一种显示模组,包括:箱体框架,所述箱体框架包括电源盒和位于所述电源盒左右两侧的多个子框架,每侧的子框架沿竖向依次排布;多个显示模块,多个所述显示模块与多个所述子框架一一对应,所述显示模块的驱动电路和安装件均设置于左和/或右侧区域,所述显示模块的中间区域均布用于透声的孔结构,所述显示模块通过左和/或右侧区域的所述安装件安装于相应的子框架上。
所述电源盒包括本体和后盖,所述后盖与所述本体之间配合安装有防盗锁和第一微动开关。
所述本体的上下侧均开设有线缆孔。
所述显示模块包括PCB板、设置于所述PCB板发光面的面罩和设置于所述PCB板驱动面的金属板,其中,所述PCB板的整个发光面均设置有阵列排布的发光像素,所述PCB板的发光面的中间区域在每相邻四个发光像素之间开设 有第一透声孔,所述PCB板的驱动面的左和/或右侧区域设置有用以驱动所述发光像素的所述驱动电路、用以固定安装所述金属板和固定安装所述子框架的所述安装件、第二微动开关、第三微动开关;所述金属板的左和/或右侧区域与所述第三微动开关的对应位置处开设有开关通孔、与固定安装所述子框架的所述安装件的对应位置处开设有安装件通孔,所述金属板的中间区域开设有第二透声孔;所述面罩的中间区域开设有第三透声孔,所述面罩开设的所述第三透声孔与所述PCB板开设的所述第一透声孔相对应。
所述面罩与所述PCB板通过胶粘固定。
所述面罩由电磁屏蔽材料制作而成。
所述金属板与所述PCB板之间填充有绝缘减震材料。
在所述金属板的左和/或右侧区域与所述驱动电路中凸出的元件相对应的位置处还开设有容纳空间。
所述PCB板开设的所述第一透声孔为金属化孔。
所述箱体框架为金属材质或镶嵌于金属保护壳内。
一种显示屏,包括至少一个上述的显示模组。
当所述显示屏为多个所述显示模组拼接成的电影屏时,其中一个所述显示模组安装有电影服务器,安装所述电影服务器的显示模组设置于所述电影屏的一角。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型的显示模块中驱动电路和模块的安装位置二合一,且位于侧部区域,由此,显示模块上用于透声的孔结构可集中、均匀地排布于中间位置,从而能够增大透声面积,提高透声效果,适用于拼接成大尺寸的显示屏,并且,由于驱动电路处于与框架直接接触的位置,便于通过框架传导热量,从而能够提高散热性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型实施例的显示模组包括箱体框架100和多个显示模块200,箱体框架100包括电源盒110和位于电源盒110左右两侧的多个子框架120,每侧的子框架120沿竖向依次排布;多个显示模块200与多个子框架120一一对应,显示模块200的驱动电路和安装件均设置于左和/或右侧区域,显示模块200的中间区域均布用于透声的孔结构,显示模块200通过左和/或右侧区域的安装件安装于相应的子框架120上。
根据本实用新型实施例的显示模组,显示模块中驱动电路和模块的安装位置二合一,且位于侧部区域,由此,显示模块上用于透声的孔结构可集中、均匀地排布于中间位置,从而能够增大透声面积,提高透声效果,适用于拼接成大尺寸的显示屏,并且,由于驱动电路处于与框架直接接触的位置,便于通过框架传导热量,从而能够提高散热性能。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,电源盒110包括本体111和后盖112,电源盒110内可安装有整个显示模组的电源、控制板、电源线、控制线和信号线等,后盖112与本体111之间可配合安装有防盗锁113和第一微动开关114。通过安装防盗锁113,使得电源盒110的后盖112不易被陌生人打开,提高了防盗性能。第一微动开关114可安装于本体111内,且其开关按钮被后盖112安装到位时按压,在后盖112因被撬开而松开对其开关按钮的按压时,第一微动开关114可被触发。第一微动开关114可连接于安全监测电路或安全执行电路中,在其被触发时可发出安全提示,即向外传递电源盒110被意外打开的信息,或执行安全动作,例如在电影屏的应用场景下,电影服务器可在第一微动开关114被触发时中断电影影片播放,以防止电影屏的数据信息被 盗取,导致电影素材被盗版。
并且,如图1和图3所示,电源盒110上还可设置有自检开关115,自检开关115与本体111内控制板上的自检电路相连,由于电源盒110不可被随便打开,通过设置自检开关115,可在显示模组通电后触发自检开关115,以检测显示模组是否正常。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本体111的上下侧均开设有线缆孔116,线缆孔116可用于显示模组拼接成大的显示屏时,或外接其他电气设备、电气元件时穿过电源线、控制线和信号线等线缆。
如图1、图2和图3所示,箱体框架100四周的边框呈平面,该平面可作为显示模组拼接时的拼接面,使相邻的显示模组紧密接合。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,如图5和图6所示,显示模块200可包括PCB板210、设置于PCB板210发光面的面罩220和设置于PCB板210驱动面的金属板230。其中,PCB板210的整个发光面均设置有阵列排布的发光像素211,PCB板210的发光面的中间区域在每相邻四个发光像素211之间开设有第一透声孔212,PCB板210的驱动面的左和/或右侧区域设置有用以驱动发光像素211的驱动电路213(图5中仅圈出驱动电路213的部分元件)、用以固定安装金属板230和固定安装子框架120的安装件214、第二微动开关215、第三微动开关216;金属板230的左和/或右侧区域与第三微动开关216的对应位置处开设有开关通孔231、与固定安装子框架120的安装件214的对应位置处开设有安装件通孔232,金属板230的中间区域开设有第二透声孔;面罩220的中间区域开设有第三透声孔,面罩220开设的第三透声孔与PCB板210开设的第一透声孔212相对应。
应当理解的是,PCB板210、面罩220和金属板230是覆盖安装到一起的,形成一个整体的、如图7所示的显示模块板,因此三者的形状和面积相同,并且三者的中间区域、左右侧区域的大小也对应相同。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,发光像素211可为LED灯珠,PCB板210的第一透声孔212可呈圆形。设置面罩220的主要目的是提高显示效果,因此,为发挥其本身提高显示效果的作用,并保证显示模块200的透声效果与不加面罩220时一致,面罩220的第三透声孔与PCB板210的第一透声孔212在孔的位置、形状和大小上需要对应。而金属板230由于位于PCB板210的背面,其第二透声孔的大小、形状、分布不会影响视觉,因此金属板230的第二透声孔的设置仅需满足在前后方向上不会对PCB板210的第一透声孔212形成遮挡,使声音能顺利透过PCB板210的第一透声孔212即可。可选地,金属板230开设的第二透声孔与PCB板210开设的第一透声孔212相对应。
在每一个PCB板210上,驱动电路213可设置于驱动面的左右两侧区域,也可设置于驱动面的左右任一侧区域;用以固定安装金属板230的安装件214可设置于驱动面的左右两侧区域,也可设置于驱动面的左右任一侧区域;用以固定安装子框架120的安装件214可设置于驱动面的左右两侧区域,也可设置于驱动面的左右任一侧区域;第二微动开关215可设置于驱动面的左右两侧区域,也可设置于驱动面的左右任一侧区域;第三微动开关216可设置于驱动面的左右两侧区域,也可设置于驱动面的左右任一侧区域。
在本实用新型的一个具体实施例中,如图5、图6和图7所示,面罩220覆盖安装于PCB板210的发光面,金属板230覆盖安装于PCB板210的驱动面,若以金属板230在后、面罩220在前为方向标准,则驱动电路213仅设置于驱动面的右侧区域。用以固定安装金属板230的安装件214设置于驱动面的左右两侧区域,图5中PCB板210右侧的三个圆柱体即为用以固定安装金属板230的安装件214,金属板230上对应三个圆柱体开设有三个通孔以实现配合安装,左侧亦然。用以固定安装子框架120的安装件214仅设置于驱动面的右侧区域,图7中穿过安装件通孔232的即为该安装件214,其用以将整个显示模块200固定安装到子框架120。第二微动开关215设置于驱动面的左右两侧区域,每侧区域均设置两个,且其开关按钮被金属板230安装到位时按压,在金属板230因被撬开而松开对其开关按钮的按压时,第二微动开关215可被触发。第三微动开关216设置于驱动面的左右两侧区域,每侧区域均设置两个,如图7所示,其穿过开关通孔231,且其开关按钮在显示模块200安装到子框架120时被按压,在显示模块200因被盗拆而松开对其开关按钮的按压时,第三微动开关216可被触发。第二微动开关215和第三微动开关216也均可连接于安全监测电路或安全执行电路中,在第二微动开关215触发时可发出安全提示,即向外传递金属板230与PCB板210脱离的信息,在第三微动开关216触发时可发出安全提示,即向外传递显示模块200与子框架120脱离的信息,或者,在第二微动开关215或第三微动开关216触发时执行安全动作,例如在电影屏的应用场景下,电影服务器可在第二微动开关215或第三微动开关216被触发时中断电影影片播放,以防止电影屏的数据信息被盗取,导致电影素材被盗版。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,面罩220与PCB板210可通过胶粘固定。通过胶粘固定,能够免除螺接件、卡接件、插接件等在发光面的设置,避免影响显示效果。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,用以固定安装金属板230和固定安装子框架120的安装件214,可以是常见的螺接件、卡接件、插接件等。在本实用新型的其他实施例中,PCB板210与金属板230之间的安装、显示模块200与子 框架120之间的安装也可被粘接代替,此时的安装件214可指粘接区域。
本实用新型实施例中设置金属板230的作用之一是覆盖驱动电路,防止驱动电路暴露在外,被窃取信号,同时屏蔽电磁信号,保持电磁兼容性,并能够避免被金属物通过第二透声孔伸入驱动面窃取信号,导致电影素材被盗版,为进一步提高该效果,在本实用新型的一个实施例中,面罩220可由电磁屏蔽材料制作而成,PCB板210开设的第一透声孔212为金属化孔。
应当理解的是,PCB板210的驱动面的驱动电路213中可能会有部分元件体积较大,相对于其他元件有明显凸起,在本实用新型的一个实施例中,为不增大显示模块200的厚度并保证金属板230的平整度,在金属板230的左和/或右侧区域与驱动电路213中凸出的元件相对应的位置处还可开设有容纳空间。该容纳空间可以为沉槽或沉孔,能够元件的凸起部分容纳进去。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,考虑到减震消音及绝缘的要求,在金属板230与PCB板210之间还可填充有绝缘减震材料,如橡胶等材质的绝缘减震垫。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,箱体框架100可为金属材质或镶嵌于金属保护壳内,一方面能够提高显示模组整体的机械强度,另一方面能够提高热传导效率,进一步提高散热性能。
综上所述,本实用新型实施例的显示模组,每个显示模块用于透声的孔结构均匀、集中,其拼接而成的显示屏适于将音响放置于背后,适用于大尺寸的显示屏,保证大尺寸显示屏的透声效果;其驱动电路与框架直接接触,散热性能好;通过三个微动开关的设置,均能够避免被盗取硬件和视频信息;通过金属板、具有屏蔽性的面罩和金属化透声孔的设计,能够有效避免电磁干扰,并能够有效避免被盗取视频信息;通过在金属板和PCB板之间填充绝缘减震材料,能够提高减震消音效果,并能够满足绝缘的需求。
基于上述实施例的显示模组,本实用新型还提出一种显示屏。
本实用新型实施例的显示屏由至少一个上述实施例的显示模组拼接而成,透声效果好,散热性能好。
当显示屏为多个显示模组拼接成的电影屏时,由于必须有一个显示模组是要安装电影服务器的,如图8和图9所示,电影服务器300安装于显示模组时会遮挡一部分用于透声的孔结构,因此该显示模组的透声率要低于其他显示模组。为了避免对电影屏的透声效果有较明显的影响,在本实用新型的一个实施例中,安装电影服务器300的显示模组可设置于电影屏的一角,例如左下角或右下角。
在本实用新型的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。 “多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种显示模组,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体框架,所述箱体框架包括电源盒和位于所述电源盒左右两侧的多个子框架,每侧的子框架沿竖向依次排布;
    多个显示模块,多个所述显示模块与多个所述子框架一一对应,所述显示模块的驱动电路和安装件均设置于左和/或右侧区域,所述显示模块的中间区域均布用于透声的孔结构,所述显示模块通过左和/或右侧区域的所述安装件安装于相应的子框架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述电源盒包括本体和后盖,所述后盖与所述本体之间配合安装有防盗锁和第一微动开关。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述本体的上下侧均开设有线缆孔。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述显示模块包括PCB板、设置于所述PCB板发光面的面罩和设置于所述PCB板驱动面的金属板,其中,
    所述PCB板的整个发光面均设置有阵列排布的发光像素,所述PCB板的发光面的中间区域在每相邻四个发光像素之间开设有第一透声孔,所述PCB板的驱动面的左和/或右侧区域设置有用以驱动所述发光像素的所述驱动电路、用以固定安装所述金属板和固定安装所述子框架的所述安装件、第二微动开关、第三微动开关;
    所述金属板的左和/或右侧区域与所述第三微动开关的对应位置处开设有开关通孔、与固定安装所述子框架的所述安装件的对应位置处开设有安装件通孔,所述金属板的中间区域开设有第二透声孔;
    所述面罩的中间区域开设有第三透声孔,所述面罩开设的所述第三透声孔与所述PCB板开设的所述第一透声孔相对应。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述面罩与所述PCB板通过胶粘固定。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述面罩由电磁屏蔽材料制作而成。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述金属板与所述PCB板之间填充有绝缘减震材料。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的显示模组,其特征在于,在所述金属板的左和/或右侧区域与所述驱动电路中凸出的元件相对应的位置处还开设有容纳空间。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述PCB板开设的所述第一透声孔为金属化孔。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述箱体框架为金属材质或镶嵌于金属保护壳内。
  11. 一种显示屏,其特征在于,包括至少一个如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的显示模组。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的显示屏,其特征在于,当所述显示屏为多个所述显示模组拼接成的电影屏时,其中一个所述显示模组安装有电影服务器,安装所述电影服务器的显示模组设置于所述电影屏的一角。
