,其特征在于:包括左底架、右底架、左夹板和右夹板,所述的左底架和右底架上侧通过连接柱分别设置有上横杆和下横杆,左底架和右底架之间连接有下辊轴,左底架和右底架的下横杆之间连接有上辊轴,左夹板和右夹板相互平行并置于上辊轴与下辊轴之间,左夹板和右夹板的两端部分别通过调节式连杆与左底架和右底架连接;所述的左夹板和右夹板的前端部之间设有开槽刀具,开槽刀具的尾部与升降结构连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装材料开槽装置,其特征在于:所述的调节式连杆包括连杆本体,连杆本体上设有长通槽和短通槽,连杆本体通过长通槽并利用螺栓与左底架或右底架连接;所述的连杆本体上设有贯通长通槽和短通槽的轴向滑孔,滑孔中安装有滑杆,滑杆的内端部置于长通槽中并螺接有螺母,短通槽内的滑杆的杆体上连接有固定片,固定片与短通槽的槽端部之间的滑杆上套设有使滑杆向外端部顶出的弹簧,滑杆的外端部与左底架或右底架的端部固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装材料开槽装置,其特征在于:所述的升降结构包括固定连接在左底架和右底架的上横杆之间的固定板,左底架和右底架的上横杆与下横杆之间分别设有导向杆,导向杆上连接有升降板,固定板的上侧设有电缸,电缸的活塞杆垂直向下与升降板固定连接,开槽刀具位于升降板下侧且其尾部与升降板连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装材料开槽装置,其特征在于:所述的左夹板和右夹板的后端内侧分别设有倒角。
