Description
본 명세서에서 개시하는 필기구용 교정기에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 올바른 필기도구를 쥐는 방법과 편리한 필기가 가능하게 도와주는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기에 관한 것이다.
본 명세서에서 개시하는 기술은 성장기 어린이 들의 손가락 소근육의 미발달로 필기구를 쥐는 방법이 기형적이며 무리하게 필기구를 쥐는 것을 도와 주는 고안으로서 필기구에 장착하여 필기시 필기구 쥐는 엄지손가락 내측면을 받쳐주어 필기구 쥐는 힘을 엄지,검지,중지에 집중된 힘을 엄지 손가락 내측면과 필기구가 닿는 검지 손가락 윗부분 까지 골고루 분산시켜 편리한 필기와 자세를 교정하는 교정도구로서 보다나은 교정효과와 편리한 사용을 제고하기 위하여 유용하게 고안된 발명으로서 다양한 필기도구를 쥐는 다양한 모습의 사용자를 위하여 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 특히,세로획을 그을 때 편리한 필기를 위해 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기 관한 것이다. 또한 다양한 굵기의 연필,볼펜 ,샤프등을 장착할수 있는 필기구 장착부를 구비함으로써 다양한 필기구의 사용이 가능하다.
종래의 대한민국 공개특허공보 제10-2005-0067009호(2005.06.31.자 공개, "집필 교정구")에는 본 발명에 따른 집필 교정구는, 몸체의 외관이 필기구를 파지한 상태에서 엄지와 검지간에 형성되는 공간부와 동일상으로 만곡 형성된 엄지/검지안치부, 상기 엄지/검지안치부의 전하방이 상기 필기구와 중지가 상호 맞닿는 부위까지 연장되어 상기 중지의 일부위를 지지하는 중지안치부와, 필기구를 고정하기 위한 체결부로 구성됨으로써, 본 발명에 따른 집필 교정구를 파지하는 것만으로도 바람직한 집필습관을 함양할 수 있어 자연스럽게 집필자세가 교정됨은 물론, 집필시에 피로감을 경감시켜 집중력 감퇴, 손가락 기형 등을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 기술이 개시되어 있다.

본 명세서에서 개시하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기는 필기시 엄지 손가락의 가운데 안쪽측면을 받쳐주는 엄지내측안측부(100)를 포함한다.
본 명세서에서 개시하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기는 상기 엄지내측안착부(100)의 한쪽에 필기구 장착부(200)를 더 포함하고, 상기 필기구 장착부(200)와 상기 엄지내측안측부(100)의 방향은 소정의 각도로 형성될 수 있다.
본 명세서에서 개시하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기는 상기 필기구 장착부(200)의 다른 한쪽에 다양한 굵기의 필기구의 장착을 위한 틔워짐공간형성부(300)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 명세서에서 개시하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기는 상기 필기구 장착부(200)는 필기구가 삽입되도록 삼각형 모양의 구멍으로 형성된 필기구 삽입구(400)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 엄지내측안측부(100) 및 필기구 장착부(200) 중 적어도 어느 하나는 탄성재질인 것을 포함할 수 있다.

본 명세서에서 개시하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주는 필기구용 교정기에 필기구가 장착되어 필기 시 올바른 손가락의 모양과 필기구의 각도를 일정하게 반복ㆍ유지시켜 지필법에 미숙한 아동들의 필기구 쥐는 습관을 인위적이나마 바로잡아 올바른 지필법을 습득ㆍ유지할 수 있으며 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주는 필기구용 교정기로서 과학적이며 인체공학적으로 설계되어 필기 시 엄지,검지,중지의 큰 힘을 받지 않고도 필기도구와 엄지ㆍ검지ㆍ중지가 항상 부드럽게 분산, 밀착되어 이미 지필법이 올바르게 형성된 일반인은 물론 필기가 빈번한 학생들에게도 장시간 필기에서 오는 손가락과 팔의 근육경질을 줄여주어 학습과 업무의 능률이 향상될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
한편, 삼각형 모양의 필기구 삽입구(400)에 대응하는 필기구는 삼각형 모양이 실시 될 수 있다. 삼각형 모양은 처음 글씨를 배우는 유아들의 엄지와 검지 및 중지를 자연스럽게 모아주어 올바를 집필법을 유도하는 효과가 있다.
한편, 본 명세서에서 개시하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기는 사용자의 오른손과 왼손의 구분없이 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하 본 명세서에서 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기의 측면도를 참조한 일 실시 예에 따르면, 엄지내측안치부(100)를 포함한다. 엄지내측안치부(100)의 한쪽을 필기구에 부착하기 위해서 접착제 등을 사용할 수 있다. 엄지내측안치부(100)는 엄지손가락의 중간부분을 지탱해주도록 마련될 수 있다. 좀 더 상세히 설명하면, 엄지내측안치부(100)는 한쪽에 필기구가 결합되고, 다른 한쪽에 필기구를 사용하는 사용자의 엄지손가락의 안쪽 면이 접한다. 엄지내측안치부(100)의 엄지손가락과 접하는 부분은 엄지손가락의 안쪽 면과 대응하는 형상으로 마련될 수 있다.
상기에서 설명된 엄지내측안치부(100)를 포함하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기는 사용자의 엄지손가락이 엄지내측안치부(100)에 의해서 지지됨으로써, 필기구에 장착시 필기구의 올바른 각도를 유지해주는 것을 표현한 도 1에서 처럼, 엄지손가락의 바른 자세를 유도할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 처음 연필을 쥐고 글씨를 배우는 어린이 들이 엄지,검지,중지 손가락이 자연스럽게 모일 수 있도록 유도함에 그 목적과 기능을 제공하는 것이다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기의 측면도를 참조하면, 상기에서 설명된 엄지내측안치부(100)에 필기구 장착부(200)를 더 포함한다.
엄지내측안치부(100)는 상기에서 설명된 일 실시 예와 동일하므로 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
필기구 장착부(200)는 엄지내측안치부(100)를 필기구에 고정시키는 역할을 한다. 필기구 장착부(200)는 필기구의 길이방향으로 마련되어, 엄지내측안측부(100)의 방향과 서로다른 방향이 되도록 마련될 수 있다. 즉, 필기구 장착부(200)와 상기 엄지내측안측부(100)의 방향은 소정의 각도로 형성되는 것이다.
일례로, 필기구 장착부(200)는 도3 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 삼각형 모양의 필기구 삽입구(400)를 포함할 수 있다. 필기구 삽입구(400)에 대응하여 필기구는 삼각형 모양이 실시 될 수 있다. 삼각형 모양은 처음 글씨를 배우는 유아들의 엄지와 검지 및 중지를 자연스럽게 모아주어 올바를 집필법을 유도하는 효과가 있다. 필기구 삽입구(400)는 필기구가 삽입되는 것이다. 필기구 삽입구(400)를 포함하는 필기구 장착부(200)는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 필기구를 장착하였을 경우 사용자의 필기구와 손가락의 길이조절이 용이할 수 있다. 한편, 필기구 삽입구(400)의 형상은 다각형으로 마련될 수도 있다.
다른 일례로, 필기구 장착부(200)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 배면에 길이방향으로 절개한 틔워짐공간형성부(300)를 포함할 수 있다. 틔워짐공간형성부(300)는 필기구 삽입구(400)의 내경보다 큰 직경의 필구를 사용할 때, 필기구 장착부(200)가 벌어질 수 있도록 마련된 것이다. 틔워짐공간형성부(300)를 포함하는 필기구 장착부(200)는 다양한 굵기의 연필,볼펜,샤프 등의 필기구를 사용할수 있는 기능을 제공한다.
한편, 엄지내측안측부(100) 및 필기구 장착부(200) 중 적어도 어느 하나는 탄성재질인 것을 포함할 수 있다. 이는 도 6에서와 같이, 필기시 세로획 또는 원형의 글씨를 쓸 때 나타나는 엄지와 검지 , 필기도구 사이에 가해지는 힘을 자연스럽게 분산시킨다.
나아가, 엄지내측안측부(100) 및 필기구 장착부(200) 중 적어도 어느 하나가 탄성재질인 것은 편리한 필기를 위함과 미세한 필기에 필요한 근육방해를 방지하기 위한 것으로, 탄성을 주는 소재로서 고무/실리콘/발포재 등 탄성을 갖는 재료이다.
한편, 엄지내측안측부(100) 및 필기구 장착부(200) 중 적어도 어느 하나는 항균제를 포함할 수 있다. 항균제를 통해서 세균번식을 방지하여 유아들의 건강을 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
한편, 본 명세서에서 개시하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기는 사용자의 오른손과 왼손의 구분없이 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엄지내측안착부(100)의 한쪽에 필기구 장착부(200)를 더 포함하고,상기 필기구 장착부(200)와 상기 엄지내측안측부(100)의 방향은 소정의 각도로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 필기구 장착부(200)의 다른 한쪽에 다양한 굵기의 필기구의 장착을 위한 틔워짐공간형성부(300)를 포함하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 필기구 장착부(200)는 필기구가 삽입되도록 삼각형 모양의 구멍으로 형성된 필기구 삽입구(400)를 포함하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 엄지내측안측부(100) 및 필기구 장착부(200) 중 적어도 어느 하나는 탄성재질인 것을 포함하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 엄지내측안측부(100) 및 필기구 장착부(200) 중 적어도 어느 하나는 항균제를 포함하는 필기시 엄지를 받쳐주며 탄성을 갖는 필기구용 교정기.
