本申请清洁技术领域,尤其涉及一种底座、底座总成、衣物处理设备。
背景技术
相关技术中,为清洁机器人配置有基站,基站的后侧具有较高的立柱,立柱内配置除尘系统;通过基站实现对清洁机器人的排尘、充电、收纳等功能。但该基站由于其体积较大占用室内较大的放置空间。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例期望提供一种便于与衣物处理机集成在一起的底座、底座总成、衣物处理设备。
本申请实施例提供一种底座,包括:底板组件和设置于所述底板组件上方的结构支承组件;
所述底板组件包括基底,所述结构支承组件在所述基底的上方围设出用于收容清洁机器人的收容空间,所述收容空间的前侧具有出入口;
所述基底的前边缘具有向上翻折的翻边,所述翻边沿所述基底的宽度方向包括避让段,所述避让段的上方设有爬坡板。
一些实施方案中,沿所述翻边的长度方向,所述避让段等高设置。
一些实施方案中,所述避让段向后缩进并形成内凹前沿。
一些实施方案中,沿所述基底的宽度方向,所述翻边包括设置于所述避让段右侧的增高段,所述增高段的高度高于所述避让段的高度。

本申请实施例提供一种底座10。可以用于衣物处理设备。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,底座10包括底板组件1和设置于底板组件1上方的结构支承组件。底板组件1包括基底11,结构支承组件在基底11的上方围设出用于收容清洁机器人90的收容空间10a,收容空间10a的前侧具有出入口10b,也就是说,清洁机器人90从出入口10b进、出底座10内的空间。
需要说明的是,基底11可以只采用板体的结构形式,也可以采用板体和支撑梁相结合的构造。示例性地,本申请实施例中,以基底11采用板体的结构形式为例进行描述。
请参阅图12、图13和图14,本申请实施例提供一种底座总成60,包括基座61以及本申请任意实施例的底座10,基座61设置于收容空间10a内。基座61具有用于容纳清洁机器人90的容纳腔61a。底座10为基座61提供安装空间。
本申请实施例提供一种衣物处理设备,包括衣物处理机以及本申请任意实施例的底座总成60,底座总成60位于衣物处理机的下方,底座为衣物处理机提供结构支撑。具体地,衣物处理机支撑于结构支承组件上。也就是说,结构支承组件为受力构件,能够承载衣物处理机及其负载的重量。
衣物处理机可包括多种形式,例如洗衣机、脱水机、烘干机和洗烘一体机等。衣物处理机的具体应用场景并不对本发明底座总成60的结构产生限定。
本申请实施例的衣物处理设备,将底座总成60集成在衣物处理机下方,一方面,能够利用衣物处理机下方的空间收纳清洁机器人90,减小清洁机器人90占用的室内空间;另一方面,衣物处理机放置于水龙头和地漏附近,便于进水和排水,如此,便于通过洗衣处理机现有的进水和排水的便利性对底座总成60进行进水、排水,解决底座总成60的进排水水路问题。
清洁机器人90可用于自动清扫地面的灰尘及毛发等,在清洁机器人90上设有拖布的情况下,清洁机器人90可在清扫地面后对地面进行拖地作业。
本申请实施例中的底座总成的功能包括对清洁机器人90进行充电、除尘、清洗、烘干、消毒中的至少一种。
示例性的,清洁机器人90包括第一通讯模块,底座总成60包括第二通讯模块,清洁机器人90和底座总成60之间可以通过第一通讯模块和第二通讯模块通讯。例如在清洁机器人90需要排尘或充电时,可以通过第一通讯模块和第二通讯模块进行无线通讯,从而自行返回至容纳腔61a。
示例性的,第一通讯模块和第二通讯模块可以包括但不限于蓝牙模块、无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,WIFI)模块、第四代或第五代(4th Generation/5th Generation,4G/5G)通信模块或红外线模块等无线数据通信模块中的一种或多种。
示例性地,底座总成用于对停靠在容纳腔61a内的清洁机器人90进行充电、排尘、清洗拖布中的至少一种操作。
请参阅图12、图13和图14,基座61的底壁的前端设置有爬坡板63,爬坡板63用于引导清洁机器人90进出收纳空间。
爬坡板63的后端伸入底座10内,爬坡板63的前端伸出至底座10的 前方的外部,爬坡板63的前边缘尽可能地靠近地面,以便于清洁机器人顺畅地爬上爬坡板63。

其中,所述的增高段11112的高度高于避让段11111的高度,指的是,增高段11112的顶边缘的最高位置处的高度高于避让段11111的顶边缘的最高位置处的高度。
爬坡板63设置于避让段11111的上方。
本申请实施例的底座,避让段11111的高度相对较低,便于爬坡板63避让该避让段11111,便于爬坡板63的拆装。由于增高段11112不需要避让清洁机器人90进出容纳腔61a,因此,增高段11112的高度可以较高,以进一步增强底板组件1的结构强度。
示例性地,底座总成包括设置于容纳腔61a右侧的尘盒611,即容纳腔61a和尘盒611沿左右方向并排布置,如此,可以降低底座总成的高度。尘盒611设置于增高段11112的上方。
示例性地,沿从左向右的方向,增高段11112的高度逐渐增加,以增大增高段11112右端的结构强度。
示例性地,避让段11111采用等高设计,也就是说,沿左右方向,避让段11111各个部位的高度相同,如此,便于安装爬坡板。

下沉承载区111的前侧边缘延伸至出入口10b,下沉承载区111延伸至基底11的前侧边缘,下沉承载区111的前侧没有非凹陷区112。
本申请实施例的底座10,下沉承载区111的下沉设计可以起到加强基底11结构强度和刚度的作用;此外,下沉承载区111的离地高度小于非凹陷区112的离地高度,下沉承载区111降低了基座61的底壁的安装高度,进而可以降低清洁机器人90返回基座61时的爬坡高度,便于清洁机器人返回基座;在爬坡板63的倾斜度不变的情况下,能够缩短爬坡板63沿前后方向的长度。便于使得爬坡板63不超出衣物处理机的箱体70的前侧面轮廓。即,从衣物处理设备的上方向下方的水平面投影中,爬坡板63不超出衣物处理机的箱体70的投影范围。
需要说明的是,下沉承载区111的形成方式不限,例如,在一块金属板材上,采用冲压工艺冲压出下沉承载区111。非凹陷区112为金属板材未被冲压、未被折弯的部位。
示例性地,请参阅图7,下沉承载区111的前边缘向上翻折并形成的翻边1111。也就是说,翻边1111设置于下沉承载区111的前边缘。该实施例中,在降低基座的安装高度的同时,还能通过翻边1111来加强基底11的前边缘处的结构强度。
请参阅图2,各底脚3连接于基底11的非凹陷区112。

爬坡板63设置于内凹前沿111a的上方。即爬坡板63需要从内凹前沿111a的上方跨越内凹前沿111a。
本申请实施例中,内凹前沿111a能够起到加强基底11的结构强度的作用。
本申请实施例中,由于爬坡板63具有一定的倾斜度,因此,在内凹前沿111a处对应的爬坡板63的坡面的高度更高,更有利于爬坡板63对内凹前沿111a在高度方向的避让,使得爬坡板63在满足爬坡度要求的前提下能降低爬坡板沿前后方向的尺寸。具体地,在基底11的前边缘不采用内凹设计的对比实施例中,爬坡板63需要避让基底11的没有采用内凹设计的前边缘,因此,在基底11的前边缘的高度相同的情况下,爬坡板63沿前后方向的长度需要更长,且爬坡板63的前边缘会伸出基底11的前边缘较远的距离,才能满足爬坡板的爬坡度要求。
示例性地,内凹前沿111a的宽度D1为基底11的整体宽度D2的 0.6~0.8,即D1=(0.6~0.8)*D2。该尺寸范围的内凹前沿111a,在满足爬坡板63的宽度要求的前提下,还既能兼顾基底11的结构强度。
示例性地,内凹前沿111a的左端与基底的左边缘的距离H1小于内凹前沿111a的右端与基底的右边缘的距离H2,即H1<H2。也就是说,内凹前沿111a偏左方布置,如此,可以将爬坡板63靠左布置,便于在爬坡板63的右方布置其他结构,例如,布置尘盒。
需要说明的是,翻边1111沿左右方向的相对两端连接至非凹陷区112或者其他部位,例如下述的第一折边,如此,便于翻边1111起到加强下沉承载区111的前边缘处的结构强度和刚度的作用。

一些实施例中,在遮盖板5上设置有排水口,排水口用于将遮盖板5上积存的水液导向底座总成60的排水区,可以通过底座总成60的排水通道集中排放,如此及时排走遮盖板5上积存的水,防止遮盖板5上的水液过多而导致水液蔓延至室内地板上。
示例性地,请参阅图1、图2和图3,结构支承组件包括多根支撑柱2,各支撑柱2的底端支撑于基底11的非凹陷区112。
各个支撑柱2共同受力,衣物处理机的重量传递至各个支撑柱2,各个支撑柱2将其收到的作用力传递至底脚3。
示例性地,每个支撑柱2的下方设置一个底脚3,支撑柱2和底脚3的受力方向大致位于同一竖直线上,以使得支撑柱2和底脚3之间不产生额外的弯矩,使得基底11不会因为弯矩而承受剪切力,如此,可以改善基底11的受力条件,降低对基底11的厚度和抗剪切力的性能要求。

支撑柱2的具体形状不限。示例性地,请参阅图1、图2和图3,支撑柱2的水平横截面形状大致呈“U”形,且“U”形的开口沿左右方向朝向 收容空间10a。例如,右侧的两个支撑柱2的“U”形开口朝向左侧,左侧的两个支撑柱2的“U”形开口朝向右侧。
示例性地,位于同一侧的两个支撑柱2与两者之间的横梁构造为由同一块金属板材经过多次折弯而成的钣金框架。钣金框架整体呈现“U”形,且“U”形的开口朝向。其中,同一侧指的是,沿左右方向或者前后方向的同一侧。如此,能够提升结构支承组件的结构强度和承载能力。

在衣物处理机和底座10装配过程中,螺接件从箱体70的底侧穿过第 一连接子板81和箱体70的底壁,将连接板80和箱体70连接成一个整体。螺接件的螺帽位于箱体70的底侧。
再将上述整体放置于底座10上,螺接件的底端插入定位孔42b和容置槽41a,使得上述整体和底座10实现粗定位,避免上述整体发生偏移错位,随后将第二连接子板82和支撑柱2进行紧固连接即可。
示例性地,请参阅图5、图6和图9,第一连接子板81的局部向下凹陷并形成第一凹陷部位811,第一凹陷部位811沿第一连接子板81的长度方向延伸。第一凹陷部位811伸入上述从容置槽41a中。容置槽41a起到避让第一凹陷部位811的作用。第一凹陷部位811和容置槽41a的嵌套配合,容置槽41a对第一连接子板81起到限制其沿垂直于长度方向的横向滑移,起到限位作用。
示例性地,请参阅图5、图6、图9、和图19,第二连接子板82的局部向内凹陷并形成第二凹陷部位821,第二凹陷部位821沿第二连接子板82的长度方向延伸。螺钉100A穿过第二凹陷部位821并与支撑柱2连接。第二凹陷部位821的外表面起到容纳螺钉100A的螺帽的作用,避免螺帽凸出于第二连接子板82的外表面。
一些实施例中,请参阅图6和图19,支撑柱2的上端的局部向内凹陷,第一横梁41的横向外侧壁向内凹陷并形成凹陷边部41b,凹陷边部41b为第二凹陷部位821提供避让空间。
一实施例中,基座61的底壁设置有清洗槽,清洗槽用于对清洁机器人的清洁件进行清洗,例如,拖布。利用清洗槽中的水液清洗清洁件,使得清洁件更加洁净,可以无需用户人工清洗清洁件,用户体验好。
一实施例中,底座总成包括进水阀和进水水路。进水水路与清洗槽连通,进水阀设置于进水水路上。进水水路用于给清洗槽供水。进水阀用于导通或截止进水水路。这样,可以通过控制器控制进水阀开闭,实现清洗 槽自动进水。清洗槽的水流通过进水阀能够独立控制,不受衣物处理机用水的影响,只需要将进水阀通电即可,如此,即使衣物处理机不上电、不工作,进水阀也可以独立工作。同理,衣物处理机的水流能够独立控制,不受基座用水的影响。
一实施例中,进水水路与自来水管连通。一方面,自来水管为清洗槽持续性地提供自来水。这样节约用于给清洗槽供水的水箱等结构。
一实施例中,底座总成包括排水通道和排水泵,排水通道连通清洗槽和地漏,排水泵设置于排水通道上,以将清洗槽中的污水泵送至地漏。这样可以通过控制器控制排水泵启停,实现清洗槽自动排污。
示例性的,排水通道和衣物处理机的排水管可以通过三通连通,以共用地漏。也就是说,来自衣物处理机的洗涤水和清洗槽中的清洗水均可以通过同一个地漏排出至下水道,不需要为洗涤水和清洗水分别设置地漏,节约结构件。
一实施例中,底座总成包括与清洗槽连通的洗剂瓶,洗剂瓶设置于基座上。洗剂瓶用于向清洗槽中添加洗剂,能够更好地清洗清洁件。
一些实施例中,洗剂瓶可以是一次性使用的器材,洗剂瓶中的洗剂用完之后,可以将洗剂瓶取出,更换新的洗剂瓶。另一些实施例中,用户可以向洗剂瓶中灌注洗剂,洗剂瓶可以重复使用,节能环保。
一实施例中,底座总成包括设置于基座上的投放泵,投放泵用于将洗剂瓶中的洗剂泵送至清洗槽中。采用投放泵泵送洗剂,实现自主、定量、精准投放洗剂,从而提高自动化程度。
一实施例中,底座总成包括充电端子以及与充电端子电连接的电源模块,充电端子设置于容纳腔61a的周侧面。清洁机器人位于容纳腔61a的状态下,清洁机器人可以与充电端子电连接,实现充电。电源模块用于将市电的交流电转换为直流电,充电端子使用直流电对清洁机器人进行充电。
一实施例中,底座总成包括设置于基座上的控制器。控制器用于与清洁机器人配合的用电器件例如进水阀和投放泵等的电气控制。如此,与清洁机器人配合的用电器件能够独立控制,不受衣物处理用电器件的影响,只需要将控制器接入电源即可,如此,即使衣物处理用电器件不上电、不工作,与清洁机器人配合的用电器件也可以独立工作。
一实施例中,底座总成可以包括设置于基座的风机和烘干风道,烘干风道连通风机和容纳腔61a。风机通过烘干风道向容纳腔61a通风,以便快速烘干清洁机器人的清洁件。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种底座,包括:底板组件和设置于所述底板组件上方的结构支承组件;
    所述底板组件包括基底,所述结构支承组件在所述基底的上方围设出用于收容清洁机器人的收容空间,所述收容空间的前侧具有出入口;
    所述基底的前边缘具有向上翻折的翻边,所述翻边沿所述基底的宽度方向包括避让段,所述避让段的上方设有爬坡板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,沿所述翻边的长度方向,所述避让段等高设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,所述避让段向后缩进并形成内凹前沿。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,沿所述基底的宽度方向,所述翻边沿包括设置于所述避让段右侧的增高段,所述增高段的高度高于所述避让段的高度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,所述基底的至少部分区域向下凹陷并形成下沉承载区,所述下沉承载区的前边缘向上翻折并形成所述的翻边。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的底座,所述避让段的高度低于所述基底的非凹陷区。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的底座,所述下沉承载区的局部向上凸出以形成加强肋,各所述加强肋的高度低于所述基底的非凹陷区。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的底座,所述加强肋的数量为多个,多个所述加强肋沿前后方向间隔布置;各所述加强肋包括至少一个第一加强肋和至少一个第二加强肋,各所述第一加强肋设置于各所述第二加强肋的前侧,所述第一加强肋的高度高于所述第二加强肋的高度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的底座,所述避让段的高度高于所述第二加强 肋的高度,且低于所述第一加强肋的高度。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的底座,所述结构支承组件包括多根支撑柱以及多个横梁,各所述支撑柱的底端支撑于所述基底的非凹陷区,各所述横梁连接各个所述支撑柱的顶端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的底座,所述底板组件包括从所述非凹陷区的边缘向上折弯的多个折边组,每个折边组包括第一折边和第二折边,所述支撑柱沿左右方向的外侧与所述第二折边的至少部分区域贴合并固定连接,所述支撑柱沿前后方向的外侧与所述第一折边的至少部分区域贴合并固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的底座,所述底板组件包括分别从所述非凹陷区的边缘向上折弯的多个连接折边,位于同一侧的两个所述第二折边通过所述连接折边连接,位于后侧的两个所述第一折边通过另一个所述连接折边连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的底座,所述避让段的高度低于所述连接折边的高度。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的底座,所述第二折边的局部朝向所述收容空间一侧凹陷并形成安装避让区,所述安装避让区与所述支撑柱贴合,紧固件依次穿过所述安装避让区和所述支撑柱。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的底座,位于同一侧的两个所述支撑柱与两者之间的所述横梁构造为由同一块金属板材经过多次折弯而成的钣金框架。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15任一项所述的底座,所述底板组件为一体式的钣金件;和/或,所述底座包括遮盖板,所述遮盖板设置于所述结构支承组件的顶侧,并遮盖所述收容空间。
  17. 一种底座总成,包括:
    基座,具有用于容纳清洁机器人的容纳腔,所述基座的底壁的前端具有爬坡板;
    以及权利要求1-16任一项所述的底座,所述基座设置于所述收容空间内,所述爬坡板设置于所述避让段的上方。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的底座总成,所述底座总成包括设置于所述容纳腔右侧的尘盒,所述尘盒设置于所述爬坡板的右方。
  19. 一种衣物处理设备,包括:
    衣物处理机;
    以及权利要求17或18所述的底座总成,所述衣物处理机支撑于所述结构支承组件上。
