背景技术
目前,现有的用于碳酸锂焙烧的隧道窑中,其窑炉一般采用重质砖块砌筑的拱顶,其一般呈弓弧状,在窑炉在焙烧生产应用中,采用现有技术的拱顶的窑炉,拱顶的内部空间多数为无用空间,且会导致窑内的气流容易分层,上下温差大,且烟气容易滞留在窑炉的拱顶处。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种应用于隧道窑的窑顶结构及隧道窑,旨在解决背景技术中提到的技术问题。
为了达到上述目的,本申请的技术方案有:
一种应用于隧道窑的窑顶结构,其装设在隧道窑的窑体的顶部,包括:
吊梁;
多个挂钩组件,所述挂钩组件能够挂在所述吊梁上;
多个吊顶构件,所述吊顶构件固定在挂钩组件上;
其中,所述吊顶构件包括吊顶砖,所述吊顶砖上构设有多条绕吊顶砖周侧设置的凸条,且通过凸条相互错位且间隔设置形成多条凹槽;
当多个吊顶构件通过挂钩组件挂在吊梁上时,相邻的两个吊顶构件的吊顶砖通过凸条和凹槽相互配合铆接。

所述第一凸条和第二凸条以所述吊顶砖为中心呈中心对称布设。
进一步的,所述凸条朝向所述吊顶砖外斜向收窄形成截面为梯形的所述凸条。
进一步的,所述挂钩组件包括:
吊钩,所述吊钩能够挂在吊梁上;
挂件,所述挂件固定在吊钩的底端,所述挂件用于固定吊顶构件。
进一步的,所述吊钩的底端设置有螺纹部,在所述螺纹部上套设有调节螺母,所述调节螺母用于调节所述挂件的存放角度和存放高度。
进一步的,所述挂件采用扁形钢片朝向同一位置弯折而成。
进一步的,所述吊顶构件还包括:
吊片砖,所述吊片砖的一端活动固定在吊顶砖的顶部,另一端固定在挂件上。
进一步的,所述所述吊片砖的局部内凹形成位于吊片砖两端的扣部,所述吊片砖能够通过扣部挂在所述挂件上;且

作为本实施例中的一个示例性的例子,如图1至图4所示,一种应用于隧道窑的窑顶结构,其装设在隧道窑的窑体100的顶部,包括:
吊梁1,其架设在窑体100的两侧上,且吊梁1为砌筑或焊接在窑体100上,根据砌筑或焊接高度不同,实现吊梁1的高度可调;
多个挂钩组件2,所述挂钩组件2能够挂在所述吊梁1上;
多个吊顶构件3,所述吊顶构件3固定在挂钩组件2上;
其中,所述吊顶构件3包括吊顶砖32,所述吊顶砖32上构设有多条绕吊顶砖32周侧设置的凸条,且通过凸条相互错位且间隔设置形成多条凹槽;
当多个吊顶构件3通过挂钩组件2挂在吊梁1上时,相邻的两个吊顶构件3的吊顶砖32通过凸条和凹槽相互配合铆接。
本实施例中的一种应用于隧道窑的窑顶结构,其装设在隧道窑的窑体100的顶部,包括吊梁1、多个挂钩组件2和吊顶构件3,挂钩组件2和吊顶构件3相互固定,其中,所述吊顶构件3包括吊顶砖32,所述吊顶砖32上构设有多条绕吊顶砖32周侧设置的凸条,且通过凸条相互错位且间隔设置形成多条凹槽;当多个吊顶构件3通过挂钩组件2挂在吊梁1上时,相邻的两个吊顶构件3的吊顶砖32通过凸条和凹槽相互配合铆接,利用隧道窑工作时窑体100内的热量,吊顶砖32热胀,使多个吊顶构件3能够紧贴密封,且本方案中的窑顶结构根据吊梁1的设置位置,使窑顶结构的高度可调,从而能够压缩隧道窑内部的工作空间,使隧道窑在工作使用时,窑体100内温度分布集中,且方便快速排出工作空间中烟气。
具体的,例如,所述凸条设置有六条,相邻的两条凸条之间间隔设置而形成五条凹槽,利用凸条与凹槽之间的相互铆接而使多个吊顶构件3拼接后而形成平整的窑顶。
另外,在本实施例中,所述吊顶构件3采用氧化铝含量在75%的高铝材质制成,其具有良好的高温耐腐蚀性能。
在本实施例中,如图3至图4所示,优选的,所述凸条包括第一凸条321和第二凸条322,所述第一凸条321和第二凸条322上下错位设置;且
所述第一凸条321和第二凸条322以所述吊顶砖32为中心呈中心对称布设。
具体的,例如,所述吊顶砖32为类方形砖块,所述吊顶砖32具有第一侧面、第二侧面、第三侧面、第四侧面,第一凸条321延伸布设在第一侧面和第二侧面,第二凸条322延伸布设在第三侧面和第四侧面上,当两块吊顶构件3拼前后拼接或两块吊顶构件3拼前后拼接时均能够水平拼接,从而使形成的窑顶平整,以保证窑体100内形成的工作空间规整,能够防止烟气直流在窑顶处。
吊顶构件3由于温度会膨胀,而导致吊顶砖32的凸条之间形成的凹槽323间隙减小,而导致两块吊顶砖32无法铆接,因此,在本实施例中,如图2至图3所示,将所述凸条设置成为朝向所述吊顶砖32外斜向收窄且截面为梯形的所述凸条,从而避免吊顶砖32铆接时相互干涉而导致无法铆接的情形。
在本实施例中,如图5所示,所述挂钩组件2包括:
吊钩21,所述吊钩21能够挂在吊梁1上;
挂件22,所述挂件22固定在吊钩21的底端,所述挂件22用于固定吊顶构件3。
另外,所述吊钩21的底端设置有螺纹部,在所述螺纹部上套设有调节螺母23,所述调节螺母23用于调节所述挂件22的存放角度和存放高度。
例如,所述吊钩21的底端插入挂件22内,调节螺母23通过螺纹部活动拧接在吊钩21的底端而将挂架拖住,通过调节螺母23上下移动而实现挂件22的高度和角度可调。
而且,例如,所述挂件22采用扁形钢片朝向同一位置弯折而成,通过在挂件22的弯折重叠处钻孔,使吊钩21的底端能够插入,设置两个调节螺母23设置在吊钩21的底端且分设在弯折重叠处的上下两侧,从而使挂件22能够稳定固定在吊钩21的底端,且能够实现角度和高度可调。

    多个吊顶构件,所述吊顶构件固定在挂钩组件上;
    其中,所述吊顶构件包括吊顶砖,所述吊顶砖上构设有多条绕吊顶砖周侧设置的凸条,且通过凸条相互错位且间隔设置形成多条凹槽;
    当多个吊顶构件通过挂钩组件挂在吊梁上时,相邻的两个吊顶构件的吊顶砖通过凸条和凹槽相互配合铆接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的窑顶结构,其特征在于,
    所述凸条包括第一凸条和第二凸条,所述第一凸条和第二凸条上下错位设置;且
    所述第一凸条和第二凸条以所述吊顶砖为中心呈中心对称布设。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的窑顶结构,其特征在于,
    所述凸条朝向所述吊顶砖外斜向收窄形成截面为梯形的所述凸条。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的窑顶结构,其特征在于,所述挂钩组件包括:
    吊钩,所述吊钩能够挂在吊梁上;
    挂件,所述挂件固定在吊钩的底端,所述挂件用于固定吊顶构件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的窑顶结构,其特征在于,
    所述吊钩的底端设置有螺纹部,在所述螺纹部上套设有调节螺母,所述调节螺母用于调节所述挂件的存放角度和存放高度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的窑顶结构,其特征在于,
    所述挂件采用扁形钢片朝向同一位置弯折而成。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的窑顶结构,其特征在于,所述吊顶构件还包括:
    吊片砖,所述吊片砖的一端活动固定在吊顶砖的顶部,另一端固定在挂件上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的窑顶结构,其特征在于,所述所述吊片砖的局部内凹形成位于吊片砖两端的扣部,所述吊片砖能够通过扣部挂在所述挂件上;且
    所述吊顶砖的上部开设有扣槽,所述吊片砖能够通过扣部扣接在扣槽内而与吊顶砖相固定。
  9. 一种隧道窑,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的窑顶结构。
