煤炭作为主体能源,在我国的经济发展和国家安全上具有重要地方,我国连续多年的煤炭开采量及消费量居全球首位。近年来,随着煤炭开采深度的持续增大,末煤(粒度小于13mm)在原煤中的占比不断增大。目前,常用于末煤分级分选的设备有水力分级旋流器、三产品旋流分级筛、振动筛、螺旋分选机、干扰床分选机和重介旋流器等。尽管多年来的不懈努力,使得围绕这些设备延伸的选煤工艺得到快速发展并广泛应用,典型的如粗煤泥分级工艺或粗煤泥分选工艺,现有的多级洗选装置大多只能筛选煤矿和矸石,含有矸石的煤矿不易被挑选出来,且重介质分选器中的重悬浮液难以二次利用,容易造成浪费,且含重悬浮液的煤矿容易粘连在运输过程中的机器上造成机器损坏,为此我们提出一种用于煤炭处理的多级洗选装置用于解决上述问题。

1.本发明中的重悬浮液可直接回收利用,效率较高,且容易将煤矿与含矸石的煤矿区分开,在运输洗选后的煤矿时,机器上有捶打器和刮板可以将粘连在运输带上的煤矿刮下处理,可提高机器的使用寿命。

底板1上还设有箱体2,箱体2下方设有阵列分布的底柱21,底柱21与箱体2固定连接,箱体2的一端设有第二开槽211,箱体2内设有第三开槽28,箱体2上方设有固定连接的重介质分选器23,重介质分选器23包括壳体24,壳体24内设有第一开槽241,第一开槽241内设有固定连接的过滤网246,壳体24的一侧设有转动配合的第一门242与固定连接的第一水管243,第一水管243的一端设有进水口245,第一门242上设有固定连接的第一把手2421,第一水管243上设有固定连接的第一抽吸泵244,壳体24的一端设有固定连接的第十一安装板252,第十一安装板252上设有固定连接的第一电机25,第一电机25的输出轴设有固定连接的螺旋带251,箱体2的一侧设有固定连接的第二水管26,第二水管26上设有固定连接的第二抽吸泵261,抽吸泵261另一端的水管与第一水管243相连,箱体2的另一侧设有固定连接的第十二安装板271,第十二安装板271上设有固定连接的第二电机27,第二电机27的输出端设有固定连接的第一齿轮,壳体24上设有转动配合的壳盖29,壳盖29的一端设有第二把手291。
箱体2内还设有滑动配合的过滤器3,过滤器3包括过滤器本体31,过滤器本体31上设有第十六开孔311,过滤器本体31的一侧设有固定连接的齿条32,齿条32与第一齿轮啮合,过滤器本体31的一端设有固定连接的第一丝杆电机33,第一丝杆电机33连接有第一丝杆331,第一丝杆331的一端设有转动配合的第一轴承座332,第一丝杆331上设有螺纹配合的第一丝杆滑块34,第一丝杆滑块34的一端设有固定连接的第一推条341。
过滤器3下方设有第一输送装置5,第一输送装置5包括第一传送带51, 第一传送带51内设有第一辊筒52与第二辊筒521,第一辊筒52的一侧设有固定连接的第二齿轮522,第四安装板122上设有固定连接的第三电机53,第三电机53的输出端设有固定连接的第三齿轮531,第三齿轮531与第二齿轮522啮合,第三齿轮531一侧设有啮合的第四齿轮54,第四齿轮54的一端设有固定连接的捶打器541,捶打器541的一端设有固定连接的第五齿轮55,第五齿轮55外侧设有啮合的链条56,链条56连接有第六齿轮57,第六齿轮57与链条56啮合,第六齿轮57的一端设有固定连接的除杂器571,第一输送装置5下方设有第二丝杆电机58,第二丝杆电机58与第五安装板133固定连接,第二丝杆电机58的一端设有固定连接的第二丝杆581,第二丝杆581上设有螺纹配合的第二丝杆滑块59,第二丝杆滑块59的一端设有固定连接的第二推条591。
第二开槽211外设有固定连接的滑槽4,滑槽4的另一端设有第二输送装置6,第二输送装置6包括第二传送带63,第二传送带63为疏水材质,可将矿渣中的水过滤,第二传送带63两侧均设有挡水条,第二传送带63内设有第三辊筒61与第四辊筒611,第九安装板193上设有固定连接的第四电机62,第四电机62的输出端与第三辊筒61一端固定连接,第四辊筒611的两端与第九开孔162和第十二开孔滑动配合。
第一输送装置5下方设有第三输送装置7,第三输送装置7包括第三传送带71,第三传送带71内设有第五辊筒72与第六辊筒721,第十安装板上设有固定连接的第五电机73,第五电机73的输出端与第五辊筒72固定连接,第六辊筒721的两端与第十七开孔123和第一开孔111转动连接。
第三输送装置7的一端设有收集盒8,收集盒8一端设有第四开槽81与第五开槽82,收集盒8另一端设有转动配合的第二门83与转动配合的第三门84,第二门83上设有固定连接的第三把手,第三门84上设有固定连接的第四把手。
工作原理:
先将末煤矿倒入第一开槽241中,随后进水口245处开始注入重悬浮液,此时煤矿中较重的矸石下沉至过滤网246上,其余重悬浮液部分从第一水管243处回到进水口245处继续循环使用,含有少量矸石的煤矿悬浮在重悬浮液中,煤矿飘在重悬浮液上,此时第一电机25启动,螺旋带251开始转动,将含有少量矸石的煤矿与煤矿向前输送,将含有少量矸石的煤矿从第三开槽28处落入箱体2内的过滤器3上,此时煤矿中掺杂的重悬浮液透过第一丝杆331流到箱体2的底部,然后通过第二水管26与第二抽吸泵261开始循环利用,当过滤器3上含有少量矸石的煤矿积攒过多时,第二电机27启动,带动第一齿轮启动,带动齿条32向外滑行,随后第一丝杆电机33启动,带动第一丝杆滑块34运动,将过滤器本体31上的含有少量矸石的煤矿推入第一传送带51上,此时第三电机53启动,带动第三齿轮531运动后与第二齿轮522、第四齿轮54啮合,此时捶打器541开始捶打第一传送带51,防止含有少量矸石的煤矿与第一传送带51粘连,此时第五齿轮55带动链条56运动,链条56带动除杂器571运动,将第一传送带51上的煤矿刮下,随后第二丝杆电机58启动,带动第二推条591将底板1上的含有少量矸石的煤矿推走,其中煤矿通过滑槽4流入第二输送装置6上,此时煤矿中的重悬浮液透过第二传送带63流到排水板101上,再从排水板101流入存储桶中,随后含有少量矸石的煤矿与煤矿进入收集盒8中,此时洗选完成。

  1. 一种用于煤炭处理的多级洗选装置,多级洗选装置包括底板(1),其特征在于,所述底板(1)上设有固定连接的第一安装板(11)与固定连接的第一安装架(18),底板(1)一端设有固定连接的第二安装板(12)与固定连接的第三安装板(13),第二安装板(12)一侧设有固定连接的第四安装板(122),底板(1)上还设有箱体(2),箱体(2)上方设有固定连接的重介质分选器(23),重介质分选器(23)包括壳体(24),箱体(2)内还设有滑动配合的过滤器(3),过滤器(3)包括过滤器本体(31),过滤器本体(31)上设有第十六开孔(311),过滤器本体(31)的一侧设有固定连接的齿条(32);
    过滤器(3)下方设有第一输送装置(5),第一输送装置(5)包括第一传送带(51),第四安装板(122)上设有固定连接的第三电机(53),第三电机(53)的输出端设有固定连接的第三齿轮(531),第三齿轮(531)与第二齿轮(522)啮合,第三齿轮(531)一侧设有啮合的第四齿轮(54),第四齿轮(54)的一端设有固定连接的捶打器(541),捶打器(541)的一端设有固定连接的第五齿轮(55),第五齿轮(55)外侧设有啮合的链条(56),链条(56)连接有第六齿轮(57)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于煤炭处理的多级洗选装置,其特征在于,所述第一安装板(11)上设有第一开孔(111)、第二开孔(112)、第三开孔(113),第二安装板(12)上设有第三开孔(121),第四安装板(122)上设有第四开孔(1221),第三安装板(13)上设有第五开孔(131)与第六开孔(132),第三安装板(13)上还设有固定连接的第一限位板(14),第一限位板(14)的一端设有第五安装板(133),第五安装板(133)上设有第七开孔,第五安装板(133)的一侧设有第六安装板(16),第六安装板(16)上设有第八开孔 (161)与第九开孔(162),第一安装架(18)上设有第十开孔(181)与第十一开孔(182),底板(1)一侧设有固定连接的第七安装板(17)与固定连接的第八安装板(19),第七安装板(17)上设有第十二开孔与第十三开孔,第八安装板(19)上设有第十四开孔(191)与第十五开孔(192),第八安装板(19)的一侧设有第九安装板(193)与第十安装板,第七安装板(17)与第八安装板(19)之间设有固定连接的排水板(101),排水板(101)的两端均设有固定连接的挡水条(1011)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于煤炭处理的多级洗选装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(2)下方设有阵列分布的底柱(21),底柱(21)与箱体(2)固定连接,箱体(2)的一端设有第二开槽(211),箱体(2)内设有第三开槽(28),壳体(24)内设有第一开槽(241),第一开槽(241)内设有固定连接的过滤网(246),壳体(24)的一侧设有转动配合的第一门(242)与固定连接的第一水管(243),第一水管(243)的一端设有进水口(245),第一门(242)上设有固定连接的第一把手(2421),第一水管(243)上设有固定连接的第一抽吸泵(244),壳体(24)的一端设有固定连接的第十一安装板(252),第十一安装板(252)上设有固定连接的第一电机(25)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于煤炭处理的多级洗选装置,其特征在于,所述第一电机(25)的输出轴设有固定连接的螺旋带(251),箱体(2)的一侧设有固定连接的第二水管(26),第二水管(26)上设有固定连接的第二抽吸泵(261),抽吸泵(261)另一端的水管与第一水管(243)相连,箱体(2)的另一侧设有固定连接的第十二安装板(271),第十二安装板(271)上设有固定连接的第二电机(27),第二电机(27)的输出端设有固定连接的第一齿轮,壳体(24)上设有转动配合的壳盖(29),壳盖(29)的一端设有第二把 手(291)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于煤炭处理的多级洗选装置,其特征在于,所述齿条(32)与第一齿轮啮合,过滤器本体(31)的一端设有固定连接的第一丝杆电机(33),第一丝杆电机(33)连接有第一丝杆(331),第一丝杆(331)的一端设有转动配合的第一轴承座(332),第一丝杆(331)上设有螺纹配合的第一丝杆滑块(34),第一丝杆滑块(34)的一端设有固定连接的第一推条(341)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于煤炭处理的多级洗选装置,其特征在于,所述第一传送带(51)内设有第一辊筒(52)与第二辊筒(521),第一辊筒(52)的一侧设有固定连接的第二齿轮(522),第六齿轮(57)与链条(56)啮合,第六齿轮(57)的一端设有固定连接的除杂器(571),第一输送装置(5)下方设有第二丝杆电机(58),第二丝杆电机(58)与第五安装板(133)固定连接,第二丝杆电机(58)的一端设有固定连接的第二丝杆(581),第二丝杆(581)上设有螺纹配合的第二丝杆滑块(59),第二丝杆滑块(59)的一端设有固定连接的第二推条(591)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于煤炭处理的多级洗选装置,其特征在于,所述第二开槽(211)外设有固定连接的滑槽(4),滑槽(4)的另一端设有第二输送装置(6),第二输送装置(6)包括第二传送带(63),第二传送带(63)内设有第三辊筒(61)与第四辊筒(611),第九安装板(193)上设有固定连接的第四电机(62),第四电机(62)的输出端与第三辊筒(61)一端固定连接,第四辊筒(611)的两端与第九开孔(162)和第十二开孔滑动配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于煤炭处理的多级洗选装置,其特征在于,所述第一输送装置(5)下方设有第三输送装置(7),第三输送装置(7)包括 第三传送带(71),第三传送带(71)内设有第五辊筒(72)与第六辊筒(721),第十安装板上设有固定连接的第五电机(73),第五电机(73)的输出端与第五辊筒(72)固定连接,第六辊筒(721)的两端与第十七开孔(123)和第一开孔(111)转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于煤炭处理的多级洗选装置,其特征在于,所述第三输送装置(7)的一端设有收集盒(8),收集盒(8)一端设有第四开槽(81)与第五开槽(82),收集盒(8)另一端设有转动配合的第二门(83)与转动配合的第三门(84),第二门(83)上设有固定连接的第三把手,第三门(84)上设有固定连接的第四把手。
