Abstract

本发明公开了一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布及其吸收制品,所述的无纺布表面具有若干条纵向延伸、横向分布的条纹凸起,所述条纹凸起的高度为0.5mm~3.0mm,在相邻条纹凸起之间构成的开孔区域具有多个开孔,单个开孔的平均面积小于20mm 2,无纺布表面的纵向条纹凸起可以将体液在吸收制品的纵向上进行导流,扩大体液渗透面积,加快体液下渗速度,并且还可以有效阻挡体液发生侧漏。

Description

一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布及其吸收制品 技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,尤其涉及应用于个人护理、婴幼儿护理用的一种柔软、干爽的表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布及其吸收制品。
背景技术
由于无纺布柔软、亲肤,因而被广泛用于一次性卫生用品面层并备受消费者关注。随着消费者对卫生用品要求增高,消费者开始不满足现有的平面无纺布,随之出现了为了增加渗透性能的打孔无纺布,表面的开孔可以有效增加体液的渗透性能,快速将体液导流到吸收层,增加卫生面层的干爽性。发明专利CN201420140109.0 专利名称: 一种具有开孔结构的立体无纺布,该发明专利公开了一种具有开孔结构的立体无纺布,分布有凸起区域与凹陷区域及开孔结构,通过高密度纤维区域的抗压性能,保持了立体无纺布明显的凹凸效果,凸起部分和开孔部分具有大于0.2mm高度差,所以即使有液体返回凹入部分表面,与使用者皮肤接触的仅是与凸起部分接触,使用者也不会有潮湿的感觉,开孔部分加快液体的渗透和减少残留,具有渗透快,干爽舒适的效果。但凸起部分和开孔部分排列不当,凸起部分很容易引起液体滑漏或液体残留。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种柔软、干爽的表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布及其吸收制品,克服现有产品的缺陷。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布,所述的无纺布表面具有若干条纵向延伸、横向分布的条纹凸起,所述条纹凸起的高度为0.5mm~3.0mm,在相邻条纹凸起之间构成的开孔区域具有多个开孔,单个所述开孔的平均面积小于20mm 2
所述的无纺布由表层和底层构成的复合无纺布。
所述的条纹凸起位于所述复合无纺布的表层。
所述的无纺布为热风无纺布、纺粘无纺布、水刺无纺布或热轧无纺布。
所述的条纹凸起为纵向连续的条纹凸起或纵向间断的条纹凸起。
所述条纹凸起是实心条纹凸起或空心条纹凸起。
所述开孔区域具有多个凸起。
一种包含表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布的吸收制品,包括透液面层、吸收层和透气底层,所述吸收层设于透液面层和透气底层间,所述吸收制品的透液面层由所述表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布制成。
有益效果
采用上述方案后,本发明的无纺布表面具有条纹凸起,在应用于吸收用品面层时,条纹凸起既减少吸收用品面层可与人体的接触面积,又可以在人体和吸收用品之间形成气流隔绝层,有效防止皮肤粘连,给人以柔软舒适感,并且纵向条纹凸起可以将体液在吸收制品的纵向上进行导流,扩大体液渗透面积,加快体液下渗速度,并且还可以有效阻挡体液发生侧漏;而相邻条纹凸起之间的开孔区域可以加速体液下渗,快速通过开孔被芯体吸收,提高无纺布的干爽性能。

本发明的实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
实施例 1
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布1,表面具有若干条纵向延伸、横向分布的条纹凸起a1,在相邻条纹凸起a1之间具有由多个开孔b1构成的开孔区域。
本实施例中表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布1是单层热风无纺布,条纹凸起a1为实心连续条纹凸起,凸起高度为0.5-3.0mm,太高,舒适性差,太低,起不到阻挡体液的作用,本实施例中条纹凸起a1的凸起高度为0.8mm,相邻条纹凸起的宽度为0.5-8mm,开孔区域的单个开孔的平均开孔面积可以为小于20mm 2,本实施例中单个开孔b1的平均开孔面积为15mm 2
采用上述方案后,本实施例中的无纺布表面具有条纹凸起a1,在应用于吸收用品面层时,条纹凸起a1为连续的实心凸起,凸起部分不易压塌,并且纵向条纹凸起a1可以将体液在吸收制品的纵向上进行导流,扩大体液渗透面积,加快体液下渗速度,并且还可以有效阻挡体液发生侧漏;各相邻条纹凸起a1之间的分布可以是等距分布,也可以是不等距分布,可以根据吸收制品的宽度大小进行调整。而相邻条纹凸起a1之间的的开孔区域可以加速体液下渗,快速通过开孔b1被芯体吸收,提高无纺布的干爽性能。
实施例 2
如图3和图4所示,本实施例的表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布2,表面具有若干条纵向延伸、横向分布的条纹凸起a2,在邻条纹凸起a2之间具有由多个开孔b2构成的开孔区域。
本实施例中表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布2是由表层21和底层22构成的复合无纺布,其中,表层21为水刺无纺布,底层22为热风无纺布,条纹凸起a2为空心间断条纹凸起,凸起高度为0.5-3.0mm,本实施例中条纹凸起a2的凸起高度为2.5mm,开孔区域的单个开孔的平均开孔面积可以为小于20mm 2,本实施例中单个开孔b2的平均开孔面积为10mm 2
采用上述方案后,本实施例中条纹凸起a2为空心间断条纹凸起,在用于吸收制品时,由表层21和底层22构成凸起的空心结构,可以形成透气通道,提供气流的内外循环,减少湿闷感;表层21的水刺无纺布亲肤特性可以增加整体无纺布的柔软舒适性,而底层22的支撑作用,可以防止凸起部分被挤压,防止通道堵塞,压塌。同时,条纹凸起a2还可以将体液在吸收制品的纵向上进行导流,扩大体液渗透面积,加快体液下渗速度,有效阻挡体液发生侧漏。
实施例 3
如图5所示,本实施例中的一种包含表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布3的吸收制品4,包括透液面层、吸收层和透气底层,所述吸收层设于透液面层和透气底层间,所述吸收制品的透液面层由所述表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布3制成,其中吸收制品的中间区域为渗透区域,主要用于与人体接触,吸收体液;两侧区域为吸收制品的护翼部分,主要用于固定吸收制品。表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布的条纹凸起a3位于吸收制品4渗透区域的两侧,形成立体挡墙,有效防止体液侧漏,而吸收制品的渗透区域中可以包含多条条纹凸起a3,这样既可以防止侧漏,也可以纵向导流,扩大体液纵向渗透区域,提高吸收制品的有效利用面积。而吸收制品4的中间渗透区域则是位于相邻条纹凸起3之间的由多个开孔b3和凸起c3构成的开孔区域,开孔b3可以加速体液渗透到吸收层,增加下渗速度,而凸起c3可以减少吸收制品与人体的接触面积,防止粘连皮肤,进一步提高干爽性。

  1. 一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布,其特征在于:所述的无纺布表面具有若干条纵向延伸、横向分布的条纹凸起,所述条纹凸起的高度为0.5mm~3.0mm,在相邻条纹凸起之间构成的开孔区域具有多个开孔,单个所述开孔的平均面积小于20mm 2
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布,其特征在于:所述的无纺布为包括表层和底层的复合无纺布。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布,其特征在于:所述的条纹凸起位于所述复合无纺布的表层。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布,其特征在于:所述开孔区域具有多个凸起。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布,其特征在于:所述的无纺布为热风无纺布、纺粘无纺布、水刺无纺布或热轧无纺布。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布,其特征在于:所述的条纹凸起为纵向连续的条纹凸起或纵向间断的条纹凸起。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布,其特征在于:所述条纹凸起是实心条纹凸起或空心条纹凸起。
  8. 一种包含表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布的吸收制品,包括透液面层、吸收层和透气底层,所述吸收层设于透液面层和透气底层间,其特征在于:所述吸收制品的透液面层由权利要求1-4任一所述的一种表面具有条纹凸起的无纺布制成。
