技术领域
本发明涉及线束固定技术领域,具体涉及一种线卡组件及其装配方法、驻车空调。
背景技术
以汽车为例,随着汽车技术的不断发展,与更多功能相关的部件被引入了汽车。以在汽车上引入的主要用于对舱内空间的空气温度进行调节的驻车空调为例,驻车空调上通常配置有复杂的线路,如线路中的线体需要通过线卡组件夹紧固定以保证将线体集成线束并设置在驻车空调确定的位置,例如固定在驻车空调的风道内或底盘上等。
市面上的线卡主要包括橡胶线卡和塑料线卡两种。其中,橡胶线卡的材质具有一定的弹性空间,故而可能由于被拉动变形而无法将线卡固定在确定的位置,导致线卡所固定的线束也产生位置的变化。其中,由于塑料线卡材质不具备弹性,往往会对其所固定的线束产生一定的压力和磨损。而且,塑料线卡对线束径向尺寸的适应性较差,由于线卡形成的可容纳线束的空间是一定的,在线束的直径较小时,可能导致线夹无法夹紧线束进行有效固定,在线束的直径较大时,可能无法穿过塑料线卡的可通过空间或导致线卡两端无法闭合。总之,目前的线卡由于采用的是单一结构的线卡,因此,往往会存在如“线卡的材质具有一定的弹性空间,故而可能由于被拉动变形而无法将线卡固定在确定的位置”(橡胶线卡)或者“与线束直接接触因此会对 线束造成一定的压迫甚至可能损坏线体,由于线卡形成的可容纳线束的空间是一定的因此对线束径向尺寸的适应性较差”(塑料线卡)的技术问题。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少一定程度地解决上述技术问题,具体而言,由于线卡为单一结构而导致的线卡具有一定弹性可能被拉动变形而无法将线卡固定在确定的位置,或者会对线束造成一定的压迫甚至可能损坏线体以及对安装环境的适应性差的技术问题。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种线卡组件,配置所述线卡组件的基础部件配置有线束,所述线束通过所述线卡组件设置于所述基础部件,所述线卡组件包括:第一套接构件,其套设于所述线束;以及第二套接构件,其套设于所述第一套接构件;其中,所述第二套接构件设置于所述基础部件。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,本发明的线卡组件包含两个套接构件。其中,第一套接构件可以对集成线束的一组或多组线体进行有效的整理和固定,保证了线体在设置于基础部件时的规整有序性。以基础部件为驻车空调的底盘为例(下文延续该示例),可以保证驻车空调的底盘上的线束布置的规整有序性。其中,第二套接构件固定于底盘上并形成有套接第一套接构件的空间,可以将包含线束的第一套接构件稳定地固定在基础部件上,从而保证了线卡以及套设于其内的线束在设置于基础部件时的可靠性和准确性。
可以理解的是,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求确定第(第一、第二)套接构件的结构、个数、材质以及二者之间实现可靠套接的方式等。如二者的材质可以相同或者不同、在第一套接构件上可以配置有多个第二套件构件且多个第二套件之间的结构可以相同或者不同等。
在上述线卡组件的优选技术方案中,所述第二套接构件包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分和所述第二部分以彼此扣合的方 式形成能够套设所述第一套接构件的空间。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,由于第一部分和第二部分之间是通过彼此扣合的方式形成第二套接构件的,因此在将线体固定至线卡组件时,可以根据实际情况将第二套接构件的不同的部分在组装时以不同的顺序完成组装,从而有望更好地适应对应于基础部件的安装环境。
可以理解的是,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求确定实现二者的彼此扣合所依赖的具体结构,如借助于凸起和槽的配合、卡扣与卡槽的配合、面与面之间的紧密配合等。

在采用上述技术方案的情况下,线卡组件能够借助于定位构件与基础部件的配合可靠地固定在驻车空调上,如在基础部件收到冲击或者发生频繁晃动时,能够避免线卡组件发生位置偏移的情况,从而保证了线体在底盘上的安装可靠性。
可以理解的是,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求确定定位构件的具体结构、个数以及设置位置等,如定位构件可以是定位块或者板状结构,可以为连续的结构也可以包括间隔分布的多个结构。相应地,与定位构件相配合的位于底盘侧的结构可以是底盘原有的结构或者在底盘上额外增设的结构。示例性地,定位构件包括多个定位块,对多个定位块相配合的位于底盘侧的定位孔。

在采用上述技术方案的情况下,给出了第一套接构件和第二套接构件的一种具体的形式。由于第一套接构件为柔质构件,因此可以方便地将其沿线槽(开缝)处展开从而将集成的线束放置进去完成对线束的收拢以及预装配。由于是柔质构件,完成收拢以及预装配线束之后,第一套接构件的线槽扩张之后会闭合恢复至原状。这样一来,在装配第二套接构件时,与第二套接构件直接接触的是柔性材质,因此可以有效地避免出现由于装配关系对内部固定的线束造成物理损伤情况。在此前提下,第二套接构件便可采用硬质构件。硬质构件一方面能够更好地与第一套接构件进行配合,另一方面能够更好地固定到驻车空调的底盘与定位构件的预定位结果相对应的位置上,从而保证了安装的可靠性。
可以理解的是,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情形选用合适的具有柔质属性的第一套接构件的材质以及具有硬质属性的第二套接构件的材质,如对于第一套接构件的材质可以选用合成橡胶或者天然橡胶等,可满足构件在受力发生形变并且可以自动恢复至原状的需求。第二套接构件可以选用塑料或者合金等。
在上述线卡组件的装配方法的优选技术方案中,所述装配方法包括:将线束套设于第一套接构件;将所述第二套接构件套设于所述第一套接构件;将所述第二套接构件固定至基础部件上的待安装位置。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,给出了线卡组件的一种具体的装配方法。由于线卡组件在对线体进行约束时具有不同的装配顺序,因此有望优化装配工序,或者能够更好地适应基础部件的安装环境。
在上述线卡组件的装配方法的优选技术方案中,在“将所述第二套接构件固定至所述基础部件上的待安装位置”的前、同时或者之后,所述装配方法还包括:将所述第二套接构件的定位构件对接至所述基础部件上的待安装位置。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,给出了第二套接构件与驻车空调对接的一种具体的实施方式。
如为了保证装配的准确性,在第二套接构件上设置有前定位构件,驻车空调的底座上增设有或者本身具有能够与定位构件匹配的 结构。
可以理解的是,此处的定位和前述的固定步骤可以同时进行或者有顺序的进行。如:在定位构件兼具固定功能的前提下,可以认为两个步骤同时进行。或者在定位构件完成预定位之后,通过如螺钉等紧固件完成固定的前提下,则应当认为两个步骤之间具有先后顺序。
在上述线卡组件的装配方法的优选技术方案中,所述第二套接构件包括第一部分和第二部分,所述的“将所述第二套接构件套设于所述第一套接构件”包括:将包含线束的第一套接构件固定至所述第一部分和所述第二部分中的其中一个;将所述第一部分和所述第二部分中的另一个与该其中一个彼此扣合,从而形成能够套设所述第一套接构件的空间。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,给出了线卡组件的第一套接构件和第二套接构件之间的一种具体的装配方法
在上述线卡组件的装配方法的优选技术方案中,所述第一套接构件为沿轴向具有开口的柔质构件,所述的“将线束套设于第一套接构件”包括:使所述柔质构件的开口沿周向向外扩;将线束沿外扩后的开口内压入所述第一套接构件。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,给出了第一套接构件和线束之间的一种具体的装配方法。
在上述驻车空调优选技术方案中,所述驻车空调包括前述任一项所述的线卡组件。
可以理解的是,该驻车空调具有前述任一项所述的线卡组件的所有技术效果,在此不再赘述。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技 术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然本实施方式是结合驻车空调上的底盘作为基础部件来介绍本发明的线卡组件的,但是这并非旨在于限制本发明的保护范围,在不偏离本发明原理的条件下,本领域技术人员可以将本发明应用于其他需要固定线束的基础部件上,如车辆除驻车空调之外的其他位置的线束以及如车辆之外的其他设备,如家用空调等。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“设置”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,还可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
首先参阅图1,图1为本发明一种实施例的驻车空调的线卡组件的装配示意图。驻车空调包括形成冷媒循环回路的压缩机、冷凝器、电子膨胀阀和蒸发器。其中,冷凝器与外部环境的空气进行换热,蒸发器与车辆的驾驶舱的舱内空间的空气进行换热从而满足舱内空间的制冷需求。如图1所示,驻车空调的底盘300上设置有与车辆的驾驶舱的舱内空间连通的风道以及包覆于蒸发器外部的风道泡沫400以及若干线体。在一种可能的实施方式中,本发明的线卡组件100用于将包含一股或由多股线体聚拢而成的线束200有效地固定在底盘300上。如可以为位于风道泡沫400内部或者外部的线束配置有线卡。以为位于风道泡沫内部的线束配置的线卡组件100为例,风道泡沫设置有进线口41和出线口(未示出),可以使线束200在通过风道泡沫 上的进线口41进入到风道内部后,被线卡组件固定。在此基础上,可在需要的情形下通过出线口穿到舱内侧。通常情形下,还需要对进线口41以及出线口处进行密封处理,以达到防止进水、防漏风的效果。
接下来参阅图2,图2为本发明一种实施例的驻车空调的线卡组件的结构示意图。如图2所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,线卡组件100主要包括套设于线束的第一套接构件11以及套设于第一套接构件的第二套接构件12,线束通过线卡组件的第二套接构件12固定至驻车空调的底盘300位于风道泡沫400内部的部分。
在本示例中,第一套接构件11为空心圆柱形的柔质构件(如采用橡胶材质),在第一套接构件11上开设有一线槽111。这样一来,在外力的作用下便可由线槽111处将橡胶管掰开然后将线束容纳于其内,之后第一套接构件11可以在自身的弹力作用下恢复至原状,此时橡胶管便可将线束200紧密地包裹。
以及,在本示例中,第二套接构件12为硬质构件(如采用塑料材质)。在一种可能的实施方式中,第二套接构件12包括第一部分121和第二部分122,两个部分均大致为半圆环柱形的构件,且第一部分121的两个端面可以与第二部分122相连接,两个部分在彼此扣合的情形下形成有能套设第一套接构件11的空间。如按照图2中的方位,第一部分121的左端面与第二部分122的右端面通过一体成型的方式固定连接在一起,第一部分12的右端面与第二部分122的左端面可以以彼此扣合的方式相连接。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第一部分12的右端面与第二部分122的左端面以彼此扣合的方式相连接的方式为:在第一部分右端外表面上沿上、下方向依次设置有第一卡扣1211和第二卡扣1212,相应地,第二部分左端外表面上的第一卡槽1221和第二卡槽1222,两对卡扣之间可以彼此扣合或者打开,第二套接构件12的卡槽和卡扣在第一部分121和第二部分122闭合后,可以相互扣合,从而两个部分内部形成能够套设第一套接构件11的空间。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,上述涉及到第一部分和第二部分是以卡扣(1211、1212)与卡槽(1221、1222)相扣合的方 式连接的,但这并不是限制的,只要可以满足稳定连接两个部分的需求,本领域技术人员可以对两部分连接构件的结构形式、个数、位置以及配合关系做出相应调整。
继续参阅图2并进一步参阅图3和图4,图3为本发明一种实施例的驻车空调所在的底盘上的定位构件的结构示意图,图4为本发明一种实施例的驻车空调的线卡组件的装配示意图。如图2至图4所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,第二套接构件12设置有第一定位构件(未示出),示例性地,在第一部分121的右侧上端设有突出的第三卡扣1213,并在外表面设有具有孔的第一伸出端1214和第二伸出端1215。同样第二部分也设置了第四卡扣1223,以及具有孔的第三伸出端1224。第一定位构件可以和位于驻车空调底盘300上的第二定位构件31相连接,以实现线卡组件100的准确定位。
继续参阅图3至图4,在驻车空调底盘300上设置有第二定位构件31,在对角的位置设置有第一螺钉柱311和第二螺钉柱312。示范性地,装配好的线卡组件100上的第一伸出端1214可以套接在第一螺钉柱311上,并由第一螺钉132自上而下穿过第一伸出端1214的孔安装在第一螺钉柱311上进行固定,同样,第三伸出端1224可以以同样的方式通过第二螺钉132与第二螺钉柱312相连。
在装配后对应线卡组件100外侧环状凹进的位置,第二定位构件31设置有卡槽314,可与线卡凹进结构紧密结合。第二定位构件31在装配后对应线卡组件100突出的第三卡扣1213和第四卡扣1223的位置,分别设置第二方孔316和第一方孔315,用于(第三、第四)卡扣扣合。另外,第二伸出端1215套接于定位柱313上,以上实施方法可以实现装配的准确定位,并且保证了线卡组件100和线束200的装配的稳定性。
在一种可能的实施方式中,驻车空调底盘300上第二定位构件31中关于(第一、第二)螺钉柱和定位柱的结构形式、位置、个数以及配合关系并不是限制的,同样的,方孔(316、315)和卡扣(1213、1223)的连接方式、个数、位置等也不是限制的,只能可以满足定位以及固定的需要,本领域技术人员可以对其灵活调整,如可 将定位柱的个数增加为两个,并设置在第二定位构件的对角位置。基于此,在线卡组件100上与定位柱和(第一、第二)螺钉柱对应设置的伸出端的位置和数量也要做出相应地调整。
可以看出,在本发明的线卡组件中,第一套接构件11设置为可容纳线束200的柔质构件,第二套接构件12设置为可容纳第一套接构件11的硬质构件,由于第一套接构件为柔质构件,因此可以将一定直径范围内的线束200稳定的固定在其中。由于硬质的第二套接构件是直接套设在第一套接构件的外部的,因此避免了线束磨损的现象。由于第二套接构件具有一定的硬度、变形量很小,因此可借助于定位构件和连接构件实现第二套接构件与底盘之间的连接,从而将包含第一套接构件和第二套接构件线卡组件固定在确定的位置。这样一来,便可将容纳于第一套接构件内的线束可靠地固定在底盘上,避免了出现位置偏移等情况。
下面结合本发明一种实施例的线卡组件和驻车空调底盘对线卡组件的装配方法进行描述。参阅图5,图五为本发明一种实施例的线卡组件的装配流程图。如图5所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,该线卡组件的装配方法包括如下步骤:
S501、对线束进行预装配。具体地,将第一套接构件11沿线槽111处展开,从而将集成的线束200置于第一套接构件11内。之后第一套接构件11的线槽处自动合拢至原状,至此便完成了对线束200的收拢。
S502、将完成预装配的第一套接构件11卡置于第二套接构件12的第二部分122内,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,也可以将第一套接构件11卡置到第一部分121内。
S503、将处于打开状态的第二套接构件12闭合,具体地:将第二套接构件12的第一部分121上的卡扣(1211、1212)与第二部分122上的对应卡槽(1221、1222)扣合,此时线卡组件100的第一套接构件11和第二套接构件12闭合成为一个整体。
S504、进行预定位,将第二套接构件12的第一部分121上的第二伸出端1215套接于驻车空调底盘300上的定位柱313上,第 二套接构件12的凹槽(未示出)与驻车空调底盘上的卡槽314相对接,此时,第二套接构件12上的第二伸出端1215对应定位柱313,第一、三伸出端分别与一个螺钉柱(311、312)对应,第三卡扣1213和第四卡扣1223分别对应第二定位构件上侧壁上的第二方孔316和第一方孔315相对应。
可以理解的是,线卡组件的装配顺序并不是固定的,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求进行合理的调整。例如可以将装配顺序调整为S501、S502、S504、S503。
S505、使用(第一、第二)螺钉自上而下的穿过对应的装配完成的线卡组件的伸出端与驻车空调底盘上的(第一、第二)螺钉柱,并拧紧,实现线卡组件在驻车空调底盘上的紧密固定。
S506、再使用(第一、第二)螺钉自上而下穿过风道泡沫400和风道并拧紧,实现进、出线口的密封。
至此,已完成线卡组件在驻车空调底盘上的全部组装。
需要说明的是,上述优选的实施方式仅仅用于阐述本发明的原理,并非旨在于限制本发明的保护范围。在不偏离本发明原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对上述设置方式进行调整,以便本发明能够适用于更加具体的应用场景。
此外,本领域的技术人员能够理解,尽管在此所述的一些实施例包括其它实施例中所包括的某些特征而不是其它特征,但是不同实施例的特征的组合意味着处于本发明的范围之内并且形成不同的实施例。在本发明的权利要求书中,所要求保护的实施例的任意之一都可以以任意的组合方式来使用。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种线卡组件,其特征在于,配置所述线卡组件的基础部件配置有线束,所述线束通过所述线卡组件设置于所述基础部件,
    所述线卡组件包括:
    第一套接构件,其套设于所述线束;以及
    第二套接构件,其套设于所述第一套接构件;
    其中,所述第二套接构件设置于所述基础部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线卡组件,其特征在于,所述第二套接构件包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分和所述第二部分以彼此扣合的方式形成能够套设所述第一套接构件的空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的线卡组件,其特征在于,沿线束的周向观察,所述第一部分的第二端和所述第二部分的第一端之间彼此连接或者一体成型,所述第一部分的第一端和所述第二部分的第二端之间通过可移除的方式彼此连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的线卡组件,其特征在于,所述第二套接构件设置有或者形成有能够与所述基础部件对接的定位构件。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的线卡组件,其特征在于,所述第一套接构件为柔质构件;和或
    所述第二套接构件为硬质构件。
  6. 一种线卡组件的装配方法,其特征在于,所述装配方法包括:
    将线束套设于第一套接构件;
    将所述第二套接构件套设于所述第一套接构件;
    将所述第二套接构件固定至基础部件上的待安装位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的线卡组件的装配方法,其特征在于,在“将所述第二套接构件固定至所述基础部件上的待安装位置”的前、同时或者之后,所述装配方法还包括:
    将所述第二套接构件的定位构件对接至所述基础部件上的待安装位置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的线卡组件的装配方法,其特征在于,所述第二套接构件包括第一部分和第二部分,所述的“将所述第二套接构件套设于所述第一套接构件”包括:
    将包含线束的第一套接构件固定至所述第一部分和所述第二部分中的其中一个;
    将所述第一部分和所述第二部分中的另一个与该其中一个彼此扣合,从而形成能够套设所述第一套接构件的空间。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的线卡组件的装配方法,其特征在于,所述第一套接构件为沿轴向具有开口的柔质构件,所述的“将线束套设于第一套接构件”包括:
    使所述柔质构件的开口沿周向向外扩;
    将线束沿外扩后的开口内压入所述第一套接构件。
  10. 一种驻车空调,其特征在于,所述驻车空调包括权利要求1至5中任一项所述的线卡组件。
