本发明公开了一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板及其制造方法,包括由上至下依次贴合粘结的表板、芯板和底板;芯板由三层单板贴合粘结组成,中间的单板表面均匀开设有多个通孔,通孔内填充有微胶囊。本发明利用微胶囊多孔且易于分散的性质,使薄木饰面板材具有缓释香味的特点,可用于普通薄木饰面板的一切用途,用于家具制造和室内装修等;微胶囊壁材的多孔结构兼具吸附能力,对板材内甲醛等有害气体有一定的控释效果;采用具有保健、抑菌防虫和改善室内空气环境功能的芯材,使其效果更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及人造板制造技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种用薰衣草精油微胶囊浸渍装饰薄木,使其具有缓释芳香性的薄木饰面板及其制造方法。
背景技术
薄木饰面板是将一定厚度的天然木材单板,粘附于人造板表面,热压或冷压胶合而成的一种用于室内装修或家具制造的饰面材料。
当今常用的薄木饰面板制造方法,如专利号CN1120483A《薄木贴面板的生产工艺》中提到,将木材旋切为木片,分别作为底板、中板;将木材按直纹切削成薄木片,作为面板;在中板底面、表面涂上胶粘剂分别粘接底板、面板,然后进行热压定型,最后进行裁边、平整。
现有技术制备的薄木饰面板,由于胶粘剂和添加剂的使用,材料常常散发出刺激性气味,如游离的甲醛刺激性气味等,对人体的呼吸道有着不利的刺激作用。针对这一问题,在中国实用新型专利说明书CN2376368Y《缓释芳香型人造板》中公开了一种缓释芳香型人造板,这种人造板通过在芯层单板表层上涂布芳香物质,再用胶料将表层,芯层和底层胶接起来制作人造板的方式,使其具有缓释芳香性。
但是,现有的薄木饰面板制造方法,甲醛、VOC等有毒气体释放严重,气味刺激,且对人体有害。
普通释香板材一般采用涂抹植物香精精油的方式来达到使人造板散发香味的目的,这种方式使得植物香精精油快速挥发,很难长时间保留香气。而且专利CN2376368Y《缓释芳香型人造板》使用芳香物质涂抹于芯层板材表层的技术中,芳香物质挥发较快,留香不够持久,且与胶层直接接触,在热压制备人造板过程中易被胶层中有毒化学物质破坏,从而失去其缓香特性。
因此,如何提供具有缓释香味特点的芳香型薄木饰面板及其制造方法,是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,旨在解决上述技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,包括由上至下依次贴合粘结的表板、芯板和底板;所述芯板由三层单板贴合粘结组成,中间的所述单板表面均匀开设有多个通孔,所述通孔内填充有微胶囊。
通过上述技术方案,本发明利用微胶囊多孔且易于分散的性质,使薄木饰面板材具有缓释香味的特点,可用于普通薄木饰面板的一切用途,用于家具制造和室内装修等;微胶囊壁材的多孔结构兼具吸附能力,对板材内甲醛等有害气体有一定的控释效果;采用具有保健、抑菌防虫和改善室内空气环境功能的芯材,使其效果更佳。
优选的,在上述一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板中,所述表板、芯板和底板之间通过乳白胶层粘结。表板,芯板和底板采用乳白胶进行冷压胶合,涂胶量为120g/m2,压机在压力为0.8MPa条件下,冷压6h。
优选的,在上述一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板中,三层所述单板之间通过脲醛树脂胶层粘结。采用的脲醛树脂胶黏剂单面涂胶量为140g/m2,热压机在温度为140℃,压力2.5MPa条件下,热压150s,取出裁剪,用砂光机平整光滑。
优选的,在上述一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板中,所述微胶囊为以二氧化硅为壁材,薰衣草精油为芯材的香精微胶囊。二氧化硅壳体具有多孔结构,在装载精油的同时,壳壁多孔结构兼具吸附能力,对板材内甲醛等有害气体有一定的控释效果;薰衣草精油具有保健、抑菌防虫和改善室内空气环境的作用。
优选的,在上述一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板中,所述表板和底板的表面孔隙中具有通过微胶囊混悬液浸渍形成的载香层。将表板和底板浸渍于浓度为6g/L微胶囊混悬液的方法,在表板和底板面层的孔隙结构中构建载香层。
需要说明的是,孔隙结构指木材本身具有的多孔结构,板材浸渍在微胶囊混悬液中,由于微胶囊是粒径为微米级别的微球,足够小,进入并留在板材自身的多孔结构中,持久释香。微胶囊制备是在溶液中进行的,并需要不断高速搅拌,使微胶囊呈粒径为微米级的球形,制备完成后,过滤干燥,得到无数微米级微胶囊组成的白色固体;微胶囊混悬液是将微胶囊固体重新置于蒸馏水中,由于微胶囊不溶,故形成混悬液。
优选的,在上述一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板中,所述通孔的直径为5mm,孔间距2cm。
优选的,在上述一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板中,所述表板为刨切水曲柳薄木,厚度为0.5mm。
优选的,在上述一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板中,所述底板为旋切杨木单板,厚度0.8mm。
优选的,在上述一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板中,三层所述单板均为旋切杨木单板,厚度均为1.8mm。
优选的,在上述一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板中,在三层所述单板中,相互贴合的两张所述单板的纹理垂直。由于木材纹理方向,即纤维方向上物理力学性能的差异极大,为了改善其各向异性的缺点,因而可使相邻层单板的纤维排列方向互成直角,即相邻单板间纹理方向互相垂直,使成品的各向异性降至最小。
本发明还提供了一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、表板和底板的取材和加工:刨切水曲柳薄木制成厚度为0.5mm的表板;旋切杨木单板制成厚度为0.8mm的底板;
S2、芯板的取材和加工:旋切杨木单板制成三层厚度均为1.8mm的单板,上下层单板涂覆固体含量50%的脲醛树脂胶粘剂,涂覆量为140g/m2,中间层单板的通孔的孔隙中填满微胶囊,在温度120℃,压力为2.5MPa的条件下热压150s成型,形成芯板(2);
S3、薄木饰面板制备:芯板成型后陈放24h,在芯板上下表面涂敷乳白胶,涂胶量120g/m2;对表板、芯板和底板进行组坯,在压力为0.8MPa条件下冷压6小时,得到薄木饰面板成品。
优选的,在上述一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板的制造方法中,将表板、底板置于浓度为6g/L的精油微胶囊混悬液中浸渍1h,使微胶囊充分进入到板材孔隙中,取出晾干。多孔二氧化硅的壳体结构,在控释甲醛等有毒气体的同时,包覆在精油表面,避免其直接与胶粘剂等接触,保证其释香持久性。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板及其制造方法,具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明和现有普通薄木饰面板技术相比,能够通过精油微胶囊散发的持久香气,掩盖甲醛等刺激性气体,使人身心愉悦,精神清爽,并且有一定抑菌防虫的功效。
2、本发明与现有释香板材技术相比,采用微胶囊技术将精油包裹住,避免了释香精油与胶层直接接触,同时利用二氧化硅微球多孔的结构,吸附甲醛等有毒气体,并使精油能够持久缓慢的从微胶囊中挥发,提高了释香薄木饰面板的留香性和持久性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见附图1和附图2,本发明实施例公开了一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,包括由上至下依次贴合粘结的表板1、芯板2和底板3;芯板2由三层单板21贴合粘结组成,中间的单板21表面均匀开设有多个通孔211,通孔211内填充有微胶囊4。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,表板1、芯板2和底板3之间通过乳白胶层5粘结。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,三层单板21之间通过脲醛树脂胶层6粘结。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,微胶囊4为以二氧化硅为壁材,薰衣草精油为芯材的香精微胶囊。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,表板1和底板3的表面孔隙中具有通过微胶囊混悬液浸渍形成的载香层。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,通孔211的直径为5mm,孔间距2cm。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,表板1为刨切水曲柳薄木,厚度为0.5mm。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,底板3为旋切杨木单板,厚度0.8mm。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,三层单板21均为旋切杨木单板,厚度均为1.8mm。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在三层单板21中,相互贴合的两张单板21的纹理垂直。
本发明提供的缓释芳香型薄木饰面板的制造方法为:
表板1和底板3的取材和加工:
取如附图1中厚度为0.5mm的刨切水曲柳薄木做表板1,厚度为0.8mm的旋切杨木单板做底板3。
将表板1、底板3置于浓度为6g/L的精油微胶囊混悬液中浸渍1h,使微胶囊充分进入到板材孔隙中,取出晾干。多孔二氧化硅的壳体结构,在控释甲醛等有毒气体的同时,包覆在精油表面,避免其直接与胶粘剂等接触,保证其释香持久性。
芯板2的取材和加工:
取如附图1中的旋切杨木单板做芯板2;芯板由三层结构胶合的单板21组成,单板21的厚度均为1.8mm,上下层单板21涂覆固体含量50%的脲醛树脂胶粘剂,涂覆量为140g/m2,组坯时,各层纹理间相互垂直,中间层单板21,如附图2,通孔211的孔隙中填满微胶囊4后,在温度120℃,压力为2.5MPa的条件下热压150s成型。
薄木饰面板制备:
芯板2成型后陈放24h,在芯板2上下表面涂敷乳白胶,涂胶量120g/m2;对表板1、芯板2和底板3进行组坯,组坯时纹理方向互相垂直,在压力为0.8MPa条件下冷压6小时,得到薄木饰面板成品。
产品的表板1、芯板2和底板3具采用香精微胶囊进行担载,在兼具美观表面装饰性能的同时,还可释放具有保健功效的、令人精神愉悦的薰衣草香气。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (10)
1.一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,其特征在于,包括由上至下依次贴合粘结的表板(1)、芯板(2)和底板(3);所述芯板(2)由三层单板(21)贴合粘结组成,中间的所述单板(21)表面均匀开设有多个通孔(211),所述通孔(211)内填充有微胶囊(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,其特征在于,所述表板(1)、芯板(2)和底板(3)之间通过乳白胶层(5)粘结。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,其特征在于,三层所述单板(21)之间通过脲醛树脂胶层(6)粘结。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,其特征在于,所述微胶囊(4)为以二氧化硅为壁材,薰衣草精油为芯材的香精微胶囊。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,其特征在于,所述表板(1)和底板(3)的表面孔隙中具有通过微胶囊混悬液浸渍形成的载香层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,其特征在于,所述通孔(211)的直径为5mm,孔间距2cm。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,其特征在于,所述表板(1)为刨切水曲柳薄木,厚度为0.5mm;所述底板(3)为旋切杨木单板,厚度0.8mm;三层所述单板(21)均为旋切杨木单板,厚度均为1.8mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板,其特征在于,在三层所述单板(21)中,相互贴合的两张所述单板(21)的纹理垂直。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一项所述的缓释芳香型薄木饰面板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、表板(1)和底板(3)的取材和加工:刨切水曲柳薄木制成厚度为0.5mm的表板(1);旋切杨木单板制成厚度为0.8mm的底板(3);
S2、芯板(2)的取材和加工:旋切杨木单板制成三层厚度均为1.8mm的单板(21),上下层单板(21)涂覆固体含量50%的脲醛树脂胶粘剂,涂覆量为140g/m2,中间层单板(21)的通孔(211)的孔隙中填满微胶囊(4),在温度120℃,压力为2.5MPa的条件下热压150s成型,形成芯板(2);
S3、薄木饰面板制备:芯板(2)成型后陈放24h,在芯板(2)上下表面涂敷乳白胶,涂胶量120g/m2;对表板(1)、芯板(2)和底板(3)进行组坯,在压力为0.8MPa条件下冷压6小时,得到薄木饰面板成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种缓释芳香型薄木饰面板的制造方法,其特征在于,在S1中,将表板(1)、底板(3)置于浓度为6g/L的精油微胶囊混悬液中浸渍1h,使微胶囊充分进入到板材孔隙中,取出晾干。
