Description
本实用新型涉及机械自动化领域,具体涉及一种电机定子拼圆装置。
现有伺服电机的装配,特别是其定子的拼圆,即是将绕线好的定子块拼合成一圆形,再在外部套装上拉紧环,现有技术中多依靠人工手工完成,耗人力、效率低,且产品装配精度也无保证。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种电机定子拼圆装置,改变传统人工作业方式,提升生产效率,省人力。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种电机定子拼圆装置,包括上压环组件以及拼圆治具;所述拼圆治具设置在压机的工作台上,所述上压环组件设于压机的工作台上方由压机的压头驱动;
所述拼圆治具包括拼圆底座、拼圆转盘、拼圆盖板以及多个夹爪块;所述拼圆底座相对压机的工作台固定,所述拼圆盖板固定盖置于拼圆底座上,所述拼圆转盘设置在拼圆底座与拼圆盖板之间,且相对拼圆底座绕拼圆转盘的中心旋转设置;所述夹爪块绕拼圆转盘的中心旋转对称设置在拼圆盖板上,拼圆盖板上对应每个夹爪块设有滑动嵌槽,该滑动嵌槽相对拼圆转盘的径向发散状布置,每个夹爪块与拼圆盖板上的对应的滑动嵌槽滑动配合,以使多个夹爪块能够相聚拢或分离运动;所述夹爪块的顶部朝转盘中心的端部上设有定子块定位槽,而夹爪块的底面向下伸设有凸轮随动器,而所述拼圆转盘上对应于凸轮随动器开设有斜向槽,凸轮随动器与斜向槽嵌入配合,以使拼圆转盘在外力旋转驱动下,能带动各夹爪块相相聚拢或分离运动;
所述上压环组件包括一环形基体、多个浮动块以及多个机械压簧,所述环形基体为一环形筒状,其上端供与压机的压头固定连接,而其内壁上开设有多个竖向的滑动槽,所述浮动块与一对一滑动槽滑动配合设置,且机械压簧设置作用在浮动块的的顶面上将浮动块向下顶压,以此在自由状态下,各浮动块位于环形基体的下端口内部;所述浮动块的底面作为作用于定子铁芯端面的抵压面,而环形基体的下端口边沿一圈作为作用于拉紧环的抵压面。
上述方案中,所述环形基体的下端口边沿一圈上设有一圈磁铁或多点磁铁,以便吸着定位拉紧环。
上述方案中,所述滑动槽为贯通环形基体的壁面的孔槽;所述浮动块由块主体和外盖板构成,所述块主体的外侧嵌置于滑动槽内,而外盖板从环形基体的壁面外侧盖置于块主体上,并由螺钉将块主体与外盖板锁固。
上述方案中,所述夹爪块由夹爪块底座和定子块治具构成,所述定子块治具是设有所述定子块定位槽的块状体,它以可拆卸地方式固定于夹爪块底座上。

参见图4-图7所示,所述拼圆治具2包括拼圆底座21、拼圆转盘22、拼圆盖板23以及多个夹爪块24(图示举例为六个夹爪块,这个数量可按产品的形状选择)。所述拼圆底座21相对压机的工作台固定,所述拼圆盖板23固定盖置于拼圆底座21上,所述拼圆转盘22设置在拼圆底座21与拼圆盖板23之间,且相对拼圆底座21绕拼圆转盘22的中心旋转设置。所述夹爪块24绕拼圆转盘22的中心旋转对称设置在拼圆盖板23上,拼圆盖板23上对应每个夹爪块24设有滑动嵌槽231,该滑动嵌槽231相对拼圆转盘22的径向发散状布置,每个夹爪块24与拼圆盖板23上的对应的滑动嵌槽231滑动配合,以使多个夹爪块24能够相聚拢或分离运动;所述夹爪块24的顶部朝转盘中心的端部上设有定子块定位槽2421,而夹爪块(24的底面向下伸设有凸轮随动器2411,而所述拼圆转盘22上对应于凸轮随动器(图中未示出)开设有斜向槽221,凸轮随动器与斜向槽221嵌入配合,以使拼圆转盘22在外力旋转驱动下,能带动各夹爪块24相相聚拢或分离运动。
具体,如图1所示,拼圆转盘22的边缘上伸出有一操作柄,该操作柄部由一气缸9经拨叉驱动,以反复转动拼圆转盘22。

具体,可在环形基体11的下端口边沿一圈上设有一圈磁铁或多点磁铁,以便吸着定位拉紧环。
参见图2和图3所示,所述滑动槽111为贯通环形基体11的壁面的孔槽;所述浮动块12由块主体121和外盖板122构成,所述块主体121的外侧嵌置于滑动槽(111内,而外盖板122从环形基体11的壁面外侧盖置于块主体121上,并由螺钉将块主体121与外盖板122锁固。

- 根据权利要求1所述电机定子拼圆装置,其特征在于:所述滑动槽(111)为贯通环形基体(11)的壁面的孔槽;所述浮动块(12)由块主体(121)和外盖板(122)构成,所述块主体(121)的外侧嵌置于滑动槽(111)内,而外盖板(122)从环形基体(11)的壁面外侧盖置于块主体(121)上,并由螺钉将块主体(121)与外盖板(122)锁固。
- 根据权利要求1所述电机定子拼圆装置,其特征在于:所述夹爪块(24)由夹爪块底座(241)和定子块治具(242)构成,所述定子块治具(242)是设有所述定子块定位槽(2421)的块状体,它以可拆卸地方式固定于夹爪块底座(241)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述电机定子拼圆装置,其特征在于:还包括一治具底板(3)、一压 力板(4)、多根导杆(5)以及弹簧(6);所述治具底板(3)安装于压机工作台上,所述压力板(4)平行相距设置于治具底板(3)的上方,压力板(4)中心与压机的压头固定连接;多根导杆(5)设置在压力板(4)与治具底板(3)之间,导杆(5)的底部与治具底板(3)固定连接,而导杆(5)的顶端通过直线轴承(41)与压力板(4)导向连接连接,所述弹簧(6)套设于导杆(5)上并作用于压力板(4)与治具底板(3)之间;所述拼圆治具(2)固定于治具底板(3)上,而所述上压环组件(1)固定于压力板(4)底面上。
