本发明涉及人造板生产技术领域,特别是一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板及其制备方法。
在生存需求得到充分满足的条件下,人民对健康绿色生活需求的呼声越来越高。室内环境是人类生存环境的重要组成部分,人的一生过半时间都在室内度过,因此,室内环境的舒适性、环保性与安全性与人类生存质量息息相关。
致病细菌及病毒会随空气流动进入室内,形成传染的风险。室内环境中大面积使用的家居产品则成为了细菌和病毒载体,因此,通过赋予室内家居产品抗菌抗病毒性能,建立安全、环保的抗菌抗病毒环境成为了现代家居产品发展的重要方向。同时,为提升室内环境舒适度,通过特定手段对家居产品赋香也成为了近年来家居产品研发的重要方向之一。目前,主流的抗菌或抗病毒家居产品多采用表面涂覆无机系助剂的方法的实现。此类方法具备良好的效果,但功能助剂使用量大,对环境敏感易变性,且易造成重金属污染。因此,用植物源助剂赋予家居产品抗菌抗病毒功能也成为了现阶段的研究开发热点。天然植物的根、茎、叶、花、果实、种子、木质部、树皮等生理部位的提取物具有多种活性成分,包括萜烯类、多酚类、黄酮类、脂肪酸、生物碱类等,具有广谱的抗病毒、抑菌杀菌功效,且部分提取物具有沁人心脾的香气,可用于室内增香。
生态板产品的功能赋予方法一直是业界研究热点,该产品与植物源功能助剂的复合主要通过将乳化或微胶囊包覆后的功能因子与浸渍用或胶合用树脂混合实现。然而,传统的天然植物提取物中释香成分易挥发,生态板生产过程中的高压、高温条件使得分布于板材结构表面的乳液或微胶囊壁材崩塌,导致释香因子瞬间挥发或游离,难以起到持久释香的效果。而具备抗菌杀毒作用的非挥发性成分与饰面纸或胶黏剂复合后多数被深埋于板材内部,难以有效迁移到板材表面发挥作用。
因此,本发明提出,以易挥发释香因子与难挥发抗菌抗病毒因子特性为依据,通过分步封装组合的手段使负载于装饰胶膜纸层中的功能因子适应生态板生产中的高温高压工艺过程,并实现香气的持久释放及高效抗菌抗病毒。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决植物源释香抗菌抗病毒因子与生态板生产工艺兼容性差的问题。为此,本发明提出了一种植物源释香因子与抗菌抗病毒功能因子分步封装在浸渍胶膜纸中的方法,显著提升了植物源功能因子对生态板生产工艺中的高温高压过程的适应性,减少了植物源功能因子的无效损失与过量使用,能实现生态板产品的持久抗病毒抑菌。
本发明的发明构思:本发明以植物源释香因子及抗菌抗病毒因子的挥发性和热稳定性差异为依据,将易挥发植物源抗菌因子用微胶囊包覆并填充于浸渍用纸骨架结构中,并以第一道氨基树脂实现第一级封装,随后利用第二道氨基树脂进行第二级封装,进而 保证植物源释香因子对生态板加工过程中的高温高压的适应性以及生态板使用过程中香气的缓释性。同时,仅在第二道氨基树脂中复合难挥发且具有一定热稳定性的植物源抗菌抗病毒因子,实现对空气中细菌与病毒的触杀。随后,将浸渍胶膜纸与环保基材及平衡层组装,进而制备出具备持久释香抗菌杀毒功能的环保生态板材。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板,包括环保基材层、分别压贴胶合在基材层上表面和下表面的上层平衡层和下层平衡层、分别压贴在上层平衡层和下层平衡层外侧的释香抗菌抗病毒上表层装饰胶膜纸层和下表层装饰胶膜纸层;
所述上、下表层装饰胶膜纸层由释香纸与两道氨基树脂复合而成;其中第一道氨基树脂为脲醛树脂,用于实现释香纸中释香因子的封装;第二道氨基树脂为负载植物源抗菌抗病毒成分的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,二次封装释香因子的同时,负载抗菌杀毒因子,起到对环境中细菌及病毒的触杀作用。
所述上、下表层装饰胶膜纸层中的释香纸由浸胶用纸喷涂包裹薄荷精油、柠檬精油、玫瑰精油、沉香精油、檀香精油中的一种或几种的释香微胶囊后复合而成;微胶囊粒径为80~300nm;有效植物精油涂刷量为浸渍用纸重量的0.1%~1%。
作为优选,所述释香微胶囊包裹薄荷精油、柠檬精油与沉香精油三者的混合物;
所述释香微胶囊按照以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将介孔SiO
2纳米颗粒、植物精油、表面活性剂、去离子水按重量比(1~4):(20~40):(1~3):100混合,常温下7000~9000转/min均质分散5~12min形成乳液,得到富油胶囊核心溶液;
(2)富油胶囊核心溶液、阿拉伯胶、明胶、分散剂、偶联剂按重量比(40~60):(5~10):(10~15):(0.5~1.5):(1~3)混合,40~50℃条件下搅拌直至明胶和阿拉伯胶全部溶解,在6000~9000转/min均质分散10~18min,制得释香微胶囊溶液。
作为优选,所述释香微胶囊步骤(1)中,均制分散转速为8000~8500转/min,分散时间为8~10min;
作为优选,所述释香微胶囊步骤(2)中,均制分散转速为7500~8500转/min,分散时间为14~16min;
所述的释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板的制备方法包括下列步骤:
a、环保基材砂光;
b、释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸制造:将释香装饰纸依次通过第一道和第二道氨基树脂胶液浸渍,烘干;
c、组坯:组坯方法一:先将平衡层与基材组合,再压帖释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸。压帖过程上下表面同时进行;或者
组坯方法二:先将平衡层与释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸组合,再将组合体与基材组坯压帖。压帖过程上下表面同时进行;
d、压贴:

具体的,紫锥菊中的菊苣酸,绿茶中的茶多酚与生物碱,金银花中的绿原酸、异绿原酸、咖啡酸、棕榈酸等,苦豆子与千金藤中的生物碱,银杏叶中的黄酮类化合物均为良好的抗菌抗病毒成分,将上述成分组合可以发挥出更好的抗菌抗病毒效果。这些成分不易挥发,且有一定的耐热性,因此,将其负载于生态板浸渍胶膜纸表层氨基树脂中,既可以保障对环境中细菌及病毒的触杀作用,又可以节省抗菌抗病毒成分的使用量,避免内部树脂对植物源抗菌抗病毒因子的无效负载。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供了种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板及其制备方法,有益效果如下:
1.通过植物源释香因子及植物源抗菌抗病毒因子在浸渍胶膜纸中的分步封装,提升了植物源功能因子与生态板生产工艺的匹配性,并显著节约了植物源功能因子的使用量,具备节材制造优势。
2.实现了释香、抗菌、抗病毒功能在生态板产品中的高度兼容。
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。在权利要求所限定的范围内本发明可以进行各种变形。不同的实施方式或实施例、以及常用技术手段的组合获得的新的变形等也应视为包含在本发明范围之内。

需指出的是,本发明在没有特别声明的情况下,数值范围“A-B”是指A以上(大于或等于A)B以下(小于或等于B)。
本发明的实施例对各原料的用量的级别无限定,采用任意重量级均可进行制备,只要按照具体的原料配比即可。
实施例1
(1)将介孔SiO
2纳米颗粒,玫瑰精油、柠檬精油与檀香精油三者混合物,单月桂基磷酸酯与月桂醇醚磷酸酯的混合物(重量比为4:1)、去离子水按重量比4:30:1:100混合,常温下8000转/min均质分散8min形成乳液,得到富油胶囊核心溶液;
(2)富油胶囊核心溶液、阿拉伯胶、明胶、柠檬酸钠、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和异氰酸丙基三乙氧基硅烷的混合物(重量比3:1)按重量比40:6:12:1:2混合,40℃下搅拌直至明胶和阿拉伯胶全部溶解,在8000转/min均质分散14min,制得释香微胶囊溶液;
(3)将释香微胶囊溶液喷涂于浸胶用纸上,有效植物精油涂刷量为浸渍用纸重量的0.5%,自然风干,得到释香纸;
(4)将释香纸浸渍于脲醛树脂中,充分润湿后将上胶量控制为释香纸重量的110%,随后在105℃烘干6min;
(5)将第一道树脂处理后的浸渍纸用复配有紫锥菊、绿茶、金银花(重量比为1:1:1)中水煎液喷雾干燥粉末的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂充分润湿(粉末添加量为树脂重量的0.5%),上胶量控制为上第一道氨基树脂干躁后胶膜纸重量的110%,在105℃烘干8min,得到释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸;
(6)E
0级细木工板基材砂光;
(7)将厚度为0.5mm、含水率为12%的杨木皮平衡层与基材组合,使用E
0级脲醛树脂胶黏剂进行和粘结,施胶量为300g/m

2纳米颗粒,薄荷精油、柠檬精油与沉香精油三者混合物,单月桂 基磷酸酯与月桂醇醚磷酸酯的混合物(重量比为4:1)、去离子水按重量比2:30:2:100混合,常温下9000转/min均质分散6min形成乳液,得到富油胶囊核心溶液;
(2)富油胶囊核心溶液、阿拉伯胶、明胶、柠檬酸钠、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和异氰酸丙基三乙氧基硅烷的混合物(重量比3:1)按重量比50:8:12:1:3混合,45℃下搅拌直至明胶和阿拉伯胶全部溶解,在8500转/min均质分散12min,制得释香微胶囊溶液;
(3)将释香微胶囊溶液喷涂于浸胶用纸上,有效植物精油涂刷量为浸渍用纸重量的1%,自然风干,得到释香纸;
(4)将释香纸浸渍于脲醛树脂中,充分润湿后将上胶量控制为释香纸重量的120%,随后在100℃烘干10min;
(5)将第一道树脂处理后的浸渍纸用复配有苦参、银杏叶、金银花(重量比为1:1:1)中水煎液喷雾干燥粉末的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂充分润湿(粉末添加量为树脂重量的1%),上胶量控制为上第一道氨基树脂干躁后胶膜纸重量的120%,在100℃烘干10min,得到释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸;
(6)无醛细木工板基材砂光;
(7)将厚度为0.5mm、含水率为12%的杨木科技木平衡层与释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸组合,压力1.5MPa,温度160℃,时间15s;
(8)释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸与平衡层的组合体向基材压帖,使用豆粕胶黏剂粘结,施胶量为340g/m
2,压力0.8MPa,温度120℃,时间8min;压帖过程上下表面同时进行。
实施例3
(1)将介孔SiO
2纳米颗粒,薄荷精油、柠檬精油与沉香精油三者混合物,单月桂基磷酸酯与月桂醇醚磷酸酯的混合物(重量比为4:1)、去离子水按重量比4:30:1:100混合,常温下8000转/min均质分散8min形成乳液,得到富油胶囊核心溶液;
(2)富油胶囊核心溶液、阿拉伯胶、明胶、柠檬酸钠、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和异氰酸丙基三乙氧基硅烷的混合物(重量比3:1)按重量比40:6:12:1:2混合,40℃下搅拌直至明胶和阿拉伯胶全部溶解,在8000转/min均质分散14min,制得释香微胶囊溶液;
(3)将释香微胶囊溶液喷涂于浸胶用纸上,有效植物精油涂刷量为浸渍用纸重量的0.5%,自然风干,得到释香纸;
(4)将释香纸浸渍于脲醛树脂中,充分润湿后将上胶量控制为释香纸重量的110%,随后在105℃烘干6min;
(5)将第一道树脂处理后的浸渍纸用复配有苦参、银杏叶、金银花(重量比为1:1:1)中水煎液喷雾干燥粉末的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂充分润湿(粉末添加量为树脂重量的0.5%),上胶量控制为上第一道氨基树脂干躁后胶膜纸重量的110%,在105℃烘干8min,得到释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸;
(6)无醛细木工板基材砂光;
(7)将厚度为0.5mm、含水率为12%的杨木科技木平衡层与释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸组合,压力1.5MPa,温度150℃,时间20s;
(8)释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸与平衡层的组合体向基材压帖,使用豆粕胶黏剂粘结,施胶量为320g/m
2,压力0.8MPa,温度115℃,时间12min;压帖过程上下表面同时进行。
将实施实例中的生态板产品平衡7天后进行测试。参照T/GDTL 011-2020测试产品抗病毒性能。

从表1数据中可以看出,实施例1-3制备得到的功能型生态板具有抗H3N2流感、乙型肝炎、猫杯状病毒和肠道EV71病毒的作用。
参照JC/T 2039-2010测试产品抗菌性能。

从表2数据中可以看出,实施例1-3制备得到的功能型生态板具有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的作用。
依据GB/T 34722-2017外观质量要求测定生态板外观质量(表3)。

从表3数据中可以看出,实施例1-3制备得到的功能型生态板外观质量良好,植物 源功能因子复配并未对饰面质量造成消极影响,表明本发明提出的功能因子复合方式与生态板制造方法合理。
依据GB/T 34722-2017外观质量要求测定生态板物理力学性能,并参照GB/T 39600-2021测定生态板甲醛释放量(表3)

从表4数据中可以看出,实施例1-3制备得到的功能型生态板物理力学性能良好且具备环保性,说明本发明提出的植物源功能因子复配方式不会显著影响生态板产品的关键性能指标。
Claims (10)
- 一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板,其特征在于:它包括环保基材层、分别压贴胶合在基材层上表面和下表面的上层平衡层和下层平衡层、分别压贴在上层平衡层和下层平衡层外侧的释香抗菌抗病毒上表层装饰胶膜纸层和下表层装饰胶膜纸层;所述上、下表层装饰胶膜纸层由释香纸与两道氨基树脂复合而成;其中第一道氨基树脂为脲醛树脂,用于实现释香纸中释香因子的封装;第二道氨基树脂为负载植物源抗菌抗病毒成分的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,二次封装释香因子的同时,负载抗菌杀毒因子,起到对环境中细菌及病毒的触杀作用;所述上、下表层装饰胶膜纸层中的释香纸由浸胶用纸喷涂释香微胶囊溶液后而成,释香微胶囊溶液中的微胶囊粒径为80~300nm;所述释香微胶囊溶液按照以下步骤制备而成:(1)将介孔SiO 2纳米颗粒、植物精油、表面活性剂、去离子水按重量比(1~4):(20~40):(1~3):100混合,常温下7000~9000转/min均质分散5~12min形成乳液,得到富油胶囊核心溶液,所述的精油选自薄荷精油、柠檬精油、玫瑰精油、沉香精油、檀香精油的中的一种或两种以上,有效植物精油涂刷量为浸渍用纸重量的0.1%~1%;(2)富油胶囊核心溶液、阿拉伯胶、明胶、分散剂、偶联剂按重量比(40~60):(5~10):(10~15):(0.5~1.5):(1~3)混合,40~50℃条件下搅拌直至明胶和阿拉伯胶全部溶解,在6000~9000转/min均质分散10~18min,制得释香微胶囊溶液;所述的释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板的制备方法包括下列步骤:a、环保基材砂光;b、释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸制造:将释香装饰纸依次通过第一道和第二道氨基树脂胶液浸渍,烘干,所述的第二道氨基树脂胶液复配有抗菌抗病毒因子中;c、组坯:组坯方法一:先将平衡层与基材组合,再压帖释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸。压帖过程上下表面同时进行;或者组坯方法二:先将平衡层与释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸组合,再将组合体与基材组坯压帖;压帖过程上下表面同时进行;d、压贴:所述组坯方法一中的压贴工艺为:平衡层向基材压帖,使用豆粕胶黏剂或E 0级改性脲醛胶为胶黏剂,施胶量为300~340g/m 2,压力0.5~0.9Mpa,温度110~120℃,时间6~8min;释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸向帖覆平衡层后的基材压帖,压力0.5~1.0Mpa,温度115~130℃,时间6~10min;所述组坯方法二的压贴工艺为:释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸向平衡层压帖,压力1.5~2.5MPa,温度160~200℃,时间10~20s;释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸与平衡层的组合体向基材压帖,使用豆粕胶黏剂或E 0级改性脲醛胶为胶黏剂,施胶量为300~340g/m 2,压力0.5~0.9MPa,温度90~120℃,时间8~12min。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板,其特征在于:所述释香微胶囊制备步骤(1)中介孔SiO 2纳米颗粒孔径为2~40nm、总孔容0.6-1.0cm 3/g、比表面积为 400-700m 2/g。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板,其特征在于:所述释香微胶囊制备步骤(1)中表面活性剂为单月桂基磷酸酯、月桂醇醚磷酸酯的混合物,重量比为4:(1~1.5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板,其特征在于:所述释香微胶囊制备步骤(2)中偶联剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和异氰酸丙基三乙氧基硅烷的混合物,重量比3:1,分散剂为柠檬酸钠。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板,其特征在于:所述环保基材为无醛级、E 0级或E NF级多层板或细木工板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板,其特征在于:所述基材层表面贴覆的平衡层为厚度为0.3~1.0mm、含水率≤12%的整张杨木单板或重组装饰单板;
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板,其特征在于:所述第一道氨基树脂控制上胶量为释香纸重量的110%~160%,随后在100~115℃烘干6~10min。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板,其特征在于:所述第二道氨基树脂上胶量为第一道氨基树脂干燥后胶膜纸重量的110~160%,在100~115℃烘干6~10min。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种释香型抗菌抗病毒生态板,其特征在于:所述抗菌抗病毒因子为紫锥菊、千金藤、苦豆子、苦参、银杏叶、绿茶、金银花中的一种或几种的水煎液喷雾干燥粉末,添加量为树脂重量的0.1%~2%。
- 一种释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸,其特征在于,该释香抗菌抗病毒装饰胶膜纸通过工艺制备获得:将释香装饰纸依次通过第一道和第二道氨基树脂胶液浸渍,烘干,所述的第二道氨基树脂胶液复配有抗菌抗病毒因子中;所述的释香装饰纸由浸胶用纸喷涂释香微胶囊溶液后而成;微胶囊粒径为80~300nm;所述释香微胶囊溶液按照以下步骤制备而成:(1)将介孔SiO 2纳米颗粒、植物精油、表面活性剂、去离子水按重量比(1~4):(20~40):(1~3):100混合,常温下7000~9000转/min均质分散5~12min形成乳液,得到富油胶囊核心溶液;所述的精油选自薄荷精油、柠檬精油、玫瑰精油、沉香精油、檀香精油的中的一种或两种以上,有效植物精油涂刷量为浸渍用纸重量的0.1%~1%;(2)富油胶囊核心溶液、阿拉伯胶、明胶、分散剂、偶联剂按重量比(40~60):(5~10):(10~15):(0.5~1.5):(1~3)混合,40~50℃条件下搅拌直至明胶和阿拉伯胶全部溶解,在6000~9000转/min均质分散10~18min,制得释香微胶囊溶液。
